Everything acting up cause you're gonna have to keep up
with this. I can make sure that sound is working.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Right, alright, And so I have a couple of verses
that I want to read and share with us on today.
And so one of the reasons why I believe that
this is so very important for us as we are.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Ye? All right, let me put up these notes so
I can see this here.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
We're gonna read a couple of verses of scripture today,
and I want to deal with some things that.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Maybe we might be like, well, I don't know, right,
I don't know, I don't know. Let's go.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
We're gonna start out in Daniel, chapter one and verse eight,
and then this is our highlight scripture, right, this is
our memory verse.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
And today I wanna hit you real hard today. I
wanna hit you hard those of you that will watch it.
God bless you.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Don't wanna hit you hard today? Okay? And it says,
but that ain't your results might say results that he
would not to follow himself with the keeps food or
with the wine that he drank. Therefore, he asks the
chief of the units to allow him not to define himself. Listen,
we are in a time where you have to make

(02:49):
the choice that it doesn't matter.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
What everybody else is doing.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
When you know what God has said to you, you
follow what God saying.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
Come on, when you know what God ever said to you? Right.
And so we are in a.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
Time where people are making choices. They're choosing about, you know,
our who's gonna get married, Who am I gonna marry,
Who I'm not gonna get married to?

Speaker 2 (03:13):
How many kids do I wannas? I want my life
to be full. I want to have a fulfilled life.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
Today, I wanna talk to us about taking our life back.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
And you know why we need to deal with that,
because it shs like everything around us has taken hold
of our lives.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Everything else around us has taken control of our lives.
How we're gonna do whatever it is. We're gonna do
everything that's been told us. And here is Daniel in
a prisoner situation.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
And he chose to take his life back that even
though there with things that were being.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
Given to him, he chose to still obey God. And
so if you gonna take your life back today, right,
because many of us.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
We have given our life over to other people.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
We have given our life over and then to our times.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
We love our times. Come on.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Many of us have given our lives over to the
people that we are living in our houses. It could
be our children, it could be our spouses. Right, we
have given our lives to everything. And then when God
comes calling for us, and then we have to make
the choice about how much to ourselves we want to
give to God. We're always peace building ourselves to God ours.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
And then haney lujah. So we want to come away
from that. Okay, you might say this up, I'm got
great relationships.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
Don'tant to have more money. I want my ministry to
be a blessing. I want my ministry to be meaningful.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Right.

Speaker 1 (04:50):
I wanna live my life and love my life while
the rest.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
Of the world is out here struggling. Somebody says, struggling.
Do you know what the world is struggling right now?

Speaker 1 (05:00):
Yeah, they're struggling watching the stock market.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
They're struggling because they don't know what in the world
is gonna come out of the White House in the
next five minutes, right, We.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
Don't know what's happening, and so people are struggling.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
They're struggling with their relationships, struggling.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
With their families, and feeling empty because they're giving their
lives to everything else but God. And Danny saying, I
don't care where I am physically, I'm giving myself to God.
I'm canding what's going around me, going on around me.
I'm giving myself to God. Okay, now, let me tell yourself.

(05:39):
One of the bigga's gonna make you successful. One of
the bigga's gonna help you to take your life back.
It's not you being more intelligent. It's not you fixing
your appearance, right, it's not you being more talented. You
have got to make a good choice. This is where
we find ourselves having because from the time we wake

(06:02):
up in the morning until the time we lay down
at night, the sum total of our choices sometimes leaves
us feel an empty. Come on, how many times have
you made choices and you can record them? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (06:16):
Love a little bit, a little bit. We see people
who are online on social media.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
They look like they're smart, but they're miserable because they
made bad choices. We see talented people who are full
of talent, but they.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
Broke because they made bad choices. Right. We see attractive people.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
Who marry the wrong president, right, and they are miserable
in their relationships because they.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
Made the wrong choices.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
Right. What is the difference here? They all walls down
to our decisions, might say.

Speaker 2 (06:50):
Decisions us. Come on here, amen, now, I gotta, I gotta.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
I got a poster up there and they're talking about
quality decisions.

Speaker 2 (06:59):
Can you get up here for me? Please? Quality decisions? No,
that's direction. Here we go.

Speaker 1 (07:11):
A God honoring life isn't based on a few big decisions,
but on thousands upon thousands of smaller, daily, one daily
what decisions. The quality of your decisions is gonna be
call the quality of your life.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
Just because you say if Jesus live on inside, I
mean that doesn't mean that you still make all the
right choices.

Speaker 1 (07:35):
Come on, because you can still miss the opportunity to
make the right decisions.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
We're gonna talk.

Speaker 1 (07:41):
About how we make the wrong decisions because we have
a lot of factors that get in the way of
us making good choices. Sometimes it's how we feel that
gets in a way all of us making the right choice.

Speaker 2 (07:55):
You can know that you should choose to say something
that's way too much time. Thank you.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
I believe he's gonna be eaven two hours off there.
Oh yeah, how did they go?

Speaker 2 (08:08):
Yeah? Okay, So what is our problem? We're not good
decision makers.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
You're annointed, you have a great brand life, but you
gonna make good choices. How many times have you got
another you said you don't what I'm gonna take this
money and I'm gonna go anna pay these bills, and
I'm gonna do this, and I'm gonna do that, And
then what happens You look back when you got.

Speaker 2 (08:28):
Five dollars left. Come on, it's tax time. Can I
talk about it? Yes?

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Because we always say we always staying and laughing. We
always say, I'm gonna get my taxes and this is
what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna put aside.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
Five hundred dollars.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
I'm only go buy twenty dollars. Take twenty dollars a
doll get their shoes.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
You know you ain't gonna get no good shoes twenty
dollars hours.

Speaker 1 (08:55):
Right, y'all know these sneakers, these sneaking heads in this church.
Come on, head, let me tell you this church you
like secrets. Let me tell you something. How do these
people in the church love some sneakers and they're staying

(09:17):
over one hundred dollars other pair of sneakers?

Speaker 2 (09:22):
Come on, that's not.

Speaker 1 (09:24):
A good choice. We're not good decision makers. Listen, we
pray about everything. But have you prayed about your decisions?

Speaker 2 (09:34):
Not after you make them, but before you make the
come on before. It's easy to be sorry after the bag.
But what about you know we.

Speaker 1 (09:47):
Always say hindsight is twenty twenty or honey, ForSight is
twenty twenty two.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
If you think first, pray First, we sit down to
the table and we say how to do my dyet.

Speaker 1 (10:00):
I'm not gonna eat too much food. Next thing, you know,
you're getting up for thirds. I ain't saying he said.
And first, come on, we buy things that we can't afford.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Yeah, where these people are online?

Speaker 1 (10:18):
Cause these people here in the sexuary looking at black
and purple and y'all somebody don't line say, man.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
Come on here and man, we buy things we can't afford.
You know you.

Speaker 1 (10:33):
Can't afford that car. Baby, You're sitting at the dealer
and he says, go to your car, Papy's gonna be
about six hundred dollars.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
And you'll tell yourself I can make that. You make
six turn dollars? How you more?

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Man?

Speaker 2 (10:46):
How a't gonna make it six hundred dollars? Car? Baby?
I thank you a line of us. We appreciate you.
Hally lujah.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
We say things that we regret because we don't pray people.
If we start choosing our words, how many of you
had said something you would sorry about it?

Speaker 2 (11:07):
After the bat or? E should thought about that first?
Who that is coming up?

Speaker 1 (11:11):
Right?

Speaker 2 (11:12):
That ain't never happened to nobody here? Everybody choose, listen,
choose your words? Wise? Man, Come on, we do any
thing the post said the good that I woulna do, I.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
Don't do, because even as always the president, how many
are you gonna do any.

Speaker 2 (11:28):
Thing that you shouldn't do?

Speaker 1 (11:30):
Cause when I say choices, truly, it all comes down
to your decisions.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
And what do we do.

Speaker 1 (11:39):
We end up hurting the people that we love the most,
right because we're not good decision makers.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
But can I tell you that there is a revity
for that. You don't have to.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
Live in, that you don't have to stay in, that
you don't have to always be a bad choice maker.
Come on, ain't somebody just because you made a bad
choice yesterday, I gonna be proking a bad choice today.

Speaker 2 (12:05):
And then if you didn't.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
See to your dyeing yesterday, by God's.

Speaker 2 (12:09):
Grace, here's another day. Let's start here.

Speaker 1 (12:13):
Don't go to the drop through and get a double
walk over the cheese.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
This is gonna be the only thing donna eat whole day.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
You know you lying it, cause if you can eat
a double walk with cheese, you.

Speaker 2 (12:29):
Know you want three fries to that. And then you
gotta have a good old coke. The barn down, so
you barn Wiles going down. You know what passed? He
got used to do the same thing. Pull to the
drop Ugh, Then you have a double walter, double me
and a large five and a dying coke? What that

(12:53):
thing all was? Do it?

Speaker 1 (12:56):
And you see the sign when you cough up, He
tells you this three thousand calories.

Speaker 2 (13:05):
And you're telling yourself you want to a diet. Wait
with a eight hundred calorie day, you.

Speaker 1 (13:12):
Don't do yourself up water for two days. So you
say tomorrow the bags pray off your food. Le few calories.
We're gonna cast the devil out of the calories.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
Come on, here, mad decisions? Why do we make? Why
do we struggle making good decisions?

Speaker 1 (13:40):
Why? Because number one, we're overwhelmed. We're overwhelmed. And because
we're overwhelmed, we don't stop to think. Somebody say stop
to thinks.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
Okay, listen, statistics say we.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
Made thirty five thousand decisions a day.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
That's a lot of choices. And you don't even realize
that you're making that many choice.

Speaker 1 (14:00):
You listen while you driving down the road and you
following the GPS.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
You made the choice, Am I gonna follow the GPS?

Speaker 1 (14:05):
Or am I gonna go.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
The wad because the toys tracking? Come on, you supposed
to call somebody back. You didn't call them back. Why
do is something else happened? So you made a choice
not the call. Come on, you ches to hit the snooze.
But until ain't thirty we've been talking about that, So
you gotta understand none sick.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
All day long, you are making choices off what's gonna wear, what.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
You gonna eat, Where am I gonna go, Who I'm
going with? Who going with me? Come on?

Speaker 1 (14:36):
You get there to your house at the end of
the day, and we big.

Speaker 2 (14:40):
Watched Netflix, Jesus and you lose two hours of time,
scroll and take time. Come on, I'm that's still a bad.

Speaker 1 (14:50):
Choice, right, And you know why I've been guilty cause
my hand be down to my phone. I don't hear
nothing going on around me. Me. You're in the bone, everybody,
Come on, engage in our devices.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
Come on, what would we do if we put our
bones down and have real conversation? Can I tell you?
Social media it's not real. It's not real.

Speaker 1 (15:23):
That stuff that I'm gonna put this in words, that's
the real virtual reality. Right. We know that there are
real people putting things up online, but it's not our reality.
It's something that stuff ain't their reality. We are choosing
things based up of what we've seen other people do

(15:45):
and happy that stuff ain't even real. We make choices
that change our life over something we see online or
of a snapshot or something that happened to somebody in
one day, and you're thinking, man, they doing amazing and
you gonna load of struggle.

Speaker 2 (16:02):
That come on. Make better.

Speaker 1 (16:06):
So he says, if your life is gonna honor God,
you gonna have to choose somebody say shoes, shoes, All
right now, I wouldna.

Speaker 2 (16:16):
Broke another one of these versus the scripture, because I
got scriptures everywhere.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
Can you give me prop up sixteen, verses three and nine,
You can just call up proverb sixteen.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
Let's look this in the scripture.

Speaker 1 (16:30):
Propab Shatter sixteen, verse three says, commit your work to
the Lord and.

Speaker 2 (16:35):
Your plans will be established.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
I know you smart, I know, and then you know
how to put things together. But you've gotta learn how
to commit your plans to the Lord. Everything that you're doing,
give it to God.

Speaker 2 (16:50):
Somebody say, give it to God, because what you're not
factoring in is the warfare that it's gonna take for
you to get done. What you're trying to do talking
about the things that you want to do with this
warfare to accomplish, right, And so that's why.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
You've got to commit your work to the Lord so
that God can establish your plans.

Speaker 2 (17:12):
I know, that we go to, you know, leadership trainings
and they don't to strategize it. And they give you
five points to.

Speaker 1 (17:18):
A successful life and all this other stuff, but they
not telling you about the warfare involved to get you
from point A to point B. Change in your mind,
be deliberate about your choices. Grow into God first. That's
why I always pray Lord. W you're pray, you say, Lord,
commit our way up to you. Trust also you also,

(17:39):
and you and you'll breathing past. That's this, Commit your
way into the Lord. Trust in him and he will
bring it to past. You know why we make bad
decisions because we think that the bringing the past.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
Part is our job. It's not your job to bring
the past. God's world over your life. It's Gods God.

Speaker 1 (17:59):
He will establish you if you commit.

Speaker 2 (18:03):
Your way to him. And then what is worse? First
mind say it says the harper man plans his way,
but the Lord.

Speaker 1 (18:15):
Establishes his sex. I'm gonna read this to you. In
the Expanded Bible. It says people may make plans in
their minds, in their human hearts, they plant their path,
but the Lord decides what they will do, and he
establishes their steps. You know what this tells me that
you can say you're gonna do what you wanna do,
and then God say no, when you did not connamit

(18:37):
your way.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
To him, he gonna block y'all. Oh you don't, nobody.

Speaker 1 (18:43):
It's so hard when you're making choices to do stuff
because God is not in them choices. God needs to
be in your choices, anybody. If you can't say it,
they say, I'll.

Speaker 2 (18:53):
Say, oh, say I say hey, I or you say something.

Speaker 1 (19:02):
Because this is our reality how they hold you are.

Speaker 2 (19:07):
Yeah, let's look at Psalm twenty five and four. If
you're looking at something twenty five before in.

Speaker 1 (19:13):
The ESB what is that? It says, make me to
know your ways on, Lord, teach for your path. And
if y'all have a ready of these versus a description?
Did you even know that that was in there? Now?
Do you go to it before you make a choice? Lord,
I have this choice that I need to make. Make
me to know your ways on, Lord, teach me your

(19:34):
path before I do this, Show me which path to take.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
Come on.

Speaker 1 (19:44):
The Expanded Bible. This is this is Pthing twenty five.
The Expanded Bible says, Lord, tell me or make me
to know your ways, Show me and teach me how
to live in your path?

Speaker 2 (19:57):
Can you just show me? Because I don't know how
My flesh is desired to do what it wants to do.

Speaker 1 (20:04):
Because my flesh shakes are so smart, anybody else in
here gotta be fleshed. Do your flesh shake you so smart?
My flesh shake is smart. Come on, my flesh shaking smart.
They think it already knows. And so this is why
I gotta come to God and say, Lord, make.

Speaker 2 (20:24):
Me to know your ways.

Speaker 1 (20:26):
Because I have a bad I got a bad habit
to make it a bad choice.

Speaker 2 (20:32):
And sometimes it's not on purpose. Sometimes it's because we're
what over? Well, but I gotta do this, I gotta
do that.

Speaker 1 (20:41):
I go here, I got there, But you gotta stip
what you're doing and ask God which.

Speaker 2 (20:46):
Way should I go? What do you want me to do?
I don't want to end up in a ditch.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
The Bible says, if the blind even blind, where they going?

Speaker 2 (20:59):
And d you know why we're blind because we didn't
go to God and say, made me to know your way.
Show me there's a song we used to see. Show
me you always that I may walk.

Speaker 1 (21:15):
Yeah that.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
Well, say it, But we don't do it.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
We don't go to God and ask him to show
us his way.

Speaker 2 (21:26):
You need his rays.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
So just take a break right here. This heel that
puts you on a message, I'll loujah, cut on, lay
hands on yourself, say self. Learn to ask God for help,
learn to ask God for direction.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
Hallelujah.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
You know what happened to us When we are faced
with so many decisions, we get decision fatigue.

Speaker 2 (21:50):
I didn't have the experience, I didn't had to do that,
I had to do.

Speaker 1 (21:53):
That, and so whatever, I don't care, so that we
may hat has a decision because we're tired. Oh, they
get decisions. Couple say, hey, you're like, man, you gonna
get it after. You gotta get it in God. You
gotta get it in God.

Speaker 2 (22:09):
Okay. So as we have to keep making decisions. As
we are swamping decisions, the quality of your choices decreases.

Speaker 1 (22:20):
You stop it. It's a cognitive and that when you're
caught it or having to choose, you choose not to choose.
And your lack of choosing is a choice. Yeah, lack
of choosing is a choice because you didn't choose to
make the right choice.

Speaker 2 (22:40):
You didn't go to gods that make me to know
your wage.

Speaker 1 (22:44):
Some of us are making major moves without seeking God
because you don't know what's down with wrong.

Speaker 2 (22:50):
It may not have cost you much now, but it's
it may cost you much lagers.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
Okay, so you might say you know, and then let's
talking about this, like go last week it was consistency.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
Are you consistently going to God and asking him? You
can't just ask him one time?

Speaker 1 (23:11):
Right? Over two weeks, I asked God to show me
his way, and I did what I was supposed to.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
Do with my little pay check, right, and then the.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
Third week, are ye ill blew it all over a
pocket book?

Speaker 2 (23:27):
That's exactly right.

Speaker 1 (23:32):
Come on, so you gotta think, don't make a dumb
choice and move on an impulse. How you feeling, Let's
talk about some of the things when we talk about emotions.
Don't go in the stories when you're feeling bad, just
like they tell you, don't go grocery shop and when
you're hungry, because now you're going to go in there
and trying to gratify your flesh the thing that you're

(23:55):
longing for, the thing that made you feel bad.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
You say, if I just body this I'm feel better.
Have you ever gone in.

Speaker 1 (24:02):
The dollar store and spend fifty dollars in the dollar store?

Speaker 2 (24:11):
Because we're not looking at what we're choosing? What just
a dollar? But if you got fifty of those says?

Speaker 1 (24:19):
And then what's swung with us that when we get
to the register and we see how much everything comes
to pride makes us reach any.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
Grandma that card, it's not the same. Put it at
anybody in the room. Come on, I can't believe behind it.
I don't need this because I need to ask God
to make me to know his ways. Then then I
feel bad because the things.

Speaker 1 (24:45):
That I needed to do with that money.

Speaker 2 (24:47):
I can't do with that money because I hate a dunk.

Speaker 1 (24:50):
Joy I didn't she God, you gotta pray before you
go in the store. So I say, pray before you
go shopping, shopping pride. Don't let nobody drag you to
the store tomorrow. Oh, come on, get out the house.
It's gonna feel bad.

Speaker 2 (25:05):
Let's go to the store now. Ah, if I'm going
on leaving my daddy going home, a man leave every day.
I just got my idea. And make sure you don't
got nothing on apple cause you don't move come on,

(25:27):
we need God in our decisions.

Speaker 1 (25:30):
The Five Foolish Virgins chows to show up without oil.

Speaker 2 (25:37):
They chose to not prepare. That's some of us. We're
choosing to not prepare, all right.

Speaker 1 (25:46):
So number one we're overwhell Number two were afraid of
that getting the wrong choice.

Speaker 2 (25:51):
I'm gonna miss God. So you freeze? You got analysis paralysis?
You know what that is?

Speaker 1 (26:02):
Holy?

Speaker 2 (26:02):
If I should do this, I don't know why I
should do this. What's gonna happen if I do this?
What's wherever I gonna say it? Why do this? Ain't
gonna be mad? Anybody do this?

Speaker 1 (26:10):
You just like thinking, thinking, thinking, thinking, thinking, and you
think so much that you don't do anything because you're
so afraid of making a choice that you don't.

Speaker 2 (26:23):
Choose instead of going to God. Can I tell.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
You listen, we all faced this, and sometimes you're gonna
feel like, you.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
Know, my God, I'm gonna take that risk. Oh my God,
I'm gonna do this.

Speaker 1 (26:35):
But if you're seeking God, if you're looking to God
for how to make decisions, shouldn't this be your girlfriend
your boyfriend?

Speaker 2 (26:45):
Shouldn't this be the job you should take? Shouldn't this
be the place that you should go.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
Let me take something. People call and they ask can
you come? Everybody who asks me to come somewhere.

Speaker 2 (26:55):
I say yes, I do not you know why because
it ain't God's will.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
And sometimes people want one thing, but they don't really
want God.

Speaker 2 (27:10):
You gotta be able to ask your saf Is this
what God wants you to do? Make me to know
your ways. I'll care what somebody asks for. I gotta
know what God wants needed you ain't it? So you
gotta understand.

Speaker 1 (27:27):
Liked to get delivered from indecision because indecision is a decision.
Did you hear me in decision is a decision if
you have analysis paralysis, if you are paralyzed or making
a choice because you too afraid to make the choice.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
Listen to me. Some of that is finded. We gotta
get delivered from. Come on, anybody even deliver? Nor did
you did you get?

Speaker 1 (27:57):
Psalm eighty six. I don't know what I say? And
I did apologize said that. Praise the Lord?

Speaker 2 (28:06):
How believe you? So A say bless you.

Speaker 1 (28:10):
God, blessed fast Eve Talk eighty six, verse eleven.

Speaker 2 (28:14):
I love this pos listen, be ready, pray, teach me
your way.

Speaker 1 (28:19):
Oh Lord, that I may walk in your truth. Listen,
unite my heart to fear your name. Now, let me
take this take let's walk here for a minute. Okay,
let's walk here.

Speaker 2 (28:29):
For a minute. Somebody said, let's walk here for a minute.
Let's walk. Let the reader to you in the expanding Bible.

Speaker 1 (28:35):
Lord, teach me what you want me to do, your way,
and I will live and walk by your truth in
your faithfulness. Teach me to respect you completely. Give me
an undivided heart to fear your name.

Speaker 2 (28:50):
Can I tell you that part of the.

Speaker 1 (28:51):
Reason why we made bad choices because our heart is divided.

Speaker 2 (28:57):
Scripture says a double minded man is unstable.

Speaker 1 (28:59):
All these I went to a Jewish resource to look
up the heat break on this word unite.

Speaker 2 (29:07):
It is the Hebrew word.

Speaker 1 (29:09):
Your coin, which means together, and it comes from the
root work e kind, which means one. So it means
that you can be a part of a whole. But
there's still a unity there. Okay, it's a togetherness like
it says in the scripture. Right, how good and pleasant

(29:29):
it is for brethren to twelve together in unity.

Speaker 2 (29:34):
It's a whole right, But that that one hole.

Speaker 1 (29:39):
Together is unified there's no division in it. So when
I'm saying to God, teach.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
Me away so that.

Speaker 1 (29:48):
My heart is united, that I have together with you,
that where you want from me is what.

Speaker 2 (29:53):
I'm giving you.

Speaker 1 (29:55):
That I'm not giving God what I learned to have,
but I'm giving God with he quiets of me. Hello,
isn't there a difference between what God requires and.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
What we wanna give? Or Lord, please okay, let me
read down her whole? Hold hold hold on on.

Speaker 1 (30:19):
So as for chapter eleven, verse nineteen, you don't gotta
go there. I wanna give that, but I just wanna
give this to you. Where the scripture says I will
give them one heart, it is the human world to
live and college, meaning I will give them one heart
and heart that is not divided.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
We don't go to God and ask him to teach
us his way.

Speaker 1 (30:42):
Because we know that our heart is divined and it
wants to go somewhere else. Half the battle is in
getting your heart in alignment with as well. It's like this,
I'm not gonna ask God to help me walk and
forgiveness towards you because I really don't wanna hear what
you gotta say about it, cause I know where he's

(31:02):
gonna say. He gonna say, for again, Lord, how you
want me to handle this person that's mistreat me? You
know you not answering that if your heart is divided,
it's not the person that's in your ways your heart, right,
you gotta ask God to your knight, you.

Speaker 2 (31:23):
All heart with him who has your heart?

Speaker 1 (31:26):
Now, this one also means to be an only son.
And as I started digging into that what the mentality
is or that is that that one son has only
one father. That means I sit under the voice of
my father. I don't have a thousand fathers speaking to me.

(31:48):
And if I allow my heart.

Speaker 2 (31:52):
To be the father that speaks to me or bother
the voice of the Lord to leave me in the
wrong way, that I have divided my heart from what
God wants me to do. Seebody in here are y'all
hearing you, ma'am?

Speaker 1 (32:09):
So this word means union, united, this together, all together
and alike me.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
Then I want my heart to be like yours.

Speaker 1 (32:20):
Now, see, that's one of those dangerous prayers. You're not
praying that unless you we're gonna give God what.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
He asked before. And you can't say that half Actually, oh, Lord,
let me have a heart like yours. Lord, you nite
my heart and choice. You know you don't mean that.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
How do we know?

Speaker 2 (32:36):
Because when you.

Speaker 1 (32:37):
Are challenged, and you will be challenged, where you have
to make these choices, these decisions, these things.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
That are calling you are you see?

Speaker 1 (32:49):
I need gonna write these verses down so that when
it comes time for you to choose, you can go
back to the scripture and pray the scripture. Lord teach
me away. It's like my heart to fear your dad,
because if I fear the Lord, I'm gonna choose right.
It's a fear of the Lord. That's beginning of wisdom.

Speaker 2 (33:11):
So number one, Number one is we are overwhelmed. Number two,
we're afraid of making the wrong choice. Number three, we
let our emotions over rule logic. We are ready to
talk about that. How I feel. I don't feel like.

Speaker 1 (33:32):
I should have to do that.

Speaker 2 (33:34):
I don't feel like I want to go here or
go there. But what does God teach you?

Speaker 1 (33:41):
What?

Speaker 2 (33:42):
Where is God in that decision making right?

Speaker 1 (33:46):
What happens if we spend time overanalyzing things that don't matter.

Speaker 2 (33:52):
How many of you ever done that?

Speaker 1 (33:54):
Spend all this time worry about the wrong thing over
analyzing what does it matter? Right? And then when you
have to make an important decision, you respond in your flesh.

Speaker 2 (34:11):
Do you know you gotta realize.

Speaker 1 (34:13):
How what's rioting on your decisions instead of praying asking
God to direct you. Let's say that's the difference between
you yelling.

Speaker 2 (34:22):
And screaming at the kids when they do something wrong.

Speaker 1 (34:25):
Versus being still. I'm telling you as a parent, No,
it's the difference between me going along on my husband
and praying to say, Lord, help me to make the
right choice. It's the difference between me not losing my temper.

Speaker 2 (34:43):
In the store.

Speaker 1 (34:45):
Anybody get out of tempo, any humans in here. I
mean y'all know where you interact a lot with computers
and AI and all that, But any humans in here
that something happens to you and your feathers getting ruffled.

Speaker 2 (34:58):
The difference is of praying for instruction. Oh, I need
y'all let this sink in. I don't care about no
hower to screaming. Today. I needed to take this word.
I need you to ponder this word.

Speaker 1 (35:17):
I need you to think about this because this is
the difference between the believer and the unbeliever. The unbelievers
walking around Lady decisions and his blessing all day long. Right,
but the specter telling us as many as are left
about the spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Till we talk about being the only time. How do
I know that I'm a son of God?

Speaker 2 (35:37):
Not because I will.

Speaker 1 (35:40):
I'm telling nobody that I'm a son. I'm govern by
the presence of God, by his spiraring. I let God
super rule over me.

Speaker 2 (35:52):
Ouch.

Speaker 1 (35:55):
Oh, you mean I mean I can't go up exactly?
You mean that means I have to show love, but
not really, Rather just tell them what exactly.

Speaker 2 (36:07):
You mean that I have to love them and act
like nothing happened. Exactly.

Speaker 1 (36:12):
Come on, if your kids make you up, saying how
many you got kids in here, you make our kids. Okay,
so say kids, We'll say people in your job, We'll say,
people in your house.

Speaker 2 (36:27):
We'll say your brother and your sister. Right, they make
you angry, they upset you. Right, flesh says, lean into 'em,
let them hold it, light 'em up, right, But the
spirit of God says, be patient.

Speaker 1 (36:49):
Love is what kind, patient and kind, But it is
worse right patience and kind.

Speaker 2 (37:01):
We love to have love. It was just love.

Speaker 1 (37:03):
Yeah, everybody want can even flowers and cars love.

Speaker 2 (37:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (37:08):
But what about in the family where you're fifteen, where
you love hey, love that on the fifteenth Wait.

Speaker 2 (37:19):
A minute, where was it on the fifty?

Speaker 1 (37:27):
Come on, right?

Speaker 2 (37:33):
The Bible gives us instruction to be patient for my flesh,
says right the shits for real? Right?

Speaker 1 (37:48):
What about when you're face with temptations? Don't making choices?
What about your face with temptations?

Speaker 2 (37:56):
Right you? Temptation could be any day, It could be hty.

Speaker 1 (38:01):
You'll be tempted to watch TV and the Lord say,
I don't want you watching TV right now?

Speaker 2 (38:05):
You gonna be tempted.

Speaker 1 (38:06):
You know what I'm saying, to make a phone call
to talking to somebody that you have no business talking to.

Speaker 2 (38:10):
And the temptation says he the call your flesh has
caller car. It's two o'clock in the morning. And we
know at ain't gonna say that. Halleluja. We know what
kind of call it this walm, I ain't gonna be

(38:40):
come on, i'ma say that for private me. Craise a Lord.
You ain't mostly gonna make.

Speaker 1 (38:50):
You think that you conserve things that your spirit ain't
tell you though, punch, Come on, a man, and what's
a temptation for you? May not be temptation for somebody else,
But whatever it is, you not to make sure that
you pay attention to what Holy Spirit is saying. What

(39:13):
choices are you making? Can I tell you everything good
toil you ain't good for you?

Speaker 2 (39:20):
That was clear Paul saying it like this, he said,
He said, I can do whatever I want to do,
he said, but I will not be brought under the
power of anything.

Speaker 1 (39:34):
So you're not understand that whatever you give yourself to,
when you choose, you're giving yourself older than a power.

Speaker 2 (39:41):
Of something else. Shouldn't you give yourself to the power
of that thing Jesus? Come on, Come on. Some of
our friendships, some of us got habits or bah blah
blah shop you're gonna restaurant.

Speaker 1 (40:00):
Some of us got habits that we need delivers from,
but we choose not to let go, and we bring
ourselves under the power of those stags. You gotta choose.
It starts from their choice. Highlight on that even the
spit the other us.

Speaker 2 (40:19):
Choose you this day whom you will serve?

Speaker 1 (40:23):
And I just said, into the departets of now he said, listen,
if God be, God, serve him.

Speaker 2 (40:28):
But if they will be, God, serve him.

Speaker 1 (40:31):
But joice.

Speaker 2 (40:34):
Every day is a choice, all day, thirty five thousand choices.
I want you to do the talent this week. Every
time you gotta make a choice, just just write it down,
put it on so put in your phone. Made another choice,
made another choice, make it the choice to make the
talent of the choices that you made. It is a choice.
So cap that in the you and you will see

(40:57):
how detrimental choices are. You know, this is what I
love about the Scripture.

Speaker 1 (41:02):
You know, we.

Speaker 2 (41:04):
Sometimes get carried away with stuff we wanna get. We
want to be able to hear deep and they just
gave me goosebumps and all.

Speaker 1 (41:12):
Of a stend.

Speaker 2 (41:12):
So we don't live what we've heard.

Speaker 1 (41:16):
And so when we leave out of here, we're struggling
on Monday because one made are still going mothering to
sitting at Chuck.

Speaker 2 (41:23):
Didn't have any way to it.

Speaker 1 (41:27):
It didn't give us some tools necessary so that we
would be able to be better.

Speaker 2 (41:31):
Believe orts anybody want to be better?

Speaker 1 (41:34):
Yes, Lord, please, yes, anybody want to make better choices?
Come on, and when you start making choices in your emotions.
Those are the ones that hurt the words and you
end up sorry for it. Listen to me, listen, you

(41:55):
gotta be able.

Speaker 2 (41:55):
To rule your spirit and rule your flesh.

Speaker 1 (41:59):
How are we gonna God to give us all these
wonderful things but you can't control you? Can?

Speaker 2 (42:04):
I say it again? You gotta learn how to control you.
We're trying to.

Speaker 1 (42:11):
Tell our kids what to do, We're trying to tell
other people what to do, but you haven't even learn
how to tell you what to do. Do you listen
to you, Lord adversity. Let me see that the people
online leaders.

Speaker 2 (42:26):
God for that. They ain't God for your hanged in there.
I think that they ain't just struggling in the house.

Speaker 1 (42:39):
We make perfectent decisions based off of our temporary emotions.

Speaker 2 (42:45):
You may not feel like you feeling in five minutes
the way you felt when you be able to get
up in the morning.

Speaker 1 (42:51):
You feel bad about the afternoon you feel better, but
you make bad.

Speaker 2 (42:55):
Choice between the time you got up and the time
your emotions change. You cannot choose based off of how
you feel.

Speaker 1 (43:05):
We will cut people out of our lives based on
how we feel because we don't see further than to that.

Speaker 2 (43:12):
Come on here, and you end up hurting yourself.

Speaker 1 (43:17):
So, if you're gonna honor God the way that you
wanna honor God, that you wanna choose right all day
every day, can you put the other the other square up? Please?

Speaker 2 (43:28):
On decisions.

Speaker 1 (43:30):
If your life is moving in the direction of your decisions,
do you like the directions your decisions are taking you?
Do you like where you're going? Do you like where
things are right now? If you don't, the way that
you get change it.

Speaker 2 (43:46):
Is choose better. And you know, we like to blame
everybody else, but I would be here. I wouldna be here.

Speaker 1 (43:52):
Sisters Maria here, say such or such, sister Marin, don't
got nothing troung over you?

Speaker 2 (43:58):
Well, you made me be like this. He can't make
you feel like nothing. You chose to feel that anybody here? Yeah,
and then you choose to live in yourboutions. Lord, he'll
gonna today. The quality of your decisions of gonna They
don't want to affect the quality of your life.

Speaker 1 (44:19):
If you choose to be miserable, guess what you gonna be.
If you choose to be happy, what are you wanna be?
Come on the toy and the Lord is your swim.
You gotta learn how to walk into the toy in
the Lord, many of us are in most of the rats.

Speaker 2 (44:37):
We move from one gap to the other.

Speaker 1 (44:39):
Oh, my God, Lord, right down down in the minute
later on and then by the time I would a
been Lord, Lord, I'm tired because my emotion.

Speaker 2 (44:46):
Has just been on old place. Why regulate that?

Speaker 1 (44:52):
Ask God to undivide your heart, give your heart.

Speaker 2 (45:00):
In one place.

Speaker 1 (45:01):
Somebody say, at one place. You need to make choices
now about what you wanna do later.

Speaker 2 (45:08):
You can't wait. That's what's wrongs. We don't plan. Somebody say,
plan plan. I'm gonna telling you, gotta plan what you
wanna do in five years. I'll definitely be good should
the Lord tell you.

Speaker 1 (45:19):
But if you don't plan to succeed, you wanna plan
to fail by default. Because indecision is a decision.

Speaker 2 (45:29):
I have sat down. Everything that we are.

Speaker 1 (45:31):
Doing right now, it is written on a piece of paper,
several pieces of paper.

Speaker 2 (45:38):
Because you gotta start making declarations. You gotta start saying, Lord,
this is what I wanna do. I wanna do what
you want me to do. I wanna go where you
want me to go. I want you to have my
heart and my heart didn't need to buy it. Oh man,
God want me to do? May yall want me to go?
And what Dad wants me to do?

Speaker 1 (45:54):
And that's where our struggle is. You gotta get it together,
and here, get it together. Some I say get it
together yet, but I'm telling you to tell yourself. Tell
yourself getting together.

Speaker 2 (46:08):
If you are going to be successful as a believer,
you have God to do what the scripture has said
to us.

Speaker 1 (46:14):
You gotta comment your way to the Lord. You gotta
go to God and ask him to direct your past.
You're smart, you're talented, but you're.

Speaker 2 (46:26):
Not smarter than God, right, and that none of us are.
I'm not smarter than God.

Speaker 1 (46:31):
I can only see to a specific place after that,
And let's talk about perimial vision.

Speaker 2 (46:38):
My privial vision ain't all that good.

Speaker 1 (46:41):
Okay, And I'm not mad to see out on the
side of my eye, know him, I'm supposed to be
looking forward. So you gotta learn how to decide before
you decide.

Speaker 2 (46:54):
That's all we talking about.

Speaker 1 (46:55):
Deciding in advance, choosing and advance. If you fail to
make the somebody's gonna choose for you, Yes, he love,
somebody's gonna choose for you. Let me go back to
the scripture Proverbs sixteen to three. Come into the Lord whatever.

Speaker 2 (47:11):
You do, and he is going to establish your plans.
What we gotta learn how to do is go to
God and let God help us to choose.

Speaker 1 (47:23):
A lot of times we have when we don't make
the power we don't take back out of life and
the power to make their choices. We can be running
with the crowd. We can be with people who are
doing other things. And because you don't, you don't have you.

Speaker 2 (47:39):
Haven't taken your life and to the place where God
will have you to take it. You'll do what they're
doing versus what God wants you to do. So now
you gotta make a decision. I want to go back
and read this verse again in prover Worth's.

Speaker 1 (47:58):
Eighteen and fifteen in the expanded by the mind and
the heart of a person with understanding yets knowledge. The
wise person listens to learn more than the ear of
the wise seeks knowledge. Can you take time to start.

Speaker 2 (48:15):
Seeking God right?

Speaker 1 (48:18):
Eighteen thirteen Intelligence our acquires knowledge and the ear of
the wise seks knowledge.

Speaker 2 (48:22):
Do you really see knowledge or you're just trying to
be the smartest pencil? In the box, the sharpest pencil,
the smartest person in the room. But can you make
better choices? Come on, stand torte, I see red line.
Let me tell you something. You are the sum total
of all your choices. If you don't like where you are,

(48:44):
you gotta choose better. I am the some total of
all my choices, every last one.

Speaker 1 (48:51):
Or when it comes to relationships, when it comes to
what I'm doing with my life, when it comes to
whether or not I'm happy or not, if I am
all right with what's going on in my life, I'm
the sum total of my choices. You are the sum
total of all your choices.

Speaker 2 (49:11):
You cannot get mad about where you are and you
are not making the right choice, don't We're not gonna
do that. So I wanna to pray this afternoon.

Speaker 1 (49:23):
I wanna to pray, and I want to pray earnestly,
because we have choices that are facing us today and
all this week, for the rest of our lives. And
you gotta make the white choice. The first choice that
we made that is of utmost importance is choosing Christ,
choosing to live for Jesus. And now that you have

(49:45):
made that choice, what are you gonna do with this
life that He is given to you.

Speaker 2 (49:49):
What are you gonna do?

Speaker 1 (49:50):
Amen, with the authority that He is given to you?
What are you gonna do with this a life?

Speaker 2 (49:55):
Amen? Then you have They say, are you gonna keep
your heart divided? Or you gonna really be honest with God?
Can we take you? You have usual disabilities till we
can pray? How they do young? How they go young? Yes,
we gotta let God. We gotta let God.

Speaker 1 (50:15):
Help us an intelligent heart acquie his knowledge.

Speaker 2 (50:20):
Go to God and ask him.

Speaker 1 (50:23):
Stop being so proud. You don't You don't have to
have all the answers. Can I say you don't have
to have all the answers. It's okay to say I
don't know, I don't know what to do.

Speaker 2 (50:37):
Give me some time, Let me gonna pray, and I
not gonna pray. Then I'm gonna see what God wants
me to do.

Speaker 1 (50:45):
Don't let anything and anybody force you into a decision
that you did not hear from God about somebody say, man, man,
don't let anybody want you.

Speaker 2 (51:00):
I don't care what they say. We don't. I don't care.

Speaker 1 (51:05):
You know.

Speaker 2 (51:06):
I had somebody who.

Speaker 1 (51:08):
Sent me an email thank you and we had to
make a decision. The church had to make a.

Speaker 2 (51:16):
Decision, thank ma'am.

Speaker 1 (51:18):
We had to make a decision about whether you want
to remain in partnership. We even organization and I said
to them.

Speaker 2 (51:25):
Let me get back to you. Because number one, aren't
need to weigh our options. That's number one.

Speaker 1 (51:31):
