And one of the things I pray and hope will
happen to you tonight is that you will receive the
other key that it takes to unlock the door of
performance in your life. And if you're prepared, if you're ready,

Things I've learned as a man of God is that
as God increases me in wisdom, in leadership and influence,
I have learned the value of people's time, people's attention,
and I make it a commitment to not waste time
in ambiguity, sentiments and anything that will make the time

of God's people look like a waste. It's my personal
commitment that every time is invested to hear God through
my voice, that it will be for whoever, but more
particularly for you, a time well invested in the name
of Jesus Christ.

But yesterday, for those of you who were not here,
by the way, let me make a quick recommendation. We

this morning, allelujah. And it is my personal plea for

or connect online for whatever reason, would you do.

I think it provides a very pragmatic solution, not lead
to ministers of the gospel, but even those who are
heading any kind of parastotle in government. It is an
all inclusive leadership strategy, and I recommend that you take
the time to listen. Listen for your edification. The Lord

bless you in Jesus' name. We began a series of
discussions yesterday, and I told you that there are two
keys that have been mandated by God to hand over
to us.

As far as experiencing.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
The performance is concerned, I told us that the manifestation
of God's word in the life of an individual, in
the life of a community, a business, a nation like Ghana,
does not just depend on the love of God. It
doesn't just depend on his desire to see his word
come to pass. It depends on our understanding, our understanding

of the dynamics. There are principles that connect to and
lead to the manifestation of the things that have been spoken.
The Bible says in Look one forty five, Blessed is
she that believes. It says, for onto her there shall
be a performance, a manifestation of the things that she

(04:15):
had believed. It also says in John chapter one, the
world became flesh. We considered that yesterday that even though
we have been blessed with all blessings in spiritual places,
but they are in Christ, and we need them here
in this realm, here and now, and that we must
understand the spiritual technology by which we transport realities that

are finished in Christ, so that they are available for
us here and now.

And we took the first key, the law of faith.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
Still, remember we said faith is the midwife between prophecy
and manifestation. Every time God speaks to you, it will
require a thorough understanding of Bible faith to allow that
which was spoken to be made manifest. God desires to
do everything he said, but it depends on your understanding

of faith. And we define faith yesterday Number one as
the depth of your persuasion or your conviction about God
the integrity of his person. We also define faith as
the name given to the action of obedience you take
as proof that you believe God and has proved that
you believe in His word.

Bible faith is predicated upon two attributes of God.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
Number one, his integrity.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
Still, remember that God is not a man that he
should lie, nor the son of man that he should.

Repent if he speaks.

He sustains the integrity the moral wherewithal to make his
word good?

Are we together? And then number two we said.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
His ability faith is predicated Bible faith is predicated upon
these two attributes of God, his integrity that he does
not change, and his ability. Now, there are many people
in our world who have integrity, but they may not
have the wear with au to bring to pass that
which they intend to bring to past. Others have the

wear with all, but they do not have the moral
uprightness the integrity. God has both integrity and ability. Someone
learning now, I gave you a few keys, one of
them being a revelation of God's integrity and ability. Key
number two that I gave us yesterday in order to
release your faith for a performance. I told you that

faith is vision dependent, vision dependent, vision dependent. It matters
how you see, it matters what you see. He says,
I will stand upon my watch, and I will set
myself upon the tower, so that.

I will see what the Lord will say and now
know how to answer when I'm reproved.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
It's important that we have a vision a vision that
is derived from scripture, and a vision that is consistent
with the.

Will of God.

The assignment of faith is not to activate our loss
and our appetites. When God gives us the liberty to
release our faith, it is with respect to His will
and his respect to his plans for our lives.

Are we together?

Jeremiah twenty ninety eleven says, I know the thoughts I
think to what you said, the Lord. Their thoughts of
peace are not of evil, to bring you a future.

And an expected end.

So the assignment of faith is not to manipulate God
to make manifest just anything you desire. No, your desire
must be consistent with the will of God.

It must be consistent with the world of God. Prays
the name of the Lord. Number three.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
Yesterday we said, how that faith give me number three?
Let me see how attentive you are who followed yesterday?

Speaker 2 (07:57):
What is number three? Ghana? What did you say? I
didn't hear you.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
Faith depends on an understanding of the demands, your action
of obedience that will commit God to perform sill. Remember,
knowing what God has said, it's not enough to bring
it to pass. You must know the participatory conditions.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
Connected to what God has said.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
And this, with all your respect, I think, is where
the Pentecostal charismatic circle have missed it. We have a
thorough knowledge of the exceeding great and precious promises, but
we seldom take the time to understand the conditions connected
to the manifestation of the promise. So we say things
like I shall not die, and then we stop there.

(08:54):
But there are conditions connected to it. If you speak that,
you will die if you work in dishonnor you die
if you are lazier and you are not about being productive.
Are we together? We say things like, oh, he who
does not work should not eat. It's a medical advice.
It's a medical advice. If you are not prepared to work,

then don't eat. It's a real medical advice, because if
you keep eating without walking, you will die.

Are we together now?

Speaker 1 (09:26):
So the Bible says, for instance, a diligent hand shall
be made fat, and so a man who is lazy
and expecting prosperity and wealth, simply because there are other
systems of advantage like favor and the leverage of relationships,
that man will most likely be disappointed. He will be
a disappointed Christian, a lazy man will give excuses he

will not show by reason of the weather, and then
he will beg in harvests.

Are we together?

Speaker 1 (09:51):
So knowing what God has said is only one side
to the equation. It's important to press to know what
responsibility by be. Faith always commits upon the believer a
dimension of responsibility for its performance, for its manifestation. Any
Christian experience that makes God entirely responsible for the outcomes

of your life, it is said to be an irresponsible
faith practice.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
There is always what you must do.

Speaker 1 (10:21):
The rich ruler comes to Jesus and he says, good Master,
what do I need to do to be saved?

Speaker 2 (10:27):
That was the voice of responsibility speaking.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
I know that there's something I need to do, and unfortunately,
for salvation there's nothing you do except to receive. But
he came with a consciousness, no wonder. He was a
rich young ruler. I preached a message on that. You
may want to listen to rich young ruler. Now those
are three descriptions that are seldom found in one person.

(10:51):
You are rich, you have time, and you have influence. Allelujah.
Rich young ruler comes to Jesus and says, good Master,
what do I need to do. So we discuss all
of this, and remember I told you as a fourth
key that you need to wait, patience and thanksgiving. Still,

(11:12):
remember that when all is said and done, you must
obtain the grace and under staying power to wait. I
tell you this prophecy is like pregnancy. The day you
take in it's not the day you give beth. But
it does not mean it's not working. Every woman will
agree that you can be one month, two more pregnant,
like I said yesterday, and.

You don't need to do anything more. Just wait. There's
a timing connected to it.

Speaker 1 (11:38):
Sometimes we confuse process because of factors like speed, and
so we want to rush God. God gives speed, but
it does not rush people allelujah. The difference between an
object that goes up and comes down versus a three
that grows is that it is connected to the root

(11:59):
while it grows. When you will jump up, you will
calm down, but when you grow up you will stay
up away together, your prayer for speed should never override
the discipline of process. If Joseph became a prime minister

(12:20):
from the well, he would not understand the value of leadership.
Sometimes God subjects you through processes that compel you to
learn the value of process. It helps you to appreciate
the throne when you get there. That's the reason why
people who inherit things will necessarily become careless because they

(12:40):
have no history of process. They didn't wait. Everything happened overnight.
They usually will be reckless, careless, and they live without
a sense of consequence. Are weay together? So today let's
look at the other part. I promise you that will
not stay long. So let's get straight to the business
of tonight. I want to show you, by the grace

of God, the second element that is responsible for the
performance of God's word in the life of an individual,
a business, a government, a nation. My teachings do not
revolve around the worlds of church alone. I believe in
being apostolic in my communication. So whether you are a
political leader like we have many tonight, or a business person,

a senior executive, you should find a point of application
from the thoughts that I communicative. We are together, say amen,

And I intended for us to read a number of scriptures,
but for time, I'll just cut them to one.

Read with me. If you're a Christian is projected.

Ready, one to read, and these signs shall follow them
that believe. Please stop there, let's read it again. That's
the part of interest tonight. One to read again shall
follow them that believe. This is a very profound scripture.
The Bible says, there are signs that follow believing. That

means I don't need to ask you what you believe.
All I need to do is to look at your life,
and whatever you truly believe sustains a magnetic power, and
it will draw certain signs, certain physical evidences.

To your life. Are we together?

Speaker 1 (14:29):
You may have heard me teach that success is not
what you pursue. You never get success by pursuing it.
Success is what you attract by who you become. Are
we together?

When you find.

Yourself in pursuit of success, you have already missed the
strategy It was supposed to come to you in honor
to who you are becoming, not just what you do.
Who you become has a greater impact in making you
successful than what you do. Joseph did many things, but
it was not what he did that really brought him

to the palace. It was who he had become, loving, patience,
and enduring. Then what he did added to it like
an icing to the cake. Away together. So the Bible says,
these signs, these signs. Failure is a sign, it follows

a kind of believing. Prosperity is a sign, it follows
a kind of believing. Weakness is a sign, it follows
a kind of believing. Curses are signs. They follow a
kind of believing. Blessings are signs. They follow a kind

of believing. Influence is a sign. It follows a kind
of believing. Favor is a sign. It follows a kind
of believing. A beggarly life is a sign. It follows
a kind of believing. Are we learning already?

Now?

What we try to do in the Body of Christ
is to dispel the signs without changing the believing that
brought them in the first place. So we try to
drive away poverty, We try to drive away curses, We
try to drive away demons, we try to drive away
hat tread. But they are signs, and instruction was giving
them to the realm of the spirit. Anybody who has

this belief follow them. They don't follow you, They follow
your believing. Who is learning tonight? There are signs that
can follow a nation believing. Africa has signs that are
following our believing. There are signs that follow the believing
of the West. Businesses have signs that follow them if

the business is declining. Regardless the individual issues, there.

Are signs that are following the believing.

The name of that believing is or your belief system
or your ideology.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Who is learning? Now? For most people, we do not
know that your.

Speaker 1 (17:07):
Ideology controls over eighty percent of the manifestation of your results.
Let me define for you, therefore, a mindset, please you
may want to write.

Speaker 2 (17:19):
A mindset or a belief.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
System is a way of thinking, a way of assessment,
a paradigm, a perspective, A mindset or a belief system.

Speaker 1 (17:36):
Is a sustained way of thinking. It's a paradigm, it's
a viewpoint. It's a manner of assessment, assessing things, assessing people,
assessing life. A number of us here did find arts,
whether in elementary school or college, and there's a part

(17:57):
of fine arts called perspectives. He remember, perspective helps you
to capture the information that are within the angle that
is your viewpoint.

And so if you ask me to do a drawing
of this beautiful. You know this place right now. There
are certain details you don't expect to see in my
drawing because of my limitation in scope, but they are there.
I may not capture the restrooms. I don't know where

an interpretation based on the limitation of my viewpoint.

Are we learning right now? Praise the name of the Lord.

Everybody leads with respect to your belief system. Parents raise children,
not with respect to their intention. Your intention is not
what produces your result. It is your belief system. You
can intend well, but if you believe wrong, your results
will or not your intention, but your belief system. There

(19:01):
are preachers who desire to raise mighty men, but the
belief system, the software with which they train those people,
cannot raise mighty men. It's not being an evil person.
Is that a wrong programming.

Speaker 2 (19:14):
Is producing victims? Are we together now?

Speaker 1 (19:18):
Irresponsibility is a mindset, discipline is a mindset, is beyond
a trait. Godliness is a mindset. Corruption is a mindset,
and your arms is a mindset. Entitlement is a mindset.

(19:39):
So when you want to see the performance of God's
word in your life. You have not done justice to
your understanding if you do not address the issue of paradigms,
belief systems, and mindsets.

Speaker 1 (19:54):
In Genesis chapter eleven, very profound scription, the Bible tells
us that there was a fund called.

Speaker 2 (20:01):
Nimrod, the son of Kush.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
He intended to build a tower who stop will reach
the heavens. Now, I'm not there for a theological debate
whether it was a spiritual house or physical house. We
just know there was a building somewhere. Are we together?
Now go to verse five and six. For sake of time.
Verse five, the Bible says, Nimrod only proposed to them
go to come, let us make bricks for mortar and

build a city whose stop will reach the heavens. Remember,
he had not started any actual building. He was selling
them an idea. But what's what was happening in the
realm of the spirit. The Bible says, as he was
proposing to them that idea, in the realm of the spirit,
a structure was rising and God was seeing it. Nothing
physical had started on ground, But because their minds were

incubating that seed, there was reality.

That was framing in the spirit.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
The Bible says, the Lord came down to see the
city and the tower, which the children of men build
it because their mindsets have received it. He was already
done in the spirit verse six, and the Lord said, behold,
the people is one, and they have all one language,

and this day begin to do.

They were about to start.

Speaker 1 (21:20):
It physically, but mentally it was complete. Everything in life
is pulled twice. Your belief system is an architect. Your
belief sys sem is a builder. It will first build it,
and then you build it physically destroy anything physical. If
it is still in your mind as a belief system,
you did not lose. If someone learning give us this scripture,

let's finish it up, and this they begin to do.
Here God's verdict concerning a people not really. You have
to realize that the Holy Spirit was not mentioned here.
Demon's spirits were not mentioned here. It was just the
power of belief systems and the creative imagination of a people.

The Holy Ghost was not mentioned here. Demon's spirits were
not mentioned here. And yet God said, the only way
I can stop them is to restrain them to confuse
their language, because this they have imagined to do. This
is God's speaking that based on their mentality and their
belief system, nothing now, nothing will be restrained from them

which they have imagined to do.

When it has to do.

With the subject of belief system, this is where science, psychology,
and religion all agree that the quality of a man's
life will be a direct and a massless reflection.

Of the summation of your belief systems.

It is true, it is true, hallelujah. A quick experiment,
how many of you have given clothes? With all your respect,
and not to mock them, but how many of you
have given clothes to Maybe you're doing some charity and
you gave a nice shirt, maybe a shirt you want
for a long time. You gave it to some Maybe

it's some guard person or some young boy somewhere as
a gift. Give that boy two weeks with the same clothes.
You find out it gets torn, it gets steady. What
taught the clothes the mindset that wore the same You
wore that clothes for one year, for two years, you
kept it neat, you iron it. Now you gave it

over to someone else, and in two weeks his mindset
began to translate that clothes it's someone learning. If you
learn what I'm teaching you tonight, and the Holy goes
and powers you, you'll become limitless. Nothing will send the
power to bring you down. Let me speak to every
young person in Ghana. If you understand this, I am

telling you, regardless your background, you can write to become
a blessing in this nation. Now you know why God
gave Joseph a dream.

He was working on his belief system.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
He kept a pictorial representation of his destiny and not
thinking that Joseph went through. So send the power to
erode that mindset he eventually.

Someone learning now now listen to me.

Mindsets and belief systems are gateways.

They are doorways.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
It is the authorized channel through which the Holy Ghost
finds expression in your life and through which demon's spirit
is fine expression in your life. Africa, hear me again.
Your mindset is a doorway. Your belief system is a gateway.
It is the official gateway through which the Holy Ghost
comes into your life. It is the official gateway through

which demon's spirits come into your life. When you are
oppressed by demons, it's not just that the vit or
your life uncomming. No, there's thirty Your belief system and
create a strategy around the loopholes in your understanding. That's
what gives them the advantage over your life. So the
Bible says no weapon. Fashioned weapons are fashion. They use

the loophole in your understanding. Who is learning tonight? Mindsets
are doorways. There are gateways into your life and into
your destiny. That's what we call a loser's mentality.

The word loses, not an insult, is a description of
a kind of person.

A loser's mentality a set of beliefs that program you
to failure. You may be a good person, having a
loser's mentality, you will still fail. Africa is a good continent,
but because we have embraced a.

Loser's mentality, that is an.

Aggregate of history, hatred, anger, jealousy. It is producing a
massless outcome. We hate it, but we are forced to
live in that reality. The signs following what we believe.
There are many parents, for instance, who want a great
home a great life, but they are not willing to
sustain the mindset and the belief system of love of respect.

If you do not have the mindset connected to victory,
you will remain a failure regardless what scripture you could so. Yes,
how the Bible puts in Philippians to one, verse five,
it says, let this mind. Did you ever read that
in scripture? You don't need the life of God the Lord.
You can have the life of God without the mind

of Christ.

You will still fail. Listen to me.

Speaker 1 (26:52):
The life of God in you is powered by the
mind of Christ. If you have the life of Christ
without the mind set of victory, you will be a
believer in Christ who will never manifest that victory. Jesus
came as a world, but he submitted himself at age
twelve at the temple. What do you think he was doing?

When Satan came to him? He said, it is written,
not I think not.

It's my opinion. It is written.

Speaker 1 (27:20):
It is written. The quality of a man's life is
directly connected to his mindset Prohaps twenty three seven. The
quality of a man's life is directly connected to his mindset.

The Bible says, for us, he think that in his heart.
He didn't say so, he will become so he already
is One of the ways I can know your future
is by a prophetic advantage. But one of the ways
I can also know your is by examining your belief systems.

(28:03):
I can write your future, not predicting. I can write
it with sogical precision. If you can give me access
to your belief system, it is true. It is based
on this belief system that we have designed applications today, based.

On social engineering.

Speaker 1 (28:24):
They have found out that men think in a certain way,
and they have manipulated it and created all kinds of
value chains and value systems because they have found out
that as a people, there is a way we think.
As a continent, there is a way we think as tribes.

There's the way we think. Are we together?

Speaker 1 (28:42):
That data has been mathematically aggregated and it's been used
to produce profits. That thinking of a man has become
a pool of profit. Someone learning tonight. Don't tell me
I will change. Let me see what is feeding your mindset.

I can paint your picture tomorrow. Now, let me tell
you this, ladies and gentlemen, I've studied a bit of
demonology and the concept of deliverance and the operation of
demons spirit I.

Will tell you this.

Speaker 1 (29:19):
One of the major assignments of spirits is not to
oppress you.

Speaker 2 (29:24):
Is to manipulate your belief system.

Speaker 1 (29:26):
When they manipulate your belief system, your failure becomes an autopilot.

They don't even need.

Speaker 1 (29:31):
To participate in your failure again, they have programmed you already.

Speaker 2 (29:35):
That's what we call a stronghold.

Speaker 1 (29:37):
A stronghold is a faulty belief system that has been
empowered by the presence of demon spirit to keep the
victim perpetually in that state. To get a man fully delivered,
there are three levels. Number one, there is a casting
out of the demon, the spirit that oppresses the person.

(29:57):
But the second level of deliverance is called deliverance through transformation,
a recalibration of your mindset, your belief system. So deliverance
opens the door for the spirit to go out, but
transformation closes.

Speaker 2 (30:11):
The door so that it cannot come in. Are we
learning now.

Speaker 1 (30:17):
So you can can't start the demon? And he goes
and leave the door open. The Bible tells you the
spirit still calls you his house. He's still going to
come and test you again, and if he finds the
same belief system that gave it entrance, it will.

Speaker 2 (30:31):
Come back again and call orders.

Speaker 1 (30:38):
When God wants to help a man, he shortens the
distance between you and the information that can transform your
belief Let me tell you, ladies and gentlemen, transformation is
a real miracle. Understanding is a real miracle, and altering
of your belief system for good is a real miracle.
Many of the things that we are praying for are

also looking for you, but not this version of you.
The money you are looking for is looking for you,
but not this version of you. It keeps coming to
you and going back because there was a version of
you it was instructed to find. There is a mentality
that when you have, you cannot.

Speaker 2 (31:19):
Be poor, even if you give away all your money.

Speaker 1 (31:22):
That mindset has an instruction in the spirit that the
possessor of this belief system should not beg Are you
learning now this is true? There is a belief system
that when you have, it's impossible to be without help
us because that belief system has an instruction.

All belief systems have a code.

Speaker 1 (31:48):
In the realm of the spirit that activate the consequence
of receiving them.

Speaker 2 (31:54):
There is a belief system that when.
