Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hallelujah, lady, hallelujah. Let's give Jesus a big hand.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
And then, with your hands lifted above your head, can
you begin to thank Him for this morning and this
opportunity He's provided for us. Again, lift your hands as
a sign of surrender. Lift your hands as a.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
Sign of expectation.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
Father, we thank you always and honor to fist at
your table.
Speaker 1 (00:33):
We bless you.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
We bless you with the hands lifted to the heavens,
with the clare that you are God and there's none
beside you.
Speaker 1 (00:43):
Thank you Jesus.
Speaker 2 (00:44):
Now you ask him for an encounter this morning you
have come that he will visit you in no small way.
Ask him to impart wisdom upon your life. Ask him
to impart grace upon your life. Grace upon grace, wisdom
upon wisdom. Someone is praying, someone is praying, and let
(01:11):
that be from the depth of your heart, grace upon grace,
wisdom upon wisdom. That this morning's encounter will shift you
in a very definite way.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
For it's in Jesus name we pray. We look to y.
Speaker 3 (01:39):
Our way, yahweh, our whole easy oh way, yahweah.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
We look to.
Speaker 3 (01:54):
Here Oahweh yeahweh. Foreaway, yahway, I look to our way.
Yahweh my whole busy our way. Yeah way, I look
(02:25):
to be our way. Yahweh foreway, Spirit of the Living God,
with as that you breathe upon us in a mighty way.
Speaker 1 (02:43):
This morning.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
We have come to learn, we have come to grow,
We have come to rise. Show us the way of winners,
show us how it works in the kingdom. We give
you all the praise for this. In Jesus' name, we
pray allelujah, you may be gloriously seated this morning. God
bless you.
Speaker 1 (03:09):
Alleluiah.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
I honor every man every woman of God represented. May
God bless you in Jesus' name. Very quickly, let me
say one or two things, and then we'll get to
the ministry of the world.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
Number one.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
When you come for a conference like this, particularly a
session like this, I'll tell.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
You this, immediately.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
Assume the position of a student and do not be
embarrassed to learn. The challenge most times with leaders is
that we find it very embarrassing to submit ourselves.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
To learn more.
Speaker 2 (03:53):
Something you know can stop you from knowing what you
need to know. Allelujah. Many many times it's a human thing. That,
and when you know or you have some results, chances
are excellent that it will be very difficult for God
to walk through your heart to show you the more
(04:15):
that you need to know.
Speaker 1 (04:16):
And so you final leaders.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
Who have gaps as far as results are concerned in
their lives, but many times when.
Speaker 1 (04:25):
They have access to truth that.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
Leads them and will lift them, they don't particularly pay
attention to it because, particularly in Africa, we have a
mentality that when you teach someone who is already winning,
it's as though it's a demeaning of his results. So
most times we close up our hearts. But that's not
(04:48):
the way of champions. You know, champions because of their
ever increasing appetites to learn even though they are already
making impact. The Word him self Jesus, when it became
flesh at age twelve, he went to the temple to learn.
Can you imagine that the creator the Word himself. I
(05:11):
just needed to say that because most leaders waste chirous
moments like this, And then you find a hungry person
who has admitted his or are ignorance, They come to
receive and they leave, and then you find many, many
people who need to receive God intended for them to receive,
but because their hearts were closed. You see that, I
(05:35):
understand this morning. They are past us those who are
functioning with the fivefold ministry, business leaders, maybe political leaders.
And I salute you as touching whatever results you have seen.
But can we lend ourselves a few minutes to reason
together so that God will lift us higher, so that
God will grant us greater access to impact.
Speaker 1 (05:57):
You believe that, say amen, allelujah. I'll tell you this.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
The proof that you have found light is the absence
of darkness. The only proof you have truly found light
is that darkness should not be there again, no matter
what excuse, and no matter what explanation you give. If
darkness is still around your life, then you have not
(06:29):
found the light. You may think you have found the light.
You may convince yourself and even others, that you have
found the light. But the dominion of light over darkness
is instant and incontestable. The dominion of light over darkness
(06:50):
is eternally instant and incontestable.
Speaker 1 (06:55):
I would always give this example.
Speaker 2 (06:58):
If a room has been dark for ten years, then
another room has been dark for two years, left in darkness,
then we have a third room dark for one year,
and we have a fourth room dark for two weeks,
and we have a fifth room dark for one day.
Speaker 1 (07:16):
How many rooms now?
Speaker 2 (07:18):
Five rooms ten years dark, five years dark, two years dark,
one year dark. And maybe you know one day dark
if you switch on the light bulb, which of the
rooms will un first talk to me, intelligent people, Oh,
that means the longevity of darkness does not affect the
(07:42):
dominion of light. As soon as light comes, it does
not factor in that darkness has been there for ten
years or five years, or two years or one year
or one day. That is unimportant as far as the
dominion of light this concern. So it doesn't matter how
(08:04):
long you have been stunted, you have been stagnated, provided
it is the true light. The Bible says that was
the true light that lighted every man.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
There are false lights.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
They carry a semblance of dominion, but they are not
able to deliver. I pray for you in the name
of Jesus that through the sessions will be running this morning.
May you find the missing key, May you find the
missing step, May you close the gaps in the name
of Jesus Christ one more time. Let me encourage you
to say a prayer onto the Lord.
Speaker 1 (08:38):
My heart is opened. Show me the answer. My heart
is open.
Speaker 2 (08:42):
Lead me from where I am now to where I
need to be. Thank God for what I've seen so
far in business and ministry, in leadership. Thank God for
the strikes, the accomplishment so far. But my heart is open.
My heart is open. I know there is more. My
(09:02):
heart is open. I know there is more. I've seen
the sick healed, but I know there is more. I
have prophesied before, but I know there is more. I've
seen you prosper me, but I know there is more.
I've tasted of kingdom influence, but I know there is more.
(09:27):
In Jesus' name, we pray. There are two ways to
be transformed in the Kingdom. Transformation is the name given
to the process that makes you become like Jesus inexperience transformation.
Speaker 1 (09:47):
It's not just a shifting mental state.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
It's not just a shifting spiritual state moving from one
state to another.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
It's not transformation.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
Moving from where you are to become more like Jesus
is what we call transformation. So transformation is the name
given to the process that makes you become like the
Christ in experience and there are two ways to experience
transformation as a believer. Number one, it is called looking
(10:19):
onto Jesus. When you look onto Jesus, particularly through the scripture,
you are transformed.
Speaker 1 (10:27):
The Bible says, he.
Speaker 2 (10:31):
That looks onto the perfect law of liberty, that you
look onto Jesus as you gaze upon scripture and through
the ministry of Holy Spirit.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
Now the Lord is that spirit, it says.
Speaker 2 (10:45):
And where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty,
it says. But we all, with unveiled face beholding as
in a mirror the glory of God.
Speaker 1 (10:56):
It says.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
We are changed someone learning already from glory to glory.
So when you want to transform a people, the first
thing you have to do is to fix before them
the reference Jesus. Transformation is difficult. Without a reference, you
can't change into nothing. There has to be a pictorial
(11:18):
representation of what you are becoming. The first way we
are transformed, and the first way we transform people as leaders,
is to guide them so that they look onto Jesus.
Number two, the second way people are transformed is to
be followers of them the power of structured mentorship, the
(11:42):
Bible says, and be followers of them who, to faith
and patience, have obtained the promise. There are some them, men.
Speaker 1 (11:54):
And women who have paid the price.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
In every generation, there are always some them.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
They may not be many, but they are.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
You will always find these them in every generation, in
every territory. They represent men and women who have made
mistakes and are willing to show you their pain. Men
and women who have fished out their way out of pain,
out of obscurity.
Speaker 1 (12:22):
They have found.
Speaker 2 (12:22):
Lights, they have found power, They found the way it works.
Some of them paid a huge price to get to
that place, and in honor to their sacrifice, God annoys
them and causes them to be portraits. They represent His possibilities.
They become living epistles, so that as you learn their life,
(12:44):
as you follow them, as you study their materials, you
also experience transformation. Looking onto Jesus the first way we
are transformed. Number two, Followers of them who through faith
and patience have obtained, not are obtaining those who are
on their way obtaining can inspire you. But you follow
(13:07):
them who have obtained the promise, not those who are
talking about the promise, not those who wish the promise.
Someone who is yet to hold onto the healing anointing
can guide you.
Speaker 1 (13:21):
There's no knowledge that is a waste.
Speaker 2 (13:23):
But if you really want to carry the healing anointing,
then you have to follow and receive from one who
has proven that the grace has come. You don't use
faith that is coming. You don't use grace that is coming,
You use what has arrived. Allelujah. You can learn from
(13:43):
anyone to prosper. A poor man can teach you something,
a failure can teach you something. But if you really
want to prosper in a structured way financially, you will
have to follow someone who has seen, who has conquered,
not by mistake, just by inheriting it.
Speaker 1 (14:04):
You see that. Now, let me tell you this.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
Every kind of result that you cannot transfer to someone
was not gotten by mastery.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
Any dimension in the spirit.
Speaker 2 (14:17):
You are not able to explain and bring others into
the same experience.
Speaker 1 (14:22):
It means you did not get there by light.
Speaker 2 (14:26):
If ministry is growing by knowledge, you should be able
to bring someone else into that experience. If your finances
is growing by knowledge, you should be able to bring
someone into that experience. That's why a professor in college
can gather young you know, admitted students and tell them
(14:46):
in six years, I will turn you into doctors. It
looks like he's arrogant, but he's not arrogant. One, he's
a professor. Two, there's a manual. He knows what they
will become. Are we together? My prayer for you this
(15:07):
morning is that you leave the realm of guessing and
hoping and Johnny with me, into the realm of mastery,
where you can lay hold on eternal life, where you
can know that your future is secured, not by guessing.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
Not just shouting in church and.
Speaker 2 (15:26):
Say oh I will make it. No no, no, no, no, no
no no. You have mastered the mysteries of the kingdom.
You know you can't fail again. This is beyond just confession.
You have surrounded yourself with revelations like chariots. You know
you cannot fail. Allelujah. Oh, there is such a realm.
(15:49):
There is such a realm of persuasion. There is such
a realm of conviction, There is such a realm of intention.
There is such a realm of mastery. And the Bible
says he that strives for mastery is not crowd except
his stribes lawfully, lawfully, alleluyah.
Speaker 1 (16:11):
There are three things I want to talk about.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
This is a minister's and leadership session and there are
three things that I want to talk about, and I
will capture my discussion. I'm just going to share my
heart with us across three areas. Number One, I want
us to re examine the mission that we have as
(16:39):
ministers of the Gospel and leaders. I like us to
look closely to the mission. What exactly is your mission
as a preacher? What is your mission as a leader,
whether business, whether political. Number two, the second area that
I want us to look at this morning is the vessel.
(17:01):
What kind of person can achieve that mission? Because not
everyone can achieve that mission. There is a kind of
person who can become a leader. Globally, there is a
kind of person who can become a preacher and the
purposes of God as he is tended. And then number
three will look at the strategy. Will be examining why
(17:25):
in many regards the people we seek to raise Ah,
they seem to come out as poor products. I want
us to reason together what is wrong. Why is it
that in spite of the fact that we have many
churches in Nigeria, many churches in Africa, many churches in Ghana,
many churches in Keya, many churches in South Africa. It
(17:48):
looks like the nation, the territory is not feeling the
weight and the.
Speaker 1 (17:55):
Impact of the church. So what exactly is wrong must
be wrong.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
When terrorists come into a nation, give them two years,
the nation begins to feel the impact of the terrorists.
They don't have any organized institution. They hide, and yet
their impact cannot be hidden. You find kidnappings, you find burnings,
you find bombings, and even though we do not believe
(18:23):
in them, we are forced to respect their presence that
they are around within a territory. How come we have
so many pastors and churches. We fall, we stand, we
prophesy over one another, we preach, we hold conferences, and
literally there are territories that are not even aware that
God is moving. By God's grace, this morning will solve
(18:45):
that problem in the name of Jesus Christ.
Speaker 1 (18:51):
Thank you Jesus. So let's examine our mission.
Speaker 2 (18:58):
And I like you to forgive my bias.
Speaker 1 (19:01):
Even though I'm speaking to.
Speaker 2 (19:02):
Leaders, business leaders, I will not leave you behind, but
allow my bias because most of it to be tilted
towards leaders in ministry, men and women of God. Past
us and you know emerging leaders within the church.
Speaker 1 (19:16):
Hallelujah. Now, the Bible.
Speaker 2 (19:22):
Did not leave us in the dark as to God's
expectation for us as far as the mission of the
Church is concerned. The church as an institution, the Church
as a collection of God's people, the Church as God's
strategy for frontiering his program, manifesting the grace and the
(19:47):
glory of Jesus was not left in the dark as
to the full scope of our mission.
Speaker 1 (19:52):
But I submit to you.
Speaker 2 (19:54):
And that without sounding arrogant, that many Bible schools, many
schools of ministry, many theological training institutes have not done
well in helping the church and in helping imagine leaders
past us understand the mission of the church. The average believer,
(20:15):
the average pastor, cannot articulate with intelligence the full scope
of the mission of the Church. We knowing theologically to
be the Great commission. But even that has not been complete.
So people pick pieces of the great commission. And when
your understanding of the mission is faulty, your delivery will
(20:39):
also be faulty. Accurate delivery starts from an accurate, holistic
understanding of the mission. So if I give a mic
and tell any pastor or leader here without embarrassing you
tell us what exactly when you stand on Sunday or
any of that day, or where you and you were
(21:01):
invited to speak at a conference, what exactly do you
seek to achieve? Regardless what topic of discussion. When you
sit before people as their pastor, as their profits, as
their apostle, what are you communicating?
Speaker 1 (21:17):
What kind of products?
Speaker 2 (21:19):
I came into this beautiful nation yesterday, and I've taken
a few drinks, I've taken your bottles of water, and
the manufacturers already had the end product in mind?
Speaker 1 (21:31):
Am I right on that?
Speaker 2 (21:32):
No one begins to work out products, maybe juicing fruits
and without a knowledge of what the end should be.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
So I want to very quickly.
Speaker 2 (21:43):
Without wasting your time, I want to give you what
I believe is the most concise presentation of the Great Commission.
There are three scriptures in the Bible that must be
combined together to give was a whole picture of the
mission of the Church and the mission of every man
(22:06):
of God.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
So let's examine them very quickly.
Speaker 2 (22:08):
Scripture number one is found in Mark chapter sixteen, and
we begin our reading from verse fifteen. Let's hurry up
so that we can see what progress we make? Are
we learning something already this morning? And he said onto
them the hymn Jesus, go ye into all the world.
(22:28):
What was the command, go yee? Someone should go ye.
That's an action word. I'm happy I'm talking to action people.
Go ye into all the world and preach. Someone said preach.
So the first command is to go and preach, and
it says to preach the gospel to every creature. Go
(22:53):
ye into all the world. He didn't say wait for
them to come. Go ye into all the world and
preach the Gospel to every creature. Now, most preachers stop here,
most discipleship platforms stop here.
Speaker 1 (23:11):
As powerful as this is.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
If this is your only understanding of the mission of church,
then you only have one over three of the mission
of the church. Go ye and preach the gospel. Someone says,
preach the gospel. Like you're following me, say preach the gospel.
(23:34):
So you were told what to preach. The word preach
means to declare. The word preach means to proclaim. So
the first mission is to proclaim the gospel. And if
you want to understand what the gospel is, I may
not have the time to run it down for you.
But the gospel here is the Gospel of Salvation. The
(23:59):
Gospel of Salvation is not the only gospel. There are
seven gospels, one of it and the foundational gospel. It's
called the Gospel of Salvation. That is the declaration of
the love of God revealed in and through the substitutionary
sacrifice of Jesus to the end that all who believe
(24:20):
might have one the forgiveness of sin number two, The
gift of righteousness number three. The life of God, what
you call eternal life. That is a gospel. You find
that in First Corinthians fifteen one to four, First Corinthians
fifteen one to four, John three, sixteen. All these together
(24:41):
give you a collection of the Gospel of Salvation. But
very quickly, for the sake of time, let me give
you the second piece of the Great Commission. So the
first piece has to do. We're going to preach the
gospel Second Commission Matthew, Chapter twenty eight. Let's begin our
reading from verse eighteen Matthew twenty eight and verse eighteen,
(25:07):
and Jesus came and speake onto them, saying all power.
The word power. There's the word authority. I told us
yesterday that God, as God cannot have authority, but when
he became a man, he was giving power and authority.
Speaker 1 (25:26):
Are we together now.
Speaker 2 (25:29):
All authorities given onto me in heaven and in the
earth Verse nineteen.
Speaker 1 (25:34):
Read again, go ye have you seen another? Go ye there? Now?
Speaker 2 (25:38):
How many goalies have we seen too? The first go
ye is to go ye and preach. The second, go yee,
now is to go ye and teach. Everybody said go
ye and teach. So he says, to teach all nations,
(25:58):
baptizing them in the name of the Father Son only
Ghost twenty and teaching them. This one is not preaching.
This one is teaching. This one is discipling nations. It says,
teach them to observe all things. Are you saying that
(26:20):
you don't teach the gospel? You preach the gospel, But
there are other all things, it says, teach them the
things that have commanded you, living by faith, walking in love.
These are the elements of discipleship, it says, teach them.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
And while you are at that, be a shot that
I am with you all the way to the ends
of the earth.
Speaker 2 (26:44):
So if we preach a Lord and we do not teach,
I'll tell you what we're doing. It's like going to
the sea to fish. Where you catch the fish, you
live it there. You know what happens. It will rot,
it will smell, and you will begin to cause trouble
for you in the Boat's why the evangelists will go
and preach and bring in the souls. But when the
(27:07):
teaching ministry fails to take over. You have many people
in church. They stay long in church. They are born again,
but they are not transformed, they are not renewed.
Speaker 1 (27:18):
The flesh is still alive.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
And over time we give them positions of leadership without transformation,
without growth, and they keep causing.
Speaker 1 (27:27):
Trouble in church, and we're wandering.
Speaker 2 (27:30):
Truly, you saw the man say, but there's nothing in
him that looks like Jesus Christ. The loss is still there,
the tendency for stilling is still there. That is the
assignment of the teaching ministry. The teaching ministry now begins
to work in partnership with the Holy Spirit and the
world of God to transform his thinking. Salvation does not
(27:54):
transform the mind of a man, No, it's a spirit affair.
Is a teacher ministry that begins to introduce that person to.
Speaker 1 (28:03):
The culture of the Kingdom.
Speaker 2 (28:05):
So you find someone who is saved, but he does
not know how to live by faith. He does not
know how to work by love, work in law. He
does not know the value of prayer, he does not
know the value of fasting. He does not know how
to use his God given authority to run victory. It
is not the problem of the evangelism. The discipleship of
(28:26):
that person is poor. And can I tell you discipleship
is how you raise reformers who transform society.
Speaker 1 (28:35):
Without discipleship, you cannot.
Speaker 2 (28:37):
Have the human resources that transform society.
Speaker 1 (28:44):
It's a'mer learning now.
Speaker 2 (28:45):
So the second element of the Great Commission is the
teaching ministry.
Speaker 1 (28:53):
The third let's go there quickly.
Speaker 2 (28:55):
I'm explaining for you the mission of the church, and
that should be the assignment every.
Speaker 1 (29:00):
Pastor as chapter.
Speaker 2 (29:02):
One and verse eight.
Speaker 1 (29:07):
But ye shall receive power.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
After that the Holy Ghost is cover upon you, and
ye shall be witnesses. Notice that tap commission does not
depend on going.
Speaker 1 (29:24):
It depends on becoming.
Speaker 2 (29:28):
Even though there are jurisdiction suit But the idea is
not to go and do something. The idea is to
become a weakness. Ye shall be witnesses onto me in
Jerusalem Judea Samarian and to the uttermost part of the earth.
Speaker 1 (29:48):
So here we have.
Speaker 2 (29:49):
Three scriptures that give us a complete, balanced picture of
the mission of the church.
Speaker 1 (29:55):
Number one to preach the Gospel.
Speaker 2 (29:58):
Number two to decide pull nations through the teaching of
the world, a communication of doctrine, and the mysteries of
the kingdom. Number three, to become weaknesses. My God, this
is powerful. That means no pastor has finished his assignment
(30:18):
until the people who are saved become weaknesses. The final
product is not membership. The final product is weaknesses.
Speaker 1 (30:29):
Watch this. Ghana is very good in farming coco? Am
I right on that?
Speaker 2 (30:39):
How many of you know that you do not get
the maximum yields from your coco as a raw material.
You can firm it and if you don't process it,
others will buy it, process it.
Speaker 1 (30:52):
And sell it back to you. Am I right?
Speaker 2 (30:54):
So when you have a believer, a believer is like
a newly born believer is like a product. You have
to pass that believer through a system and never stop
until the believer's name changes from a believer to a meekness.
Listen to me, please listen carefully. The only group of
(31:17):
believers who can represent the purposes of God to his satisfaction.
Are called witnesses, not church attendance. No, a believer just
being a believer does not have the weight, the intelligence,
the training, and the understanding to bet the program of
(31:40):
God and to transform society. No. When you give a
medical student his admission letter, do you call him a doctor?
Speaker 1 (31:51):
Talk to me please?
Speaker 2 (31:53):
The admission letter is not the same as a certificate.
The admission letter is an invitation to a johnny am.
Speaker 1 (32:02):
I right on that.
Speaker 2 (32:03):
Do you call a five hundred level medical student a
doctor even though he's gone so far? If it decides
to leave, will you give him the mboor mbbs? No,
he came that close, but missing one exam can be
killing one hundred people in the hospital, so he has
(32:25):
to stay.
Speaker 1 (32:27):
Have you seen the problem with the church now?
Speaker 2 (32:31):
So the problem with the church is either an evangelism problem,
or a discipleship problem, or an empowerment problem. This is
where the problems are. If you find the church ineffective
in any society, we need to investigate whether the evangelists
(32:52):
are doing their work. Is there in gathering? Are we together?
Because as Father are dying, transitting joining the cloud of witnesses.
Speaker 1 (33:03):
They are living gaps. There is a shift.
Speaker 2 (33:06):
And when there is a shift and there are no
ones coming from you know the world, into that system of.
Speaker 1 (33:13):
Training, eventually you will find a gap.
Speaker 2 (33:21):
The church is like a factory turning sinners into witnesses,
turning sinners into witnesses, and there is a three step
process that turns any sinner into a witness.
Speaker 1 (33:39):
The first step is called salvation.
Speaker 2 (33:43):
Whoever does not encounter salvation cannot become a witness. Church
attendance does not automatically translate a person to a witness.
You can be around the church for a long time.
Learn the church language, learn the church music. There are
many unbelievers who sing wonderful short songs. It doesn't make
(34:04):
them Christians. Salvation and I'm sorry to tell you this.
There are many of our full pitch today that have
downplay and emphasized the subject of salvation. Sometimes in a
(34:25):
pursuit to teach the deeper things of the kingdom, we
forget the fact that even the postgraduate student must start
by receiving an admission letter. He has to be an
undergraduate first. Then you'll become a postgraduate student. You cannot
pick a student from secondary school, and because you feel
(34:47):
it's exceptionally intelligent, you take him immediately to postgraduate studies.
It doesn't work that way. It's the same way you
pick someone who is not born again and then you
give him responsibilities in church simply because he was a
popular musician before he got born again. You don't inherit
growth in the kingdom. It doesn't matter your achievements. Once
(35:10):
you are saved, you start as a child.
Speaker 1 (35:15):
Are we together? Now, let me say this past us,
this is a pastors meeting or not.
Speaker 2 (35:22):
People who have done well before they got born again,
but never commit to them spiritual responsibilities simply because they
excelled in the secular. The business of the kingdom is
different from academics and intellect. We are dealing with the
powers of bakness and the destinies of men.
Speaker 1 (35:44):
Allelujah.
Speaker 2 (35:45):
So if you were a secular musician, for instance, and
then you get born again under me, you are not
holding the mic.
Speaker 1 (35:54):
No.
Speaker 2 (35:55):
No, I will appreciate you for your investment and your gift,
but you will sit down and be mentored. You have
no idea what you just came into. The celebrity mentality
is still in you, and if it is not dealt
with the full pitch will still become the sport like
you have been itching to have, And sooner or later rebellion.
Speaker 1 (36:15):
Will come, the flesh will come. Are we together?
Speaker 2 (36:20):
And sometimes, as ministers of the.
Speaker 1 (36:22):
Gospel, we make that mistake.
Speaker 2 (36:24):
So a very successful business man just comes in and
in three months with no knowledge of the kingdom.
Speaker 1 (36:30):
But he's a good man, and he gives with all your.
Speaker 2 (36:33):
Respect, and please don't find it as an offense.
Speaker 1 (36:36):
Suddenly we give.
Speaker 2 (36:37):
Them all kinds of coordination without knowledge, and they handle
expensive positions and destroy the destinies of.
Speaker 1 (36:44):
People not knowing what to do. Are we together?
Speaker 2 (36:56):
The Bible says, as newborn babes desired since milk of
the world by which you grow, you can know a
person is discipled because discipleship call shots you. It cal
shows the way you speak when you see a young
man who has been mentored. I'm not talking of one
(37:16):
who is coming to church. There are things you look
out for. Living by faith, working in love, the dignity
of respect, dead to the flesh. These are the things
that produce powerful people.
Speaker 1 (37:28):
And can I tell you this over I hope I'm right.
Speaker 2 (37:33):
I don't know how it works in Ghana, but over
sixty to seventy percent of those who eventually get to
government come from the church. That means, if there's something
wrong there, we need to examine what we're doing here.
Speaker 1 (37:54):
Are we together?
Speaker 2 (37:57):
There are very specific elements of discipleship. One of it
is working in love. One of it is living by faith.
One of it is death to the flesh. One of
it is victory over Mammon. Are we together now? One
of it is selflessness. Now where you mentor a person
(38:19):
that way and you will release that kind of product
It is true that we're human, but you have created
a benchmark. That person becomes a blessing to society. You
imagine ordaining a group of pastors, not just pastors that.
Speaker 1 (38:34):
You taught where to go and pastor for you, but
you help.
Speaker 2 (38:37):
Them understand the sacrifice of Jesus, how to tame the flesh,
how to work in love, how to not be competitive,
the value of productivity, the balance of the world, teaching doctrine.
They understand the fundam mental doctrines of the Christian faith.
When that person holds the mic, blessed are the ears
(38:58):
that he is such a person. So as complicated as
the problems around the church are. They can be reduced
to two or three major problems and if you solve it,
that's the end of it.
Speaker 1 (39:16):
Most of the troubles.
Speaker 2 (39:17):
That we have in church, in business, in government, I
can tell you products don't create problems. It is people
that creates a problem. It is largely a people problem.
If somebody is corrupt, corruption is the name given to
a process that was sustained by a person. If I
(39:45):
pick up a hundred ganas city right now, that money
is neutral, but I can make it do many things.
Speaker 1 (39:53):
I can pick up that.
Speaker 2 (39:54):
Hundred ganas CD and I can give someone to go
and grab a meal. I have made that money to
serve the purpose of God and the purpose of love.
I can pick the same Ghana city and buy something
and take that would destroy me. Oh, I can pick
the same hundred Ghana city a wet together and then
encourage someone to go and kill someone and take it
(40:17):
or do something else. You see, the money is not
the problem. It assumed the state of its possessor. This
is the major place. So we have many, many people
graduating from seminaries, from schools of ministry, from Bible colleges
(40:43):
and get it into ministry handling the puppet, and sometimes
because of the way the power of God.
Speaker 1 (40:49):
You see, the power of God is very magnetic.
Speaker 2 (40:52):
It can draw people in a moment, but when they
come then you find out they are ill fed, not
because the person feeding them is wicked.
Speaker 1 (41:02):
He can only teach what he knows.
Speaker 2 (41:07):
You want to change society, minimize your shouting around government.
Come to the church when we can correct many things
in the church. Because in most territories in Africa, the
governments respect the church at least in some way. That
means transformation at a national level is very easy.
Speaker 1 (41:29):
Well bless us and as the African continent to have.
Speaker 2 (41:33):
You know, government and leaders in various ways, at least
they are sympathectic to the things of God. It's an advantage.
Speaker 1 (41:42):
The idea is.
Speaker 2 (41:43):
Not to roam around them trying to collect money from them.
Speaker 1 (41:45):
The idea is to go and tell them, listen, I
have something I can't teach you, I can help you.
Speaker 2 (41:51):
Imagine a discipled business strategist or a discipled leader going
to do a two days seminar members in parliament. You
don't need to be a fanatic, but you would transport
the intelligence of your discipleship and with it through the
circular program and produce a people with a strong sense
(42:11):
of nationhood.
Speaker 1 (42:15):
Are we learning now? Past us?
Speaker 2 (42:19):
Please listen to me, Be humble enough to go back
to the drawing board and ask yourself this question. What
kind of products am I producing from my salmons?
Speaker 1 (42:34):
What kind of products? Because you will be judged.
Speaker 2 (42:38):
There are three kinds of men of God, fake, ignorant,
efficient and accurate. Most people think they're just two, a
fake man of God and a real man of God. No,
there are many real men of God destroying others.
Speaker 1 (42:53):
You can be genuine, but if you are.
Speaker 2 (42:55):
Not equipped, you will still destroy worse than a fake person.
So the idea is not just to be a genuine
man of God. The idea is to be an effective
man of God.
Speaker 1 (43:09):
Effective man of God.
Speaker 2 (43:11):
I made a covenant with myself that all the people
God has brought to me apostolically and across the globe.
I see it as a trust, and I owe them
building their destinies, building their lives with every salmon.
Speaker 1 (43:28):
Doesn't matter what I say.
Speaker 2 (43:30):
I know that I owe an explanation onto God. I
can't wake up and stand on the pulpits and teach
them nonsense and just and joke around and share the.
Speaker 1 (43:38):
Grace and lead.
Speaker 2 (43:40):
No, someone's efficiency depends on my salmons, and if God
has given me that honor, then I should not betray
that honor if someone learning. Now, so, preachers, you see
that we have a lot of repentance to do, because,
sincerely speaking, some of us have converted the pulpits to
a place of jesting and merchandise and all kinds of
(44:03):
drama that goes on.
Speaker 1 (44:04):
We waste the time of God's people. They give us two.
Speaker 2 (44:07):
Hours of your time, three hours of your time. A
man who carried his wife and children come to church
and leave a more foolish version of himself. It was
better off he remained at home because for two hours
he kept hearing things that were not laced with wisdom.
No intelligence. It's not pragmatic, it's not life applicable.
Speaker 1 (44:30):
I tell you this. I have studied charge growth. One
of the.
Speaker 2 (44:34):
Elements of charge growth is the pragmatism and the applicability
of your salmons. Not everybody is looking for bread. There
are people who are already blessed. They are coming to
learn at their level. There are certain kinds of people
you can never.
Speaker 1 (44:52):
Have in your congregation.
Speaker 2 (44:54):
If you do not upgrade your understanding laces with a
life of discipline and diligence. There's a way you jump
around our misbehavior. As a man of God. You have
placed an embargo on yourself and your church. Serious responsible
people would not come and sit down that way. No,
they are too serious to joke their lives around. I
hope you are not offended. I'm sorry. It's a leadership session.
(45:21):
Alle Lujah. What stuff you see and those who have
the finances to support you are not jokers. They're examine you.
They are not the intelligent people. Some of them are doctors, professors,
learned people. They have stretched their intellect from border to border.
The fact that they're listening to you patiently does not
(45:42):
mean you're impressed.
Speaker 1 (45:43):
They assess you.
Speaker 2 (45:44):
Your character, your manner, your doctrine, the purity of what
you are communicating. It is from those lens they decide
whether they want to support you or not. There are
people who say, no, my one dollar will not go
to this man. I'd rather give it to a charity organization.
They have concluded you are.
Speaker 1 (46:01):
Not serious and past us. Let me give you an advice.
Speaker 2 (46:07):
Don't be beguard by every clap that happens after your statements.
Sometimes it's just ignore that people were enjoying themselves. I'm
not I'm not I'm not insulting you. Please don't find
I'm telling you that sometimes past us say a lot
of them wise things and people just shout and they
really believe they are making sense. I will say this
in the evenings. It's all talking to ourselves. Allelujah. Now,
(46:40):
please allow me. Allow me to say what to younger ministers,
those who are on campus and other ministries. Let me
give you a quick advice. Beware of WHOMN talks you.
Beware of what you learn, so you don't shred your
destiny to pieces. I don't know how it works around
(47:01):
the campuses here about my goodness, there are campuses who
go to You see a young.
Speaker 1 (47:05):
Boy yet to get his left and right in place.
Speaker 2 (47:07):
He has a PA, he has secretaries, he has all
kinds of things. Now I'm not downplaying all those things.
But someone sold that idea. They saw somebody, they hurt, somebody,
they submitted to somebody's mentorship who poisoned their mind and
made them believe that this is the description of ministry.
A young boy in schoo wants to buy a gyp
(47:30):
has proved that he has faith. This is some of
these poisonous indoctrinations. Please past us.
Speaker 1 (47:37):
Hear me.
Speaker 2 (47:38):
If God has helped you to go find ministry a bat,
I want you to know you will be George for
how you raise the people under you, don't destroy them.
Speaker 1 (47:51):
These are the troubles we're having in society.
Speaker 2 (47:54):
By the time that young boy, Now, if he's being
taught that faith is energy. As a young boy, his
compromise on the law process. If he tries and tries
and tries and cannot buy it, what do you think
the boy is going to do? He will go and
ask another person, how we are you able to get this?
And he said, there's a way we do it. That's
the beginning of trouble for that gentleman. Now, I'm not
(48:18):
condemning you. I'm telling you there's a more excellent way.
Are we together? Now, Yes, it's a more excellent way.
Remember asks us who pray together and ask God for grace,
remember our prayer. So the mission of the church, the
(48:39):
Church was never supposed to be separated from the matters
that happen around society.
Speaker 1 (48:46):
No, we are the light of the world. We are
the souls of the earth.
Speaker 2 (48:51):
But if the church is ignorant of its mission, will
continue to pray for crowds to come.
Speaker 1 (48:57):
They will fall, they will shout, we will cry with them.
Speaker 2 (49:00):
We may be well intentioned, but nothing will change eventually.
And this is the problem we're having. Now you see
this genesis. Let me tell you this or anything from
you know. What is happening with the younger people. It's
a generation of people who are asking questions nobody's answering.
The generation of our parents was a generation of loyalty.
(49:21):
Even if they don't believe it, they let's just go.
It's how we met it. But now the younger people
are vocal, They ask questions, they understand their rights. That
means every society is in trouble. Preachers have a lot
of questions to answer, and we better start answering it
now before they come to the door of our houses
and say, you ask me to be your member.
Speaker 1 (49:42):
I'm your member. I answer why.
Speaker 2 (49:45):
I've been two years in your church and I'm not productive. Now,
I don't you told me God blesses me. I'm married,
I have a wife, I have a child. You've told
me to not be corrupt. Show me the superior alternative,
(50:05):
Show me the superior alternative. So my call to pass
us well done for what we have done so far.
It'll be a lie to say we've not done well. Honestly,
we've done the best way know to do. But I
submit to you, and I suggest to you respectfully, let's
go back to the drawing board and begin to examine
(50:28):
the content.
Speaker 1 (50:32):
The content.
Speaker 2 (50:36):
One time the delegates from a particular nation invited me
to their embassy to make some submissions, just to ask
a few questions. And one of the things they asked
me was they said, a lot of people listen to
you and you advice leaders, politicians, what do you think
(50:57):
is wrong with Christianity in Africa? I said, no, there's
nothing wrong with Christianity in Africa.
Speaker 1 (51:04):
It is the content.
Speaker 2 (51:07):
If the laptop has an anti virus, it doesn't mean
the laptop is bad or laptop has a virus. It
doesn't mean that you don't throw away the laptop because
there's a virus. You introduce an anti virus, and sometimes
you may need to wipe the whole thing and reset
it again, but you don't blame the laptop.
Speaker 1 (51:24):
Are we together?
Speaker 2 (51:25):
So the challenge, I told them is that there is.
Speaker 1 (51:28):
A software problem.
Speaker 2 (51:29):
And the software problem we need to go to the
factory where the leaders are made. We examine everything, how
they are taught. But I know something new is happening
in Ghana.
Speaker 1 (51:45):
There will be.
Speaker 2 (51:46):
An imaginence of five brand leaders, five brand pastors, five
brand apostles and prophets with integrity, with character, soundness of doctrine,
who loved Jesus, who loved their members more than themselves,
and will preach Jesus and do it with integrity. If
I just discrabe you shout a loud heymn. There will
(52:12):
also be an imaginacy of businessmen who think posterity and
transformation more than profit. More than profit, you can make
profit and die the next day because the couse of
the Lord is in the house of the wicked. You
can oppress people and make profit and.
Speaker 1 (52:31):
Know you are sleeping on another man's pain.
Speaker 2 (52:33):
You will have peace that way, better lid to with
integrity than plenty when there's compromise. And let me tell
you this, don't say it does not matter. I don't
say it does not matter. It does not matter. Is
what has destroyed Africa. We say it doesn't matter, it
(52:56):
doesn't matter. Pay the people with your salar. It does
matter if they label pay them. The Lord of Sabaoth
is watching, pay them, promotes.
Speaker 1 (53:07):
Them if they're deserving. Are we together?
Speaker 2 (53:11):
Don't enjoy the profit and go alone as a businessman
and say God is good and you are testifying church
and some of the members are there, Let's go to
our homes. Husband, never do for anybody anything you have
not done for your wife.
Speaker 1 (53:28):
Start with your home. Allelujah.
Speaker 2 (53:32):
Don't don't buy a car and bring for me and
build me a house. And you've not paid your children's coofies. No,
that's been foolish. I will send you back with all
due respect. Show that you have listened to my sermons
by how effective your home becomes. Are we together listen?
(53:58):
I was mentored by Dr Miles Monroe, and I'll.
Speaker 1 (54:01):
Tell you this.
Speaker 2 (54:02):
He mentioned one story one time that really blessed me.
I hope I'm not wasting your time. So there was
this woman who was his member, according to his story,
and she would always come to church, and she was
sad because she was having problems with her husband. And
(54:23):
the husband is saying, look this church thing. You're not
doing your duties at home. You're always going to church
and all of those kinds of things, and it was
a serious issue.
Speaker 1 (54:32):
One time she came.
Speaker 2 (54:33):
And reported to Miles Munroe and said, look, my husband
is frustrating me. He's frustrating my Christian experience. The man
does not want me to know the Lord. And then
Males Munroe looked at her and said, he's right, you
affirss his wife before my member, go home and practice
everything I've taught you.
Speaker 1 (54:51):
Now listen.
Speaker 2 (54:53):
It was a shock to her, a paradigm shift. She
goes back home and the husband knows she should be
in charge by that time, and he says, what are
you doing here in anger? You know men, he goes
torongue anger, and the man said the woman told him.
He said, well, my pastor sent me back home. He said,
you are right, and that I should come home and
(55:14):
practice the things that he's been teaching. You know, the
man would losing up and feel like a victor, not
show it immediately. It stu early and then eventually, you
know how men process things. After a few days he called,
I said, come this your pastor you spoke about what
did you say? His name is, oh Dr Meles Monroe.
(55:35):
He actually told you to come back home.
Speaker 1 (55:37):
Yes, during service, Yes, ah, he must be a good man.
Speaker 2 (55:42):
Then when you hear men talk like that, they're already
processing it.
Speaker 1 (55:47):
Eventually she was going to go to church.
Speaker 2 (55:50):
In fact, it was said he started reminding her, are
you not going to churche again?
Speaker 1 (55:54):
You have stopped praying. I will report it to your pastor.
Speaker 2 (55:56):
You see, so the idea was not the hatred for
the is that she was inefficient in an area, and
the pastor demonstrated honor to family and honor to the man.
Speaker 1 (56:10):
Is someone learning already? Do you know?
Speaker 2 (56:13):
Cut the long story short. The man would later become
a leader in the same church. Every person has a responsibility.
Speaker 1 (56:34):
To go back and rework.
Speaker 2 (56:37):
Your understanding of the mission, preach the gospel, teach the world.
Speaker 1 (56:45):
And the word here means number one.
Speaker 2 (56:47):
Doctrine comes from the Greek word that thatskalia, the Hebrews
doctriner or the Latinist doctriner. It means a set of
beliefs that turns a student to reflect the competence of
his master doctrine and then the mysteries of the kingdom,
and then number three to be witnesses. That means you
(57:13):
don't have to pray in tongues before I verify that
you're a Christian. If you have to praying tongues in
my presence to verify you a.
Speaker 1 (57:22):
Christian, something is wrong with you.
Speaker 2 (57:25):
I should immediately as you open up your mouth, you
reveal the dexterity of your training.
Speaker 1 (57:33):
A young man who has been discipled. I watch your
approach when elderly people are passing HI. I know you
are not discipled.
Speaker 2 (57:43):
To someone who is your grandmother, no, you are not discipled.
You see her carrying something heavy and you can just
show her sistance and you don't say it's not you
pocket your hand while she's talking. You are not discipled.
You've not understood the value of honor. Because that person
may have what it takes to open your door. The
(58:04):
woman can look at you and say, young man, please come,
you behave yourself very well. What do you do well?
I may graduate, I don't have any job yet. What
did you study?
Speaker 1 (58:14):
This and that? Who train you so and so? Come?
Speaker 2 (58:17):
Not knowing by the next day you can become a secretary.
Immediately you say, let me tell you this. Prayer can
draw your answers, but discipleship positions you to receive the
answers well. Prayer and prophecy can bring your destiny helper
and poor character or bad habits can make the person
(58:41):
to leave you in anger. You're going for a job interview.
You step in there and you go and sit. No
one asked you to sit, you see you balladly say
you don't know that. It's part of the test. They say,
make yourself comfortable. The bananas they are oranges, and you
start eating, and they crack a joke and you op
with them. You say, I'm amazed. I've been doing all
(59:02):
kinds of interviews. This the first interview, and everybody is
watching you. That's the interview. What is going on there
is the interview? He says, I'm surprised no one is
asking me a question.
Speaker 1 (59:13):
I say, you can go. That's the end of it.
They have tested.
Speaker 2 (59:18):
Vulnerability because it's a billion dollar company, and they kept
food in front of you to test your ability to
tame your appetite. You felt like a pack of card
and now your past lost prophecy walked. But your lack
of discipleship made you to destroy everything. So when the
Bible says war with prophecy, it doesn't just mean to
(59:40):
pray a loan. It also means to carry the traits
that help.
Speaker 1 (59:44):
You receive Allelujah.
Speaker 2 (59:52):
I think we've we've delved into the second discussion on
the vessel. Not everybody can host the glory of God. No,
it will take salvation, transformation, and empowerment.
Speaker 1 (01:00:08):
Please say that after me.
Speaker 2 (01:00:09):
Salvation, transformation, empowerment. Now please look up. Salvation is instant,
empowerment is instant. A major part of the journey is transformation.
Look at Jesus. The empowerment came on the day of
(01:00:30):
Pentecost in one moment, but it took three and a
half years to prepare them.
Speaker 1 (01:00:36):
For that one encounter.
Speaker 2 (01:00:38):
Past Us, with all your respect, Let's not be in
a hurry to lay hands and import on people. The
ratio of transformation to empowerment based on Jesus's strategy was
three and a half years to one day. Don't be
in a hurry to lay hands on people. Lay hand
on a mind that is transformed. Then you will produce
a victorious believer. And just because someone came, you know,
(01:01:03):
I understand as men of God. When I've hardly seen
people who say, man of God, I want your mindset,
usually is I want you annoyinging and there's nothing wrong.
They've been since here. So they kneel down and drop
your seed, and sometimes we just lay hands on them.
Speaker 1 (01:01:18):
Sorry, don't distouble us.
Speaker 2 (01:01:19):
But between us and God we know nothing really came.
Maybe an importation of hunger so that you can go
to the secret place.
Speaker 1 (01:01:28):
There are laws for importation.
Speaker 2 (01:01:30):
One of it is preparedness, the preparedness of the heart.
My son, give me your heart and let your ears
incline to my ways. Then you will be ready to
receive the annointing allelujah. Is someone learning now? So I
said there are three steps transitting a man.
Speaker 1 (01:01:49):
From a sinner to a weakness.
Speaker 2 (01:01:51):
One is salvation number two transformation number three empowerment. Salvation
is in and the moment you believe in Jesus, the
Son of the Living God, you receive salvation. Empowerment can
come on you in one day, one moment. One importation.
The real journey is transformation, the process that makes you
(01:02:16):
become like Christ. Now let me tell you how it works.
Please watch this. I want to run for you, to
dramatize for you if you will, just in the next
one or two minutes, how that journey works. So here
is a nonbeliever. I don't like to call them sinners.
The word sinners sounds very insultive for me. I just
(01:02:37):
like to say, own believers are we together. So here's
a non believer, through the preaching of the Gospel, and
the preaching of the Gospel alone, that own believer, upon
declaring the lordship of Jesus, according to scripture, becomes saved,
not transformed. He's not a weakness, is now a believer
(01:03:01):
in Jesus Christ. But he's called an infant. Another word
is a babe. The Bible calls such a person the
moment you get into.
Speaker 1 (01:03:10):
Christ as a new born babe. You are an infant.
Speaker 2 (01:03:14):
No matter how old you are, no matter how successful
you were, your spiritual name.
Speaker 1 (01:03:20):
Is an infant. Now as an.
Speaker 2 (01:03:22):
Infant, there are three ministries that must be introduced to
your life to journey you through the process of transformation.
Number one, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, connected to
the ministry of prayer. Number two, the ministry of the world.
(01:03:43):
Number three the ministry of a pastor or a teaching priest.
If you are saved and you are not fortunate to encounter.
Speaker 1 (01:03:51):
These three ministries, that's where.
Speaker 2 (01:03:53):
The problem of your stuntedness spiritually begins again. To anyone
who gets saved and born again by an evangelist, by
a tract, a TV program broadcast. Doesn't matter how you
came into Christ. Now that you're in Christ, you are welcome.
The next part of call is that you must trust
God for grace to encounter the Ministry of the Holy
(01:04:15):
Spirit number two, the Ministry of the Word. Number three,
the ministry of a teaching priest, not just a good priest,
a teaching priest. So we can have two believers in Ghana.
Speaker 1 (01:04:37):
Let's call one brother A. Let's call one brother B.
Speaker 2 (01:04:42):
Say, for instance, they came for Impact twenty twenty five,
or let's say Impact twenty twenty one, and two of
them responded to the altar call the same day, the
same place. Let's assume they're not members of this ministry.
They just came and they heard the world. They were blessed,
they received the Gospel. Two of them, one brother A,
(01:05:06):
the other brother B. Watch my illustration. So both of
them got born again the same day. But for Brother A,
he was fortunate that after getting born again, he was
introduced to the Ministry of the Holy Spirit. He was
introduced to the Ministry of the World for structured mentorship
and learning. He was introduced to the ministry of a
(01:05:28):
teaching priest, whereas brother b on getting born again just.
Speaker 1 (01:05:33):
Began to three lances way.
Speaker 2 (01:05:35):
If he saw a book that was nice, he would
reach after one and drop it. If he meander into
a conference that was ongoing, he would listen for thirty minutes,
nod his head, write something on a piece of paper,
leaving behind and move out.
Speaker 1 (01:05:47):
After five years, you look.
Speaker 2 (01:05:49):
At their spiritual lives same salvation, but one, because he
found structure to his growth, would become a more dex
terrorist and effective believer, whereas the other person you.
Speaker 1 (01:06:02):
Would not see any sign except a.
Speaker 2 (01:06:05):
Video that captured the day he came out for salvation.
That would be the only thing that will make you believe.
You say, those of you here who are into crusades missions,
let me counsel you whilst you are preparing the grounds
(01:06:27):
to have a mixed multitude.
Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
Come.
Speaker 2 (01:06:29):
Please create a strategy and a structure for the growth
of those who are saved, because those people will later
become the men of God who will help you or
continue from where you live off and how you train
them matters. This is true for past us, and it's
true for every believer. So you are introduced to the
(01:06:51):
ministry of the Holy Spirit, the ministry of the world,
and the teaching priests. What happens to you the world
of God begins to RecA liberate or spiritual understanding gradually,
it's not an instant process. You learn how to die
to the flesh. You learn how to live by faith.
You learn how to work in love. You learn the
(01:07:12):
honor of dignity, productivity, value. Altogether, you learn human relation principles.
You learn how to speak the world, how to culture
your mind. You learn the power of a superior belief system.
Speaker 1 (01:07:26):
As you are mentored, you are growing.
Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
Then you get to a face where you have sufficient knowledge.
Speaker 1 (01:07:33):
Then you receive an importation.
Speaker 2 (01:07:37):
When that empowerment comes upon you, your name changes from
being a believer to a weakness.
Speaker 1 (01:07:45):
At that point, God can trust you.
Speaker 2 (01:07:47):
He can send you to the government, He can send
you to the banking sector.
Speaker 1 (01:07:51):
He can send you with trust knowing you have been trained.
Have you seen how it's supposed to be.
Speaker 2 (01:07:59):
The Church should not only raise men of God, it
should raise witnesses, so that when we go to the
bank in Ghana, there are weaknesses there. When we go
to the tech world. There are witnesses there. When we
go to arts and entertainment, there are witnesses there are
we together. When we go to the schools, there are
(01:08:19):
witnesses there. The professor is an intelligent person, but do
not make a mistake of downplaying him. He's also a prophet.
He has an eye that sees, and where there is
troubling the institution, he will take off his professorial gown
and lock the door and begin to pray in the
spirit and say, Satan, you left hush and came to
(01:08:41):
my school. Here there is still a witness. I bind
you by the power of the Holy Spirit. He wear
back his role and go to the faculty board meeting
and begin to speak intelligently. That was the Daniels strategy.
Daniel was a prophet, but Daniel also knows he knew
how to function in government. I made a covenant as
(01:09:03):
a man of God that I will raise passionate people
who love Jesus, but I will never raise fanatics.
Speaker 1 (01:09:10):
I don't believe in fanatism.
Speaker 2 (01:09:11):
I believe in passion that is directed towards a course
with purpose and balance. Allelujah, I received.
Speaker 1 (01:09:25):
I manifest.
Speaker 4 (01:09:28):
Your power and he alwaysdom kill their nations cgsus lifted up, exalted.
Speaker 2 (01:09:43):
I received, I manifest.
Speaker 4 (01:09:49):
Your poer, and he alwaysm kill their nations CGS.
Speaker 1 (01:09:59):
Lifted.
Speaker 2 (01:10:05):
Let me tell you what I see from this teaching
this morning. I see leaders who have a resolve to
go back and begin to correct things and begin to
make changes in their churches, in their organizations.
Speaker 1 (01:10:19):
And I release grades upon you. I release grace upon you.
I release grace upon you in the name of Jesus.
Speaker 2 (01:10:31):
Let me challenge your pastor go back and reorder your church,
and watch.
Speaker 1 (01:10:37):
The quality of people who begin to come.
Speaker 2 (01:10:40):
Your basket will begin to feth all kinds of fishes.
You will begin to attract. Not only now. I don't
say that to downplay the church is not a business organization,
but I'm saying that what you are you are selling Jesus,
the idea is selling their is not transactional. Together, you
are announcing your communicating Jesus. Impact cannot be sustainable until
(01:11:05):
it is branded. And one of the ways you brand
impact is with excellent sincerity and clarity. Clarity, clarity, alle Lujah.
Some of you has passed us. You have done well
(01:11:25):
carrying the annointing. You may need to submit yourself to
a season of training to clean.
Speaker 1 (01:11:31):
Up other things you could not get you. Still, let
me tell you this.
Speaker 2 (01:11:34):
If you are a doctor, you don't need to learn capentry.
Speaker 1 (01:11:38):
It's not your business. You don't even need to learn architecture.
Speaker 2 (01:11:41):
In fact, as a doctor, you can be a consultant.
Give me one area consultant pediatrition, for instance, and you
stay there. But as a man of God, you don't
have the liberty to choose an area.
Speaker 1 (01:11:56):
Because you are.
Speaker 2 (01:11:56):
Dealing with a diverse group of people, you must be first.
Speaker 1 (01:12:00):
I'm broad in your understanding.
Speaker 2 (01:12:04):
I made up my mind as a man of God
that my relevance will not end on the pul pit.
That means, if I drop the mic, I'm useless to
every other thing in society. No sir, No sir, no sir.
What do you do with the business leaders God brings
to you? What do you do with the diplomats God
brings to you? What do you do with some of
(01:12:24):
the people. Do you understand the language of the palace?
Do you know how to raise kings? Genesis seventeen and
verse six. Great leaders and great preachers don't go looking
for men of God or looking for people who are wealthy,
you raise them, he says, I will make you exceedingly fulful.
Speaker 1 (01:12:45):
I will make.
Speaker 2 (01:12:46):
Nations of bee and kings shall come out.
Speaker 1 (01:12:51):
Come out.
Speaker 2 (01:12:54):
That someone will say, I came to action chapel, and
in one year I came confused, full of yokes of darkness, curses.
The prayer department cleaned me up, and the teaching ministry
began to build and call sure me today I'm advising presidents.
Now that's a testimony. That's a weakness there. Let me
(01:13:19):
tell you this, and at the risk of southern arrogant, I'll.
Speaker 1 (01:13:23):
Tell you this. My greatest testimony as a man of.
Speaker 2 (01:13:26):
God from an impact standpoint, sincerely speaking second to soul winning.
My greatest testimony as a man of God. It's not
the working of miracles. It's not the healings, it's not
the deliverances, it's not the global recognitions. I bless God
for that. But my greatest testimony as a man of
(01:13:48):
God are testimonies or testaments.
Speaker 1 (01:13:51):
Of transformed lives. Testament of transformed life.
Speaker 2 (01:14:00):
An irresponsible man who could not take care of his family,
me and that his way to your program, and that
became his salvation.
Speaker 1 (01:14:09):
That's a real testimony.
Speaker 2 (01:14:11):
That someone who would have destroyed society came into your program.
Speaker 1 (01:14:16):
You don't need five meetings.
Speaker 2 (01:14:17):
One meeting was enough to begin to initiate the process
to his transformation. In surch of the Lord Jesus Christ,
we have underestimated the power that's been invested in us
and the power that's been invested in priesthood because we
have ignored.
Speaker 1 (01:14:35):
Our passion for transformation.
Speaker 2 (01:14:38):
Transformation is the process that raises reformers. And when you
have reformers in Mass, I submit to you. I've studied
the political process of many African nations. With the current
political structure, not much can be done. Because one good
person in the midst of many people having a diverse mentality,
(01:15:02):
it will be it will overwhelm any sincere passion. You
need to have a strong momentum of like minded people,
like minded people. It can start as one person, but
by the time the top CEOs in Ghana all agree
that integrity pays. The top ceroes all agree that we
(01:15:26):
pay workers when should be.
Speaker 1 (01:15:27):
We all agree.
Speaker 2 (01:15:28):
I want to get now certain values in Mass, then
you will change society.
Speaker 1 (01:15:40):
Allelujah.
Speaker 2 (01:15:43):
I mete a covenant with God that nobody serves with
me and goes down. If I cannot afford lifting you,
I will release you to a nobler person, not destroy you.
Number two. The greatest definition of success for me, it's
(01:16:03):
not acquisitions, it's impact.
Speaker 1 (01:16:07):
Thank God for acquisitions.
Speaker 2 (01:16:09):
But I tell you sincerely, you want to see t
has come out of my eyes?
Speaker 1 (01:16:13):
Is beyond the carb in front of me or beyond.
Speaker 2 (01:16:16):
I'm not saying enjoy all of those things, but let
me see a transformed life.
Speaker 1 (01:16:21):
And you have touched my heart.
Speaker 2 (01:16:23):
Leaders we must redefine our priorities. We must redefine. When
you study global leadership. One of the indices of transformational
leadership is your passion for selflessness.
Speaker 1 (01:16:37):
You desire to see people and improve version of you.
In Africa, we pride over.
Speaker 2 (01:16:43):
Acquisitions and we've spilled these things sadly to the church.
Speaker 1 (01:16:47):
It must change.
Speaker 2 (01:16:48):
Man of God is a wonderful thing to prosper I'm
not against prosperity, no, But beyond acquiring things, your.
Speaker 1 (01:16:58):
Greatest gift will be the gift of men you have raised.
Can I tell you this.
Speaker 2 (01:17:05):
I don't know any leader who will remain poor and
uninfluential in the presence of quality men that you have raised.
They become the ladders that preserve your testimonial. But you
can acquire things at the detriment of men. They will
fight you when they have the power to.
Speaker 1 (01:17:26):
Allelujah.
Speaker 2 (01:17:28):
I preached a message many years ago called the law
of seasons, taking a reference from Joseph's dream, I mean
Pharaoh's dream will find somewhere in pray. Pharaoh had a dream, Sir,
and that dream was twice. That dream was solving a
national problem. Pharaoh said, I went to bed and I
(01:17:53):
saw seven fat cows, and then they were eating by
seven lim cows.
Speaker 1 (01:18:00):
The same thing with the plants.
Speaker 2 (01:18:01):
And Joseph said, the cows are not about cows, They
are about the years of a man's life. Life is
divided into four seasons. The season where you start, the
season where you maximize moments, the seasons where you consolidate,
(01:18:21):
and the season where you rest. Whether you like it
or not, I divide it into the first twenty five
years or twenty five years ago. The first twenty five
years of your life represents your morning stage. That is
also when you learn you are permitted to make mistakes
and goes caught free.
Speaker 1 (01:18:41):
Life has a system of immunity for you. When you
are at that point.
Speaker 2 (01:18:45):
The second phase is from twenty six to fifty. It
should be the prime of your achievement. It's like the
sun shining at its greatest strength in the afternoon. Is
the season for maximum achievement. The next is from fifty
one to seventy or thereabout fifty one to seventy five.
Speaker 1 (01:19:07):
I think that is the.
Speaker 2 (01:19:09):
State of legacy and consolidation. When you get to that stage,
you should not be thinking of building things again. You
should be thinking of giving back. And from seventy five
downwards it should be rest. I'm speaking in parables.
Speaker 5 (01:19:24):
You now know what is wrong with Africa.
Speaker 1 (01:19:42):
Now look at me, please, ladies and gentlemen. By the time.
Speaker 2 (01:19:50):
You don't invest in your seven years of plenty, after that,
the seven years of drought that comes will eat up everything.
Speaker 1 (01:20:01):
You have done. Are we together?
Speaker 2 (01:20:05):
No body remains on the stage forever, no no matter
how effective you are, life is in seasons. But there
is a way you can be relevant even when you
are not on the stage, because the person on the
stage will bring you back to stand with him because
you transformed his life.
Speaker 1 (01:20:27):
Is someone learning? Now? Are you hearing what I'm saying?
Speaker 5 (01:20:30):
Now?
Speaker 2 (01:20:34):
Doctor Miles Monrow blessed Memorial has gone to heaven, but
some of us, by the grace of God today have become.
Speaker 1 (01:20:41):
Extensions of his legacy.
Speaker 2 (01:20:43):
Who will force the generations that were not born when
he died to remember that he lived because we have
immortalized his impact. Jesus served for three and a half years,
and he was secured enough to live. But because of our.
Speaker 1 (01:20:58):
Presence on earth, will keep calling that name Jesus.
Speaker 2 (01:21:02):
It's a leadership secret. You do not have to be
on stage to remain relevant forever. The secret is to
immortalize your impact by raising others so that even when
you are outside of stage, they will keep making.
Speaker 1 (01:21:18):
Reference to you, and the spotlight.
Speaker 2 (01:21:20):
Will remain on you even when you are gone. Let
me tell you this as a personal principle. If I
come to you as a leader and you have been
around for a long time, my respect for you.
Speaker 1 (01:21:41):
Is only heightened.
Speaker 2 (01:21:43):
If you can show me the people who can replicate
you at least two or three.
Speaker 1 (01:21:50):
The realth I just said.
Speaker 2 (01:21:51):
So, if I come to your let's say you are
the see of XYZ Company, and I come to you
and you've been there for ten twenty year, my respect
for you is not the dexterity of your impact. Show
me who you are raising. It tells me how secure
you are. Show me who you are raising. It tells
me how far that organization is going. If I'm going
(01:22:14):
to invest in that company, it will not be your
rorow eye. I want to see the plan for posterity.
I want to see that that company will remain after
fifty years, one hundred years. It's why we hardly have
thard of for generation anything in Africa. God has come
(01:22:35):
to us or church is quiet. I hope you are
learning something. I take your silence to mean you are
allowing the world to speak to your spirit. You want
to see the glory of God. There are things you
must do. You want to see the glory of God
(01:22:56):
upon your life. You want God to trust you with membership,
with organizations, with resources. These are the disciplines that attract
the glory. It is not superstition. No, before Christ returns,
there are individuals that God is going to be trusting
with kingdom, influence. God is going to be trusting with power.
(01:23:21):
God is going to be trusting with wealth. God is
going to be trusting with access. But so that we
don't become a reproach.
Speaker 1 (01:23:29):
To his program. He's placed it upon the heart of
the archbishop.
Speaker 2 (01:23:33):
Are you seeing why you should celebrate our father, the
Archbishop for creating a platform like you didn't pay to
sit down?
Speaker 1 (01:23:41):
Let me tell you this and hold on.
Speaker 2 (01:23:46):
I'll tell you this. I'll tell you this. Many of
the people seated across the high table, I presume our leaders,
some of them are leaders.
Speaker 1 (01:23:59):
At its fire.
Speaker 2 (01:24:00):
They will tell you some of the information you are
hearing now, as casual as it is, you will not
hear it without a price. And I'm not talking finances, finances,
the list of the price, the discipline to travel. Most
of the preachers have learned what I'm saying now. They
had to leave their nations to go maybe to us,
to attend diplomatic programs for a long time.
Speaker 1 (01:24:25):
Now that you have it free, please value it and
appreciate it. Allelujah.
Speaker 2 (01:24:44):
What I've thought you is called transformational leadership, the kind
of leadership that changes the leader from inside out and
then empowers such a one to raise not just follow us,
but to transform followers to leaders, and then leaders to
agents of change, agents of national, territorial, societal transformation. Some
(01:25:11):
of you on hearing what I'm saying now the Holy
Goos is going to plan visions in you. To start
building a leadership institute, not just a church institute.
Speaker 1 (01:25:21):
To build a leadership.
Speaker 2 (01:25:22):
Institute and start giving scholarship to young people. Build a
leadership institute and give a scholarship two hundred pastors every year,
so that in addition to what they've larnted ministry, they
can come and learn other things to put balance.
Speaker 1 (01:25:42):
And for anyone who is receiving these.
Speaker 2 (01:25:44):
Kinds of visions, may God send help for you in
the name of Jesus Christ.
Speaker 1 (01:25:51):
I believe in churches.
Speaker 2 (01:25:53):
If the churches function the way Jesus intended it to be.
The church was never so suposed to be a boring
place with people sleeping and snoring during the salmon. You
imagine what you received in one meeting, and imagine if
everyone listening to this as a pastor, we're a member
of your church.
Speaker 1 (01:26:14):
Do you think they will come back next week? Oh?
Speaker 2 (01:26:17):
Yes, they will, and they will not come alone. This
is in news that is too transformational. Let me tell
you something. With people in the presence of results, they
become evangelists automatically.
Speaker 1 (01:26:30):
When they find real results, they each to draw.
Speaker 2 (01:26:34):
Someone come and here the woman said, come see a man.
Speaker 1 (01:26:38):
Jesus did not tell.
Speaker 2 (01:26:39):
Them whe bring people, come see a man. The mad
man in Gadara when he was impacted. Evangelism was not
supposed to be engineered by force. He was supposed to
be a response to your own personal transformation. Allelujah. Now
(01:27:00):
let me wrap up, give me five minutes.
Speaker 1 (01:27:09):
The Bible.
Speaker 2 (01:27:10):
Paul was speaking to the church in corinth and he
made a profound statement. He introduced the concept of architecture
in building.
Speaker 1 (01:27:22):
Please let me your attention, and Paul began to call.
Speaker 2 (01:27:27):
His fellow ministers wise master builders.
Speaker 1 (01:27:32):
Are we together?
Speaker 2 (01:27:34):
So Paul likened building men to building a house, and
he said that God's desire for us, I think that
should be First Corinthians ten, or there about second Corinthians ten.
He spoke about being wise master builders. Find the scripture
(01:27:54):
for me. Please let me tell you what it means
to be a wise master builder. To be a wise
master builder means to build men. God bless you three
ten according to the grace which is given to me
as a wise master builder. He says, I have laid
the foundation, and another build it. But let every man
(01:28:16):
take heed how he build it. He's talking about building men.
Leadership is about building men. Building men more than influencing them.
Influencing them is only a strategy to ultimately build them.
When you influence people, I define for you what influence is.
Influence in my definition is the capacity to cause men
(01:28:40):
to buy into your ideologies, to buy into your convictions,
to buy into your beliefs without using force or cruelty.
Speaker 1 (01:28:50):
Influence.
Speaker 2 (01:28:52):
When you compel people to buy into your belief systems,
to buy into your ideologies, to back into your disciplines,
your value system without using force or cruelty, you have
influenced them. And the goal of influence is to ultimately
build them. Are together now, so he's talking here about
(01:29:14):
a wise master builder, as a preacher, as a cego.
Speaker 1 (01:29:23):
More than building products, build men.
Speaker 2 (01:29:26):
When you build men, they will preserve the heritage of
the church, the company. Are we together, the organization build men?
There are three ways to build men. This is where
I want to wrap up, and this is particularly to preachers,
but it applies to leaders across every strata. In building men,
(01:29:48):
there is an architecture we were given by God. We
were not given the liberty to choose how to build men.
This beautiful structure, these cathedral. How many of you know
that this cathedral can be reproduced anywhere in Ghana? Am
I right on that anywhere there's space, provided I don't
(01:30:12):
need to lift this building.
Speaker 1 (01:30:14):
In fact, I don't even have to snap it.
Speaker 2 (01:30:18):
If I can have a detailed architectural plan and I
hand it over to an architect.
Speaker 1 (01:30:26):
Quite honestly, sometimes.
Speaker 2 (01:30:27):
Even without having a look at this building, he will
replicate that.
Speaker 1 (01:30:32):
Building because he has the plan.
Speaker 2 (01:30:35):
So building men was supposed to produce consistency.
Speaker 1 (01:30:41):
If we follow the plan. Please look up.
Speaker 2 (01:30:46):
When you bring a doctor from Ghana, a doctor from Nigeria,
a doctor from the US, a doctor from Israel, say,
a consultant, and all of my consultants around the same field,
how many of you know that it is possible for
them to meet at the sodery room. They have never
(01:31:08):
met themselves, and yet there will be no strangers to
themselves because it was a similar program that produced them.
So when a Christian in Nigeria is different from a
Christian in Ghana, it's different from a Christian in US.
We need to examine what program we're using to build them,
(01:31:31):
because it means I should come consat Let me use you,
Plisa God bless you. I should be able to meet
this man for the first time. Are you a Christian?
Speaker 1 (01:31:42):
Sir? Oh, yes, you're a Christian.
Speaker 2 (01:31:44):
And there should be something to talk about because it's
the same program building us.
Speaker 1 (01:31:49):
If I'm a personal and.
Speaker 2 (01:31:50):
It's a pastor and we hold hands, we cannot talk.
Something is wrong. Something is wrong. A foreign program. Was
you somewhere? Are we together? I'm interested in souls. He's
not interested in souls. He's threatened in building men. I'm
not interested in building men. Something is wrong. If it's
(01:32:11):
the same program, we should have similar passions.
Speaker 1 (01:32:15):
Do you agree with me on that? Thank you, sir,
God bless you, sir. Thank you.
Speaker 2 (01:32:21):
So the quality of Christians, the quality of witnesses, allow.
Speaker 1 (01:32:26):
My buyers to talk about the African continent.
Speaker 2 (01:32:29):
We need to re examine the program. Because God gave
us his program. He did not leave us to invent
a program. It's a risk to invent our own program
in building men.
Speaker 1 (01:32:48):
There are three areas to focus on.
Speaker 2 (01:32:51):
Please allow me the honor of making these submissions, and
then we pray.
Speaker 1 (01:32:58):
You can never build a wholesome, dex terrost.
Speaker 2 (01:33:02):
People if you don't build them around along these three areas,
Number one. You want to become a wise master builder,
as a preacher, as a leader. The first area to
building people is the nature of Christ, the nature of Christ.
(01:33:24):
The end point of that building is that you produce
a people who have the fruit of the spirit and
the people who have character. Please listen past us in
building men, before you start teaching them about prosperity, before
you start teaching them about lift things. You will teach them,
but don't corr up the curriculum. There is a way
(01:33:47):
you need to start teaching somebody about finances when you've
not taught him. Death to the flesh is only promoting lost.
There is what you should learn first before some other thing.
It is lying up online, precept upon preserved.
Speaker 1 (01:34:02):
Are we learning the nature of Christ?
Speaker 2 (01:34:07):
This is where you teach believers death to the flesh.
Speaker 1 (01:34:11):
This is where you teach them the value of the
spirit life.
Speaker 2 (01:34:15):
This is where you teach them the excellency of being
dex terrorists in character. So that when you find a
believer who has been taught along that area, it doesn't
matter what you name the topics, but they should ultimately build.
Speaker 1 (01:34:30):
The character of Christ in the person. The character of
love of joy, void of hatred.
Speaker 2 (01:34:38):
By the time you are done with that believer, the
elements of the flesh like unforgiveness, hatred, jealousy, competition.
Speaker 1 (01:34:46):
This is where it dies.
Speaker 2 (01:34:49):
Now, if you jump this section of the teaching and
start teaching him other things, you will have a powerful
Christian who is still jealous, envious, lostful, hate food.
Speaker 1 (01:35:03):
If someone learning now wise master builders.
Speaker 2 (01:35:05):
The first part of call is to build in men
the nature and the character of Christ. Where Galatians five
twenty two Coloss three, Colosans four becomes.
Speaker 1 (01:35:20):
They put on Christ when you are done.
Speaker 2 (01:35:25):
The next section of the training is the wisdom of Christ.
Don't forget the nature of Christ, producing christ like character,
the fruit of the spirit, love of being. The greatest
number two, the wisdom of Christ. Now I tell you
this as much as it is powerful to teach men
(01:35:48):
on the nature of Christ so that they become people
of character. If they are people of character and they
lack wisdom, they will.
Speaker 1 (01:35:56):
Not go forward with their lives. They won't build anything.
Speaker 2 (01:35:59):
You will be full of good people who are struggling,
and their struggle will begin to lead them back to compromise,
so they need wisdom. Wisdom is responsible for building anything.
Speaker 1 (01:36:10):
At all.
Speaker 2 (01:36:11):
When you begin to communicate the wisdom of Christ, you
will raise leaders, you will raise ce heroes, you will
raise responsible forathers.
Speaker 1 (01:36:18):
Wisdom.
Speaker 2 (01:36:19):
Yere talks of the Compendium of the Mysteries of the Kingdom.
There are many good people in church. They won't still,
they won't kill, they won't do anything bad, they won't
sleep around. But they do not have results in their life.
Speaker 1 (01:36:34):
And they are.
Speaker 2 (01:36:34):
Frustrated because people can clearly see the nature of Christ
in them, but they are no results. When Jesus saw
the victory, the victory was beautiful, likened to character. But
Jesus wanted food, and because it did not have fruits.
Even though the glieves were clean, they were not with that,
(01:36:55):
he still caust it zero tolerance on food fullness. There
are five mandates God gave man. One of it is
the mandate to be fruitful. It's called the dominion mandates.
You have not chosen me John fifteen sixteen. But I
have chosen you and ordained you that you should go
(01:37:16):
and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain long
devity of fruitfulness. Everybody, say wisdom past us.
Speaker 1 (01:37:29):
When you have not to feel insulted, when you have.
Speaker 2 (01:37:34):
No level living, no quality, living people as congregants.
Speaker 1 (01:37:40):
I show you the way to raise them.
Speaker 2 (01:37:42):
They will come as the men who came to Devid
in the cave of Adulam. They will come in debt,
they will come sick, they will come dejected. Is the
assignment of wisdom to build them through wisdom.
Speaker 1 (01:37:54):
A house is built by understanding.
Speaker 2 (01:37:57):
It is established through knowledge, the rooms filled with every
pleasurable thing.
Speaker 1 (01:38:02):
It says, wisdom is the principal thing.
Speaker 2 (01:38:04):
Therefore, get wisdom, and with all your getting, get understanding.
Exault time she shall promote you. She shall put an
ornament of glory. A crown of glory shall she put
on your head. When doubt does embrace her, it says,
do not wisdom crime by me. Kings reign and princes
rule with me her riches, wealth and honor, Your durable
(01:38:26):
riches and righteousness. Those that love me, he says, those
are sickly ely wisdom. You show them the way of prayer,
You show them the way of discipline, You show them
the way of diligence. You show them the creative power
of the spoken word. You show them the love of honor.
(01:38:47):
You show them what it means to live by faith. Wisdom.
You raise mighty men. So you start with character. But
then you don't stop there. Wisdom, say builder, and then
I'll give you number three when you're building them, the
wisdom of Christ.
Speaker 1 (01:39:07):
The next is.
Speaker 2 (01:39:08):
Empowerment, the most experienced the power of Christ. It doesn't
stop at wisdom alone.
Speaker 1 (01:39:16):
Demons don't care whether.
Speaker 2 (01:39:17):
You are wise or not. They will oppress you, and
they will destroy anything. They can destroy. You can build
a company, but one cause from darkness can come and scatter.
Speaker 1 (01:39:27):
Everything if you doubt it. As job.
Speaker 2 (01:39:31):
Are well together, they need to be empowered. All these
things I'm teaching you, you find it in the prayer
of Paul in Efficient chapter one, from verse sixteen down
to nineteen. Paul prayed over the church in Ephesos, verse
sixty seventeen. Now it says that the God of our Lord,
(01:39:52):
Jesus Christ, the Father of Glory, may give you the
spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Hea eighteen,
the eyes of your understanding being enlightened, that he may
know the hope of his calling and what is the
riches of the glory of his inheritance. In the Sates,
read verse nineteen. If you're a Christian want to go,
(01:40:14):
and what is the exceeding greatness of.
Speaker 1 (01:40:17):
His power to us? What will believe?
Speaker 2 (01:40:21):
You don't just talk at teaching them character and then
teaching them wisdom. They need power Some sixty six, verse
three say onto God, how terrible art thou in thy works?
It is through the greatness of thy power that the
enemies submit themselves to you my cat chapter three and
verse eight.
Speaker 1 (01:40:40):
Surely I am.
Speaker 2 (01:40:41):
Full of power by the spirit of the Lord at
chapter four and verse thirty three. And with great power
gave the apostles weakness of the resurrection of the Lord
Jesus Christ. Jesus spent three and a half years selling
wisdom for them. What he said, tarry, tarry, don't go
only with a message. Tarry until the gibyand with power.
(01:41:07):
A believer who has the nature of Christ plus the
wisdom of Christ plus the power of Christ equals.
Speaker 1 (01:41:18):
To the fullness of Christ. They didn't hear what I tell.
Speaker 2 (01:41:23):
The nature of Christ plus the wisdom of Christ plus
the power of Christ, it equals to the fullness of Christ.
That is the architecture that was given to the believer.
That makes you call a wise master builder. Now, if
(01:41:44):
you teach the nature of Christ alone, you will produce
a certain kind of Christian. They wouldn't steal, but they
can't improve society. They can't add value. Value is almost zero.
If you produce people by emphasizing the will storm of Christ,
you will have people who will have the wisdom of.
Speaker 1 (01:42:03):
The serpent because they don't have the heart of Christ.
Speaker 2 (01:42:08):
They will start stealing money right from your church because
they don't have the fear of the Lord. But they
are intelligent people. You will raise gifts and rebels. When
you teach people on the power of Christ. They will
save miracles, signs, wonders, the gifts of the spirit.
Speaker 1 (01:42:28):
But the issues you.
Speaker 2 (01:42:29):
Will have in church who almost you want to die
of heart attack. Some of the most anointed people who
consure the greatest problems, character problems or cancer problems.
Speaker 1 (01:42:38):
And you'll be wondering how come you are so anointed?
Speaker 2 (01:42:43):
Is because you omitted something in the architecture. So my
final gift for you this morning is to bring the balance.
Speaker 1 (01:42:51):
Every trouble in the church is because.
Speaker 2 (01:42:54):
An aspect of these three areas was over emphasized or
on the phasized. When you emphasize the nature of Christ
and downplay the wisdom and the power of Christ. You
will produce sincere people, but their value and contribution will
be next to nothing. When you emphasize on the wisdom
(01:43:16):
of Christ, you will raise leaders, successful men, build us.
Speaker 1 (01:43:20):
But in doing so there will be people will compromise
with no fear.
Speaker 2 (01:43:27):
But when you emphasize the power of Christ, you will
have a crowd. You will have people come, but you
will never know who to trust or who do not trust.
Are we together now? Because you will draw forth a
mixed multitude. Power is like a magnet. It draws anybody.
Even Satan will be there. You want to raise reformers, transformers,
(01:43:56):
nation building, weaknesses, weather, as businessmen or as pastors. I
present to you the template, the nature of Christ, the
wisdom of Christ, the.
Speaker 1 (01:44:11):
Power of Christ.
Speaker 2 (01:44:13):
That is the curriculum that produces a weakness.
Speaker 1 (01:44:18):
Rise upon your feet. Please please hold hands with someone,
if you can find.
Speaker 2 (01:44:26):
Someone's hand to hold, just in one moment, hold the
hands of someone. If you forgot everything I shared this morning,
(01:44:48):
let's say for any reason you were so distracted, just
remember the last few words that in raising men and
in building men not limited to past us. As a CEO,
you want to produce people who are not corrupted, will
not give you a headache. Transform the nature of Christ
(01:45:11):
into programs.
Speaker 1 (01:45:13):
You don't have to be fanatic about it.
Speaker 2 (01:45:15):
But transform the fruit of the Spirit into programs and
inject it in the people. You will still get the
result of the nature of Christ. It's only that the
Holy Ghost is the one who empowers men to fully
manifest the nature of Christ, because the flesh is also
empowered by a spirit, the nature of Christ, the wisdom
(01:45:40):
of Christ. Parents, use this to raise your children the
nature of Christ. But don't stop there. Don't just tell
them be a good person. They're entering a world that
is value driven. You will produce frustrated children who don't steal,
they don't kill, they don't sleep around, but they will
not grow to become anything.
Speaker 1 (01:46:01):
You teach them the.
Speaker 2 (01:46:01):
Wisdom of Christ, expose them to the strategies that makes
for influence and victory, and then in all you're doing,
invest in helping them encounter the power of the Spirit.
Speaker 1 (01:46:13):
We live in a vicious world.
Speaker 2 (01:46:15):
It takes force a level of spiritual aggression to command
your portion. Your portion does not come to you because
you want it, It comes because you demand for it. Africa,
we have done well with the power part. The third
part is usually where the charismatic penecostal circles.
Speaker 1 (01:46:36):
We've done very well.
Speaker 2 (01:46:37):
You don't need to throw it away, but we need
to do a reverse engineering over our curriculum. An art
to power wisdom and art to wisdom character, then will
produce a more effective believer. Pray for your neighbor whose
hands you are holding. We have three prayer points have
(01:46:59):
been instructed for us to pray. Please pray for your neighbor.
Pray for your neighbor. Pray for your neighbor. Father, Thank you,
blessed eyes that have seen, the ears that have heard.
(01:47:20):
Thank God for the gift of your neighbor, he says.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. They shall prosper. Who
love you.
Speaker 1 (01:47:29):
In Jesus' name, we pray. I'll stretched you.
Speaker 2 (01:47:33):
I will not take more than necessary time, but I
want us to pray.
Speaker 1 (01:47:37):
And the first prayer is we're going to pray for
the church in Ghana.
Speaker 2 (01:47:43):
The pastors apostles prophets three prayer points in one.
Speaker 1 (01:47:49):
We're going to pray that those who have followed the way.
Speaker 2 (01:47:53):
Of compromise, that God by his messy will bring them back.
We're tired of a lot of nonsense the pulpit. There
is hope for a tree for the sake of the
name of Christ.
Speaker 1 (01:48:06):
We're going to ask him to rise and defend his name.
Speaker 2 (01:48:08):
That the pastors who have literally the Bible said, the
people who sat in darkness, not that they are running
away from it, they sat in it. That God will
show them messy. And number two, those who are sincere
but ignorant, that God will upgrade their understanding. And then
those who are cutting edge and effective, that God will
(01:48:32):
give them the staying power to remain. Are you ready
to pray for the church in Gunner? Please lift your
voice in one minute. Pray, don't criticize, Pray, don't insult.
Speaker 1 (01:48:43):
Pray.
Speaker 2 (01:48:46):
Insulting and criticizing does not produce the results you pray
one minute.
Speaker 1 (01:48:51):
We're praying. Mention your various regions.
Speaker 2 (01:48:56):
Use action chapel as a point of color that pray
for the church in Ghana. Pray for the pastors men
shown them by name, if you know them, whether you
like them or not, show messy or God over your church.
Raise people of integrity, Raise people of character, raised men
(01:49:20):
and women of wisdom, Raised men and women who are
a power manifest in the fullness of Christ.
Speaker 1 (01:49:31):
Chaprat Sat.
Speaker 2 (01:49:35):
Pray that those who have found themselves in the shadows
of compromise, that God, by his messy will deliver them
from all kinds of extra biblical practices, all kinds of
detestable practices.
Speaker 1 (01:49:55):
That God would show them the way to light.
Speaker 2 (01:49:59):
Pray for those who are sincere what are in ignorance,
that God will enlighten them.
Speaker 1 (01:50:07):
They will ascend by light.
Speaker 2 (01:50:10):
Pray for those who are the courting edge of God's program,
that they will not be carried away with pride. In
Jesus' name, we pray Number two, We're going to pray
for all business leaders, political leaders. Please pray, pray. Pray
(01:50:35):
doesn't matter what political party, doesn't matter. I don't even
know the names of your political party. But pray for
your leaders. Father, break upon their minds, let them lead
with integrity. Pray for the business community. Pray for the
senior executives. Go ahead and pray in the name of
Jesus the wisdom to bring greater development in Ghana, spreading
(01:51:02):
across the West African region. That the integrity of heart,
the dexterity of understanding will attract foreign investors that will
come into your nation, that will invest by the power
of the Holy Spirit, bankers.
Speaker 1 (01:51:39):
Institutions.
Speaker 2 (01:51:42):
That God will empower men and women to build institutions
that become shepherds of convictions. In Jesus' name, we pray.
Speaker 1 (01:51:57):
What's you pray?
Speaker 2 (01:51:59):
Is it all right if I ask you to pray
for your president down to your members of parliament?
Speaker 1 (01:52:05):
Do you believe in prayer?
Speaker 2 (01:52:07):
Lift your voice in one minute and pray for him.
Speaker 1 (01:52:10):
Pray for the President of Ghana.
Speaker 2 (01:52:13):
For wisdom, Pray for grace, Pray for your members of parliament.
Pray for God's sake, that leaders will live with conscience,
the fear of the Lord and a sense of posterity
(01:52:36):
across your regions. Pray pray that God will empower him
empower all your leaders. I see them projecting the names
of leaders.
Speaker 1 (01:52:49):
That God will work upon their hearts.
Speaker 2 (01:52:53):
That they will detest the life of corruption, compromise the
desire for gain more than the desire for impact. They
will leave with integrity. This is a praying church. This
is a prophetic church. We pray for the leaders in Ghana.
(01:53:16):
May God show them messy Now together they will move
Ghana to His prophetic destiny. That there will be great
development from the common man to the privileged class. Everyone
will feel the impact. In Jesus' name, we pray Allelujah.
Speaker 1 (01:53:40):
Now let me request respectfully that we pray for his imminence,
the archbishop. Is it all right if we pray for him.
Please cry like you are praying for somebody you will love.
Lift top your voice, clap your hands, and pray.
Speaker 2 (01:53:55):
Father, in the name of Jesus, praserve, preserve him someone
who loves him. Pray increasing bless him, pleads, pray from
your heart. Bless his children, Bless his wife, Bless his family.
Speaker 1 (01:54:17):
Prophesies one twelve.
Speaker 2 (01:54:19):
Blessed is the man that shared the Lord who delights
greatly in his commands. His seed shall be mighty upon earth.
The generation of the right shall be blessed well, and
riches shall be in his house Some one one two,
verse one two four. And his righteousness endures forever. Pray
(01:54:45):
for him that in old age he will be fat
and flourishing. Pray for him that he will leave to
a hundred and even beyond, like Hannah the prophetess, he
will see the consolation of Israel.
Speaker 1 (01:55:04):
He will see the consolation.
Speaker 2 (01:55:06):
Of Ghana in his lifetime, the investments of years of
prayer and prophetic intercession, that God will give him the
honor of watching a new generation arise, or prophets of apostles,
of teachers, of leaders. In Jesus' name, we pray. In
(01:55:37):
Jesus' name, we pray, I speak over your life that
everything you have heard may not stand against you. It
says now that you know these things happier you if
you do them. I release the doing grace on you
(01:56:00):
to win grace, the grace that controls performance.
Speaker 1 (01:56:05):
Now that you have heard the.
Speaker 2 (01:56:07):
Grace to do, receive it, the grace to make the
required adjustments. Receive it, the grace to make the required improvements.
Receive it in Jesus' Then we pray alle lujah.
Speaker 1 (01:56:23):
In a few hours, we're preparing for the night session.
Let me encourage you.
Speaker 2 (01:56:29):
Let me let my voice with the archbishop and the pastorate.
Speaker 1 (01:56:35):
To encourage you.
Speaker 2 (01:56:36):
Invite everyone that you can find around Ghanna, send them
text messages, call them online and tell them look, fire
is burning. And the only thank you gift I want
you to give me this morning is to get this
message to someone you know needs to heate. What could
(01:56:57):
not make it maybe your spouse, maybe a CE or
don't don't don't be rude and send a message and
say I found what is wrong with you. Don't speak
like that. You will lose your job. Present it as
a bedday gift. Put it in a flash drive and
then add it with a kick and give someone as.
Speaker 1 (01:57:17):
A bedday gift. Whatever you need to do. Get the
word out so that it would transform people. Thank you
for giving me the honor to bring you this word.
The Lord bless him when she's as name
