We praise God and we pray in the name of
Jesus that hopefully do not take that long again for
us to be able to visit the city. You believe that,

the time that we have will be.

In Jesus' name, Will you lift your voice while you're
sitting and ask God to give you an encounter, ask
him to visit you by his word to change your life,
to impart grace and which the upon you.

Are you praying?

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Thank you Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray. So I'll
be charging our hearts for the time that we have,
and then be praying with us. Everywhere I see people

(02:29):
gathered in the name of the Lord, my heart becomes
ignited and passionate, particularly because the Kingdom operates based on knowledge.
Desire is a very important component in the Kingdom. But
desire is not enough to produce the kind of people.

(02:52):
Have an aggregated understanding that produces power, that produces a
a true witness in the Kingdom. So here and there
we have pieces of truths that we have gathered, some
from salmons, some from preachers, the structures that I used
to make a building. You look at this building, for instance,

(03:14):
you find out that there are a number of components
that were in place. There was the foundation, there are
places where castings happen. In this building, there is the zinc,
the finishing, the esthetics, all of them had to be
put strategically to produce a beautiful building. It matters the

(03:35):
order and the formation to produce a building.

Now, that's how we believe is.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
Knowledge must be added to knowledge, but that with wisdom.
Collosians three hunder sixteen says, let the world of Christ
dwell in you richly. Then it says, in all wisdom.
It matters that it dwells in wisdom. If the word
of Christ dwells in you and is without wisdom, then
you will find that you have so many truths, but

you do not know how to combine them to produce victory.

Allelujah, Praise God.

Having access to truth is like a chef in the
kitchen about to cook. Let's say you want to make
fried rice or joel Off rice. You can have the rice,
and you can have all the ingredients, but three or
four people can use the same ingredients the same kitchen
and produce foods that are of various tastes. Are we together, orthers,

(04:30):
It will be delight onme. You will be pleasant, Orthers. Sadly,
it will be a disaster, same ingredients, same kitchen, same condition.
The difference is the combination. That's how truth is. Line
must be line upon line, precept upon precept, here, a
little there, a little, So very quickly, I want to

(04:51):
run for the minutes that we have. I want to
show you a road map. I want to show you
the road map that helps believer to become a person
of stature and power. I also want to show you
the roadmap that can allow a person, a territory, or
a generation to truly establish the Kingdom of God. I

also want to show you, very briefly, the structure of
God's program, his end time program. And I hope that
we'll be able to discuss a few things with the
time that we have.

I hope you're interested in learning praise the name of
the Lord.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
This is particularly important for those who are called into ministry.
We have a very serious responsibility not only to help
people find salvation, but to grow their spiritual understanding to
a point where they become witnesses. Indeed, Allelujah, the spiritual quality,

(05:53):
the quality of believers across any territory is a messless
reflection of the depth and the strength of the spiritual
voices that train them. Let me say that again, the
quality of believers in any territory will always be a
reflection of the depth of spiritual understanding of the voices

(06:18):
the leaders that train them. A man of God and
a woman of God who is deep in spiritual things
will produce a people of power and stature. A man
who may not be as deep may not produce people
beyond the level of encounter. So this will profit both
men of God and profit all of us together as

(06:41):
we seek to press into perfection.

Speaker 3 (06:43):
The Lord bless us in the name of Jesus now to.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
Produce a true apostolic community. When you want to produce
believers that are fortified, men and women who have stature
and have power, who have maturity and can be trusted
with God's program, there are a number of truths. There
are certain bodies of truth spiritual knowledge that must be

(07:14):
available to the believers within that territory. Allelujah, there is
a certain body of truth, body of light that if
you do not find, and if you do not understand,
you may never be able to host the program of
God and to execute it with precision. Allelujah, prays the

(07:35):
name of the Lord, and I'll give you three of them,
the three among the many bodies of knowledge that believers
must have. Number One, you must understand God's prophetic program.
It is important for you to understand the full texture
and the scope of God's prophetic program. Your relevance in

(07:56):
the Kingdom and your relevance in this dispensation will be
predicated upon your horror understanding of God's prophetic program. Number two,
you must understand the demands for being a host, the

(08:16):
demand to be trusted by God. To bird that program,
you must know the kinds of vessels that God is
looking for. Understanding his program is number one. But it's
important for you to know that God loves everybody, but
he cannot use everybody. There is a kind of man

(08:39):
God is looking for. There is a kind of vessel
God is looking for. There is a kind of believer
God is looking for. There is a kind of weakness
God is looking for. So in as much as we
have several Christians, genuine Christians across Cannel, across the.

Speaker 3 (08:56):
North, you may find out that not many.

Speaker 1 (08:59):
May be at the cotting edge of God's prophetic program.
And others have gone so far to know what God
wants to do. But there is a demand. So that's
the second body of knowledge you must know. Number three,
you must understand God's strategy for executing his program. So
I'm listening for you the bodies of knowledge that helps

(09:22):
a man to be relevant in God's program.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
And I listed for you number one.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
That you must understand God's prophetic program. What exactly is
it you talk about Kingdom? Come, what exactly is it?
The average believer just knows that, okay, we're talking about God.
But they cannot articulate with intelligence what God's prophetic program is.
And unfortunately sometimes that includes preachers. They cannot give you

(09:49):
a concise definition as to what God's program is. And
if you do not know what God's program is, then
functioning in his vineyard becomes a risk because it means
you will mislead a lot of people, not because you
are false, but because you are ignorant.

Speaker 3 (10:06):
Number two the vessels.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
You cannot prepare a people and mature them to be
of stature and to be usable until you understand the
portrait of the kind of vessel.

Speaker 3 (10:19):
God is looking for. When you want to apply.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
For a job, for those of you who are working
or seek to work, when the application comes out, they
detail for you very clearly the demand s am I
right on that.

Speaker 3 (10:33):
So they say, for instance, we.

Speaker 1 (10:34):
Are looking for a driver, and then they least it
very clearly that driver should have maybe five years experience.
He should have been able to drive across this and
that if you think you are qualified, then apply. And
sometimes others can take the risk to apply, and the
company says, well, because you took the risk, we will

(10:56):
train you to match that demand. But that demand will
not become promised. Are we together? And then number three
the execution strategy. I think this is where most believers
have failed, and it is why many territories do not
produce true witnesses. Because we understand God's program, and sometimes

(11:17):
we even paid the price to become the kinds of
vessels that God can use. But we now begin to
use our strategies to execute divine programs, and you find
out that it becomes burdensome and it does not work
well in breathing God's program. His program must be executed
by his strategy, not our strategy. In desiring to bring

(11:42):
down Jericho, Joshua knew already that Jericho was God's will
to be brought down as part of their ongoing process
into the Promised Land.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
So he was aware of the program.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
Number two, he knew that God would use them, and
they had aligned themselves.

Speaker 3 (12:01):
To be the kinds of vessels. But there was number
three that was left, the strategy.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
If he did not get the strategy right, the knowledge
of Jericho coming down and preparing themselves as great vessels will.

Speaker 3 (12:14):
Still not count in bringing victory.

Speaker 1 (12:17):
In Needer to inquire from the Lord what strategy do
we use, and he was giving a very strange strategy
that you go around Jericho once every week and then
on the seventh day, you go around seven times the
priests bearing the trumpet, and at the seventh time you
will blow the trumpet and shout, and that was what

(12:38):
birth the victory. So it is a risk to assume
any strategy and believe, because you are sincere, it would
bear the glory of God. No, sir, No, sir. The
strategy for execution is also very important. Unlet's see how
far God will help us in dealing with these three areas.

(13:00):
Wherever we stop, will take the time to pray, and
that would be sufficient for tonight. If God is already
helping you, say amen, So let's talk about God's end
time program very quickly, what exactly is it. We talk
about God's prophetic program, we talk about Kingdom com, we
talk about, you know.

Speaker 3 (13:19):
God's program for the nations.

Speaker 1 (13:21):
But I need to give us perspective very quickly God's program,
and I'm going to be summarized very quickly since I
have a limited time with us. Now, God's program, like
you may have heard me teach, affects three groups of people.
Please write that down. There are three groups of people. Essentially,

(13:42):
the first group of people are the world of sin
us or the.

Speaker 3 (13:45):
Own believing world.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
God's program affects number one, the world of sin us,
the own believing world. Number two, it affects the Church.
So God has a program for the world, the own
belief world. God has a program for the Church, the saints,
and then God has a program for society. Again, God

(14:10):
has a program an agenda for the unbelieving world. God
has an agenda for the Church, and God.

Speaker 3 (14:18):
Has an agenda for society.

Speaker 1 (14:20):
So every time you talk about Kingdom com, every time
you talk about God's end time prophetic program, let your
mind go to these three groups. There is an aspect
of that agenda that is to the unbelieving world. There
is an aspect of that agenda that is to the church,
and there is an aspect of that agenda that is

(14:40):
to society. The reason this is important is because knowing
this will help you appreciate your location in that job description.

Speaker 3 (14:49):
Are we together?

Speaker 1 (14:50):
There are people who, in giving them their individual mandates,
they will be sent to the first aspect, the own
believing world that becomes your core.

Speaker 3 (15:01):
Area of assignment. There are those who their core area
of assignment will be within the church, among.

Speaker 1 (15:07):
The saints, and there are those who have the privilege
to serve God's purposes across.

Speaker 3 (15:12):
The broader society.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
If you do not understand this, you may not see
that the person who is serving in society is as
important as a person who is serving the world of sinners.
The dichotomy that we have experience in the Body of
Christ has been because we have not broadened our understanding
about God's program away together. So most people, when they

(15:35):
say God, use me, the average man's idea is God
give me a church. God give me a pool pache,
God give me a mic. I want to be a preacher.
That's a very dangerous orientation, and that's why there are
people today on the pool page, who should not be
on the pool patch. They're on the pool pit where
they should be in banking halls. They're on the poolpit

(15:56):
when they should be in government. Away together. But because
they do not know that there is a tri partit
composition of God's agenda, they feel the only way I
can serve God is to be a preacher or to
be an evangelist.

Speaker 3 (16:10):
And they find out that the grace is not there
because allocation is not within us.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
Are we following already? This is very important and until
and unless you are taught to see that the man
who has the privilege to be at the mission field
and the one who is bringing finances for the gospel,
and the one who is maturing the saints, no one
is greater than the other. It is simply the privilege

(16:41):
of job description.

Speaker 3 (16:43):
Are we together?

Speaker 1 (16:44):
When I came in from the airport, it took a
driver to drive me here.

Speaker 3 (16:49):
It took the protocol or the security to clear the road.
Am I right on that?

Speaker 1 (16:53):
And so imagine if the driver were not available, as
powerful as the meeting is, I will not be here.
I had to depend on the driver. So God's program
is threefold, not onefold. What we call the Great Commission
a Christian term, even though it's not in the Bible

(17:14):
as the word great commission. It has been taught in
a very incomplete way.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
By sincere people.

Speaker 1 (17:24):
We grew up hearing preachers talk about Great Commission.

Speaker 3 (17:28):
But they did not capture the whole picture.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
And as sincere as they were, it produced lopsided believers.
So for the average person, our concept of the Great
Commission is sole winning and it ends there. And that
is the initial part of it, but not the only
part of it. If you truly want to understand the
Great Commission, there are three scriptures you have to examine.

(17:52):
Number one, you have to examine marc. Chapter sixteen from
verse fifteen.

Speaker 3 (17:58):
Please give it to us. Let's hurry up.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
Match Chapter sixteen from verse fifteen. And he said onto them,
go ye into all the world. What did he tell
them to do? Go ye into all the world and
preach the Gospel to every creature.

Speaker 3 (18:15):
You find that there verse sixteen. It says he that
believes and.

Speaker 1 (18:19):
Is baptized shall be saved, but he that believe it
not shall be dumb. Then he now says, this sign
shall follow them that believe. You know in my name
shall cast up devil. So that's the first part. Unfortunately,
this is the only part that most people emphasize. Go
ye into the world and preach the gospel. But that's
only one. Let's go to the second one. Matthew chapter

(18:42):
twenty eight. Please give us Matthew chapter twenty eight the
second component from verse eighteen Matthew twenty eight and verse eighteen,
and Jesus said, onto them all power. The word power
there is not an accurate rendition. Is a word exusia authority.

(19:03):
You find that correct in NKJV. But just for your knowledge,
all authority in heaven and in earth has been given
onto me. Verse nineteen. He says, go ye, So how
many goals do we have? Now there is one that
is max synoptic account. Go ye and preach the gospel,
am I. Right now we see another mandate. Go but

(19:26):
this time around he says, make disciples. Go and make
disciples of all nations.

Speaker 3 (19:35):
So the first.

Speaker 1 (19:36):
Component preach the Gospel to all creations away together. And
to do that you need science and wonders and miracles,
because they will not believe until.

Speaker 3 (19:46):
They see science.

Speaker 1 (19:48):
But now and not a mandate is to make disciples.
These ones don't need science, and one that's a miracles. Necessarily,
they need the ministry of the world and the ministry
of the Holy to mature and to view them. That
you baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son,
and the Holy Spirit Verse twenty. Not visit them just

(20:09):
once on a crustde ground, teaching them to observe all
things that I have commanded you. And while you are
doing this, it's not only signs that follow you. I
will be with you. Are we together now even to
the end of the age. That's the second component. Let's
go to the third one very quickly. At chapter one

(20:31):
and verse eight. I'm showing you the complete picture of
the great commission. But you shall receive power after the
Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be noticed.
He now does not talk about preaching here. He does
not just talk about discipleship. He talks about being representing.

(20:55):
You shall be witnesses. A weakness does not need his
voice alone. A witness needs his life and everything he has.
You shall be witnesses onto me in Jerusalem, in Judea,
in Samaria, and to the outmost part of the earth.

(21:15):
Until you combine Mark sixteen, Matthew twenty eight and Act
Chapter one, verse eight. Your understanding of God's program will
be faulty. Are we learning already? So some people choose
Mark sixteen. Then they go and preach, then they stop
there orthers shoes Matthew twenty eight. Then they disciple believers,

(21:39):
then they stop there or that shoes Act chapter one
and verse eight. So there is a death pray such
for power, but no souls, no building. Are you seeing that? Now?
Pray the name of the Lord. God's program. I repeat again.
I hope you're understanding me so far that it affects
three groups of.

Speaker 3 (21:58):
People the unbelieving world.

Speaker 1 (22:00):
There's a program for the church, and there's a program
for society. Are wing together now? Very important? Let me
define for you very quickly the Great Commission. What exactly
is the Great Commission? This is important.

Speaker 3 (22:15):
I read for you a definition that I wrote here.
It's very important.

Speaker 1 (22:20):
The Great Commission is a mandate given by Jesus to
his disciples and now to all believers, a mandate given
by Jesus himself. It was then to his disciples, but
now it's extended the call to all believers to reach

(22:44):
the entire globe with the Gospel of Salvation, to bring
nations to the knowledge of the truth and onto maturity
through discipleship is a lot read. And then to bring

(23:04):
territorial and social transformation, or take that again. The Great
Commission is a mandate given by Jesus Christ to his
disciples and then today to all believers to number one,
reach the entire globe with the Gospel of Salvation. That's

(23:26):
the first part. Number two to bring nations to the
knowledge of the truth and onto spiritual maturity through discipleship,
and then number three to consequently bring territorial and societal transformation.
This right here is a complete picture of the Great Commission.

(23:52):
It's a complete picture of God's end time program. Now
at every point God will have certain emphasis. There are
things it will be emphasizing in certain seasons, but ultimately
this is.

Speaker 3 (24:08):
The bigger, larger, richer picture.

Speaker 1 (24:11):
And anyone who truly loves God and wants to be relevant,
particularly in this end time, then you must understand the
full scope of his program. Number one, bringing the Gospel
of Salvation to the lost, Number two bringing the sense
to a point of maturity and stature through discipleship, and
then number three bringing about territorial transformation.

Speaker 3 (24:35):
Allelujah, you get the definition.

Speaker 1 (24:38):
Now, So three components one world evangelization, world evangelization, and Canno.

Speaker 3 (24:46):
Listen very carefully.

Speaker 1 (24:47):
World evangelization, that's the first aspect. Number two, the maturity
of the saints the church through discipleship.

Speaker 3 (24:57):
This is where the five fold ministry comes.

Speaker 1 (25:00):
And then number three, changing and influencing your society.

Speaker 3 (25:05):
Now, let me tell you this.

Speaker 1 (25:07):
Anywhere you find these three components alive in a territory,
it is impossible for the program of God to suffer.
If you find the program of God suffering in any territory,
one or more or all these three components is missing.

Speaker 3 (25:24):
So I tell you this.

Speaker 1 (25:25):
If the church in cano or the church is not
not is suffering, someone is not doing his job in
terms of world evangelization, or someone is not doing his
job in terms of maturing those who are saved, or
someone is not doing his job in producing an apostolic
community of witnesses who will penetrate every system and every strata.

(25:48):
You get that, Now, let me tell you the danger.
If all you do is to go to the mission
field and win souls, those souls will be saved, But
if you don't mature them, they will rots the same way.
If you you know salts are likened to fish. How
many of you seen have seen a fisherman? When you fish?

(26:08):
Do you leave the fish at the citya forever? No,
you pick them from there and begin to clean them.

Speaker 3 (26:14):
Am I right?

Speaker 1 (26:15):
And to package them? Or let me use the language
of agriculture.

Speaker 3 (26:18):
If you have vests, do you leave your harvest at
the farm?

Speaker 1 (26:22):
There? No wild beast and animals who come. If you
have set tomato, it has a very short lifespan.

Speaker 3 (26:28):
Am I right? On that? If you leave it at
the farm there it begins to rot.

Speaker 1 (26:34):
That's what is happening to many believers. So we have
many sincere missionaries. We have many pastors who win salts
and those people who come, but because there is no
system to take it from there. The second component, they
are left for a very long time. They don't grow,
and sometimes you pile them in church. They are full

(26:54):
of flesh, cannally minded. They have not become spiritual eventually
because of longevity of stay in church. You just give
them appointments because they have stayed long. They were long
in church, but they did not grow. And the danger
listen carefully. The danger is that you find leaders who

(27:15):
are still infants. Even though they've stayed long in church,
they are still infants because growth is not a gift.
You evolve into it. And in the realm of the spirit,
you can be saved for ten years and remain the
way you were saved. Now, you imagine a gentleman who

(27:37):
did not go through this second phase. He is not
enjoyed the ministry God designed for the church. No maturity,
no understanding. I'm not talking of someone being fake. I'm
talking of a sincere person who was not trained. Sooner
or later, that gentleman becomes a youth pastor. That gentleman
now becomes a head pastor, what kind of members is

(27:59):
he going to?

Speaker 3 (28:00):
He will only produce people that.

Speaker 1 (28:02):
Reflect his ignorance because he was not trained. Are you
seeing how the program of God gets weakened in society?
The man was not trained to appreciate prayer. The man
was not trained to appreciate fasting. Or he may even
be prayer for but not know why.

Speaker 3 (28:19):
He just knows.

Speaker 1 (28:20):
His mentors prayed and they said pray. You ask him
why do you do? He said, look, I don't know,
just pray. There's no understanding. You see that now, and
then you can have believers who may be fortunate to
have maturity. They are thoughts. But then they do not
know that the relevance of the believer is not in church.

(28:42):
The church is not the place of manifestation. No, the
church is the place of training. When you are trained
in church, then you are deployed in society to be
the light and to be the salt. Matthew Chapter five
thirteen to sixteen. It says you are the salt.

Speaker 3 (28:58):
Of the earth.

Speaker 1 (28:59):
But if the soul has lost its salting, and so
it's several. It says, where which Shalidi made in sands
for good, for nothing except to be cast out and
to be thrown on the foot of men. Verse fourteen
says you are the light.

Speaker 3 (29:11):
Of the world. You are a city that is set
on a heel.

Speaker 1 (29:15):
It says, neither do men light a lamp and put
it under a bushel, but they put it on a candlestick,
so that it gives light to everyone there. Then Verse
sixteen says, let your light. The word lets means permit, allow,
Do not restrict.

Speaker 3 (29:31):
Let your light so shine.

Speaker 1 (29:34):
Not before members, not before spirits, before men, that they
may see.

Speaker 3 (29:41):
Your good works.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
The reason why our society is not glorifying our Father
is because they have not seen our good works. Someone
learning now very very important. It is very easy to
transform it society if we return back to God's patterns.

(30:05):
So we start by bringing the lost by the power
of the Holy Spirit. When they get saved, there are
structures immediately that begins to build them. And then when
they attain maturity, watch this. They are now released into
society and then they come frontier God's program.

Speaker 3 (30:26):
Now, the second thing I want.

Speaker 1 (30:28):
To do very quickly is to dramatize for you the
pathway that leads to maturity, the pathway that leads to maturity.
Not everyone, unfortunately, will have an opportunity to be featured
in God's prophetic program. Everyone should be, everyone can be,

(30:50):
but not everyone will allow himself or herself to be
molded by the spirit of God into the version that
makes you relevant and for God's program. So I'm going
to run three illustrations, and I want you to please
pay attention. Let me have three gentlemen, well maybe the

(31:11):
choet gender or the protocol. Don't just jump from anywhere.
Allow those who are here in front already. Okay, come
three gentlemen, Please all of you stand facing this way.
One here, one here, one here. Thank you, So you
stand here. Everybody watch this illustration. I'm trying to be
as simple as I can. Can you back up a
bit now? Everybody look at me very carefully. This represents

(31:35):
the three faces of a believer's journey. If you want
to attain maturity, and you want.

Speaker 3 (31:42):
To be the kind of vessel.

Speaker 1 (31:44):
That will be used by God, you have to understand
this as I'm speaking to you now, verifie, whether you
have been following this pathway, If you are not following
this pathway, you will.

Speaker 3 (31:53):
Not become a witness. You will become something else no
match the depth of your encounter.

Speaker 1 (32:00):
If it compromises on these three steps, something will be
wrong with the product. Are we together now? Number one?
This is the first junction in everyone's life, the foundation
of everyone. Watch this.

Speaker 3 (32:17):
By default, we.

Speaker 1 (32:18):
Are born seiners nobody inherits salvation from the womb?

Speaker 3 (32:24):
Are we together now?

Speaker 1 (32:25):
Salvation as giving to every believer, must be by a
conscious declaration of the lordship of Jesus. Haven't accepted him? Not?
Watch this. This is elementary, but this is powerful. You
will be surprised how many preachers cannot articulate the gospel,
So the foundation of a believer's journey. It starts with

(32:48):
hearing the gospel. Not coming to church. You're coming to
church is wonderful, but the reading starts the day you
are saved. You can be in Chorge for ten years.
