Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction, unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity, totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
I'm always asking questions. The reason why is because the
fund begins when you start researching for answers such as
is it true that stress can give you that feeling
of constantly being thirsty? Plus our ghost kitchens legally in business.

(00:25):
My name is Arrow. I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf.
I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study,
then activate. I call it the daily mess, a chronological
walk through in everyday world. Yep, it's my morning pages.
As receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend
to throw things to the side because we think we're
gonna deal with it later on. Yeah right, yeah, Hm.

(00:46):
When a subject arrives inside of me, I know it's
time to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal,
but by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This
is the daily mess, the effects of stress. Is it
true that it can make someone feel thirsty? The answer yes.
When your anxiety is up, your body releases hormones like cortisol,

(01:08):
which has an effect on your fluid balance, leading to
increased thirst. Crodaic stress actually leads to a dry mouth.
The body is constantly trying to regulate its fluid balance.
If it's an issue in your life, ask yourself, am
I going through some changes? Am I being challenged? Both
are very stressful. Stress plays hell on your blood pressure
as well as your heart rate, that in itself messes

(01:30):
around with your fluid balance. Something you may not know
is that with anxiety, we tend to breathe with our mouth,
That in itself will dry out the mouth and give
you that feeling of constantly being thirsty. Being in such
a moment is something to look into. It's always best
to ask a professional. There's nothing worse than filling up
with water and still feeling ooh, I'm thirsty. That right

(01:52):
there is every bit the reason why you should call
your doctor. Hey. Coming up next, ghost kitchens? Are they
legally in business? Hey? Thanks for coming back to the
Daily Mess. We had this amazing Chicago wet beef sandwich
last night, created by a chef that doesn't have a
physical restaurant. It's a ghost kitchen. The meals are created

(02:14):
at his catering business. The whole thing going down felt
like that we were breaking the law. He met us
in a parking lot, he got his money, and we
received our Chicago beef. Now the question is our ghost
kitchens illegal. The answer to that is no, they are not.
Most like Mike's are food preparation facilities that produce and
deliver meals. You don't need a dining room to have

(02:35):
a successful food service. They do have to follow the
rules of being licensed and be checked out for food
safety and hygiene standards and employee health permits. Government officials
and the US Food and Drug Administration are responsible for
your safety. Ghost kitchens can be quite confusing in the
way of truly not being a local restaurant or a

(02:55):
delivery service. Be aware of who you are buying from
and get to know them, because food poisoning is hell.
I'm Marriyl, and that's the daily mess.
