Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction, unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity, totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
I like asking questions. The reason why is because the
fund begins when you start researching for answers such as,
while eating food, can it really go down the wrong pipe? Plus?

(00:21):
Are there any real heroes around today? My name is Arrow.
I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf. That means I
stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study,
then activate. I call it the daily Mess, a chronological
walk through an everyday world. Yep, it's my morning writing
as a receiver of thoughts and ideas. We as people
tend to throw things to the side because we think

(00:42):
we're going to deal with it later. When a subject
arrives inside of me, I know it's time to dig in.
It's still keeping that daily journal, but by doing the research,
the picture becomes clearer. This is the daily mess. While
eating food? Does it really go down the wrong pipe?
If you're one who's convinced that there's only one pipe,
one throat, well that's not true at all. The wind

(01:05):
pipe is very real the trachea. The food is meant
for the esophagus but ends up in the wind pipe.
The natural procedure includes a flap to close off the trachea.
Aspiration occurs when the timing is a little bit off.
It leads to coughing, choking, and the shocker pneumonia because
liquid has gotten into your lungs. What's really shocking is

(01:27):
something called silent aspiration. That's when the wrong pipe was
open and the person has no reaction to the food, water,
or snot that went right down the wrong part of
your body. And yes, stomach acid is a huge issue.
Your body instantly reacts to aspiration, which triggers an outpouring
of adrenaline while boosting your heart rate and blood pressure.

(01:49):
The goal is to not panic. If things don't naturally
correct themselves, the thing to do is to lie on
your stomach with cushions around your hips. This will tilt
your wind pipes forward. Hey, coming up next, heroes. Do
we have real heroes around today? Hey? Thanks for coming
back to the daily mess. Being part of this planet

(02:10):
for six decades, I've witnessed the rise of many people
looked upon as being a hero who is one of
those heroes. Today I went to chat GPT. It gave
me a very odd answer, I mean really odd, because
it reveals that there are no single people that are
looked upon as being a modern day hero. But there
are many people who display heroic qualities, such as teachers, doctors, nurses,

(02:34):
first responders, and the countless number of individuals who go
unrecognized daily. We rarely hear about those who create shifts
in communities that lead to amazing positive changes. The so
called everyday hero is limited to dramatic feats, which totally
takes our eye off the baby steppers that need more
time to materialize their full visions planted inside their expectations.

(02:56):
Being a hero in a marvel and DC world makes
being here no one feel kind of tiny. What we
need to hear more about are the real people blessed
with compassion, dedication, and loyalty to all people. I'm MARYL
and that's the daily mess
