Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction, unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity, totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
I'm always asking questions. The reason why is because the
fund begins when you start researching for answers such as
is it okay to talk with your pets? What does
(00:20):
it do to us? Plus? Why is taking a daily
cat nap important to us? My name is Arrow. I'm
a daily writer, a silent wolf. That means I stand
on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study,
then activate. I call it the daily Mess, a chronological
walk through an everyday world. Yep, it's my morning pages.
As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people
(00:42):
tend to throw things to the side and deal with
it later. Yeah. Right, Well, when a subject hits me,
I dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal, but
by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This is
the daily Mess. Come on, let's be honest here is
it It's okay to talk to our pets as if
they're human psychologists? Notice seven things about those who do
(01:05):
talk to their pets. People who talk to those fuzzy
little monkeys, believe it or not, are empathetic. They believe
in understanding their partners and believe in sharing their true feelings.
Talking with your pet isn't small chatter. Those who do
it realize their moments together expose a higher level of
emotional intelligence. You're comfortable with solitude when you truly think
(01:28):
about it. Your pet gives you enough mental space to
creatively think. Stepping into the space where your pet stands
is a moment of mindfulness. One look into their eyes
and your soul wants to nurture that relationship. This is
how important it is to truly create a relationship with
your pet. It's authentic, which sends so much positive energy
(01:50):
into your mind, body, and soul. While most people tend
to treat their pets like children, it's always amazing how
the conversation actually sounds very adult. They understand every change
and challenge. Hey, coming up next, is taking a daily
cat nap really that important? Hey? Thanks for coming back
(02:11):
to the daily mess. Why is taking a daily cat
nap so important to our day? How do you get
away from that feeling of being groggy? The first step
is to make sure that your midday nap doesn't go
beyond fifteen or twenty minutes. That's usually the required time
to drop yourself into a deep sleep. Fifteen or twenty
minutes is the perfect cat nap. Getting out of a
(02:32):
groggy feeling requires bright lights. This regulates the body's wake
up cycle while promoting alertness. Cold water on the face
is another mind bender in the way of waking up.
I mean, I know people who instantly grab a quick
shot of caffeine, which doctors don't disagree with, but they'd
rather see you creating a movement more than a red bull.
Cat Napping is seen as being a great daily tool,
(02:54):
but it requires planning. Don't do it close to your bedtime. Plus,
you should always know that it's very addictive because once
you begin a journey of adding catnaps to your daily discipline,
your body is going to expect it all the time,
and it will react when you don't show up for
that cat nap. I'm marrow, and that's the daily mess.
