Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction, unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity, totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
I'm always asking questions. I mean, come on. The fun
begins when you start researching for answers such as, what
is the best way to handle things after experiencing someone's transition?

(00:20):
Plus how can we feel like a winner every day?
My name is Arrow. I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf.
That means I stand on the sidelines and do nothing
but watch, listen, study that activate. I call it the
daily mess, a chronological walk through an everyday world. Yep,
it's my morning pages. As a receiver of thoughts and ideas,
we as people tend to throw things to the side

(00:41):
because we're going to deal with it later. Well, when
a subject arrives inside of me, I know it's time
to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal, but
by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This is
the daily mess the morning after Yeah, the morning of
a great friend and creative energy partner. What's the best
way to handle things like this? What do we learn

(01:03):
from someone's transition? Mental health experts strongly encourage us to
prioritize emotional support, honor the memory, and respect all individuals
grieving during this process. Be present by way of being
a listener. Be patient with your physical well being. Allow
yourself to go through the emotional changes. Learning how to

(01:26):
accept your feelings is valuable. Don't try to suppress them
or ignore your grief. The goal is to allow yourself
to feel sadness, anger, confusion, and every other emotion. Yes,
it's perfectly fine to cherish the memories, share them, don't
hoard them, cry if you need to. It's extremely healthy

(01:46):
to express grief. Don't ever be afraid to let it flow.
Always know that mental support from the professionals is available.
Join a support group. The number one goal is to
prioritize your health care is very important. Locate hobbies and
avoid unhealthy help such as alcohol and drugs. Hey, coming

(02:09):
up next, how can we feel like a winner every day? Hey?
Thanks for coming back to the daily mess? How can
we feel like a winner every day? Cultivating over the
mindset of achievement, The mission is to celebrate small victories
and setting achievable goals that contribute to a sense of progress.

(02:29):
The first step is to grow with a daily planner
and keep track of your daily progress. Seeing those accomplishments
reinforces your sense of winning. The physical goal is to
celebrate your milestones and always reward yourself for reaching areas
of success. Building your confidence up is so important. Visualize

(02:49):
your strength and talents, practice self compassion. The right decisions
include embracing the right mindset. Challenges are opportunities learn from
them because personal growth is an amazing listening tool. Facing
continuous improvement isn't always going to be easy. Just keep
telling your inner voices that you're expanding, and in those moments,

(03:11):
your network of friends will grow because in reality, you
need each other's love and support. Growing beyond yesterday is
a celebration of life. I'm Merril, and that's the daily mess.
