Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction, unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity, totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
I'm always asking questions and the reason why is because
the fund begins for me when you start researching for
answers such as they aren't just dreams. They come with
other names. Well what are they? Plus? Why do people
(00:23):
argue with their computers? My name is Arrow. I'm a
daily writer, a silent wolf. That means I stand on
the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study, then activate.
I call it the daily mess, a chronological walk through
an everyday world. Yep, it's my morning pages. As a
receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to
throw things to the side because we think we're going
(00:45):
to deal with it later. Well, when a subject arrives
inside of me, I know it's time to dig in.
It's still keeping that daily journal, but by doing the research,
the picture becomes clearer. This is the daily mess. People
call them dreams. I happen to call them visions. What
are the moving pictures that we see while we're sleeping?
(01:06):
Sleep researchers don't disagree with me. They say it is
a dream, is a vision, it's also an illusion and
even a fantasy. They provide a long list of how
we can look deeper into what the majority of this
are experiencing each and every night. Reverie lost in thought.
How about this one having a figment of the imagination.
It's seen as being very real, although it's not real.
(01:29):
It's been created by your mind. Experts say, we have
pipe dreams, unrealistic and impractical, hope or inspiration, and yes,
delusion also fits into a dream. Experts book false belief
and hope. Here's something ideation, the process of forming an
idea or concept. And then there's the infamous dream within
(01:52):
a dream, which I've written about so many times in
my daily writing because it's very hard to get out
of a dream when you're dreaming about being in a dream.
Its physical name is a nested dream. Dreams you have
about being inside a dream, so many moving pictures, and
then we wake up hoping a different dream takes over. Yeah,
(02:13):
it's called reality, and it is connected to success or failure.
Remember winning is always a choice. Hey, coming up next,
why do people argue with their computers. Hey, thanks for
coming back to the Daily Mess. Why do people argue
with their computers? I'm very guilty of it. In fact,
I'm shocked that late night TV doesn't feature commercials promoting
(02:36):
mental health experts that can help you rebuild your relationship
with the computer due to frustration. The sense of wanting
to have control is the situation. It's obvious that there's
a serious misunderstanding. This doesn't just include the computer. Added
to this argument table include websites and how about those
(02:57):
downloads that don't open? Oh mouse, it's got a mind
of its own. It goes in every direction, but where
it should be. Your argument with a computer comes out
in other areas of your life and can usually be
seen in strong debates with other people in the office
or at home. We see our argument with computers as
being a problem solver. Ooh, go ahead and roll your eyes,
(03:19):
because I did when I found that in the research
a problem solver. No, getting upset with your computer is
an energy robber. Walk away while you're rebooting, and for
now just tell yourself, I guess it just wasn't meant
to be. I'm MARYL. And that's the daily Mess.
