Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction, unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity, totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
I'm always asking questions, and the reason why is because
it's fun when you start researching for answers, such as
the preachers in the pulpit? Is it really the word
(00:20):
or the interpretation? Plus why are so many people complaining
about their legs hurting? My name is Arrow. I'm a
daily writer, a silent wolf. I stand on the sidelines
and do nothing but watch, listen, study, then activate. I
call it the daily mess, a chronological walk through in
everyday world. It's my morning pages. As a receiver of
thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to throw things
(00:43):
to the side and deal with it later. When a
subject arrives inside of me, I've got to dig in.
It's still keeping a daily journal, but by doing the research,
the picture becomes clearer. This is the daily mess. When
we go to church or tune into it on social media.
The same section of the Bible can be covered by
ten different men and women of God, and each lesson
(01:05):
is always going to be different. Are they reading from
the Bible or sharing their personal interpretations. Research shows although
they are reading from the Great Book, essentially it is
their interpretation those in the congregation are drawing from their
understanding of the text, conveying its meaning and relevance to
(01:25):
those in the room or on the web. Experts say
preachers are expected to explain the text based on their
theological perspective and understanding. A good leader in the pulpit
will do more than explain the meaning of the scripture,
but they apply it to those in attendance, showing how
it's relevant to our contemporary lifestyle. It is a responsibility
(01:46):
to be faithful, and those who are leading should always
avoid misrepresenting the word. One preacher says, God's word is
meant to be shared. It changes the world and our neighbors. Hey,
coming up next, why are so many people complaining about
having leg aches? Hey? Thanks for coming back to the
daily mess. Why are so many people complaining about their
(02:08):
legs always aching? There's a long list of suggestions, and
many of them need real attention. Too much exercising is
always going to be the easy to go to answer,
but it's outpassed by this thing called prolonged standing. Combine
that with poor circulation and dehydration, and we've got a
reason to complain about the pain in our legs. Other
(02:30):
factors include muscle strains, age related wear and tear, and
even a vitamin deficiency. So when should we decide to
go see the doctor? You know those overpriced opinion creators
that usually say words like m, let's try this this time,
and you keep going back and forth, back and forth,
and there's no real repair. Yeah, the physical therapist or
(02:51):
the doctor, when should you actually see them? When they're swelling?
It could indicate a blood clot, numbness, tingling, or weakness
in your legs. How about redness and warmth? You know
what that means? That could be an infection. The true
calling isn't to ignore your leg pains. Be aware of
what your leg pains are doing. I happen to keep
(03:12):
a journal so that when the doctor starts asking questions,
I've got answers. I'm Meryl. And that's the daily mess.
