Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction, unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity, totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
I love asking questions because the fund begins when you
start researching for answers, such as when it comes to
creating peace, is it about negotiating plus the new norm?

(00:23):
Or is it the old norm? Business is cleaning house,
which now includes federal employees. My name is Arrow. I'm
a daily writer, a silent wolf. That means I stand
on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study,
then activate. I call it the daily mess, a chronological
walk through in everyday world. Yep, it's my morning pages.
As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people

(00:45):
tend to throw things to the side and deal with
it later. When a subject arrives inside of me, I
know it's time to dig in. It's still keeping that
daily journal, but by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer.
This is the daily mass. With so much war and
conflict in the world today, the idea of there being
peace is but a mere wishful thought. Yet there's progress

(01:09):
in so many different divided places. Most of the talking
looks more like the physical act of negotiating. Is that
what they're doing? The experts say yes. Peace often arises
from the power of negotiation. The calling is to provide
a structured process for conflicting parties to reach an agreement
or compromise. Negotiating opens the door to dialogue. There has

(01:32):
to be a place of mutual understanding in order for
negotiations to generate a reason for peace. There has to
be a willingness to build trust. A mediator is so
important to these talks because they hold the reins of
facilitating the peace negotiations. All this talk reminds me so
much of President Jimmy Carter and how he worked one
on one with anwar Sadad and Manekam began back in

(01:55):
nineteen seventy eight, the peace talks between Israel and Egypt negotiating. Hey,
coming up next, all of these people losing their jobs
is that the new norm or the old norm, and
federal employees are now part of that old norm. Hey,
thanks for coming back to the daily mess. Mmmmm. There

(02:16):
are a lot of businesses cutting back right now, especially
in the US government. Many everyday common people are being
triggered by their personal experiences with Corporate America's way of
treating their workforce. It's become the norm to annually clean
house and to see the government moving their departments like
the world of business has a way of shaking up

(02:37):
the hearts of those that have been part of multiple cutbacks.
Research shows and average six million people lose or leave
their jobs every single month. That's about seventy two million
people a year. Believe it or not, studies show that
most people don't believe it could ever happen to them,
so when it does, the impact can be extremely heavy
on the structure of their brand new world. Because of

(02:59):
the most recent moves in Washington, d C. There's evidence
that it's shaking up a lot of levels of business.
It's never an easy thing to digest the headline that
always says why workers lose their jobs. It's all about
the numbers. I'm Errol and that's the daily mess.
