Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction, unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity, totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
When it's extremely difficult to make up your mind. You know,
having the power of choice can actually weaken a person.
On this episode, we're going to explore anger and why
people make the choice to put it on display in public,

(00:22):
plus making the choice to not be so judgmental. Where
does it begin? My name is Arrow. Life is a
series of choices. I mean, who decides when you're not
making the right choice? And is it out of the
fear of going wrong? The greatest lessons in life are
often lost inside hidden away attempts and concepts. Well, it's
time to reopen your heart. Having a choice is your

(00:45):
daily gift. On this highway, we're going to learn how
to trust mirages. What is the choice? Oh, we have
seen a lot over the past few days, making the
choice to publicly put on display your angry emotions. One
expert says, it's brain distress. The person feels overwhelmed and anxious.

(01:07):
Therefore they are triggered to have a reaction. It's an
adrenaline response. People who are easily angered have what psychologists
say is a low tolerance for frustration, basically meaning they
shouldn't have to be subjected to frustration inconvenience and annoyance.
Could this be the reason why some get angry while
in large crowds, you know, like road rage? But why

(01:30):
lash out? Digging deeper into the study, we're introduced to
a few triggers. Stress leads the pack, pass drama another
leaning tower of Pisa, and we can't leave out mental
health issues. So many times anger becomes an issue when
someone feels they aren't being heard, they feel powerless. So
be aware of your own personal emotions and how often

(01:53):
you react. Don't be afraid to call for some professional help. Hey,
coming up next, making the choice to be not so
darn judgmental. Hey, thanks for coming back to the choice,
making that choice to not be so judgmental of others.
When the leader of your own country gets away with it,

(02:14):
why can't we do it right? No? No, no, no no,
It's time to do what professionals share as a full
toolbox of real peacemaking. Do all you can to not
stoop that low judging others isn't a healthy walk in life.
Be mindful of your own tendencies. We've made it way
too easy to accept our judgment as being a way

(02:36):
to shape leadership. While being judged, don't be defensive. Do
all you can to limit your time in that space.
Research shows you can even call the judge your out,
But woe, woe, woe, hold on, is that really where
you want to go? As a third degree black belt,
we are trained as martial artist to not stay in
a battle. Our goal is to clear a path to

(02:59):
break free of and get out of that moment in question.
Insecurity is a huge factor in why people judge. Popping
their top helps them feel superior. Never forget how we
judge others is how we judge ourselves. Put peace p
