why can't the human being. Mental health experts don't shy
away from this one. Forgiving people involves confronting emotional pain,

need to validate by acknowledging the pain. So many people
believe that forgiving someone means letting them off the hook
without accountability, you know, like a presidential pardon. You broke
the law, but as the leader of this nation, you
are free to do exactly what puts you behind bars.
Anger and resentment are huge in the way of hindering

true forgiveness. The ego is what's getting in the way.
It's very difficult to admit to another person that, hey,
you're right, but we must dig deeper into what's introduced
as a misunderstanding. Forgiveness isn't forgetting, nor does it erase
hidden desires for revenge. Those who have been injured may
say it's okay, you're forgiven, but it doesn't erase a

reason for them to retaliate. Find your peace, Hey, coming

all starts with those making the decisions. Those who show
off their rank while ordering someone to start being busy
at work. Business leaders have the openness to be mind
blowing motivators, but choose to do the paperwork instead. Once again,
this is not a knock and this is not a negative.
