Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction, unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity, totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
I'm always asking questions because the fund begins when you
start doing the research for answers such as, how do
you pray for a decision maker you don't agree with?
Plus what is the best way to handle a termination?

(00:22):
My name is Arrow. I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf.
That means I stand on the sidelines and do nothing
but watch, listen, study, then activate. I call it the
daily Mess, a chronological walk through in everyday world. Yep,
it's my morning pages. As a receiver of thoughts and ideas,
we as people tend to throw things to the side
because we think we're going to deal with it later.

(00:43):
When a subject arrives inside of me, I know it's
time to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal,
but by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This
is the daily Mess. A thought came to me this
morning while in prayer, how do you pray for a
decision maker you don't agree with? My first step was
to visit the website delight in good dot Com. They

(01:05):
remind us that we are all flawed. There's only been
one perfect person, and that person said, pray for your enemies.
He didn't say, do it when you're in the mood
or whenever you get around to it. Pray for your enemies.
When Jesus was on the cross, he didn't pray for
those who stop crucifying him. He prayed that God would
not only forgive them, but bless them. What we hold

(01:28):
is hope. No matter what happens in the world, no
matter what anybody does, we still have a loving and
giving creator. The physical act of praying for a decision
maker that you don't agree with is taking the high road.
It's highly recommended that we pray for political leaders, especially
for those who don't rule well. No matter what, we
should be having positive thoughts over negative expressions. He coming

(01:52):
up next. In this day of so many terminations, what
is the right way to handle it? Thanks for coming
back to the daily mess. In this modern age of
businesses cleaning house people are being forced to walk a
brand new path. It's not just a government thing in
the US. The world of business is seeing the effects
of DOGE as being a dang, good time to clean

(02:14):
things out at that office. What if you refuse to
resign then are given a termination letter and Severn's check.
One person writes, you don't have to tell your next
employer that you were fired, So what happens next? The
goal is to get somebody at the company to write
a letter on your behalf. It would be so incredibly
cool if they could do it on company letterhead. While

(02:36):
applying for a new job, describe your reasons for leaving
the last job the position was eliminated, reach out to
temp agencies, just keep yourself working. The most important part
of your first step of a brand new beginning is
to keep in mind that there's no real reason to
fight for your old job. Why would you want to
work for a company that doesn't want you? The goal

(02:58):
protect your own person all value. I'm Marrow, and that's
the daily mess.
