Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction, unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity, totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
I love asking questions because the fund begins when you
start researching for answers such as where are we going wrong?
Plus how can we get better at problem solving? My

(00:20):
name is Arrow. I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf.
That means I stand on the sidelines and do nothing
but watch, listen, study, then activate. I call it the
daily mess, a chronological walk through an everyday world. Yep,
it's my morning pages. As a receiver of thoughts and ideas,
we as people tend to throw things to the side
because we think we're gonna deal with it later. Mmmm. Well,

(00:41):
when a subject arrives inside of me, I know it's
time to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal,
but by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This
is the daily mess. Where are we going wrong? The
slightest changes in our everyday walk can lead to several
shades of doubt as well as fear. Where did we
go wrong? Facing such a period or chapter in our

(01:03):
life requires focus on self care, problem solving, and support
from others. I'm very guilty of saying something has invaded
my season, So what's next? Mental health experts say it's
time to prioritize your physical and mental well being. Break
down the large problems, make every step forward manageable. The
most important decision is to be kind to yourself, always

(01:26):
laugh when the experts say, and get more sleep. Really,
that's the one thing that's keeping us awake at night
these problems. Where are we going wrong? Especially when the
same experts say we should never suppress our feelings. Another decision,
we should always make sure that we eat the right food.
But you know us, when things are going wrong, we
go for the junk food. Well, it's time to see

(01:48):
it as a trigger and not the answer. Coming up next,
how can we problem solve? Hey, thanks for coming back
to the daily mess. How can we problem solve these
moments in our life where we're saying, why? Why is
this going on? Where did we go wrong? Number one?
Prioritize your self care. Allow yourself to feel the emotion.

(02:11):
Get to a place of relaxation by teaming up with
the sounds of music or spending time in nature. The
top goal is not to beat yourself up. Number two
problem solving and actions. Putting your focus on solving one
problem at a time. Your calling is to think, then
activate real solutions. Avoid dealing with what's going wrong. Learn

(02:36):
from the moment of right now. Imagine yourself being very
successful overcoming the challenges. Psychologists say to visualize success, it
increases the likelihood of actual success. Although it's very tough
to do. Do all you can to stay positive. Locate
the outside areas of your life that are really good.

(02:56):
Allow its energy to step inside you developing a plan
of act. It gives you the feeling of being in control.
So start small with your goals, and more importantly, be patient.
It requires time to heal and overcome. I'm Eryl, and
that's the daily mess.
