Speaker 1 (00:00):
Joy. This is doctor Swathy. How are you doing?
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Fantastic? Doctor, How are you doing today?
Speaker 1 (00:05):
I am great. I can't complain.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Well, that's good energy, and that's what we're talking about today,
is energy.
Speaker 1 (00:10):
Yes. Absolutely.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
Do you think that we spend way too much time
looking for things to complain about because it seems like
people are searching for that negative because we're convinced that
art comes from darkness.
Speaker 1 (00:21):
Yeah, I think that you're right. Actually, I've never thought
about it in that way, but I could certainly see that.
Speaker 3 (00:27):
You know, looking for the negative is maybe a little
bit easier sometimes than looking for the positive.
Speaker 2 (00:33):
When you help somebody reach that point of regaining or
replenishing their energy inside the body, it can be an
eye opening experience. But I've been in many HR meetings
where people thought that I crossed the line, So what
about you? Have you crossed those lines as well? Where
people go, why are you pushing this on me?
Speaker 1 (00:50):
Wow? Great question. No, I don't think that I've been
in at least not knowingly.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
I don't think I've been in that situation. But it's
all always difficult when you're trying to figure out, Okay,
what are what is my energy? And then what is
the energy of others and trying to not only match that,
but see if you know your energy can help improve.
Speaker 1 (01:11):
You know, someone around you.
Speaker 3 (01:12):
And it really all comes down to energy and just
you know, the every day like everything emits measurable vibration,
so you know, science can capture these and actually measure
them and then figure out, you know, like what is
the next step to improving it.
Speaker 2 (01:29):
Well, see that right there tells me that that we've
got permission to be chameleons, because when we have to
work with other people, we've got to be able to
bend and slide this direction that direction and expect change
around each corner.
Speaker 3 (01:41):
Yes, definitely, I would agree, And it's all about trying
to you know, whether or not we realize that our
energy is impacted by so many different things, and also
we can impact our energy by certain things that we
can do throughout the day to help improve it or
help improve our overall kind of resonance.
Speaker 2 (02:00):
Well, you know, you bring up energy, and I'm a
third degree black belt in martial arts, so therefore energy
and inner energy is just so important to everything that
I do, even beyond class, and I will walk up
to somebody at the other essential job. And I notice
they're in a frumpy little mood and I'll say, and
I literally will say, how tight are your pants? And
they'll say, well, they're pretty tight today? Yeah, because your
dongeon is being affected right now, your aura is being
(02:21):
affected because you chose to have tight pants and your
energy is not coming out. You need to understand that
area of your body is generating energy at all times.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
Yes, absolutely, I couldn't agree more.
Speaker 3 (02:33):
And then, you know, the next thing it leads me
to is, you know, how can you get out of
that negative energy?
Speaker 1 (02:40):
Right?
Speaker 3 (02:40):
And so there are so many different ways we can
and I think a lot of it comes down to
stress or like lack of sleep, could be too much
screen time, not enough time outside, and even surrounding ourselves
with negative people, all of that can shift our bodies
frequency and make us feel a little out of tune.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
Bring up something there, surrounding ourselves with negative people. Don't
you think that's because of our addiction that I can
make them feel better? I can fix them. I'm captain uppity.
Speaker 3 (03:09):
I think a lot of people do think that, and
it's not necessarily a negative thing. I love the positivity of,
you know, thinking like you can have that type of
impact on someone. But I think a lot of it
does start with how you feel yourself, and maybe we
don't have as much impact on others as we think.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
I think it's very you know, person dependent.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
Well, one of the things that you cover is the
fact that that this positive energy that you can put
inside your body can come from anywhere. I mean, it
can be crystals, it can be here in my forest
here in South Charlotte. It could be me going outside
and there are two deer looking at me the very
second I come outside. Do they run? No, Because we
have a relationship. It's all around us at all times.
We just need to learn to recognize it.
Speaker 3 (03:49):
Yes, absolutely, And so it's so much simpler than you
think as well, to like tune your own energy. You know,
it could be as simple as getting more d and sunlight,
moving your body, you know, starting small, like taking a
walk around the block or a walk in nature if
it's not something you're used to, or listening to music
(04:09):
that lifts you, or even practice deep breathing so you know,
whether that's meditation or you know, walking meditation and just
taking a moment to breathe. So many of these things
can actually help improve our own energy.
Speaker 2 (04:23):
You just hit a big thing right there walking meditation,
which is going to be so new to a lot
of people because they think that you've got to assume
the position of meditation when it's that's not true at all,
because I can be in the crowdedt mall and still
be in a moment of meditation. It can happen when
you put your mind there.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
Literally.
Speaker 3 (04:42):
One of my favorite things to talk about is that
people think that to meditate correctly, you need to sit
in this particular you know way, with this particular pillow
and this particular you know zen environment, with the music
or the incense going, and you can literally meditate or
breathe and every scenario that example you gave is perfect.
Speaker 2 (05:03):
Well, we're in a time period right now, and I mean,
I think we have stepped back to the late nineteen sixties.
And I don't want to bring up the headlines because
I don't want to bring anybody down, but we are
in some really bad times in this nation. How can
we find positive energy when everything on social media is negative, negative, negative, negative.
Speaker 3 (05:22):
I think that there, you know, some of the simple
ways that I talked about that are free as well
at getting sunlight, moving your body, listening to that music
that lifts you, and just practicing deep breathing and being
with yourself.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
That is some of the.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
Ways that we can kind of be and improve the
way that we feel. And there's actually this emerging field
called quantum aer beta and so yeah, traditional IRVA focuses
on herbs, diet and lifestyle to.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
Balance the body.
Speaker 3 (05:50):
But quantum iova that takes that foundation and adds a
modern twist by measuring the energy frequencies of plants and
matching them to our body his own energetic patterns. So
that means, you know, the herb can actually match what
you are looking for and what you need. And one
of the leaders in the space is called green Space
(06:12):
Herbs and they kind of put a name to quantum
ier veta and they're pioneering research to make it more
widely accessible.
Speaker 2 (06:19):
Please do not move. There's more with doctor Swathy coming
up next. Our subject today bringing positive energy to your mind,
body and soul. We're back with doctor Swathy. We will
search YouTube all day for frequency music to get into
our meditation or get into our space. And the thing is,
though we never think about the foods that we can
add to our plan that are just as much in tune.
Speaker 3 (06:42):
Yeah, absolutely, whether it's foods or supplements themselves, because you know,
supplements aren't inherently bad. They can be incredibly beneficial. But
the key is awareness, and we need to start paying
attention to how we feel before and after we take them,
and notice where our energy is throughout the day, because
I mean, at the end of the day, our body
(07:03):
runs on chemistry and energy, So if our energy is
out of tune, some of these supplements that you're taking
might not actually be working and the way they're supposed to.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
What I've done over the past year is that I
don't want my probiotic to come from kombucha anymore. I
just don't because I think that's candy coated. I want
real probiotics, this sour crowd. I want stuff that's in
my gut that's real, that I put in there and
I measured it.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
Yeah. Absolutely, I couldn't agree more.
Speaker 3 (07:31):
I think food and supplements are some of the best
way to get some of those nutrients, and even the
example with probiotics. I know probiotics are so popular right now,
whether that's a probiotic, a probiotic, or a post biotic
and you know, how can we get the you know,
whether it's we get it from food or we get
it from supplements that.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
Actually work from us.
Speaker 3 (07:52):
It's so important because gut health is something that really
does connect to the way that we feel, which then
connects of course to our energy and mood.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
But you know, we're guilty of one thing today I
feel great, Tomorrow I want the same thing. Oh darn,
I didn't wake up in the same mood, and so
therefore you guilt trip yourself.
Speaker 3 (08:11):
Yeah, I think that sometimes people are doing that, But
it's all about coming back to some of those simple
things that I mentioned that I think can really improve
our energy and our mood.
Speaker 2 (08:23):
Now this is not conceded, but some people may think
it's selfish or whatever. But back in twenty twenty, during
the lockdown, I took on a job at a grocery
store because I've never had a real job. I've always
been in radio. That's not a real job, that's a fantasy.
And the thing is, though, is that being in front
of real people, I got to see the ups and
the downs that twist, the spins, the stumbles, everything like that.
But the one thing that people that I've learned over
(08:43):
the past five years. They are generated to people who
are positive, They move to people that are positive, and
those people that are cannot become negative because it's their
energy that put those people in line with them. How
do we get people to understand that what they're doing
is positive, do not look at the negative effects that
You've got a lot of work on your hands.
Speaker 3 (09:04):
I think that we just need to get back to
what really matters, and what really matters is you know,
feeling in tune with yourself, feeling in tune with the
people around you, and being able to go through the day,
you know, managing all of the ups and downs and
everything going on these days with you know, so many
things happening in our country and around the world.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
So I think if we just get back.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
To the basics and understand, you know that it really
is about what I think, you know, the futures, which
is frequency first health, where people are thinking about, okay,
like what can I integrate into my life, whether that's
going on a walk, getting more sunlight, listening to music
that resonates with them, to taking supplements that are you know,
(09:47):
tuned to quantumier data and you know, drinking water. All
these like simple things that we can all integrate to
get back to what really matters.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
I think will really help.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
I chuckle when you always bring up you know you
could be listening to music.
Speaker 3 (10:01):
Well.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
Being a radio jock for forty six years, I have played
Michael Bolton at least four billion times. I don't think
there's a song out there that really has an effect
on me. And I'm so jealous of people like yourself
because you get that opportunity to have memorable things happen
in your life because of music.
Speaker 1 (10:15):
Wow, well that's great.
Speaker 3 (10:17):
Yeah, it's music is so keen and I think people
like we kind of take it for granted.
Speaker 1 (10:22):
It's like, oh, you know, we turn it on in
the car, we you know, play this.
Speaker 3 (10:26):
But music really does impact us. That example is so great,
and you know, there are so many songs out there,
and how can we pick the right ones to help
us and make us feel better? God?
Speaker 2 (10:37):
I love your inenergy. Are you hosting a podcast where
you can spread this word?
Speaker 1 (10:41):
Am I sorry it went out?
Speaker 2 (10:43):
Are you hosting a podcast where you can help spread
this word? Because if you've got such a positive message
going on here?
Speaker 1 (10:49):
Oh, thank you so much. No, I actually don't have
a podcast.
Speaker 3 (10:52):
But if you're interested in learning more about quantumier Veda
or kind of just like energy resonance and improvement, green
space erbs dot com spelled exactly how it sounds, So
just greenspaceerbs dot com or check out the Instagram to
just learn about ways to feel the best you can.
(11:12):
And so much of that, as we talked about, comes
down to energy Doctor.
Speaker 2 (11:15):
You got to come back to the show as we
get closer to the holidays and when we start having
limited light and stuff, when people's moods are really starting
to fail, and I think that a conversation with you
would help give them that platform of stepping up, because
I mean, we need people like yourself that say, yeah, okay,
so you had a bad day, all right, so let's
fix it. Let's create a solution here.
Speaker 1 (11:33):
Yeah, I would love to come back.
Speaker 3 (11:35):
I mean, oh my gosh, around the holidays is definitely
the time where there's so many stresses and everything that
piles in. So yeah, I would love to come back
and talk about some tangible, you know, tips and tricks
that everyone can integrate as they're going through the holiday season.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
Well, we need to make it a date then, man,
So you'd be brilliant today.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
Okay, oh, thank you so much, you two
