What is the choice? So why is it that people
make the choice to not instantly run to a doctor
for professional help? Research shows that it's a mix of emotional, practical,

and cultural reasons. The number one reason why somebody stay
away from medical attention is the fear of receiving bad news,
plus a fear of the required procedure, the physical anxiety
caused when worried about the pain and evasive tests, and
oh how about those that are living on a path
of denial? The thought of process is, Oh, this isn't

going to happen to me. We assume the symptoms will
go away. People tend to downplay pain and discomfort. Here's
another reason why the average person makes the choice to
not run to the doctor. Today's modern day costs are
absolutely through the roof. It becomes a goal to dodge
the doctor and their copays. Other reasons include a lack

of time, self reliance, and pride, and what oh wait
a second misinformation given to you from doctor, Google and
other social media outlets really never set medical attention aside.

We all have collectibles, but when is it time to

People who love to collect things, you know, like baseball cards,
Barbie dolls, coins, and other items. As my wife would say,
it's not worth anything until you locate a real buyer.
What's the best choice to sell your collectibles? In doing research,
the answer to each collectible clearly points to eBay and

local mom and pop collectible stores. Tips for real success
include knowing the value of what you have, use recent
sales and not an asking price. Make sure what you
have is authentic. Oh, there's a lot of fake stuff
out there. Take the time to get the item graded
and certified. Do all you can to create clear, well

lit photos to help sell your collectibles. Write an honest description,
be clear with possible flaws, conditions, and original packaging. Most importantly,
you have to make the choice to be patient. These
things are not a quick sale. If you need instant money,
the experts share still go to the local pawnshops flea markets.

find your way to eBay or others who respect specialty auctions.
