Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, everything is all in one place right now. Arrow
dot Net a r E all seventeen of my podcasts
in one place. Talk about having the power of choice
of what you want to listen to a r dot
net when it's extremely difficult to make up your mind.
I mean, having the power of choice can actually weaken
a person's heart. On this episode, we're going to explore
(00:21):
the choices that people make when it comes to trusting people.
Is it a scam or a godwink? Plus older man
who feel it's okay to say something sexual in the
center of what seemed to be a great conversation, My
name is Erro. Life is a series of choices. I mean,
who decides when you're not making the right choice? Is
it a fear of going wrong? The greatest lessons in
(00:44):
life are often lost inside hidden away attempts and concepts. Well,
it's time to reopen your heart. Having that power of
choice is actually your daily gift. On this highway, we're
going to learn how to trust mirages. What is the choice? Yeah,
making net choice? Are we being scammed or is this
the work of a higher power such as God? When
(01:06):
it's decision time to invest or make other moves how
do we know what's true? Scammers versus God winks. Research
shows I am not the only one facing this choice.
What's scary is that religion has been used to manipulate people,
not only monetarily, but in controlling decisions and issues. This
requires homework. You're going to have to invest here. Number One,
(01:30):
separate Christ from people who misuse his name. We've been
warned to be aware of false prophets. I mean, look
at how many people have been elected into public office
falsely leading the masses. Number two, look at Christ's actions
and words directly, mentally and physically. Step away from the
connections of institutions, televangelism, and the noise often associated with gospel.
(01:54):
Number three, and this is valuable. Trust not through reputation,
but through relationship. Christianity doesn't mean you have to make
the choice to trust everyone who brings up the word God.
Let discernment be your true ally, not your enemy. Being
a very cautious person is very healthy, which means you've
(02:15):
got to make the right choice through awareness. He coming
up next on the choice older men who make the
choice to say something a little dirty. Hey, thanks for
coming back to the choice older men who make that
choice to slide something sexual into their daily conversations. When
is it okay for elderly men to send out a
(02:38):
sexual pun? Now, let me set this up. My retired
wife has a part time position at a local movie theater,
and it's usually frequented by single old men. The man
walks up, shows my wife his smartphone movie up. It's
very tiny. My wife says, you're gonna need to make
that thing bigger, to which he replied, yeah, women tell
(02:58):
me that all the time. Hmm. Mental health experts clearly
say it is not okay to ever send out a
sexual pun, joke, or special thought. The only time it's
acceptable is when everybody in the party involved agrees to
the openness of having a potty mouth. Anyone who is
(03:19):
eighteen plus can engage in sexual humor, but only what
it's being agreed upon by all involved. But it still
doesn't make it appropriate, mainly because we live in a
very busy world and outsiders are endlessly walking too close
to our private conversations. I say private. That's kind of
funny because most people don't talk like they're in a
(03:39):
private conversation these days. Their vocal tones are usually above
normal or a little louder. No matter what your age is,
having sexual conversations in public is actually looked upon as
being very wrong. It's a choice. I'm erl and that's
what I was writing while the sun was waking up
on a brilliant new day.
