Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's one of the greatest love stories of my life.
(00:02):
For thirty four years, I was teamed up with Ernie
the Blue Crown conyer. We were both called to this
collection of trees in South Charlotte, North Carolina. We created
a podcast called The Lyrics from Ernie's Forest. Now on
arrow dot Net a re dot net. Enjoy the exploration.
(00:22):
I'm always asking questions and the reason why is because
the fun begins when you start researching for answers such
as a new anew not two words? One word? A
new why has it become a hot button word again?
Plus how does one become connected to in a new lifestyle?
(00:44):
My nay, Miss Arrow. I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf.
I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study,
then activate. I happen to call it the daily Mess,
a chronological walk through in everyday world. Yeah, this is
the stuff I write every single morning as a receiver
of thoughts and ideas. We as people tend to throw
things to the side because we think we're going to
(01:06):
deal with it later on. When a subject arrives inside
of me, it is time to dig in. It's still
keeping that daily journal, but by doing the research, the
picture becomes clearer. This is the daily mess. What is
this thing called a new, anew one word and why
does it become the center of so many conversations today? Well, first,
(01:31):
we've got to connect a new one word to a definition.
A new means again, but with intention. It's not just
repeating something. When you actually anew in your life, you're
starting over with more awareness. Don't just try something again,
Try a new, reset, rethink, recommit. Here's why it might
(01:55):
come across as a roadblock rather than an open road
shooting across fields of vamber. Leading a life that is
a new means a clean slate, a conscious restart. It
is the physical act of carrying things forward, not erasing.
So why are we hearing a lot about a new today?
(02:16):
Because it fits the emotional climate we're presently in. People
are extremely tired of what's being called hustle speak. You know,
word set no longer have the power to really motivate us.
It just kind of tears us down, such as grind, dominate,
and optimize because they feed burnout. A new is actually softer,
(02:39):
but far from being weaker. It allows progress without punishment.
A new actually reframes your failures. In fact, failure isn't
a collapse, but rather a pivot point. You didn't lose,
You learned. Now begin again, but only better. It's time
to put yourself in a position of a new anew
(03:02):
one word not to hey coming up next? As we
break into this brand new season, how do we activate
this thing called a new? Hey, thanks for coming back
to the daily mess. As we break into a brand
new season, life, with all of its changes and challenges,
is causing multiple distractions that totally remove us from goals
(03:26):
and other success stories. A new is connected to reflection.
It honors your past without getting stuck in that past
when you truly break it down. A new lifestyle is
spiritually neutral but emotionally deep, which includes business recovery, creativity,
and personal growth without coming across as preachy. During these
(03:51):
moments of change, that which we have no control over,
becoming more aware of a new shows progress without self betraying.
They say, a new is like giving yourself permission. For
most of us, we're already activated and growing forward. We
just didn't know the word that it was attached to
a new. How do words like a new actually quietly
(04:14):
shape our behavior? It actually changes the story, not dramatically
but quietly. A new lowers the threat response. When we
think we're starting over, the brain says, ah h, you failed.
You're such a loser. Not with a new, a n ew,
(04:35):
not two words, one word. It creates a willingness to engage.
I'm errow, and that's the daily mess.
