Speaker 1 (00:00):
Since twenty sixteen, we've had this great opportunity to share
conversations with those that have been featured on NBC's The Voice.
But where can we get them all in one place?
Very easy? Arrow dot net a r re dot net.
It's under that voice. Enjoy the exploration. I like asking questions,
and the reason why is because the fund begins when
(00:21):
you start doing the research, such as is it okay
to openly talk about what you dreamed about last night?
Are you doing harm? Or even opening doors? Plus, now
that Alexa has been programmed to share a conversation one
on one, how is that going to change our human interaction?
My name is Arrow. I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf.
(00:43):
I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study,
then activate. I happen to call it the daily Mess,
a chronological walk through in everyday world. Yeah, it's my
morning pages. As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we
as people tend to throw things to the side because
we think we're going to deal with it later on.
When a subject arrives inside of me, I know it's
(01:04):
time to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal,
but by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This
is the daily mess, all right? Should people be talking
about what they dreamed about last night? This is a
very tough place to walk, mainly because you don't want
to set aside the art of being a great listener.
(01:24):
But we all have someone inside our circles who feels
their daily calling to advertise what they saw through moving
pictures inside their sleeping last night. People should always feel
free to be open with their dreams because dreams are
an emotional pressure release vowelve. Sharing them helps process grief,
(01:45):
unsolved thoughts, and so much more. Dreams also reveal patterns.
Talking about it loosens up the rooting system. But but, but,
but but it can't be all good. They expose a
person's guilt and insecurities. Why shouldn't everyone be into them?
It's not important or it's not interesting to listen to.
(02:08):
Another big let down is sharing a dream that nobody
is truly buying into. But what they'll do is they
might listen for a moment and then take off. And
what does that do to you except for make you
feel like that there's been a misunderstanding any way you
look at it. When it comes to the subject of dreams,
to speak or not to speak. Know who you are
(02:29):
being open with, Just know who your audience is. Your
dreams do reveal a lot about you. But the question
is are you prepared for the rumors that'll come with
them coming up next? Now that Alexa is more one
on one with conversations, how is that going to change
us as humans? Hey, welcome back to the daily mess.
(02:54):
How will this new Alexa from Amazon change our way
to build relationship? I mean I first caught up with
this while watching a TV commercial that featured actor comedian
Pete Davidson. I sat there and thought, No, this isn't real.
There's no way he's having a conversation. He's got to
say Alexa every five seconds. A true person will sit
(03:14):
back and look at where we presently stand with these
digital voices and understand what the requirement is that is
needed in order to build up that conversation relationship. We
need answers. Not everybody in human form has those answers.
Alexa will step in there and help us out. It's
open ended conversation with AI technology that has a real
(03:38):
potential to infect what we are doing when it comes
to building up a relationship with other people. It's all
locked on how you use Alexa or Siri. Research shows
that having a conversation with a digital device can interrupt
the natural flow of together time with family as well
as friends. An illusion has been created and inside this
(04:01):
illusion things are being messed around with. Alexa is responsive,
but she does not understand your emotional patterns. Humans can
go really deep into thought and recovery. We continue to
grow into a world of convenience. It is said that
having these conversations with Siri and or Alexa is going
(04:22):
to reduce stress while keeping those who are lonely in
the center of a circle they enjoy. Making that decision
to support Alexa is fine, just don't put yourself in
a place of replacement. I'm Merril, and that's the daily mess.
