Speaker 1 (00:00):
I'm always asking questions. The reason why is because the
fund begins when you start researching for answers such as
to build muscles, don't we, in essence have to rip tissue?
My wife says, no way. The experts say something differently. Plus,
why are most musicians very open to talk about their
personal lives. My name is Erro. I'm a daily writer,
a silent wolf. I stand on the sidelines and do
(00:22):
nothing but watch, listen, study, then activate. I call it
the daily Mess, a chronological walk through an everyday world. Yeah,
it's my morning writing as a receiver of thoughts and ideas.
We as people tend to throw things to the side
because we think we're going to deal with it later on.
When a subject arrives inside of me, I know it's
time to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal,
(00:44):
but by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This
is the daily mess. Getting fit and staying fit aren't
just a summer moment. This generation knows how important working
out really is To build muscles? Don't you have to
tear tissues? Fitness experts say, yes, the tissue has to
be torn, but it's not as harsh as you would think.
(01:06):
If you're lifting weights, you're creating microscopic tears in your
muscle fibers. It's called microtrauma. Resistance. Training challenges your muscles
beyond the comfort zone. That's where the tearing comes into play.
The repair gets underway when your body starts sending nutrients, hormones,
and amino acids into the area. The repaired fibers come
(01:27):
back thicker and stronger. They're more focused on handling future stress.
This is why your recovery is just as important as
the workout. You need sleep, protein, and hydration. Muscles require
time to heal or they're going to break down without
any type of growth. This leads to overtraining and quite
possibly injury. Your body is always talking to you, but
(01:51):
are you listening. That's why it's very important to keep
a workout journal. Hey, coming up next, Why is it
singers songwriters are so open to talk about their personal lives. Hey,
welcome back to the Daily Mess. I've been a broadcaster
for forty six years. From day one, I became addicted
(02:11):
to listening to the stories of musicians. They are so
willing to share their life. Why are so many singer
songwriters so free to set it loose. Music itself is
seen as storytelling. Songs are their core. It's a way
of turning a personal journey into something that is very
very universal. Connection is a musician's job. Fans of music
(02:33):
don't just listen to the music, they physically connect with
the people behind it. Vulnerability is a strength in the
art of music. This isn't a weakness. Talking about struggles
in heartbreak helps them stand out and resonate with listeners
who may have lived the same exact life. Storytelling is therapeutic.
Sharing the story of a song's creation can be seen
(02:56):
as a way of processing pain, trauma, as well as joy.
Artists who remain mysterious today very very very rare. If
you want to sell tickets in merch, you've got to
be open with those who are choosing to listen to you.
When musicians share their stories, it's creating how they're going
to be remembered. I'm row and that's the daily mess
