when a subject arrives inside of me, I know it's
time to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal,
but by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This
is the daily Mess. So why does the sound of

running water make you want a pee? This is due
to a combination of physiological and psychological factors. The sound
of running water actually relaxes our nervous system. The bladder
goes into a moment of less stress and anxiety. The
sound of running water triggers the brain into thinking now
would be a great time to urinate, So let's focus

in on the physiological effect. That calming effect stimulates your
entire system. When it goes into relax mode, your bladder responds.
It actually makes it feel fuller, which is the first
step toward getting that feeling of uh oh, I gotta go.
The psychological response reaches all the way back to when
you were potty trained as a kid. My parents and

multiple others would turn on the trickle so that we
would tinkle. It's a learned association. The brain is physically
linking itself to the bladder, and even if there's nothing
in there, the urge to pee is still there. That's
called urinary hesitancy, which is very common a perceived lack

like it, other people fear it. What Yeah, they fear it. Hey,

of losing weight. There's so much emotion involved, especially when
your doctor looks at you and says, I think it's
time you bring down some pounds. Some people celebrate their

weight loss, while others find it to be very scary.
So that's my focus. Why do people fear losing weight
as much of a positive achievement. This really is fear
sets in when surrounded by various psychological, emotional, and social factors,
the fear of the unknown. It's completely natural to worry
about what's going on on the inside where the weight

is coming off. Plus the sight of loose skin, suddenly
you feel the entire world can see your flaws. When
you lose weight, you adopt a new identity. Self perception
isn't always an easy walk. You're gonna have to navigate
your way into and around your personality changes and if
there's a relapse uh oh. Relationships also take a hit
(03:00):
when it comes to losing weight. Your former cookie and
cake buddy is sitting there alone. That in itself plays
with your ambition to eat right. Stay focused, especially while
in question, and do me a favor. Always consult your doctor.
They need to be in on what's weighing you down.
