In an exclusive interview on The Ash Said It Show, Ralph, the founder of Casekoo, revealed the creative vision and personal motivation behind the brand's latest release: the Daisy Collection. This collection isn't just about phone cases; it's a testament to the brand's core values and a celebration of life's simple, beautiful moments.

The Story Behind the Daisy Design

Ralph shared that the inspiration for the Daisy Collection comes from the symbolic meaning of the small daisy itself. A daisy represents vitality, hope, and resilience, blooming with a quiet yet powerful beauty. This philosophy is deeply woven into the design of each phone case, transforming a simple accessory into a daily reminder of these positive qualities. The collection is designed to resonate with customers on an emotional level, encouraging them to find joy and strength in their own lives, much like a daisy thriving in any environment.

Quality and Durability: The Casekoo Promise

Casekoo has built its reputation on quality and durability, making its products a favorite among consumers. The Daisy Collection upholds this standard, combining stylish aesthetics with the brand's renowned protective features. Each case is engineered to provide superior protection, ensuring your phone is safe from drops and scratches. This commitment to quality is why Casekoo continues to be a top choice for those who want both style and substance in their phone accessories.

A Celebration of Life's Moments

A unique feature of the Daisy Collection is the infusion of fine shimmer particles within the cases. Ralph explained that these particles are more than just an aesthetic detail; they symbolize the pursuit of a better life. Every single shimmer is intended to be a celebration of life, representing the small, wonderful moments that make up our journey. This design choice transforms the case from a functional object into a piece of art that encourages users to appreciate the beauty in every moment. The message is clear: every moment of life can be as wonderful as a small daisy.

The Daisy Collection is now available, inviting customers to carry a piece of this inspiring philosophy with them. What it is, what a do cyber world. It is
your girl, the one and only Ash Brown, and this
is the Ash said It show. Over twenty one hundred
episodes since twenty fourteen, half a million streams around the world.
None of this is possible without you, guys, So thank
you for the shares, the cares. It makes a huge

(00:23):
difference today. It's one of my favorite people, all right,
and it's because they're one of my favorite brands ever,
especially for my phone. I've got Ralph from Casecoop with
me here. Hey Ralph, hey ah.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
Hi everybody. Thank you so much, so great to be
on the show again.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Yes, thank you so much. I mean, I'm still like
really and I was telling a friend of mine this
week about the case. I was like, you got to
check out Case crew, go and get the case. You're
not gonna regret it. I mean, I I've been having
an iPhone for well over a decade now, and this
is the first case that I've had that is kind

(01:04):
of virtually indestructible, and I accidentally sometimes that can accidentally
be you know, destructive, Ralph, you know, not on purpose,
all right, by accident, but this case, oh my gosh,
the magic stand on it and just the way that
it is absolutely engineered is genius. And you guys, absolutely

(01:29):
you know this is this is gold right here, this
is absolute gold.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
It feels so honored. You're like that case.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
Yes, yeah, So for people that maybe didn't catch the
other episode of Ralph get everyone just like a brief
overview of who case who is?

Speaker 2 (01:48):
Oh yeah, it feels honored.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
You know. For us, we recently have a new definition
of case coups, so probably I had introduced that again
to all the audience. And case cool is a brand
from China that makes durable, like I said, durable cases
and most important of all, we try to make the

(02:13):
cases a little bit more fun and we mostly make
cases for our films, but nowadays we have those for
Samsung Galaxies and also for Google Pixels, and we try
to make sure the cases are durable, cases are designed
and you know the most important feature of our cases

(02:35):
that it features a stand that can be flipped out
and for some models that can be spent and for
the fiones with the case to have more angles to stand.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
For views for different usages.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
And the last couple of months, one other other journalists
to ask me, you know what kind of a person
PERSONA case is, I replied, And after I thought, I replied,
case school is like an undergraduate at the fourth year

(03:16):
in the university and who try to get you know,
connected to the society, who doesn't speak the language of
the business, who doesn't speak uh, doesn't look like, doesn't
wear like a professional bud is ready and she probably
I use that she because you know, for girls, it's
more it's more obvious girls try to like wear makeups

(03:40):
for their career, who try to speak career language and
try to you know, emerge into the crowd that walks
on the fifth Avenue. So you know, that's all the
awkwardness for undergraduate during that specific year.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
So I put case cool in this stage.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
And do you know everything is that we are We
are trying to get better and we are trying to
get connected and accepted by the adult world.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
I think that's it. Yeah, I mean, you guys are
well on your way. You know, I've seen a lot
more people posting on social I've been seeing a lot
of activities, a lot you know, you guys have been
posting and the word is getting out there. Now you've
built you've built a brand known you know, for durable
protective gear like the Magic stand. How did your team

(04:36):
balance the art side of this collection, the Daisy collection,
with also the tech side to ensure that it still
offers the same military grade protection.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
That's a good question.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
In fact, those two factors doesn't always conflict a lot
in our case design. So we try to make sure
the patterns, the patterns like the Daisies, doesn't you know,
obstruct the functions. Also, it works pretty well on those surfaces.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
So we try to make sure the.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
Printing, the production and also the final coding presents the
patterns well.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
And then after a series of lat.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
Test we make sure the coating doesn't wear off pretty easily.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
And also with the.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Technology that doesn't allow the case to get yellow pretty soon.
Where the cases are in fact transparent, we make sure
not only the durability, but also the freshness. You know,
when I talk about freshness, you know how sad when
people see their case.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
Get yellow after just a short period.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
Of time, you know, So everything just to point to
a pretty good quality product, and we make sure that
the customers are happy even after half a year of usage.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
So that's what it is.

Speaker 3 (06:11):
And with the patterns we designed those small daisies and
also blue flower. Have you seen the blue flower?

Speaker 1 (06:21):
I have not seen the blue one. No, I gotta
go back and look now I haven't.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Oh yeah, that's how the yellow.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
I was impressed with that.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
Oh well, so the blue flower is also one of
the favorite by our customers. So these these different patterns
just form different small groups of fans.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
Justetgether those fans.

Speaker 3 (06:47):
And you know, with different colors those iPhones, they just
form different you know, favorite groups. And this year the
new iPhone seventeen, they produce pretty pretty you know, there's
it's called cosmic orange. It's pretty sharp the color, yes,

(07:12):
and we are planning for an interesting design that allows
the orange to go through the case and the form
a carrot pattern.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
So this time we doesn't print the carrot.

Speaker 3 (07:27):
We just have it transparent on the case and print
everywhere else, and then the orange will go through the
case and show the carrot pattern.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
So hopefully we're going.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
To see the design suit and if you are switching
to an iPhone seventeen pro Promacs in orange color, we'd
be glad to give you the case for a five Absolutely.

Speaker 1 (07:51):
Now, this daisy collection, the theme is innocent and new
beginnings in a market that is so saturated with sleek,
minimalist test you know, tech accessories. What inspired you to
embrace this whimsical emotional design.

Speaker 3 (08:11):
Oh yeah, So when you talk about tech, it's pretty cold,
it's pretty you know, people just see tech as very.

Speaker 2 (08:20):
Distant in the life.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
But you know what we see cases in the special
tech world. It's more like the fashion in the in
the cold world. So it's like you have imprinted windstopper
on a streak. So so it's like fashion.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
So when we talk about.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
Cases for our cell phones, nowadays, people use it to
use a case to protect their phones, but they also
would like the cases to present their personalities, the cases
to you know, change a look of their phones and
also to match their outfits.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
So when this concept gets into my head, I see
cases differently.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
So nowadays we have different prints, different patterns on the cases.
So people not only have the functions of protection, the
functions of kickstand.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
And also we have the cases.

Speaker 3 (09:22):
As a new skin, new clothes, new outfit for our phones,
to go with our outfit, go with our bags.

Speaker 2 (09:30):
You know. Nowadays. Yeah, last time we talked about La Boobo, right, yeah.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
Oh yeah, we talked about the Laboobo.

Speaker 2 (09:36):
Ah, yeah, you know.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
Now the pop Mark have brought a four point zero
La Boobo set into the world that has you know,
twenty eight or thirty different colors designs to match different bags.
So I was like, wow, my bags are I'm running
out of bags, so wow.

Speaker 1 (10:04):
And I mean I just love the you know, as
we talked, you know, last time on the show about
the cases and how like you were saying the cases,
they each of them have like a message. It's not
just like some random generic picture that you found when
you searched online and you just pasted it on these cases,
like they actually have meaning behind them. And the Daisy

(10:26):
collection seems to have just that strong emotional connection. And
I wanted to get, you know, further with you on that,
like what did you envision as far as people using
these cases and what emotions did you were hoping that
they it would invoke.

Speaker 3 (10:45):
Oh wow, for the daisies, if you noticed there are
you know, it's not flat, it's it's you know, I
didn't know how to speak how to say that in English,
but it's not just a flat it's patterned and it's
printed in different depths. So uh, with daisies, we like

(11:07):
to invoke the childhoodness and in every adult you know
iPhone users, we see them as as uh adults who
have a.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
Kid in there in the deep of their hearts.

Speaker 3 (11:22):
So when we see daisies or small flowers and those
uh in in our lives, sometimes our hearts just uh
our mind just uh you know the child and uh
see see see a child if if you look in
the mirror at that moment, you see a child of

(11:43):
yourself and at that moment and with daisies, with you know,
small puppies, with with just small frogs. Sometimes you know,
it's really outside here in China now, so when when
when the weather's not so good, kids like me we

(12:03):
just go out to the to the field and try
to catch froud, you know, just like those times when
we were young, we didn't have the burdens of life.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
We didn't have the pressure of different.

Speaker 3 (12:15):
Stuff, and sometimes we see life differently, and nowadays we
also have a feeling, but it just doesn't always come
to our minds.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
So I'd like to uh, I'd like.

Speaker 3 (12:27):
To to to to suggest everybody just stuff for a
moment and.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
Look at your case.

Speaker 3 (12:34):
Perhaps the daisies remind you of you of of those times.
Perhaps that's the daisy, perhaps that's a small carat I
don't know. And also a hot selling pattern is a
little white dog that also reminds us of of maybe
those childhood moments. Yeah, yeah, that's that's how it came

(12:56):
into place.

Speaker 1 (12:57):
Yes, I don't know how you guys did it, but
I feel like you and your team either been spying
on me or you got some kind of notes about
me somewhere. I am one that is obsessed with glitter
since I was little. I love anything glitter. You put
glitter on anything, and I'm sold. I'm in count me in.
So when I saw the glitter daisy case, I was

(13:21):
just like wow, you know it just you know, with
the fine shimmer particles and that unique texture. What was
the biggest challenge that designing that particular case brought to
your team? Like how did you bring that to life?
And what was the biggest issue?

Speaker 3 (13:43):
Okay, that's on technology part. It always involves a lot
of R and D. So the printing the coding is
also a big problem. And also when you said the glittering, yes,
the glittering is embedded into the case itself, but the

(14:04):
printing is on the surface. So usually the factory doesn't
do that, so we'd like to. We we had to
develop with them together. But it didn't take long and
take like uh, you know, five six time tries and
then after you know five four or.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
Five weeks, then it's done.

Speaker 3 (14:28):
You know, it's a Chinese speed, so we didn't consider
it as very fast, but I know it's already pretty fast.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:39):
But oh well, and also to to to add some
point to.

Speaker 2 (14:44):
To the glittering. You know, I was a boy growing
up with girls.

Speaker 3 (14:49):
I didn't have a brother or male cousins.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
I just have girls around me.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
So I was raised you know, especially during the summer
holidays and winter holidays when when parents have to go
to work, I just played hang out with the girls.

Speaker 2 (15:12):
The female cousins around me.

Speaker 3 (15:14):
So you know, I kind of mix up the girls
and boys their mind together. I also have some girl
games on my mind when I recall my childhood.

Speaker 1 (15:28):
Yeah, I mean, yeah, but I'm sure that that has
also helped you with your daughter. You know, I'm sure
that you you Yeah, I mean, you're probably her favorite
person besides the mom, you know, besides mama. You may
be her second.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
Oh hopefully hopefully, well, hop my my my wife doesn't
hear this.

Speaker 4 (15:50):
No, no, no, no, but but no, I'm just I'm
just teasing on that one. But but you, as a founder,
you've said that you want to solve small, everyday frustrations
with your products. How does the Daisy Collection, with its
focus on art and emotion continue to fulfill that original mission?

Speaker 3 (16:14):
Great, that's you know, different patterns just to fit that
hole for different people. So the more patterns we have
on our products, I hope more hoes on on on
in the heart of different people will be filled. So

(16:34):
for Daisy, it's just one new pattern, but it's pretty
general and it's pretty you know, uh presentative in terms
of filling those hopes.

Speaker 2 (16:47):
And we are also.

Speaker 3 (16:48):
Uh uh bringing more patterns to the to the world.
That is some uh some respects salute to those great artists,
and we have checked that, you know, there's no copyright
issues nowadays for those uh uh those old artists, those

(17:10):
long passed away artists.

Speaker 2 (17:12):
So we are about to.

Speaker 3 (17:14):
Bring to the world some new pretty interesting patterns that
we have for Salvat Dali and also uh Fangal.

Speaker 2 (17:23):
So it's just uh wait for that.

Speaker 3 (17:27):
I know you guys, uh you know, I don't know
if you do that a lot. But I sometimes go
to the museums and art museums in mind, uh.

Speaker 2 (17:37):
And just the Sundays Saturdays. And you know, I'm not
an art person, but you know I.

Speaker 3 (17:46):
Sometimes just stop. I'm in front of our piece and
the contemplates. See you know what the authored artist, what
was on his mind, her mind when she he was
producing an art piece. So so I sometimes have interesting answers.
I'd uh, i'd see the artist, you know, probably going

(18:10):
DUTs when when he was doing some art piece. So
so we'd like to pay some respect to the artists,
you know, especially with the big names. But we make
sure you know, the the stuff, the the.

Speaker 2 (18:26):
Theme doesn't have copyright issues. And then we make.

Speaker 3 (18:30):
Some uh for the understanding of their art pieces and
twisted a little and it's small cartoon uh type of redesign.

Speaker 2 (18:43):
So hopefully you'd enjoy that. And when we had those.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
Products ready, I like, uh for Charlotte to to to
send you those samples.

Speaker 1 (18:53):
Yes, you know I love samples rough, you know I.

Speaker 2 (18:57):
Love really so we taped into your mind again.

Speaker 1 (19:04):
Yes, absolutely, you read my mind. See your psychic I
don't know, I think you got to figure it out.
