com. Great website you can orderonline. You can learn more about all
the great things they have available atthe Healthy place great feature as well,

Side location, Fitchburg and sun Prairielocations of the Healthy Place, are wellness
consultants there to serve you and helpyou. And of course the phone lines
are open right now at six eightthree two one thirteen ten. That's six
to eight three two one thirteen ten. And you sweeten the deal, Tim.
Not only do we get some greatinformation, some great conversation folks,

(01:30):
when they call in you you kindof give them a little bit thank you.
I like to give a low twentyfive dollars gift card as a thank
you, Sean, because questions arereally powerful and they lead to a better
quality of life for minimizing suffering, and beyond the person calling, it really
helps all the others that are listeningthat deal with a similar issue or have
a loved one that deals with asimilar issue. So now it's a really

(01:53):
good time to call, and ithelps my show six eight three two one
thirteen ten. That's six o eightthree two one third. Ted gets you
on the air with Tim O'Brien fromThe Healthy Place, and of course he
will hook you up with a twentyfive dollars gift card for your question.
And one of the things I've lovedas well, Tim, We've been doing
this show for a number of yearsnow, and one of the things that
I've noticed is people are comfortable talkingsometimes about very personal things. And I

(02:17):
think it really shows that I thinkpeople know the genuineness and the passion that
you bring to the table that folksare oftentimes willing to open up about some
very personal things on the radio totalk with you about because they know that
you're going to be sincere. Youknow, they know you're thank you where
you're coming from on this stuff. And I think it's a fantastic reflection of

(02:38):
what you and the whole team atThe Healthy Place does day. Thank you
man. I mean, it's healthis such a sensitive issue. You know,
what is going on on the insidesof our body. It is a
very sensitive and private issue, andso to discuss these things, we need
a wellness consultants that are going tobe caring, passionate, full of integrity,
ones that will keep your sensitive informationprivate. And so that is what

(03:01):
we have built in the last years, and I do want to invite people,
whether it's a calling in today, whether it's hitting the live chat feature
on our website, whether it's callingone of our stores. All three of
those are ways where you don't haveto see another physical person because sometimes there
are very sensitive issues, and wewelcome that. Phone lines are open right
now. Six eight three two onethirteen ten. That's six eight three two

(03:21):
one thirteen ten Victoria email. Shesays, I'm really interested in learning about
herbs and other natural things that canhelp increase longevity. I hope to not
only live a long life, butalso this is important part, but also
be as healthy as possible. I'min my forties and want to do my
best to get started. Now,what are your suggestions? And that email
is from Victoria. Victoria, thatis such a good question, the question

(03:46):
of quality of life, living along life. From a supplement standpoint,
what can you do that really hasan impact over the years, over the
decades, And this type of question, Sean, is probably our most common
question. Somebody comes into one ofour three stores and they ask a question
similar to this. They just wantto be doing the right things from a
supplement standpoint, people understand diet andquality diets importance, They understand working out

(04:12):
on some sort of level, exercise, being physically active in some sort of
way. And from a supplement standpoint, I like to bring up the Foundational
five, the Foundational five or thefive most important supplements that you can really
put into your body on a dailybasis. It's five separate pills, and
it's anti inflammatory, antioxidant, Omegathree, multivitamin, and probiotics, and

(04:35):
those are like the most important. So if you come into our stores,
we'll educate around that. And somepeople don't want to buy five separate products,
that's okay. We might choose dependingon where you're coming from, will
ask a variety of questions and thenwe'll give a couple of recommendations where you
can get started. So, Victoria, I would encourage you to stop in

(04:56):
one of our stores, call ourstores, hit the live chat feature and
learn about the Foundational five because thoseare the most powerful and I'll run through
them real quick. Anti inflammatory dailyis so important because inflammation is the root
of all disease, almost all kindsof pain, almost all gut issues,
most human conditions have inflammation as apart of them. So daily anti inflammatory

(05:19):
is huge, perhaps the most importantout of those five. Number two antioxidant
because free radical damage, oxidative stress, and toxins constantly inundate our body.
You know, you take a biteout of an apple, it turns brown.
That's oxyd flax oil. Every cellin your body is surrounded with essential
fatty acids, and so an omegathree, like a fish oil nourishes and

(05:41):
strengthens every system in your body.Multivitamin. We're all that's number four.
We're all nutritionally deficient in one wayor another. So you want to stay
away from the heat. Compressed tablets, the synthetics, the multis that aren't
really going to break down or domuch for your body. But if you
get a capsule multi item that absorbswell, you'll feel a nice boost energy,
mental clarity, stress reduction, hair, skin, nail benefits. Number

(06:04):
five and the foundational five is probiotics. And that's kind of the top of
the table that holds the four legs. If you look at the foundational five,
first four and probiotics, you're likethe top of the table that holds
everything together. Your gut health, they call it your second brain. Everything
rises and falls upon your gut healthsore. Taking a quality probiotic daily,

(06:25):
you're good and bad. Bacteria withinyour body are always in a race,
and which everyone's winning decide the stateand the health the rest of your body.
Enzyme production, vitamin production, andso on. A lot of benefits
there, eighty percent of the immunesystem. So those are the foundational five.
And when we get that longevity question, Sean, I love to bring
those up, whether you just takeone or or a health enthusiast you know,

(06:48):
like me that'll take all five ofthem every day and be pretty passionate
about it. It's amazing and it'sinteresting too. I know why I loved
Victoria's question also is I get thechance to chat with some really great people
in the and the retirement planning world. And one of the things that you
see is we obviously see the statisticsabout about people were living longer, but
a big thing about that is umthe expectation of mobility and a high quality

(07:12):
of life. And then you know, we don't. It's it's not just
living long for the sake of livinglonger. It's living longer and enjoying life
longer. And it's great to seesomebody in their forty saying you know what
I'm looking at to say, Imean seriously, because look, look at
you know how many people we knowthat are They're okay, they don't have
a stage four degenerative disease going on, but their energy is low, they

(07:36):
have pain in their bodies, they'renot sleeping great, their stress is high,
their immune system isn't so hot,and they're just sort of okay with
living like that. And if theyonly knew what the fullness of life could
look like, more energy, somesort of vibrancy about their cognitive perception about
the world around them, I mean, the people can live. So I

(07:58):
love saying Sean like, hey,at the Healthy Place, we like to
fan the flame of people's health. We like to encourage folks to be the
CEO of their own health, tonot be okay and just sort of sit
down with the reality that they're goingthrough that you can take natural alternatives that
truly work. And when you talkto our wellness consultants in our store,
you'll see that passion in their eyes. You'll see that integrity. You know,

(08:20):
we hire for integrity and passion oversome sort of sales ability. You
know, we don't do commission becausewe want the wellness consultant to be one
hundred percent invested in the person infront of them and what's best for them.
It's a really amazing opportunity for folks, and as questions like Victoria's mentioned,
not only is it never too lateto start making those right steps,

(08:41):
it's never too early as well.In the folks Healthy Place and love to
talk with you again. Learn moreonline find your Healthy Place dot com.
You can also chat live with awellness consultant right at the website find your
Healthy Place dot com or stop onin. They'd love to see a west
side of Madison, Fitchburg or sunPrairie. And if you've got a question
for Tim, love to get youon the air this morning at six thirteen
ten. That's six eight three twoone thirteen ten and friend of the show,

(09:03):
Xavier joints Us Xavier, welcome backto the program. You're on the
air with Tim O'Brien from the HealthyPlace. Hey Xavier, good morning you're
doing. First of all, Istill got to get to your store to
go get that stuff from my overactiveladder. I still haven't gone. I
meet too well all right that thatI have a busted. I have a

(09:26):
RiPP My meniscus is ripped, andI got our throut seeing it, and
I messed up something else and they'restill that I need a knee replacement.
I don't want to go under them. They can't make you mistake. Okay,
So is there anything I can doto help? Yeah? Not Yes.

(09:52):
I learned so much of what Iknow from an amazing man named doctor
Rogerson, and he or sthopedic surgeon, shoulder resurfacing, hip replacement. He
taught me so much about knee replacementsand that he would send folks to our
store every single day. So Iloved him for a number of reasons.

(10:13):
And he was a bit of amentor to me and taught me a lot
around the topic. And he wouldrecommend heartily b C ninety five kerk Human
so Xavier. If you're taking notes, I can tell that you were driving,
write down or put to memory.Kira Health Kira Health Cure a health
that is a therapeutic BCM ninety fivekerk human that cleans the inflammation away from

(10:37):
your knee and with that tornamentiscus, the inflammation related to your pain. The
Kira Relief will clean that inflammation upforeand after surgeries because of its profound impact,
and that was a very cool partof my journey. And in addition
to that, there's a product calledFibrenza, and that's a blend of system

(11:00):
emic proteolytic enzymes that work to breakdown scar tissue aid recovery. So athletes,
you know, torn meniscus, Thisis a thing athletes across and will
take Fibrenza because of its power toprotect the body clutty of homogeneous proteins,
inflammation and the repair of tissues thatregenerative side of things. So Cura Health

(11:24):
for the inflammation, Fibrinza for thescar tissue that we have concerns about,
and cleaning up and aiding the regenerativeprocess. Those are two really big ones.
And at the beginning of your question, you mentioned that you've been having
a hard time get into the store, So I do want to remind you
you can call the store and theycan place an order right over the phone,

(11:45):
and you can also hit our websiteand place an order on the website
where you get that delivered the nextday or the day after. So we
really want to lower the hurdle forpeople to get to the natural alternatives that
are working for them. People areoffering all over the city, and if
we can make it easier for themto get what's going to help them,
that's a good thing. Yeah, because I've been working eleven nowadays, and

(12:09):
as you said, there's a lotof stuff. You know, I'm always
fired, you know what I'm justsaying. I mean, I don't mind
doing it yea a week, youknow, Yeah, I have a part
time job on the side on Saturday. Your story, I mean, your
story is so similar to so manyyou know, people are fatigued, they're

(12:31):
dragging, they're struggling, they havepain, they have injuries, they have
conditions, they're not sleeping well. And that's where I just get so passionate,
Xavier for your own life as wellas others listening right now, like
start the conversation. I mean, obviously I'm biased to my own stores.
I love the healthy place. Ilove what we provide for the city.
Find somebody, though, you cantrust, whether it's outside of our company
or inside of our company, thatcan guide you towards natural alternatives that can

(12:54):
change your life, because it isa miracle in my opinion, when you
give the body the right nutrients. It's a miracle what the body does with
that. More energy, more mentalclarity, more focus, better sleep,
lower stress, better regeneration, prevention, preventative measures of all matter of things.
So I love your questions, man, and I'll encourage you. Find
your way over to the store orcall, just get the conversation started,

(13:16):
Xavier. Great call this morning, great question. The website, Find your
healthy Place dot com. That's fine, Your healthy place dot com or stop
on end. They'd love to seewest side of Madison, Fitchburg and sun
Prairie and the full lines are openas well. Six O eight three two
one thirteen ten. That's six Oeight three two one ten. We'll get
you on the air with Tim O'Brienfrom the Healthy Place. We'll take your

(13:37):

thirteen ten. Wibay hanging out withTim O'Brien from the Healthy Place online.
Find you or healthy place dot com. That's fine, You're healthy place dot
com. Great website. How dowe learn more about the Healthy Place?
You can shop right online. Youcan chat with a wellness consultant, all

(13:58):
from a website. Find your HealthyPlace dot com. They are there for
you or there for you as wellin person, whether it's a Fitchburg location,
Sun Prairie, or West side ofMadison, stop on in. They'd
love to see you at the HealthyPlace. And Tim, we always get
so many great questions from folks eachand every week when we do this.
And you guys do this stuff allday every day at the Healthy Place,

(14:20):
don't you. We really do,man, I mean, it's a way
of life. The passion to impactand power and educate came from my mom
battling cancer when I was a littleguy, and much of her recovery was
through natural alternatives. Becky co ownerand wife, you know, her mom
went through a health crisis too andthat led to her passion around natural alternatives.
So it's just it comes from apersonal place of seeing the transformative benefits

(14:41):
and just the knowledge of natural alternatives. Like I always tell people, I
mean, I'm not against the medicalsystem per se. And we have some
of the best doctors and a pharmacistphlebotomis, you know, I mean nurses
in the world in Madison, Wisconsin. Like I am so grateful, like
overflowing because I have kids, youknow, and I have been to these

(15:01):
hospitals and I have seen these doctorsand I'm grateful. And it's about the
natural. It's about knowing about naturalalternatives at the Healthy Place. If you
have the knowledge, that is power, and you are the CEO of your
own health, whether you have takenup that sword or not, you are
in control of taking action or notan action on your own health. And

(15:22):
that's a bit of an AHA momentfor people, because sometimes it's easy to
get into the flow of having otherpeople being responsible for your health. And
it's just a very interesting point andone that I want to sink in.
If you're listening right now, thatyou are the CEO of your own health,
get a team around you, useyour own thought process to decide and

(15:43):
think through and take advice and thenmake decisions based off that advice. The
Healthy Place is built for you. It's built to help people find their healthy
place, and we will when youcome in our stores, you'll see the
difference. We will work hard toimpact, empower educate every customer to learn,
grow and create a lifelong foundation ofhealth and wellness because life really is

(16:06):
a gift and health really is agift, and they're both worth fighting for
and we need to be reminded ofthat because life is busy, life can
be stressful, and for ourselves andthose we love, we got to remember
some of these basic points. Andit's an important you mentioned about the mission.
What's at your core is you know, people getting in and I know
we're we're about midway through the yearand folks kind of assess things, and

(16:30):
I know right around New Years alot of folks really make some assessments.
But I think it's important when youmentioned being the CEO of your own health,
is you are really and there's optionsout there, and there's education,
and there's things out there that canreally help you take control of your life,
take control of your health. Butit literally requires action. It requires
that first step. Once that firststep is taken, things start moving.

(16:52):
But people really need to take thatfirst step, whether it's getting in,
getting online, or consulting someone somewhereto say this is this is the step
I want to take. People justneed to do that, get started and
start now, don't they. Theyjust have to take a step. And
that's where I love. If youhave anything small, medium or large,
just find out The starting place,Sean is find out what natural alternative could

(17:14):
help that issue in your life, whether it's small, medium, or large.
Because once you take that and that, the chances are high seventy you
know that the nutrient whatever we're talkingabout will help you. That's the first
recommendation that a wellness consultant makes foryou, very good chance that it will
impact your life in a way that'slike WHOA, Okay, this has helped
me today, and that opened yourmind, opened your eyes to natural alternatives.

(17:38):
So then the next time you havea question like man, I kind
of have some IBS issues or Ihave asthma, it brings you to that
next step of like, well,I wonder what the natural alternatives are around
this. You know, we allhave a cabinet, a drug cabinet maybe
of different drugs for when this happensand that happens, and why not have
natural alternatives that work that treat asymptom, that straighten your body instead of

(18:00):
something that treats the symptom and hurtsyour body. It's just cool to have
the knowledge around the natural alternatives thatcould impact and change your life. Today
is the day to start that journey, whether you stop on in whether it's
