days of the week as we preparefor February astrologically. And what's really interesting
is there is so little happening atlogically for February that it's almost kind of

difficult to walk through much of theweek. I'm going to do my best
to fill in as much as Ican each day on our social media,

there's just not much other than thisbig full moon approaching. So we will

talk slowly through the day and I'lltake you a little bit through some of
the happenings. Hi Rebel, HiJohn. I know right, it's lonely
without Matt, and so be sureand let him know that he's always wondering
how the shows do and he's nothere. I've moved things around in my

office. As you can see,it's always changing. I've got things going
out for February. I was makingDandy lion salve and flax seed oil and
rice water face spray. It's likewhen people ask about, you know,
my curly hair or what I dowith it. I'm usually using like coconut

oil and flax seed and flax seeds. If you get them at the store
and boil them in water just lightlyfor just a little bit, it starts
to get like like alo via,kind of like jelly, and you just
strain it and it's a homemade gelfor your hair, and it's a no
fragrance and there's a lot of likeamino acids and different things in it that

will help if you have like siasis, eggs ama or dry skin, which
this time of year is just reallydry, especially here in Minnesota. So
I have made up a big,big, big old batch to put in
the kid's hair for their hair geland just brushing their hair at night and
in the morning and stuff, andto keep on their scalp when they're going
between wearing hats and doing winter orsports and all that keeps the friction of

fuzz and bugs. A bay puta little peppermint or tea tree oil in
it and it's really really nice.But anyway, we are going to go
through the astrology and then it mightbe a short show, just depending on

But then I also have a feworacle decks, and I feel like it
usually it goes against my good judgmentif I have anybody out I still have

waiting for a paid reading. It'slike it makes my soul feel bad.
But just because Matt is out ofthe country and we are doing things,

oils where it's at. It's notkidding. It's one of those that I
kind of I'm really I don't wantto say really sensitive too, but my
skin is really sensitive to fragrances.So if I go put on a bunch

of perfume, or if I walkdown the detergent aisle at the grocery store,
if there's a really good chance I'mgoing to start to feel lightheaded and
my skin's gonna feel all itchy andgross. It's like soaps, shampoos,
hair gels, things like that.It gets really annoying that you put it
in your hair and then your hairgets worse. So I often am you

know, and not a lot ofpeople know this. Not a lot of
people know this, But I'm alicensed holistic practitioner, So what the hell
does that mean? Like continuing educationcredits, but mostly just going in and
spending eight weeks of intensive training onways to cut chemicals from your life.
And I mainly did it because Ihad cancer and two thousand and four I

had an irregular papsme or come back, and so I started going through these
treatments instead of surgery. And Ireally learned to do like deodorant, salves,
lotions, medicines, medicines, andnature, whether it be ingested or
topical or you know, just waysto maneuver through nature without depending upon Walmart,

you know. And for me,that was really really an important and
special time in my life. AndI love that information and knowledge. So
with my voice, making detergent,making our own hair gel or like things
like that, it's fun. Doesthat mean that I won't stop somewhere,
especially if we're like, you know, run out the door and I need
something that I'm going to be like, don't by that. Ah No,

that's ridiculous. But if I'm goingto spend money on something, I'm pretty
picky. If it's something I'm gonnause regularly, I'm pretty picky. But

to predict crisis, you know,is it really going to be bad every

bit more of a stronghold of understandingand maybe even maybe a smidgeon of control

because I'm a Virgo and understanding thatthat just really is important to me.
It really helps me find comfort ina situation, and that that's okay.
And so when can I expect thosetimes to happen and when I have a
really emotional day that I don't justfreak out and start being really negative and

to be continued headlines. I wouldsay that Nancy Pelosi situation were like,

you know, the stuff went quieton him and that guy with the hammer,
and then all of a sudden,everybody from like Joe Rogan to you
know, major networks were carrying thestory and it just so happened to be
the exact same like within two daystime period that a bunch of stocks were

sold in his fair Wisner and thena bunch of and then the stock markets
turn to ter measurement, and solike, there were some little waves that
were made in ways that you seeheadlines not reporting one thing but reporting another.
You know, you see just somemajor situations. You know, we're

just seeing some shootings that aren't beingshown that I think are if you can
say a shooting is important. Theheadlines are going one way and not another,
or maybe over here and not overthere. There's a ping ponging,
but it's not so the way thatthat's going to pan out. For tomorrow,

we're going to see Jason coming infrom Australia. I love my Australian

Venus, So Neptune is like thecold hearted bitch out there. Neptune is

fantasies. The romanticism of February willbe in full effect, full effect,

And series is often something that it'sit's like a sharp note hit in a

strong, oftentimes indestructible, annoying markon the wall that you just can't seem
to get rid of. And it'salmost like an indentation in your soul that

you think in your mind. Butit is a time of great change and

everybody in this space is going tobe going through some major transformative the shedding
of the shell, shedding of theshell. Now Saturday nothing, what Saturday
