Speaker 1 (00:12):
Hello or everyone, greetings and salutations. Welcome back to another
episode at the Back of the Back podcast. I'm your host,
Kyle Walker. Thank you so much for tuning in. Welcome
to episode two hundred and one. Hopefully you saw on
Friday on the last Second Win episode, we celebrated our
two hundredth podcast episode, so it was it was fun
like I had a good time doing that episode because
I didn't have to do much. I want to thank
(00:33):
all the people that sent in their video messages for
the two hundredth episode. You all were far far too
kind and we're going to talk about more more about that,
shall we say on Friday's episode, But again, this is
episode two on one. If you did not catch Friday's episode,
it is out there on YouTube if you want to
see all of the glorious people who contributed to the episode,
(00:54):
if you want to see their videos, then go to
YouTube to our page mainly because we definitely need more
YouTube subscribers, and you can see the videos that everyone
submitted and they were really great. So a huge thank
you to everyone who participated. That was a lot of
fun and you guys, again, we're far far too kind
to me and to the podcast. But thank you all
very much. So this past weekend we had one race.
(01:17):
We did the Summer Sizzler ten K. Now, you might
be saying to yourself, the Kyle, you said you were
going to do the fifteen k, And yes, originally, ideally
I was going to do the fifteen k. But here's
what happened. It was an amazing turn of events on
Saturday morning. You aren't even gonna believe how this went down. Okay,
So like I go, all right, I'm at the race.
(01:38):
I am ready to do this fifteen k. And so
the youngest back of the pack at and I. We
were there and we're walking up. She was gonna do
the ten k, and I was signed up for the
fifteen k. And it's a beautiful morning. It was kind
of overcast, it was cooler than it has been. We
had this great cold front come through the area. It's
still amazingly below normal temperatures right now. It's wonderful. All right,
(02:01):
and I'm geared up. I'm ready to go. Man. I
got on my shirt and I got on my shorts. Ideally,
you want to show up to these races dressed. I
think I got the shoes and I'm ready to go
and so we get up there and we go to
pack a pickup and they're like next in line, and
that's me. And so I get up there and I said,
my name is Kyle Walker, and I'd get the fifteen K.
She looks me up on the phone. She goes, yes, yes,
(02:21):
I see you the fifteen K. Do you still want
to do the fifteen K or do you want to
drop down? Well? How hard would it be to drop
to the ten k? Oh? I just have to press
a button? Ah, yes, I would love to drop down
to the ten k. So okay, my stupid dramatizing it side.
They gave me the option to drop down to the
ten k. The reason I dropped down to the ten
(02:42):
k And you might be saying to yourself, the Kyle,
you need miles, and you are not wrong if you
say this thing. I dropped to the ten k because
I still, even a week later, have such a bad
taste in my mouth from the two ten k's of
the previous weekend from REXI run and then Hart for
Ron mc donald hou's charities. Not the race's fault, my fault,
(03:04):
not even my fault. But I had to prove that
to myself. The reason I dropped to the ten k
is I wanted to do a ten k in twenty
degree decreased temperature. We were down at least twenty degrees
from where we were this time last week. All right,
it was a cool for August morning. I wanted to
run the ten k to see really where I am
(03:27):
on my ten k times because the two from last
weekend rexy run in Heartsville Ronald McDonald Holl's charities, those
two ten k's are in my bottom fourth for times
like they were two of maybe my slowest ten ten k's,
and it was because of the heat. It was because
we had excessive heat warnings. We had real feels already
(03:47):
near one hundred. We had due points where your body
was actively breaking down. We went over all that stuff
last week. This is not new information. We had all
that working against us, and on a much cooler, much cloudier,
much nicer day, I wanted to see where I was.
I needed to see for myself. So let's talk about
the summer sizzler ten k. Did run the ten k.
(04:08):
This is out in Overland Park. This is at the
Prairie Fire. If you live around here, if you do
races around here, you've done Prairie Fire. It is the
same loop that we always do for the ten k,
it's the same loop twice, for the fifteen k. For
those few that did the fifteen k, it's the same
loop three times. And all those of you who did
the fifteen k, which I did last year, credit to you.
(04:30):
It was a beautiful day for it, and I'm sure
it was nice to just get your miles in. I
am kind of glad that I went down to the
ten k. Personally, by the end of the ten k,
I was like, you know what, I don't feel terrible
as in the rest of my weekend is going to
be ruined, but I certainly feel like I've done enough
to say I've got some work in today, which is
all I can hope for. Sometimes we start the race again,
nice morning, race started late, race started late, bodies, We've
(04:55):
talked about this. Don't you start your race late? Oh,
and we're going to talk about this more. But here
another reason backtracking to go watch a two hundredth episode.
Although it took me a moment to figure out what
in the world Happy Pace Podcast was doing, you guys
busted my chops and that was glorious. You had me laughing.
I've had people message me to tell me how funny
(05:15):
the two from Happy Pace were as they were giving
me a hard time about my hatred of races starting
late again. It takes you a second, takes you a
second to figure out what they're doing. But when you
figure it out, it's like, oh, well played Happy Pace podcast. Anyway,
there's your huge shout out for this episode. God, that
was funny. AnyWho. So the race started a little late,
but no big deal. Ready to go. The race begins,
(05:36):
Off we go. We start right in front of the
AMC Theater. You know where the start line is. You
immediately take the right turning. You kind of weave through
the shops on either side of Prairie Fire, No big deal,
and then you pop yourself out on Row and then
Row up to one hundred and twenty seven, one hundred
and twenty seventh. You take the right turn. You head
down to I don't ever remember which street that is.
Is it Lamar, is it mart Way? I don't know.
(05:57):
It might be Lamar. Lamar sounds kind of right either
which way? And you take that back down and around
and it's just a big loop. Okay, no problem, We've
done this race before. You definitely get your rolling hills
in there. You got your up, you got your down.
Nothing terrible either way. I do like that the pretty
much last mile of your race is downhill for the
most part, not completely, but for the most part. And
(06:17):
then when you turn on the street that takes it
back in front of Chicken and Pickle. I know it's
a ridiculous name, but we have a place called Chicken
and Pickle. It's pickleball courts, and they serve you chicken. Okay,
it's chicken and pickle. Give me a break. And then
you turn the left in your back in the parking
lot and you finish one lamp. So for the ten
k you do that time, you do that twice. Now,
for my youngest back of the packet, who is in
(06:38):
no running shape at all, the fact that she let
a friend choose her distance for this race was mildly hysterical.
She went out like an asshole. That's just plain and simple.
I'm not giving her hard time. It's nothing I didn't
tell her after the fact. Anyway, she went out like
an a hole and like ran her first mile in
ten and a half or something. For a person who
(06:59):
is not running and regularly. That was a little quickly,
and I saw her up there in front of me.
I never lost track of the bright shirt, Like, why
is she running this quickly? I'm trying to pace myself
for a steady first half of a ten k. So
I catch up with her a little bit after my
marker one as she's starting to slow down a little bit,
and I moved her to the right because hey, when
(07:19):
we have active traffic to our left, can we please
all still try and run to the right a little bit. Jeez,
you get a little too close to the cars. You
make me nervous. Anyway, moved her over to the right
and I continued on. She texted me as I was
finishing up my first loop. She said, well, I mess
anything up if I stop after one lap. As I
(07:39):
texted her back, I said, no, run through the finish line.
Then just go to the tent and tell them you
drop from the ten to the five. They can switch
over in their phones. Is anyone gonna be mad at me? No,
no one's gonna be mad at you. It's fine. I
thought the ten k might kill her, but you had
a friend pick her distance. Don't do that. Just take
the five k until you're built back out to a
ten k. Geez kid. So anyway, after having to exchange
some text messages towards the end of my five k
(08:01):
through the finish line, it went and I head round
for lap two on this one big and we're still
in August, and we're still in the Midwest. Even though
it was cooler, the due point was still pretty high
and the humidity was crazy high. We got a little
rain I think overnight. Some rain was supposed to move
into the rest of the day and never did, never
got here, so we're still dry as a bone out there.
(08:22):
But it was still very human. So it ran the
second half, ran it a little slower, but got it done,
finished the rays, got my medal, took the pictures, blah
blah blah, went over to the table. All right now.
I wasn't worried about age division awards, as I never am.
I wanted to know what my official time was because
I wanted to compare it to the two from previous week.
And I have no problem telling you that at REXI
(08:43):
run last Saturday, I ran my ten k in an
hour twenty five, which for where I've been very lately,
it is it is the slowest ten k I have
run since starting this podcast over three and a half years.
All right, I'll just put it at that. Not my
slowest ten k ever, for sure my slowest ten case
in starting the podcast an hour twenty five at REXI run.
(09:05):
It got even worse the next day as it got
hotter at Hearts for Ronald McDonald House Charities, where I
was an hour twenty seven, an hour twenty seven for
a ten k. And I told you I walked the
last the entire last mile and a quarter from Hearts
for Ronal McDonald house. I know I'm stuttering all over
that name. You say it three times fast, see how
you do? And so I walked that last mile and
(09:25):
a quarter because it was just so hot. My body
was done. Everything was done. I was done, And so
I walked that last bit. All right, So we get
to a nicer day. I wanted to check my time.
I go over there, I check it. I was exactly
one hour thirteen minutes. Okay, So I dropped it fourteen
minutes in six days. If that does not prove to you,
(09:46):
and trust me, it's not like my fitness has gotten better.
I had a lazy week after last week's ten k's
mainly we know, some for recovery and some just because
it was darn hot and I was tired of the
heat basically, but bringing it down from one twenty seven
on a Sunday to one thirteen, and it was one
thirteen exactly on a Saturday. Okay, who it's not all
(10:09):
completely me. Some of it's me. It's not all completely me,
but it was majority. Most of the issue was that
weather in which we had to mess with. It was awful.
So if your time sucked, if you feel like you
did horribly last weekend, or if you're just in the
area where you have to run some weekends in excessive
(10:31):
brutal heat and your times aren't quite what you want,
guess what I can confirm it is the heat that
is jacking with you. So it was good. That was
the main reason why I moved down to the ten K.
I just had to really see where I was at
and see how I felt on a nicer day. It's
still not where I want to be, and it was
nowhere close to a pr But man, we have so
many ten k's coming up in the area as we're
(10:53):
heading towards the heartland. Thirty k series. I'm gonna have
chances for improvement now. The race itself a good time,
two loops, no problem. There are a few people doing
the fifteen K. I definitely got lapped by the elite
fifteen kres. Good job out of all them. Good job
to everyone who finished fifteen k. It was starting to
get a little spicy towards the end of that race. Terrible, No,
(11:14):
a little spicy, yes, So Sarah, good job out of
you and anyone else who were doing the fifteen K.
I know there were a few more people, and I
have forgot because well, I forget those things. It's been
more than five minutes, so I forgot. So the medal
was pretty cool. Here let me show you the medal
right now here. It is the Summer Sizzler fifteen K
and the surfboard. Here spins. See look at that and
they cool spins. We to go. It's got a little
(11:38):
love the frosted glass in the background. Here the surfboard spinning.
Here's the ribbon and yes, if you see it, jeez,
here is a little button for the age division award.
I was first for my age in the ten k
and thank you to the youngest back of the packet,
who made sure to ask the people at the table, oh,
(12:01):
what was he one for one or one out of one?
And they looked down and looked up and looked at
her and said, yeah, yeah, I was one out of one.
Shut up still an age division warp dag nabbitt. So anyway,
a nice little metal, though it is not the metal
that I saw advertised, so I was a little confused
about that. The one that I saw on the website
and everything was some flamingos. I wonder if maybe the
(12:24):
fifteen Cares got a different metal, maybe I downgraded myself
into a lesser metal. Still a cool metal. It's not
like it's a repeat from last year, but it's not
the flamingo one that I saw online. So be curious
to know if maybe the fifteen Cares only got a
different metal than maybe the ten and five K. Very
well could be. It does not say on the ribbon
any distance, so I don't know. I am simply left
(12:47):
to guests. Other than that, though not a big deal
I said to last year, I'll say it this year.
Good job by bodies, no issues, no problems. Started a
couple of minutes late. Okay, eight stations were there eight
stations were supplied. Eight stations were stocked probs this year. Okay,
so I think I mentioned this last year. I'll mention
it again. When you come down to the finish line,
(13:08):
if you're doing more than the five k, you actually
go through the finish line, under the finishing arch and
around for your next lap. They are keeping track on
their computer and we'll even say, oh, here comes Kyle Walker.
He's one lap down, one to go, So they keep
track of it right there. No problem. Last year they
had the aid station right before or right after you
go through the arch, so you go down by fifty
(13:29):
feet and there was the aid station if you're doing
more than one lap. This year they set the aid
station up right in front of the arch, and so
for me it was just the one lap. But I
slowed down and got my drink and basically carried my
water almost up to the arch and then ran through.
I think I liked it better on the backside because
it just feels weird slowing down with the finish line
(13:52):
right in front of you. Now, again for me, it
was just for one lap. I get that, no problem,
but it just it was odd. Yeah, I'm sure you
understand what I'm saying, but Elich Way, I got my
one drink at that aid station, went through the auction,
completed the lap, so no problem. But the aid stations
were there, they were stocked, no problems. Volunteers were there,
Police had the roads blocked, cones were set up, so
it was safe, it was supported, it was it was
(14:13):
a good event. So no arguments there. Now I want
to move on to something. And you know I've told
you my favorite topic is listener request. This isn't really
a listener request. This was sent to me yesterday by
my main man, Russell Russell Much Love, and he's like, hey,
you got to do this one. And I read about
it and like, okay, a few things, A, Yes I
(14:34):
have to do this, and B you all have to
do it with me, and see we might have to
all go do it together in twenty twenty six. There's
not enough time to make it happen twenty twenty five.
But I want to tell you about a race. This
race has not reached out to talk to me. They
are even really sponsored, or they're not supported by anything.
It sounds like it's more of a group run. It's
(14:56):
just a thing that people get together and do there's
no registration fee for it, and it sounds like there's
really no official medal. It's just kind of a thing.
So I am going to tell you today because why
not have a little fun about it. About the Taco
Bell fifty k Ultra Marathon. This is the most ridiculous
race I've ever heard of, and I'm telling you for
(15:18):
twenty twenty six. We all got to be in on this.
Let's get a group. If you're in, let me know,
because I'm in. It'd be the stupidest thing we've ever done.
But it's gonna be fun, all right. Here we go,
the eighth edition of the International Taco Bell fifty k
Ultra Marathon. YEP. It has been described as urban legend.
It is more mysterious than the Barklay Marathons. The International
(15:39):
Taco Bell fifty K boasts a higher DNF rate than
the famed Leadville one hundred trail race. The lore of
the genesis for this race dates back to hot tub
Stoic Russian short king from New York and sussy. I
don't even know what this means. Again, their sight is ridiculous.
The race has been annually in Denver, Colorado, in early October,
(16:03):
which coincidentally coincides with International Taco Day. It is a
good idea to engage in gastric training. If you complete
the challenge, you will be deemed a survivor, revered and
heckled for life. Again, their descriptions even ridiculous. So this
takes place in Saturday or in October Saturday, October fourth,
(16:24):
twenty twenty five. Again, I might look at this in
twenty twenty six. Start time at seven thirty in the morning,
and it is located in Denver, Colorado. Okay, great, what
I can see here? It is a big loop around
the city, all right. So this is not out in
the middle of gods nowhere. This is a big loop
around Denver, Colorado. Here are the race rules, as ridiculous
(16:45):
as the description I just kind of read to you.
The race rules. Number one, be present at all ten
taco bell stops along the courses. Things are just one course,
zero tolerance for course cutting. Eat a menu item from
at least nine of the ten taco bell stops. By
(17:08):
the fourth stop. All entrance must have consumed at least
one one chalupa Supreme or one crunch wrap Supreme. Dietary
restrictions will be allowed within reason Oh good. Number four.
By the eighth stop, all entrance must have consumed at
(17:28):
least one Burrito Supreme or one not so Beel Grande.
Dietary restrictions will be allowed within reason. Number five finish
in under eleven hours. Number six drinks do not count
as food. Number seven. Terns must keep all receipts and
(17:49):
wrappers for confirmation of stupidity. At the end of the run.
Number eight, an off course bathroom break will be allowed
at one wash park. Number nine. Survivors and that's all
in capital letters will eventually get a comminative commemorative item
after successful completion of the run. I love how it
(18:11):
says eventually you'll eventually get something and the metal Now
who knows. Number ten. If you intend to participate RSVP
with your statement of intent. Once you RSVP, you are in.
This is like the Goblet of Fire. Here you go,
Harry Potter fans, there's your reference for today. Number eleven.
(18:32):
No on course pepto alka, seltzer, pets at ac or
Mitlanta will be allowed. You know someone who's gonna crab
themselves doing this race right, Like that's just gonna happen.
Number twelve, additional rules may be added, amended, or changed
to promote the intent of this run, which is to
(18:53):
do something completely stupid. And then rule number thirteen congratulations
with a question mark at the end. So there's the
rules to the Taco Bell fifty k does say down
here at the bottom. There's some as Diablo challenge, lather
all items with Diablo sauce and do a Diablo shooter
(19:13):
at the end. And then in the double asterisk Baja
Blast Challenge, drink and aggregate of two leaders of Baja
Blast during the run without vomiting. So this actually does
have a charity partner. The police consider donating to our
official charity partner, Achilles International, the Denver Chapter. All proceeds
(19:37):
go directly to disabled runners in the Denver area for
race entry fees, running shoes, and running related equipment. I
guess you can also donate. So far, two blind runners
are Taco Bell fifty k survivors. So that was brought
to my attention and I had so I had to
tell you about this again. The International Taco Bell fifty
(19:58):
k Ultra Marathon Denver, Colorado again this year runs October
fourth and twenty twenty five. I already know. I'm out
on that. That is six days after my ultra marathon.
So no, not happening for me next year. If there's
enough stupid people interested in being stupid with me, maybe
we get a little something. Maybe we get a little something.
(20:20):
And look, I'm not even a Taco Bell fan. I
actually can't stand Taco Bell. I do not choose to
go eat there. I do not ever want anything from there.
The last time I had Taco Bell willingly, oh boy,
ten ten years ten years ago. Maybe I do not
do Taco Bell often. A I'm not a big fast
(20:40):
food person, and b if I am getting fast food,
you can bet it's going to be a frozen hamburger
patty in between some stale bread, as opposed to all
the things that Taco Bell does. So that's yeah. But
for the sake of this challenge, I will do it.
And then my guy Russell also said he thinks that
like the finisher medal, isa a packet of Taco Bell
(21:02):
hot sauce on a string, there's your furnisher medal. It
sounds stupid, but you know what have we said at
this point, we're collecting experiences. So if anyone's interested in
that reach out to me, reach out to the podcast.
I'm giving it serious thought. I hate to say it,
but I'm giving it serious thought. I I'm sorry, I mean,
what you need to do anyway, I had to bring
(21:23):
that up. All right, a few more things before we
wrap up today. Last Thirder's Day was the first run
from the Chasing Rabbits run club but at the back
of the back podcast and Discourse Brewery. To everyone who
showed up, thank you so stinking much. What a fun
time that was. I mean, seriously, what an amazing evening
that was. I had an absolute blast. I think everyone
(21:45):
had a good time. What I really loved. Ah, my
boy Clint was there. Clint much love. But he was
talking to other people. He is not a part of
the running world, like he'll be the first to tell
you like this is not his Jim honest thing. He
came out to be supportive, but he was talking a
lot of the other runners there and he asked me, oh,
are you out because of the podcast went on, a
lot of these people hadn't even heard of the podcast,
(22:06):
which I actually think is great. A we can introduce
them to it, and B it's not just the podcast.
The listeners that were coming out for this group run,
people who needed a Thursday night run, people who were
looking for a new run group, people who just wanted
to get some additional models, or people who knew of
the brewery but didn't know of the podcast. So it
wasn't just podcasts listeners that were out there. There were
people from all over the place who came out to
(22:28):
experience the group run. And I think, I hope and
pray everyone had a good time. It certainly seemed that way.
Discourse was a lovely host, It was a great evening.
And to all of those who showed up, and I
think we were somewhere around twenty people, thank you so much. Man.
That was awesome, amazing turnout for the first night. Hopefully
everyone had a good time and good experience and want
(22:48):
to come back for more. Remember, for this group run,
we do it every two weeks, all right. It is
not in every Thursday thing. It is in every other
Thursday thing. Our next running will be on Thursday, September fourth.
The reason and that is important. I know that that
is the opening night of the NFL season. It is
not the opening night of the Kansas City Chiefs. It
is just the opening nine of the NFL, so of
(23:10):
course we will have the game all in at the Brewery.
That's gonna be our first themed run night. Your theme.
Wear a football shirt, whatever your team is. If it's Chiefs,
we're Chiefs. If it's Broncos, we're Broncos. I'm gonna make
fun of you. If it's Raiders, don't show up. No
one likes you. Where the colors of whatever team you support.
Wear a jersey, wear a T shirt, wear a running shirt, whatever,
(23:32):
wear a hat. That's gonna be our theme. Our theme
is the NFL. The theme is the start of football season,
so we're gonna wear some NFL gear and that is
our theme for September fourth at Discourse Brewery six thirty
pm for the Chasing Rabbits run Club. I hope you
will consider joining us. I think everyone had a really,
really good time with it. I had a blast, can't
wait to go back for more. And we're just gonna
(23:54):
keep on going and it's gonna be super fun. As
for the podcast, this weekend coming up on Saturday, we
this is wow. Labor Day Weekend. Wow, the unofficial end
of summer is already here. Labor Day Weekend, Saturday, morning.
We're gonna be at the brand new Never Run before,
taking the place of Loggerhead Outawa Half Marathon in Ottawa, Kansas.
So about an hour drive for me in the morning,
(24:15):
and we're gonna be running a new course with a
new medal. Finally saw a picture of the medal. Looks great,
well done Brad from a casing running company. And that's
gonna be our Saturday morning. So half marathon here we go.
It's been a while. Think the last half marathon. What
was the last half marathon we did? It was a
hospital Hill. Might have been Hospital Hill unless I did
one after it that I'm just forgetting about either. It's trade.
(24:36):
It's been a while since we've gone half marathoning because
there's not many of them in summertime. August thirtieth, Ottawa
Half Marathon, Ottawa, Kansas. I believe there's still time to
sign up if you want to. The day after that,
I'm actually signed up for a five k as well.
Got to keep putting the miles on, getting ready fIF
fifty miler And while it's gonna hurt, it is for
a good cause. It's the oas in for ever five k.
(24:56):
It is at Lexington Lake, Park in DeSoto, Kansas, benefiting
an animal shelter. It's dogs. How can you not love
going to dogs? The five k is just a lap
around the lake and then back easy five k beautiful.
That park is where I actually did the Virtual Marine
Corps Marathon way back in twenty twenty when that race
got canceled, but we still wanted to medal because it
(25:17):
was super cool. So we did the Virtual Marine Corps
Marathon at that lake, at that park, doing that loop.
So I hope you can come out and join us
on that. And then we signed up for another five
k because it is a holiday weekend and apparently I
don't like to sleep in, so on Labor Day is
the Leewood Labor Day Dash. I think it's at a
new location this year, so everyone double checked that if
you're signing for that race. Maybe I'm wrong, but it
(25:40):
might be in a new location. It says something like
Leewood Park, which is not the business that we used
to be at either, which way, check that. But that
is the anniversary when we ran Leewood last year. That
was my three hundredth race, so kind of cool. It's
a little meaning behind that particular five k. We'll be
back for it this year. I don't know number that
(26:00):
makes it this year. If they're a three fifty something,
I think three fifty three sixty right in that area,
which lines up with it being about a year ago.
So that's gonna be a fun one as well. So
hopefully we see you there. Hopefully we see you at
one of the three races we have coming up for
this Labor Day weekend. And then after that, don't forget,
we go right into the Heartland thirty K series and
it's Plasia ten k, Woodstock ten k, Bulevard ten k,
(26:22):
and they're all coming. I've right the day before the
Bulevard ten k, we have the Zoo run on the
twenty and so Zoo run in there as well, and
then the twenty seventh is Ultra Marathon day for me.
So September is already chuck full of races like September
is the big racing month. And am I completely ready
for it? Absolutely? Hell to the no, I'm not. Is
(26:44):
it almost here anyway? Yes? It is? Because when I
talk to you all again, if I do the man,
oh my gosh, it's gonna be September. It's gonna be
Labor Day. We will have an episode drop on Labor
Day hopefully, and check it out. When you check it out,
I understand it's holiday. People are gonna abule to do
their thing, doing whatever. Get to the episode when you can,
and then don't forget to watch Second Win episodes on YouTube.
(27:06):
If you want to see it again, just search up
the Back of the Back podcast. It's easy. We need
more subscribers, Please go subscribe to the YouTube channel. What
is taking you so long? If you ever want to
see a Friday episode, you have to see it on
Facebook on YouTube. Not on Facebook. We're not putting it
on Facebook. We're putting on YouTube. There's too many platforms
out there anyway. All Right, I think that's all I got.
(27:30):
That's it for this episode. Join us Friday as we
kind of wrap up our month long celebration of the
March to two hundred and on Friday. I'm it's my retort.
Friday is going to be my retort to the two
hundredth episode and everything that everyone else had to say.
So I think I think we're go and we're gonna
have fun with it, because again, there was zero ill
(27:50):
will or zero ill intention. It was great, it was
awesome and I want to make sure I give these
people their flowers for even choosing to contribute to that episode,
and it's gonna be super fun. So that's gonna do it.
