Kristi Tornabene is an aging health coach. She has had this dream of helping people since she was a child. She didn't know God would send her the information, by way of experience, to help others achieve health as they aged. Learning about biochemical reactions through her Microbiology and Medical Technology degree, she applies scientific principles in aiding older adults to stay healthy and strong as they age. She experienced a genetic polymorphism in her family which causes Parkinson's, Lewy Body Dementia, and Lou Gehrig's disease. Pain and energy loss had to be overcome. She has helped herself, and her friends feel better. A type 1 diabetic told her she feels better, and an 80-year-old lady who used her principles lost 90 pounds in five months. These scientific principles are supported by two tests that help the layperson understand why some people choose what to eat and do well, and how we can learn what to eat and also do well. The goal is to feel fit at any age.
There is a step-by-step process to bring you back to health or keep you healthy. We all need the same nutrients to power our metabolic cycles that run our energy and sleep cycles. Adding the basics will help you feel fit at any age and rejuvenate so you will keep looking well too.
