(00:00):
There he is. There is ayoung guy. You guys, you have
no idea. We got our cupof Joe ready for you. I don't
know if you could. Yeah, that's hilarious. We got our free Joe
Exata cups and uh hey, Joe, for the first thing I want to

(00:21):
tell you is when when you getout of prison, we're flying you out
to Vegas. That's fine. I'mthere, dude, and we're having a
whole last weekend together. That's fine. I'm up for that. Well,
Joe, we'll just jump right intoit. I know we only have thirty
minutes. First and foremost, justwant to thank you for your time all
right now, my pleasure. Iappreciate you giving me your boys. That's

(00:45):
that's what counts. Right now,we're going to jump right into this.
I guess the the how we'd liketo kick this off with you is,
you know, right now you areserving you know, twenty one year sentence.
You know, on your Instagram you'vebeen talking about a series of things.
I know a couple of years agoyou had some different retrial stuff.

(01:07):
We've talked, you know, you'veposted about the pardons. You know,
try and engage President Trump ex PresidentTrump current president Joe Biden, even seeing
that you engage, you know, try to engage with Kim Kardashian. So
just would like to hear a littlebit current state of Joe exotic. Where
are you at right now? Howare things going? Well? You know,

(01:30):
I'm I'm down here in Florida fora civil hearing because I found a
lawsuit against that clown that stole mymusic and claimed that my music was his
and Netflix paid him for it.You know, so I didn't get shut
I didn't get ship out on Netflix. You know, my my husband at
the time, took and signed acontract foot in Netflix sold all of my
my video footage because I didn't filmfor that place, they used all of

(01:53):
my old footage. And then yeah, you know, and and he took
and sold all of my clothes toa museum. I guess out there in
Vegas. Some clown has all ofmy clothes and stuff. What the hell?
How does he? Yeah? Yeah, so, uh, you know,
and then and then when I filedfor divorce. You know, keep

(02:14):
in mind, this clown was homelesswhen I met him. Two point six
million dollars worth of assets left, left me in prison with nothing. Okay,
so this this law shape here meansa lot to me because this is
the first step of Joe taking hislife back. I love that. I
love that. And and on thatnote, Joe, I know you have

(02:38):
on the coming up on the twentythird of this month, we got a
free Free Joe Exotic Day, wegot the protest happing down there, and
obviously the launch of your new websiteas well. So talk to us a
little bit about that goals, whatyou're looking to try to get out of
that. Okay, Well, onthe twenty third, at nine o'clock in

(03:00):
the morning. Uh, it startsat the Federal Courthouse in front of the
Federal Courthouse and Pensacola, Florida. And at ten o'clock Guy will be there
in court. Uh and it shouldbe open court. Uh so that way
people can can attend their hearing.U. But man, let me tell
you, Florida has went Joey thoughtit crazy. They they even Dalon painted

(03:27):
the bridge downtown. Did you seethat on my social media where they painted
the bridge. Yeah, they paintedthe bridge. There is film cruise from
from Canada coming in. There's newscruise from all over coming in. I
did a two hour interview with someof Trump's people the other night, and
he plans on sending some of hiscampaign people over there. Congressman Congressman Congressman

(03:53):
Gains's is we're hoping to be there. Uh So this is this is the
first step of showing the politicians howthe public think that what is being done
to me is wrong. And I'mhoping that enough people show up that that
it might show the Biden administration.Hey, look, you know you need

(04:16):
to do something about this now, because you're the clown that stood there on
that drive in theater when COVID wasgoing on, when he was campaigning and
making all these promises about justice andreform, justice and prison reform. Me
does shit right, So you knowevery person that's there is a potential voter.

(04:36):
So that's what the message that I'mgoing to get across to Trump and
to Biden. And you know, the Trump people have begged me and begged
me to suspend my campaign and putall my support behind Trump. And you
know, I voted for him intwenty sixteen. I couldn't vote in twenty

(04:56):
twenty because I was already in jail. But I'm scared to put all of
my eggs in the Trump basket rightnow, because look, man, I've
been through this corrupt system. I'mstill in this corrupt system. And guys,
I'm ninety one felony indictments. I'mthey're gonna fuck him over somehow,
some way, they're gonna keep himfrom winning the selection. Man, Joe,

(05:21):
We'll see, We'll see. I'mcurious to see how that's gonna come
out. I'm true. By theway, I don't know if if we
went over that, but I hada question for you. How does it
feel, you know, getting allthe support from you know, people in
office, certain celebrities. It feelslike all of these people they just they
love you, you know, andthey see the injustice that's happening with you.

(05:42):
How does that make you feel?Seeing all the support on the internet
and just all over the place. You know, guys that honestly, that's
the only thing that's kept me fromswinging from the water pipe was a bed
sheet, no lie. My firsttwo years and eight months in jail was
in solitary confinement. And let metell you, they did that so I
couldn't hire lawyers. I couldn't fightmy case, I couldn't help build my

(06:05):
case. I had to trust theseworkless fucking public defenders, and it was
a plan they had. They didthis for a plan. But let me
tell you what we do. Twopeople in America in jail you can't do
to a dog in a humane society. You just can't. And it's got

(06:26):
to it's got to change, man. You know, do you realize I
mean, I'm a number guy.Do you realize that there's two hunt There's
two million people incarcerated in jail todayin America and there's one hundred and sixty
five thousand in federal prison a loan, you have a one in two hundred
and thirty chance of being arrested inthis country and put in jail. That's

(06:53):
scary because we only have three hundredand thirty million people in this country.
We're one of the least populated country. He's on the planet with the most
in prison. What why? Why? You know? I think it's funny
and I give him a really hardtime about the southern border. You know,
the bullsheit with the border and thewar on drugs. Look, if

(07:15):
you can't keep drugs out of afenced in federal prison, you are never
going to keep them from crossing thatborder. You just turn okay, because
because the guards in federal prison areselling met for seven thousand bucks an ounce.
Jesus wow, Joe, I hadto have I have one more question

(07:36):
for you. You know, Ihave a brother. He was a carsted
for fifteen years in federal prison.Right now. You know you said that
you were in a solitary confinement forthe first two years. Right now.
I want to I want to hearyou talk about that a little bit.
But I'm curious. Do you thinkthat the mistreatment is coming from because of

(07:59):
the fact that you had this massive, massive hit on Netflix, obviously referring
to Tiger Kings. Do you think? Okay, Well, you got to
keep in mind I was arrested Septemberthe seventh of twenty and eighteenth, and
Netflix didn't come out until March oftwenty twenty, right, that's true,
Okay, So they kept me insolitary confinement only to further the agenda,

(08:22):
to keep me for winning my casebecause I couldn't center myself a political prisoner
for the big cats saved. Yetthat's what this was all about. That
is that is all this was about. And and you know, as the
minute Tiger King came out, thenThey nicknamed that bill the Tiger King Bill,

(08:43):
and it passed because they made melook like this this fucking idiot on
television that had this crazy man that'sgot tigers. They made Doc Intel look
crazy. Caroll Baskin, we knowis crazy. Uh you know, you
know. So this was this wasa political agenda only to pass the Vicent

(09:03):
Safety Act. And what a lotof people don't understand, guys, is
is I can I can lay thiscompletely out. And this is why they
didn't want me to lay in thisout of court. The director of the
Federal Fish and Wildlife and back intwenty eighteen when I was arrested, his
name was Dan ash Okay, andhe wasn't just the director of the Federal

(09:26):
Fishing Wildlife. He was the presidentof the American Zoological Association and him and
Carol put together the Global Reva Federationof Animal Sanctuaries. Okay, So they
came up with this plan to passthe Mcent Safety Act, and I fought
it for eleven years. I keptit from passing for eleven years. So

(09:46):
they get me put in prison, they get this bill passed, and guess
who's exempt from from owning tigers inthis country, the American Zoological Association,
and the Globe Federation Animal Thacius Right, So he used his position as a
government official to pass a law thatbenefited his private nonprofit organization, which is

(10:16):
illegal. Okay, it's creating anillegal monopoly for their nonprofits. But they
pulled it off. They got awaywith it. But I'm not done one
thing yet. Okay. We're slowlyeducating everybody about how this all went about.
Because the market in tigers is giganic. I made twenty thirty thousand dollars

(10:37):
a day just letting people pet babytigers. You know, nothing wrong with
it. You know, the onlyway to educate somebody about something is to
have something. Because you're never goingto go to Siberia, you're never going
to go to India, and you'renever going to see a wild tiger.
So if I can set a cupin your laugh for fifteen minutes and get
you to help me save the onesin the while, that was the plane.

(11:01):
Okay, Carol, you know youlook up per tax record for Bigcat
Rescue. She has fourteen million dollarsfourth assets. She's made her millions off
the tigers. You know, it'sa lucrative business. Was I pissed broke
all the time? Yeah, becauseI never got rid of one. I
had two hundred and sixty tigers andthirty seven lions and forty one hybrids,

(11:24):
you know, and not to mentionthe monkeys and everything else that I had.
My food bill and my payroll isjust out of the world. But
yeah, I'm a political prisoner forthe Big can's safety. At well,
let me ask you, Joe.First off, I'm Lucas. By the
way, it's a pleasure to talkwith you. I feel like and I'm

(11:46):
curious to get your opinion on this, but while it being incarcerated, you
know, whether or not you're tryingto prove innocence, and believe me,
we're all on your side here,so you know, free Joe exotics definitely
a big part of our agenda. But whether you're innocent or not, I
feel like the correctional facilities are meantto prevent society from impacting those same types

(12:09):
of things over and over and mepersonally, when I see you, you
know obviously on TV and things likethat, you don't seem like the type
that we should be worried about fora repeat offense, even if any of
that stuff was realistic. Can yousay, Okay, n you know I
have a strong will, Okay,I haven't. I haven't smoked a cigarette
in six years. I haven't tooka drunk drinking alcohol that's made in here

(12:33):
in six years. And I havenot touched any drugs in here in six
years. Because I refuse to becomean inmate because I don't belong here,
and I'm gonna get out of hereand I am going to make some differences.
But the sad part about what Ido see in here, I'm in
general population in Texas and with fourteenhundred people, anywhere between fourteen and sixteen

(12:56):
hundred depends on how many people thatmaken sleep on the floors, you know,
because we just got tok we gotto fill the prisons that bad.
But the sad part is is ifyou come to prison and you're not a
junkie, and you serve more thanthree or five years in here, you're
leaving with no hope because you willbe a junkie. And that's what I

(13:20):
refuse to become. And in FortWorth, I sleep in a bus stop
what they call a bus stop, and there's sixteen inmates in there. Okay,
and these people are all forty fifty, sixty, seventy years old and
they set around unconscious, drooling liketwo year olds because of smoking K two.

(13:43):
And it's ignored. The Bureau ofPrisons just accepts it. And it's
sad that people are. You know, you're right, there's no correcting anything
that goes on in here. There'sno drug programs for no treatment programs.
You know when when the guards arethe one selling it for seven thousand bucks

(14:07):
an hours, and and and sellingcell phones for three and four thousand bucks
apiece, you know that they buya Walmart for a hundred bucks. It's
the system. And until I canget a loud enough voice to whoever is
the power to be, and rightnow it's Joe Biden. I got to
wake him up enough to quit eatingice cream and sniffing kids' heads. You

(14:30):
know, it took me a chancetill the hell is going on here?
But nothing, nothing that's going onhere is right okay. And I've been
caught with two cell phones. Youknow, I've lost my good time over
it. I spend time in thehole and everything else over cell phone.
But trust me, I have overone hundred photos and pictures and videos of

(14:52):
what really goes on in here, for everything from people sitting around shooting up
to staff stealing everything, to themold and the algae and everything else that
we currently live in. And atsome point, guys, you know,
I offered it to President Trump theother night to meet my team at Marlargo
and let him look at all ofthis because before November, if I have

(15:16):
to live in the hole the restof my life, I'm going to fuck
up this election because I'm going tolet the voting people know what the hell's
going on in here. If PresidentTrump for President Biden never want to take
this information and change what's going onin here, or at least bow to
change what's going on here. JillWill, do you know, are you
worried at all about your safety whenyou talk about these things? You know

(15:39):
they I haven't, you know,if it wasn't for this jail right here,
This is probably the best place I'veever been because the federal prison takes
my phone rights away from me.I haven't used a phone in two years.
I've never had a visit face toface, Okay, they keep me
from doing that, And the Fedprison system doesn't have these video machines.

(16:03):
So I've never done this either. So this is the first time in two
years. I've even talked to anyoneon the phone. Wow. Yeah,
we're honored. Yeah yeah, yeah, But it's all it's all because they
don't want me telling the truth, right, jo, I have I have
a question. You know, withthe notoriety that you have, and you

(16:26):
mentioned you being a general public andobviously all these horrendous things that happened,
do you ever fear for your safetybecause of you, for for from the
inmates? Absolutely not. I have. I spent five months next to the
unibomber Ted Kazinski. Uh yeah,in North Carolina when I was fighting cancer.

(16:48):
I've been in the same cell uhin isolation with one of the head
members of the Santeloa cartel. Uhyeah. You know, I get I
get along with with every gang inin prison because my business is good,
my money is good, my mind, my own business, my word is

(17:10):
good. And that's just how youget along in here. I mean,
having the celebrity status does help, you know, to a point. Uh,
but it's it makes me more dangerousfor the guards and it does the
inmates right right right, right,Hey, you know a question for you,
And just real quick is do youhave a timer on your end just

(17:32):
so we kind of know how Ican't see anything? Okay, okay,
cool? Well, yeah, acouple more questions here for sure. But
what I'd like to dive into is, uh, you know, Joe,
looking looking at all your success, looking at the past, just everything that
you've been through. Is there anythingwhen you think about your past that you
truly regret and you wish you couldhave done differently? You know? The

(17:55):
only the only thing that that Iregret, and that's not even meeting or
picking on kill basket. What Iregret is letting Jeff Lowe and James Garrison
in my circle because they're the they'rethe ones who too caused all this.
Okay, me and Carol. Youknow, she just did an interviews the
other night and and I say thesame things she does. Netflix portrayed our

(18:18):
feud to be a whole lot worsethan it really was. You know,
it was about marketing. You know. She she built a website called nine
one Animal abuse dot com and Iwas her most wanted because she didn't agree
with baby Tiger's being used to beatpet you know, and she made millions

(18:38):
that way, she got her animalrights people to donate money and follow her
because she made me oswer me ananimal user. Well, I was probably
the first one ever to even havea TV show on the Internet. Okay,
we didn't even know what podcasts wereback then. We just called it
an internet show. And that's thatwhere Joe Exotic TV came from. And

(19:03):
I made money, and I madeshit tons of money, and I had
shit tons of followers, convincing theworld that Carol was that shit crazy because
she was so easy to do thatwith. Because who else in their fifties
wears flowers on their head? Youknow, and and and you know,
because I was an ex police chief, I stuck my nose where it didn't

(19:26):
belong. I investigated Don Lewis's disappearance, and she killed him. I mean,
out of all my training and allof my investigation. I have her
original diary, which no one has. I have his original patent attorney.
I have everything, and she killedhim. She got away with murder.
But you know what, to thisday, I still I still don't have

(19:51):
the old feelings towards her like Ido Jeff Low Because if you guys look
at the new website, that Joexoticofficialdot com and the evidence lank. The
phone recordings, those phone recordings betweenJeff and Lauren are off of their own
phones. Okay. They turned overtheir phones and their hard drives to my

(20:11):
lawyer, John Phillips, thinking thatthey erased everything. Well, they forgot
to go to the backside of thephone and erase everything, Okay. So
he retrieved four hundred and sixteen phonerecordings and videos, and those videos of
them admitting to raping girls and howhe drugged Lauren to make or have sex
with other men. That shit wasreal going on at my zoo. Okay.

(20:34):
He would lure girls in to thezoo using baby tigers, get them
over to the cabin and drug themand him and Lauren would videotape them having
sex with them. And that's whatstarted on the downhill slide of the zoo.
And you know one thing that alot of people don't know is there

(20:55):
was a lady in Vegas, okay, and they would send in the office
all long and they would lure peoplein and they would pay their airplane tickets
to the zoo. And there wasthis girl from Las Vegas that they flew
to Oklahoma City. They went andpicked her up, and it turned out
to be an Asian older lady namedMimi out there in Vegas. Okay,

(21:18):
Well, they were pissed off becauseshe was old and she would play in
the same print they were okay.So I don't know if they drugged her
that night or if she just wentto sleep, but they dug through her
suitcase and they found a book ofover seventy five young girls that she had
the measurements of everything about them, and she was sex trafficking these young Asian

(21:38):
girls out in Vegas. All right. So Jeff stands on the front porch
of the office the next morning andshe comes up there and he goes,
you're either gonna turn I'm either gonnaturn you in or you're gonna cut me
in. And it was like shestruck gold. Dude. He went,
him and her went to Vegas. The next day, they all went Vegas,

(22:00):
Him, Lorning, and Mami wentto Vegas. James is the one
who did the fake driver's licenses andgot the fake leases. He signed the
leases under fake names in order forthem to have these sex trafficking houses out
in Vegas. We have all ofthis now, but they wouldn't let me
explain any of this in court ofwhat you know, between him trying to

(22:25):
kill me and now you see Allenverified that they were trying to kill me.
Okay, between that all of thesex bullshit that he was doing at
the zoo and the illegal he was, he is the one who sold uh
the Paul Boys that baby tigers thatthe Paul Boys got caught with out in
Beverly Hills. He sold them tothat in a hotel in Vegas. I

(22:48):
have the pictures. Okay, dud, the dude was just bad news.
Him and James are just crazy criminals. But why did the government cover up
everything that they were doing? Isthe part I don't understand. To put
me in prison so you couldn't bea baby tiger? It's crazy. I
can't even believe this is happening. So that's when I left the zoo.

(23:11):
I literally called Pete myself and BrittanyPete with Pete helped me move over one
hundred caps, my bears, myprimates, everything because I wanted to leave
the zoo. When Travis died,I was done. I threw in the
towel between Jeff James and Carol andthen Travis dian I was done, so

(23:33):
I wanted to leave. In Junethe sixteenth, twenty eighteen, I left.
I came to Gulf Friese, Florida. I've been in a house,
got a jump orshing dishes on thebeach at a restaurant called peg Leg Pets.
Three months later, they still hadto concoctition murder for higher story and
put me in prison. I walkedaway and gave them a beautiful zoo and

(23:55):
it wasn't enough. Okay, Soif you look at YouTube today at my
zoo in my house, it wasn'tabout them making money or wanting to take
care of tigers. It was aboutdestroying Joe. Because they took that doors
off of my house. They lethorses live in my house. My house
is completely destroyed now and the zoo, the weeds are taller than the cages.

(24:18):
It's a ghost town. When itcould have been a multi million dollar
facility after Tiger came. They couldhave made millions. But it wasn't about
that. It wasn't about that.It was about destroying Joe. So all
right, Joe being on before thecut lockhost, is there any messages that
you wanted to get out to yourfans from this point. You know.

(24:40):
Uh, no, I don't needyour money. I don't want your money.
In six years, I've never bakedfor money. What I need is
your voice. Okay, every ghostBiden and Trump puts put free Joe E's
out of in the comments. Schedulea protest in Las Vegas. That would
hit world news. You know,Uh, it would take nothing to schedule

(25:03):
protests in your city around the countrybefore this election. And it's again,
it's not about just me. It'sabout the two million people that are currently
going through what I'm going through andthe possibility to you, your kids or
your loved ones are gonna end upgoing through the same thing too. So
uh, spread the evident flank arounddo all of that. You know what,

(25:25):
everybody, I'm Joe exaticant. Thanksfor tuning into the before the cut.
Love love that, love that, love that, Hey Joe, And
we'll just kind of keep chatting hereas I'm as gonna have a little bit
of time. You're one uh onemore that I think it will be cool.
You know, you have so manysupporters and so many fans out there.
Is there any sneak peak ideas?Uh things in the works, stuff

(25:52):
that you can share that might becoming for you in the near future.
Well, you know, I'm onappeal right now to overturn my conviction with
the new evidence, and it justdepends on the lawyers. You know,
I've been through three teams of lawyers. As soon as they get famous,
they leave me hanging. So thisis this is my last chance of this

(26:15):
appeal. So I'm on appeal tooverturn my conviction. I'm on a twenty
two to fifty five motion for ineffectiveassistance to counsel for the public defenders that
I had. But you know, there's no reason I should still be sitting
in here waiting for another year anda half for an appeal to play out.
So just just again, it goesback to your voice of how much

(26:40):
the voters can scream, Joe Biden. You know I don't have a wife
to get on television like Britney Grinderdid when she was in Russia and call
out the White House. You knowthat if you saw how we're treated versus
how you ever saw Britney and Haulwheel In and Trevor Read on television,

(27:03):
America should be ashamed of themselves becauseyou never saw either one of them on
television other than in their street clothes. Okay, they never were in a
orange jumpsuit chained up like a monkey, all right, the shackles and belly
chains and all that bullshit. That'show you will go to court in America,
to look guilty before you even pleadguilty or innocent. And it has

(27:29):
to change Russia. Russia has notgot anything on the corruption that we have.
I'm sure you know when you know, when we get drunken party out
in Vegas, you know we're gonnahave to just have a naked party.
You know that, right, That'sthat's the Joe exotic style, you know,

(27:49):
Yeah, for sure. Well thenwe're already thinking about that as soon
as you do get released, becausethis one's going through. We're gonna have
you here. We're all going toparty together on this strip. But I
got a question for you. Outof us through sitting here, who do
you think is the most Who's themost the looking guy here? Here's the
most good looking guy? You know, I don't want to fit anybody,

(28:11):
but you know my saying tiger anda little bit of math, I can
make anybody gay. So the onein the the one in the middle.
You're gonna lose this bag. Iappreciate that joke. Did y'all see the
ship I gave machine gun Kelly,Oh my god, Google Choey Exonic and

(28:32):
machine gun Kelly. Oh yeah. When he got when he got his tattoo
to where it's with solid black,he got his arms in his chest and
everything done. Fellow Black, Iput a tiger on a little bit of
math and I could make machine GunKelly gain and hit world news. How

(28:52):
is how's everything going in your currentrelationship because you're with set Is that correct?
Set? Yeah? Doing great, doing great, you know. And
