to be drinking pickle moonshine. Yeah, where did you find this? I
didn't. Kitty did wonder Wonder Procureof Interesting things time. She's the best
producer at this, I swear theweirdest. She understands the assignment. She
does. She really does. Now. Is it stuff that I think you're
(01:07):
getting fire ants next time? No? I do. Before we go anywhere.
I want to give a quick shoutout to Tiny Bubbles Hair salon kmxtends.

And I'll let Bear and Joe pickout our question for today for the
(01:29):
ride. Awesome Fresh Coachella for makinghim tolerable to look at. They cut
my hair and they make me looknice. Renaissance MD for always making me
look gorgeous. Actually have a TVshow coming out with her, So the
doctor that runs Renaissance M. I'mdoing a TV show with her excellent YEP
and red Light from Bombshell Hands becausewe did their red light mostly to fix
(01:49):
his face. Kimberly, would yougive me somebody? Wait? What's wrong
on my face? You need Icream? Dude getting bad? I understand
that I look old, But whatis the red light tree do for my
favor that it just makes you healfaster? It does, and it helps
with fine lines and wrinkles, especiallyif you get punched in the face a
lot. You're twenty five years oldand aging like Miska, You're aging like
(02:13):
milk. Get in the face theages like milk. Like I'm in my
thirties, I have less wrinkles thanyou. All right, take word of
advice young men out there. Moisturize. No matter what line of work you
do, just put lotion on yourface and don't forget it. It's so
helpful. Not a high bar,not a high bar. Ill I don't
know. So, No, we'regoing to do a couple of things.
(02:36):
He's going to try the juice. We're going to try that, so that's
what he'll be drinking. And thenof course he's going to try the pickle
itself. So while we have thisdiscussion about some horrible days, there you
go. This is I know, and Kitty gets to take the rest home
and eat it herself. This isa moonshine pickle by old smoking. None
of these things are sponsored by theway that he tries. That way you
(02:59):
can actually know whether he likes themor not. That's hard. You got
to eat that again. No,what you're going to finish the pickle?
Absolutely not. It's not bad.You wait, that's a hard eat.
(03:23):
It's a pretty hard all right.I vote we don't finish the pickle.
How is that. How is thepickle moonshine better than the pickle? Actually,
try it. I think the pickletaste, but really no, the
(03:43):
pickles hard. So the pickles. It's got the pickle flavored to it,
right, but it's so inundated withthe alcohol that it's just it's overwhelming.
Give that to Tia. Don't likethe alcohol itself without the pickle. Well,
we have three more moonshine trouts foryou to take, and you've got
to take them. But whole. That's not a shot. That's bold,
Absolutely not. That is not ashot. This is apple pie. You
(04:10):
try it before me. How doesit taste delicious? To take the shot
that is apple pie? You gottatake it like a shot full. Come
on, you can try a differentone as a shot. If you're not
going to try that, I don'twant to take that's a shot. Well,
you're taking one of these as ashot. One of them has to
be a whole shot. It's thisone. This is banana banana pudding.
(04:33):
This is banana pudding. Oh mygod. Can that one tastes like cough
medicine? Does it? I don'tlike that. It reminds me of the
medicine. I head when you're akid. It does. Actually, well,
what's the old smoky banana moonshine? It's just tasting medicine. You had
(04:55):
strawberry strawberry cream. It looks likeI'm gonna have you take the apple pie
one those shot because I drank themost of that, so it gives you
the mostly away. Oh man,I'm so unhappy with this. My tongue
burns from this stuff. The strawberryone's pretty good. Okay, you got
to take a shot. Would youlike to take? Okay, I can
give you the pickle, just shot. The strawberry is the most mild,
(05:15):
I think, but those in theFrench front. The strawberry is the most
mild. But it is the leastflavoraful I've ever had. You compare,
like, I'm sorry, absolutely notcompared to the One Ship. Nothing is
worse than that. So I keeplike I'm hyping all these things up,
expecting them to be absolutely horrendous. And then it's like, oh, do
you remember the one ship, thething that made me so angry I stabbed
the ice cream in front of me. Nothing has beaten that. I can't
(05:41):
temar that he'll take the whole shotout of here. Why do you keep
saying that because you're going to takethe whole shot in one gulf. Let's
go one gold. It's moonshine. It's not even like it's a shot shot.
It's not even like it's whiskey forwhat's worse? What's worse? Buy
a lot? Really? Yeah?Oh I feel like moonshine having fire like
(06:02):
that is not as bad as thisfive. Well, it's just because it's
it's the cinnamon you don't like.Oh really, it's usually smooth. Yeah,
okay? Is there a one chipmoonshine? Absolutely not. Is our
wonderful engineer fount out to kitty onechip moonshine if you don't mind, please,
(06:24):
for God's sake, No, comeon, you giant baby. He
didn't even finish that. Oh whata droplet? Ah, my tongue is
actually on fire. No, wedon't have any chasers here. There's no
(06:46):
lemonade. Where is I have I? Here's some ice cream? Where is
my trailer? I started to betreated like a star after these punishments.
Wow, you read the room fullroom, read the room. That is
not happening. Put on you,put on your I cream, take better
(07:10):
carry your skin stop getting punched inthe face. The camera here is a
mirror. They can't see otherwise.Stop getting punched in the face. I
cannot avoid the well, hold on, I guess I could avoid it more.
All right, do this, I'llgive away this week if you can
help me think of a feasible wayof getting Bear to start remembering to put
on his damn I cream. That'syour competition. Giveaway. Make Bear where
(07:35):
his I cream. Whoever can doit first, I'm for it. Why
not? I need offered rentals inPalm Springs, California. Managers tried,
I've tried. Everybody's tried, anddo you know what he does? He
acts like a giant baby and hereally he's really pretty. But he's not
going to stay I'm trying to dothe face smashy thing now he did a
(07:59):
Yep, he's gonna want to staypretty. If he keeps getting punched in
the face again, I can tryand get hit less. That's that's my
option. That's my compromise with you. Okay, So if we take the
I cream off the table, seemto be still getting hit you actually hurt
my ear a little bit. I'mso sorry. Did I actually do that
(08:20):
I'm sorry bad, okay, butyou get punched for money and my gentle
tap hurt. Yeah, it's becauseI have the headphones on. That's the
only difference. You look very nicetoday. You need a new job,
No, I don't if that isthat. No, we have my coach
on today and he will one hundredpercent goat go to bat for me here.
I don't need a new job.You can if he gets in,
(08:46):
if he has trouble with just beingtapped gently in the ear. That actually
makes me think about how I'm verybad about needles. For what I know,
I hate so I'm cool, gettinghit, cool, getting kick cool,
getting choked, all the things thathappen, and it's it's like a
larger degree of pain, right,I am terrible with small minute pains,
little pricks, needle stabs, peopletweezing, you know, I hate all
(09:09):
that. At one point, insteadof shaving my back renaissance Renaissance MD,
when you when they were doing thelaser hair removal around your nipples, they're
removed. They did it too well. Now the hair doesn't really go back
very minimally. It's okay, it'sa good treatment, but anyways, at
one point, they decided they weregoing to eppelate my back for fights instead
(09:31):
of shaving you back. You nonno epilator is It's like an electric automatic
tweezer. It's repeatedly yank's hair outof your body. And for some people
on sure works great. It's likea wax, but it takes longer.
Uses it on her crutch. Jaredcan't use it on his back. No,
it is. It is torture, unbelievably torture. If you have thick
hair, that is not the devicefor you. I can wax different things.
(09:54):
But you're complaining about three back heads. Yes, and I will continue
to play about my three back cares. You have a lot more than three
I do. But that's why westart using napilator. Now we have another
solution altogether. He has us shavehim. Yep, you shave, and
they will just zap my back witha laser. I think that's the perfect
way to go about this planet.Do you know it would be fantastic?
(10:18):
A high five in agreement. Younot being a baby about but there were
how totally counts? That counts?Yeah? Okay, so if we like
bump, then it counts. Itdepends on the circumstance. I'm just trying
to just don't know, I'm tryingto grab something and I'm trying to get
(10:41):
agreement. No, I'm good, absolutely not well personally. Okay, well,
you got to get to the comments. Oh private, hang on one
seg is there once you mention?I love that. Okay, let's get
to the comments. It doesn't countthere, Thank you Sniffy from YouTube that
it doesn't count. I thought itworks perfectly in my mind. I would
(11:03):
make so much money. I'm soconfused right now. Oh, they're going
back and forth. I appreciate that. Thank you so much. Provable Gaming,
You're awesome. Provable Gaming and Sniffyare talking to each other. Not
you got it? Thank you.I try to read the comments. It's
nicer everybody. No, I liketo read the comments. I like to
interact with the comments, as longas they're taking my side. Who doesn't
like to read comments? People thatcan't read I don't know if they would
(11:26):
not like to read comments and capableof reading comments, I'm pretty sure he
reads comments that they filter for him. They don't let him read all the
comments. No, I was thinkingof YouTubers who have to make apologies.
Yeah, they don't want to readtheir comments. They want to stay far
away from that one. Everyone's hadto make an apology. So I'm trying
(11:48):
to apology video. No, Idon't think I'm trying to do a reality
show right now called canceled. Ohright, can we say who's with?
Yeah, I haven't reached out tohim yet. So I'm trying to get
a hold of Amy because I wanthim to actually lead in that because he
didn't. The worst thing he didwas cheat on his wife. Everyone's issue
with him was like sexual king.He wasn't actually doing anything that wasn't consensual.
(12:11):
Here's the thing I see it as, if you fantasize about something hard
enough, inevitably it'll come out.And so it's he eats somebody, then
we know it happens. That's mypoint, Like it's gonna why not be
preventative here a little bit. I'mnot saying it's not the weirdest shut even
the stuff I've found in your pornhistory. I'm just saying, so it's
(12:33):
going to come out. No,not like that, I mean, like
you're gonna want to do it,but I don't want to be persecuted.
I just think that if he's goingto eat somebody. The more he thinks
about it, the more it's probablygonna happen. Yeah, I want you
to think about your own history andwhat you just said, and how much
we're going to fight after this show. Oh it's been years now. My
point is, again it still remains. I think that's a risk. I'm
(12:54):
sorry. Did he deserve to becanceled for I think it's a risk now
too. I don't think he deservesto be canceled for it, but I
still think that it was you know, creepy fetish is a creepy fetish.
That's nobody's business. That's no that. I'll say that to whoever outed it
probably didn't have the rights out itbecause nothing happened, you know what I
mean. He didn't go out andeat somebody. It wasn't a crime,
it wasn't investigating. That's my pointwhen canceled is we've gotten to a point
(13:18):
where everybody's getting canceled. So thiswhole premise is finding people who are like
wrongfully terminated from the world of Hollywoodor world of fame. I should say
pretty much, okay, and sowhat what would you like to do with
these people? Is like interview style, you can follow them in their daily
to do. No, I'm goingto help well, one, I'm gonna
help Bobby Hammo rebuilt because you knowI'm good at that. The actual fucking
job makes sense. And two,we're going to go through other people that
(13:39):
have been canceled and kind of givethem a platform. So you're just got
to wag them trying to share theirstory. Yeah, give them a chance,
Like what's it like to be canceledby Hollywood? Now that being said,
we're not bring on like Kevin Specyif you are a peto. Hell
no, you don't just have anotherchance. I think there's difference between canceled
for something that you know, canceling'sgone too far, Like people get canceled
(14:00):
for dumb shit. Yes, buthim no space. He deserves to get
the fuck out of there. That'svery different that he should have been.
He should be in prison, absolutely, So there's a difference there. And
then of course we have the realityshow that I'm doing with Ray j which
I'm really excited about. Wait,we can announce that question about don't tell
anyone? Okay, we don't tellanyone. I was actually avoiding that in
(14:22):
the real from my executive producer andthere in Vegas. Right now, he
stole your executive ran away with myEP and there in Vegas. Okay,
you know you and I are talkingintemecula at an event there, Yeah,
the Digital Marketing Camp convention. Ithink, actually that'd be a fun time.
(14:45):
I do, and it's why Iactually advocate for something people to stay
away from it. I think it'sincredibly toxic. I think it gives people
a terrible understanding what sex and relationshipactually are. And I think I think
it is very addictive and can takeover your life. Hote. But yeah,
she's also correct about that. Oh, we can talk about the rest
of it if you want, orwe can welcome our guest to the show.
(15:05):
Okay, is our guest ready?Yeah? So we don't want to
talk about your porn history with yourcoach. Probably not. No, I
don't think that's a conversation he wantsto have. All right, fine,
we'll skip that. We'll talk aboutMoonshine instead. I'd like to welcome to
the show The One, the OnlyJoe Daddy Stevenson. Good day everyone.
(15:26):
I love the outfit. Yeah, you look good. I didn't get it
approved by Jess, I put thehat on because I didn't get my hair
cut yet. You look good though. It's a good choice. Good.
I think I've got like red tipLouis Vatans to wear tomorrow to the And
I got my nicest suit I couldever gets as the first year of the
president. It's Italian suit. Theguy that sold me the suit was so
(15:50):
good. I walked, I waslooking looking and finally found was like,
how much is this? He goesYou're gonna get so many compliments. That's
a good when you ask the priceand that's the answer. And then what
happened, Students, I wore thissuit? Yeah, I got so many
(16:10):
compliments. It was about that.So tell us what is happening small?
Are you getting all prepared for?Well, we are getting ready for the
national championships in youth competition to helppromote them to go to international competition in
(16:30):
the IMAP World Championships, which isconsidered the largest youth event, like four
hundred to six hundred competitors will bethere and they will legitimately fight tournament bracket
with seeds and everything, and thebest kid will prevail them on that day.
It's a it's a great way todevelop like talent, to perseverance,
(16:55):
to build character, using using perseveranceto build character and develop you know,
amazing adults. So I'm really excitedabout it. I think we're trying to
turn the page here and go fromwinning or learning instead of winning and losing.
Especially at the youth level. Somany of the kids have the false
(17:15):
mentality of like being prize fighters. You know, Oh, I already fought
him, I already want to fightthis guy. I mean, the whole
concept of being the best in theworld is putting in the work and going
against everyone. And I think theattitude is really important. I've noticed that.
I think in the past we focuson performance, and now we're focusing
(17:37):
on character. That makes sense nowbeing the largest youth mixed martial arts competition.
What would you say to people whomaybe think that children should not be
engaging in mixed martial arts it's tooviolent or it's too dangerous. I would
tell them this. I would say, Jared, So would you rather your
kid get in a fight and notknow how to fend themselves, or would
(18:02):
you rather it's like owning a gunand not having to use it, rather
than not owning a gun and needingone that and you don't think about it
until it happens. And now ifI may, if you think about it
this way, what is the shootingrange for? You take a deadly weapon,
(18:22):
you use it, and you learnhow to use it properly so that
you can use it if you needit in a safe environment. These particular
development sport for mixed martial arts isnot only bringing a culture of perseverance through
competition, but it's also taking thekids into a safe environment where the coaches
(18:47):
have safe Sports certification background checks, and it's allowing them to have their own
new world that they can learn anddevelop. Like what I've noticed at my
gym, you get a lot ofthings that may happen, you know,
like with social media and people talkingtrash, and instead of allowing it to
(19:08):
just come to a bursting eruption, you kind of you're able to de escalate
it by inviting both parents and bothstudents and talking about it in a professional
manner and teaching them like I've gotProfders hate each other and I'm like,
hey man, you need that guy. We don't got another guy. And
they're adults and they got to figureit out how more successful are you going
(19:32):
to be when you learn to thesecrucial critical life lessons at a younger age
and a safe environment, so whenyou don't have somebody there to help you
and stuff goes wrong, you're ableto properly respond, you know. Yeah,
you're one of the few organizations thatactually does background checks on their instructors
(19:56):
and background checks on their people. There's that whole it's a it's what keeps
mindojo life in business. Yeah, all the weirdness. So I love I
love that you'll checking in on who'saround these kids because there's a whole culture
online of people talk them out,you know, martial arts instructors taking advantage
of these kids. We're actually starting. So I was at the LFA,
(20:21):
like at Jeb's fight, and theyhave at risk kids come in and I
told my wife story. A coupleof kids, you know, got into
tears. I had to be realwith them. I said, when you
grow up, no one cares likeit's your problem, and you need to
get in the best position possible, like a fight, have your hands up
when you're when you're ready to getwhen you're in punching range. All these
(20:41):
things that you learn through combat. You have to be prepared for in life,
and I explained that to them, and then they asked if I can
reach out to gym's and I canreally only reach out to my friends gyms.
Otherwise I'm just calling somebody I don'tknow and asking for a favor,
and I can't promise that. Sowhat we did is the board voted and
we're going to start a character developmentprogram. The gyms are going to be
(21:03):
able to partner up with us fora small fee, and this is going
to allow us to monitor their atrisk kids. You know, I have
a couple of kids whose parents passedaway and now it'll put them in a
financial strain. But if we stoptheir routine, it's bad for their development.
So normally at the end of theyear, you kind of just eat
it. But using this format,we're going to be able to have the
(21:27):
coaches check in with us every monthand make sure that they're following the proper
protocol. We're going to check inwith them every four months, make sure
that they're all up to date anddoing everything properly, and at the end
of the year they through the program, they'll be able to get full tax
deductions for these kids that they're nowworking with because they are. I'm sorry
(21:48):
if there's a motion detector, I'mfail. I'm having a good time watching.
I thought you just cut out fora second, but we got you're
back. Yeah, my apologies, guys. I tried to find a safe
spot. We've got like three cageswe're putting up. We've got three hundred
chairs, seventy five VPP ones. It's all happening right now. Where are
(22:14):
you are? We're Intomegula at Dan'sat Dan Henderson's Athletic Fitness Center. I
thought you were at Cardbar, Kayle. I was trying to get you to
give a shout out, but you'reat Dan so he can have a shout
out too. I was like, wrong, Jim, I was trying to
give a shout out to you.But that works. So you're over at
Dan's. Just that thatting up.Oh yeah, we're setting up right now.
We're getting ready for the medicals, the gear check and the paperwork check
(22:37):
tomorrow, the step on the scaleand they'll be able to rehydrate and eat
and then they're going to start competingaround eleven fifteen. Are you gonna go
and stick your nose on that tomorrow? Yeah, if we're not. I
actually expected to be over there whenwe were done. I'm supposed to.
I have to talk at eleven amokay, so by the time eleven and
when we finished with our talk, will head over. I love that.
(23:00):
I want to come check. Iwant to come see it while see the
kids succeed. Now I'm thinking about, though, what is a requirement for
them to get involved. It'd bea non alcohol e that moonshine. I
don't want the moonshine. I didn'twant it. It's a beginning with he
wasn't a fangise I don't at all. Man, I know he liked he
didn't like the pickle. We shouldtry and get to eat some of those
pickles. They have spicy pickles nexttime. Do that because it's like a
(23:25):
remedy for the hangover with the electrolights and stuff and so honestly, it's
not a bad idea. But theonly problem is it allows you to feel
like you're better, but you stillyou're still getting all the bad side effects.
So it's like, yeah, that'spretty reasonable. I do want to
go back though, that was youknow, like people do that and they're
(23:48):
like, yeah, this is great. I'm not even I'm totally fine,
Like, no, you're inebriated, you're spitting on me and hiper, that's
not going to be me. I'mgood. He has no tolerance, he
never drinks. He has one beerand he's out. Yeah, it really
does. It makes me sleep evolthings. But beyond that, what's a
(24:11):
way for these kids? I'm enjoyingthis, So guys, make sure tomorrow
jump on check out Dan Henderson's andmake sure you are following. I'm going
to put up the link for theyouth MMA. I want you guys to
jump on there and you can followwhat's going online tomorrow. Actually, and
Bear will also be streaming it andgiving them free pr Well now I'm thinking
(24:32):
about it right, be of course, but are you guys also going to
be streaming in some way or showingpeople what's happening in this event? You
cut out that call, so whenyou get a call in, it cuts
out your audio. You might haveto call back in, so you need
to call back in. All right, we'll get him back. Yeah,
(24:53):
so you need to go in tomorrowand be like, hey, no,
honestly think that would do really wellbecause he gives the audience something to check
out. There's gonna be So fromwhat I know, there's three different cads
going on. So we're going tofrom what I understand this three different fights
hang on. I'm talking at digiconand he's like, oh, we'll go,
We'll go. It's more exciting, really making people's more exciting than me
(25:15):
lecturing on the numbers in film.Yes, but I'm also talking since both
of us you can come to anyways. No, I think it's rac It
gives the audio something to watch. It's something exciting to see these kids go
through the go through the motions ofthings and win, lose, whatever it
is. They're going to have agood time. It's have parents that have
died this year. You know, like these kids are going through important life
(25:41):
lessons through developed through perseverance. You'rethe the ability to critically think under duress
is is something that has to bedeveloped. You know, they say that
you can't teach heart and you can'tteach a chint, but what you have
to understand is you can strengthen thechin through the right positions and exercises,
(26:07):
and heart can be developed. Themore you persevere through something you don't want
to do, the easier it getsto do that every time, just like
the more you quit, it getseasier to quit the in the brain,
that's how it works. And throughperseverance we actually get these kids to develop
(26:29):
and have great willpower. And whetherthey win a world championship or they don't
win it, they all seem tobe very successful as adults because of going
through all of this and being professionaland learning what it takes to do your
very best. I like that.I think that's amazing. Well, you've
(26:51):
actually gotten so it's really common knowledgethat Bear has like horrendous stage fright,
and you've actually gotten him to performin front of people, which is I
didn't get there to perform. Heperformed that fight because he knew he was
fighting for the kids and his studentsthat particular fight especially, I mean the
(27:15):
understanding what you're fighting for the purpose. Having purpose allows you to take all
the noise out and focus on thepurpose. Goal orientation. You know,
long term, short term goals, those are great, but right when what'sever
in front of you in a fight, it's that you don't think about did
(27:36):
I take out the garbage camps?Did I did I do my laundry?
If you think about I think inthe Art of War it says, you
know, you're only thinking about slicingor dicing in the in the fight.
If not, you're going to lose. And that's kind of what it takes.
I never got how Nike would say, you know, just go do
it talking about jogging, because whenI jog, even when I'm in great
(27:57):
shape, I don't like the doit. I don't My mind doesn't go
to that place. But when Ido combat, and I'm only thinking about
how to take out an opponent andwhat they're trying to do to me at
the same time, that's all I'mthinking about. That It's the most relaxing
(28:18):
and rewarding people. Like some ofmy best students started with extreme PTSD from
like going and fighting in wars andstuff like that. But I also have
some sixty four year old students thathave actually competed and just started at like
sixty two sixty one, And everyone'sthere for a different reason. On the
mat, in a gym, you'regoing to see captains and police, police
(28:45):
chiefs, and you're gonna see felons. But on the mat, they're able
to come together and everyone benefits throughcombat. And I've watched. You know,
you're either cocky or confident, andthe confident that this brings is very
real, and we just try tostay away from the cocky part. That's
what we're trying to get away from. We're trying to I've seen so many
(29:10):
kids come in in the past andhave their head down and not be able
to shake my hand or not talkto me and look me in the eyes.
And I mean to watch those samekids three years later competing in a
national or world It's the most satisfyingthing you could ever do. Adults,
(29:32):
they'll break your heart, you know, like these like profighters, even some
of the amateur fighters, you know, but because it will be something to
where fighting is a selfish sport ata certain time and people are like I
need this, I need this, and they get away from the picture of
the whole picture of what got themthere or what they needed at the time.
(29:53):
But for kids, they're paying forthese experiences that own is prices.
I think something I see, andthis is a personal observation, in fighting
is similar to what I see infilm. There are certain people you work
in with film and music that remember, it's a collaborative sport. It's a
(30:15):
collaborative effort. They may be theone in front of the camera, but
it's collaborative. It's a group effort. And the fighters I see, especially
your fighters that remember it's a groupeffort, seem to keep their head in
the right place. But the onesthat don't go the same way as the
rappers that fail out of my industry, they're the ones that forget it's a
team sport. But you know thething with that is too is as they
(30:41):
come they become adults. You hopethat you did a good enough job that
they're gonna they're gonna be super successful. You look at custom model. He
said that like a fighter is likea bird. I really I'm I'm I
like the lie. It's sorry andyou and you lost again. Do it
(31:04):
again. So he's losing. Ilove it. It's it's he's got the
motion so important and honest to God, running this company, going through the
motions of setting up for everything.Right now, he's probably getting calls every
few minutes. Yeah, and it'sincredible that he's doing it. It's incredible
that he's doing it. I'm gettingso many phone calls right now. I'm
(31:25):
just thought about that, because ifyou're setting up the event. You're the
head of the company, so everyone'sgonna everyone needs a piece of your time
right now. Oh it's it's honestcrazy. But see where was that You're
gonna have to help me. I'mgetting older. I was just saying about
the custom model and talking about afighter being like an injured bird. Yeah,
person back together if they fly away, that was your job. Like
(31:47):
you focused on the next injured bird. You don't that bird that flew away.
Yeah, you're a better person thanme. I'd be like, dude
like you. I I hate tosay it, but like they owe you
and I don't get in a badway. I know that's not how you
see it. But if I,in my case, if I put your
TV show together and you fuck off, I'm suing you. I'd like to
(32:09):
remind everyone every time we use badlanguage, we give money to the Boys
and Girls Club of America, HumaneSociety of America and Free MMA. We
swear because we care. But essentiallyi'd be passed, like you're way nicer
about this. Personally, I'd seeit as very disloyal because you're the one
that got them there. It wouldbe like you're getting someone to the UFC
(32:29):
and then then running away like they'rean idiot. You got them there,
They're gonna lose obviously once they're notwith you anymore. My good friend Ryan
used to tell me, you know, you have two lines on the You
get two strings in they're right nextto each other, and you consider the
little bit longer string your string, and the smaller string, you know,
(32:51):
the competition, and people are alwayslooking how to cut the other line and
make it shorter the string itself sothat your string looks bigger. Your string
don't get bigger. You just madeother people look that. That's a great
political strategy, but you didn't getbetter. So if you stop focusing and
looking there, and you focus onyour line and how to extend it and
(33:15):
make it stronger and better, you'renot only going to stay ahead, you'll
probably get even more ahead because I'venoticed that other people try to cut your
line. Yeah, I gotta tellyou. You are in the kids area
at Dan Henderson's, and I recognizethat because you've got the cloud Rachel.
So for those that don't know Rachel, dan Henderson's wife built a cloud in
(33:36):
the in the daycare area. AndI'm looking behind Joe, I'm like you're
in the daycare area because I seea cloud. I'm trying to figure out
why there's a cloud behind you,and I just got it. Yes,
this is correct. It's the onlyroom that is not being occupied right now
because reasonable A shout out to DanHenderson's. By the way, if you
guys are in Victorville, make sureyou're going to Copra Kai. If you're
(33:58):
in Temecula, make sure you're goingto Dan Inosce. If you're going to
a gym, go to Joe Duddy. It's the best place to go.
And if you make it to theUFC and leave him, I'll burn you
in the media. Sorry, Ishouldn't have said that. Well, I
mean it. How can I focuson the adults and not and be the
best I can for the kids? You know, you can't serve two masters
(34:22):
and be effective at all. Youcan't please everyone. I think I've I've
learned through these lessons now that asbig of a fight, the person gets
it. I've actually turned down goingto very big fights, like I had
two people fight on the same daythat Roman Vatti was competing at ADCC and
(34:43):
rose to go to ADCC because ofa prior commitment. It was first,
and doing that made me a betterperson. I mean, like I know
this for a fact, fame withoutthe without the the financial means is just
(35:05):
really tends to be a burden. You know, like when somebody comes up
to you and you're fighting with youryour lady or your your friend over something
personal, but they really want tomeet you, and you have to stop
because they deserve that. Some somepeople you know, just ignore you in
our jerks, but to me,that's very difficult to do. And then
you have to change that mindset becausethis is the first impression of somebody who
(35:29):
may have been watching you the wholelife, and they they how dare you
go go ruin their dream? Ithink. I think if if the bird
flies away, you let them summer, don't change the bird, go check
for the next bird, which one'shatching, which one needs to be fed,
(35:50):
which one's injured, and you gofix them. They fly away.
It's a beautiful thing to watch.Don't watch and want I'm not saying,
I'm just saying there has to bepart of you that wants to get a
crossbow when that bird flick. Justhear me out, because you've put in
the work to getting them to thatnext level. And I don't mean in
a bad way like you want tosabotage them. I mean that I have
(36:15):
never And this is personally, guys, this isn't something Joe said. It's
something I've watched. I've watched everyperson that's ever stepped away from Joe has
come running back every time because everythingwent to shit every time they went away
from you. Oh but but you'vegot to understand this summer circumstances, like
everything happens for a reason. Soand the reason that saying goes is because
(36:38):
God has a plan. And whenyou get this in that avenue, if
those things didn't happen, I wouldn'tbe here today doing what I'm doing.
I am so thankful for everything that'shappened in my life, the good and
the bad. I get sad whenpeople pass away now, but I understand.
(36:59):
You know, when when crazy thingshappen to me, I take a
breath and I say, well,it's your will, Lord, let's let's
see I'm not It says in theBible. Honestly, not to scin or
to worry is the sin. Sowhen you when you take that. On
the other day, I was speakingto somebody very personally, and they were
(37:20):
in a public office and it wasover some very serious matters, and I
was like, I know, youknow, to worries, the sin and
the moment. I said that Ihad this piece, and when you have
that piece, that's when you canreact properly. Without that piece, you're
making emotions. You're allowing emotions tocontrol your decisions. So that is not
(37:45):
a good spot to be in becausethen that's how you get tunnel vision.
That's how you that's how you goto push too hard and you get caught
with a big shot because you're justlike emotionally, you're taking the whole game
plan and everything out of it.I've been there several times in fights where
I trained really hard, got emotionaland the game plan goes out the window.
(38:05):
That's not proper. I have tolead by an example. I'm commentating
tomorrow because I'm trying to lead asan example to the coaches to show them
what it takes. Heck yeah,I want my kids to win. Heck
yeah, I want my son towin. But in it be in God's
hands. The work has been putin. We have great coaches around them.
(38:27):
I'm going to commentate the match andI'm going to inform people of the
rules and the points and try tomake it as enjoy it as enjoyable as
possible, and try to give anon biased commentary. It's probably going to
be the most difficult thing I've everdone my whole life, and I can't
wait to accomplish it. I thinkit's incredible that you say I get to
(38:51):
turn it on a regular basis.I see you every single week in my
life, multiple times a week, and getting to work with you and getting
to listen and say these things.I love it. This is how I
know the kids are going to seethings two, because they're coming up underneath
you. These are the kids fromeight, nine, ten, six,
however they are. They're going togo up to be adults, and they
grow up to have that kind ofmindset mentality, and they're going to understand
how to go through life and handlesituations like, oh, I really want
(39:14):
this person to win, or Ireally want this to happen, bound this
other thing is the right thing todo right now, and understanding how to
do that. This teaches you thatoften the right thing is not the easy
thing, and it teaches you thatwhen you do the right thing, it
gets easier later. And to relatethis to fighters and telling the fighters this,
(39:38):
the more you party in the beginningof your career, the less you're
going to party at the end ofyour career. When you do this right,
get you peek and then you cruisedown instead of just here and then
straight down. That's an important thingto understand. Doing the right thing is
(39:59):
harder, but it's better in thelong run, and it has to be
learned at a young age, becauseI know how exactly it feels to be
a young person in their twenties thrownon a public stage, put in front
of everyone, and everyone loves youbecause you're awesome, and this, that
and the other. And then whenit's done, you got to make sure
(40:21):
you did everything right because it's justyou and then your your own oikos and
or your own family. And ifyou leave that environment because of everyone else,
it's really lonely at the end.And you see this sport, the
dopamine that you fill with seventeen totwenty thousand people screaming your name or screaming
(40:43):
allowed is you can't buy that.So I mean, you look at John
Wayne Parr, He's amazing kickbox oramazing fighter, and I think I was
listening to his interview on Joe Roganand it was he was like, yeah,
you just can't buy this drug, and it's right. The only thing
I did was I found that doingand caring the right way for others and
(41:04):
younger kids and stuff. You getthe same type of feeling. And I
hope that I'm able to show theother former fighters or adults that there's definitely
other things to do after the sportto still get the same feelings. As
a coach, you have to understandit's no longer about you, It's about
(41:27):
that student you have. I thinkI think Bernard Hopkins he said that a
trainer just show you how to throwa punch. You know, a coach
to teach you about life or orcoach is a teacher and he'll give you
the meaning behind the punch and whatto do and why not to do it.
(41:47):
And that's so so important. Youknow. I teach you technique,
Jared, Yes, my technique, and I pray that it becomes your technique,
and it can only become your techniquewhen you fully understand it and how
it works for you. The problemwith fibers is they after three or four
(42:09):
years. If I show you justexemplary technique, you think you got it
because you're like, oh, cool, well I know all of this.
But if you didn't earn it,and if you didn't put that time in,
what happens is it's like riding abike. You get back on the
bike, it's not going to beYou're not going to be doing the same
tricks right away. Everyone's like,oh, it's like riding a bike pick
(42:30):
up. No, I have afriend that was a driver for Fubu or
a rider for Fubu, and like, you take a couple of years off,
you try to do the same tricks, You're going to kill yourself.
Like it's a very it's a it'snot riding a bike isn't even the same.
Maybe if you barely know how topedal, but if you're doing tricks
(42:50):
on the bike, which we areas fighters right important to continue to develop
those and and through coaching, I'velearned so much about myself and students.
I've been able to help people. It is the most gratifying thing I could
ever do. Well, I knowfor myself personally, even after being with
(43:10):
you personally, working with you alittle bit more personally. Over the last
couple of years, my coaching stylehas change. I feel like when I
go and I teach my kids inmy nonprofit, it is far superior,
at least better to what I havebeen to him, because I got to
learn through you how you turned intomini Joe. You now carry bumbag and
were crops. You literally turned intomini Jo. That part is true.
(43:32):
But I everything because I see itworks. You look good, but you
look Joe. That's just it.I see what works, and I see
what works for these kids of alldifferent backgrounds and age ranges, and I
think, man, this is akid that I probably wouldn't have been able
(43:52):
to succeed with, but here hedid. Here's what he did to do
that, and so that's what Itake with me now. I think that
that's survival. I love well.I know we were actually so for those
that don't know, there was afight. It was supposed to be in
July. I talked to Joe.It looks like it's going to be moved
now until December thirty. First I'msupposed to tell you about that. That's
(44:13):
the Shae Moseley fight. I knowDan Henderson's fighting on that. We talked
to Joe Daddy about coming back andfighting there. We reached out to see
him punk. We're writing on aresponse from him, you got to kill
him right like that was. I'mgoing to go and do my very best
and I'm going to work very hardand I'm going to put on the best
show that anyone could want to watch, and it's going to be cool.
(44:36):
I mean, I think my songrew up watching him, so I think
that that makes it a very coolthing to let my son watch Macimus.
He's a big wrestling fan, SoI don't think it's about you know,
we do sign a contract that saysif you die, your family can't too,
So I'm I try not to jokeabout that because I've been in the
(44:59):
sport for being professionally for twenty fiveyears and I've seen people die. I've
seen people break almost every bone ontheir body and all these things. And
sorry, no, no, nono. It was in a wrestling match
that the person died. It wasa heart attack, and a friend of
mine stayed on him for twenty fiveminutes giving him CPR until the paramedics got
(45:22):
there. And I know the wrestlerthat wrestled him. It changes you,
you know, when somebody you fightdies. I've got two people that I
fought died and I still remember them, Maurice Muldoon and Joe Camacho, and
we shared something and it stays withyou. There were great fights. I
had a great time with I foughtthem both twice. It's just something that
(45:45):
happens. You know. You can'tbe afraid to die, because that's going
to hold you back. Yeah,I had an extreme fear of death,
which explains why I am not.But I don't. I don't know how
you. I don't know how youguys do which you I would rather,
you know, I'll stick to makingTV shows. I would. I would
(46:06):
feel honored to pass away doing somethingI love, rather than living a life,
you know, twice as long thatI hated. So I think everyone's
mentality when it comes to depth,is different's outlook of it. I think
if you were to do like asurvey, you would see that they understand.
(46:30):
Some people though to be the wrongway, like, yeah, well
someone's gonna die, It's not goingto be me. Okay, Well that
that necessarily isn't the right response.Kind about it halfway right, you know,
But if somebody dies I'll live withit and with it because I'll feel
the way that I feel, andI'll understand that they must have felt the
(46:52):
same way to sign that contract.Just don't don't die, Joe. Like
I gotta say, I can tellyou you are so needed by these kids
right now, and you are changingthe future one kid at a time.
And I look at the impact you'vemade on so many of these kids.
We need you for at least anotherone hundred, one hundred and fifty years
(47:13):
just to get well on a bettertrajectory that's the achievable with modern time.
Yeah, you know. On that. On a similar note, you take
care of yourself better than I've seenanyone ever take care of themselves. You,
I don't think i've ever seen you. If you've been sick, I
don't remember it. If you've hadsomething wrong or injured, I don't remember
(47:34):
if you had I don't think i'veever seen you just unwell. And maybe
that's because I wasn't there. Maybeit's because you just handle it very well,
right. I think its because youtake care of me. Maybe it's
because when he tells me to takea Regano oil, he doesn't won't.
Well, I did lose my gollbladderat what like before one of my sons
fight and I didn't he didn't getthe fight, and then immediately afterwards I
(48:00):
was released. Within twenty four hours, I was at practice at six am,
trying to show the kids what ittakes. That's important. We are
examples, you know, showing themleading by example is so much more effective
than telling somebody to do something.Greg Jackson really good at that, by
(48:22):
the way, you know, takecare of himself. He's telling you to
do stuff, He's he'll do itright next there with you on the cardio
machines, things like that. ButI am looking at the time, guys,
and I feel I may have tostep away working out. So tell
everyone why to follow you on socialmedia? Hey, guys, if you
want to follow me, I guessI think it's like Joe Daddy's students in
(48:45):
nineteen eighty two. I'm a link, okay, But but if you want
to see some amazing fights, Ithink you can go to hindosports dot com.
That's where to be streaming. You'llhear me commentating and trying to educate
the audience on the criteria of thesport. In our sport you know,
(49:07):
we get you don't really get badjudging because there's a criteria, and that's
that's really important. You can't arguegets like that's where two points like,
oh, you're right, I thinkthat changes us compared to everyone else.
That makes sense like that, there'san outline to it. Guys, make
(49:28):
sure you follow Joe Daddy. He'scoming back to fight at the end of
the He's You've got to watch whathe's coming up. What he's got coming
up. It is absolutely unbelievable.Make sure you are following and supporting these
kids. I'm going to put upa link so that you can follow the
kids' youth sports as well. Thenyou'll see Bed tomorrow sticking his nose in
(49:49):
and streaming after we hit Digicon tomorrow. Thank you so much for joining us,
Joe, Thank you, guys.Have a great evening, uh avenue

Stevenson. If you want to knowanything about the spot, I gotta tell
you all. He is the USOlympic coach for twenty twenty eight. We're
not supposed to tell you that, but he is. He's going to be
(50:12):
doing a lesson this week with him, Dan Henderson and ray J and Becky.
I want to wrestle ray J,so do I, but you wouldn't
let me. We had a conversationabout it. No, not that kind
of wrestling. I gonna stick itanywhere. Alexis is trying to get the
she might be successful, guys,Actually ry J. Honestly, ray J
(50:37):
is looking for love and lex isnot looking for love. No wrong match
up, yep, but she couldbe a love for now. That's all
she's looking for is for now.And unfortunately ray J is looking for missus
Wright. He's actually going through toforce right now. He's going on.
But he did kidnap my EP andrun away to Vegas. So so guys,
make sure you are following ray Jonline to hear about his show,
