Speaker 4 (00:35):
For bet This with CJ and Jaydogs talking all things
pro and college sports. You're invited to listen in as
they make their picks and help guide you to a
fatter wallet. And now, without further delay, here's CJ and
Jdog with bet This.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
I was wondering what a giving part was, but I
think that's is that Nascar?
Speaker 5 (01:02):
Yeah, it is Nascar. We're uh on the track this week,
Dog on track to talk a lot of things. We're
gonna talk lots of sports. It's college football time. We've
got NFL, MLB's winding down, Dog, but first we've got
to discuss NASCAR.
Speaker 1 (01:22):
And we cover NASCAR and this we usually don't lead
off with it though. No, it's a reason why we're
leading off with it though.
Speaker 5 (01:29):
We're leading off because NASCAR is coming home to the
Granite State. You know something that's near and dear to us,
near and dear to many betheads, New Hampshire's Louden Motor Speedway.
Speaker 4 (01:43):
The.
Speaker 5 (01:45):
Magic Mile, one of my favorite tracks. I grew up
going there. I've got a ton of Magic Mile like
collectibles at my parents' house. We have like a die
cast Magic Mile car and stuff like that. So excited
for the race to be coming home. Of course, missing
the two races that we used to.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
Have, one in the summer, one in the late summer
early fall. Build lights won't have that issue.
Speaker 5 (02:08):
Yeah, I know exactly, but I mean it's it's exciting
that NASCAR is coming back around to New Hampshire and
the playoffs are in full swing.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
Network and USA Network will be there. What a What a.
Speaker 5 (02:21):
Perfect time to be watching NASCAR and to be getting
a race coming here to the Granite State. There's a
lot of stuff we're gonna get kind of right into it.
Christopher Bell, he's coming off of a win, is hostile now,
he's been great.
Speaker 6 (02:33):
He's unreal.
Speaker 5 (02:34):
I'm pretty sure he's fourth in the standings. I'm trying
to double check while we're talking about it, but he
is been absolutely crushing it again. Winner at Bristol last week,
also the winner previously in New Hampshire at the Magic Mile.
And on top of that, in the past three years
he's won twice in the Granite State. He's opened up
(02:55):
as the favorite on most sports books. He's way ahead
of everyone else to win here. He's obviously very good.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
At this race.
Speaker 6 (03:07):
I'm not I'm not gonna pick him.
Speaker 5 (03:09):
You're not going Christopher Bell. Really, who you taking?
Speaker 1 (03:12):
No, I'm thinking Joey Logano.
Speaker 5 (03:14):
You're going Logano. Logano is in the chase like he's
in the playoffs. He's tenth right now, tied with Chastain.
He's twenty seven points back. If Denny falls back a
little has a bad.
Speaker 6 (03:27):
Race to Hamlin, I think take a flyer on him
as well.
Speaker 5 (03:30):
Well. Yeah, Denny's leading the Cup like points stands, and
he's won five times this year. I think I don't
know if he's got a sixth win in him. I
kind of like Christopher Bell, and I think I'm gonna
take Bell.
Speaker 6 (03:43):
Chris Bell.
Speaker 5 (03:44):
He's plus three thirty to win, but he's also minus
one twenty five to finish top three. Excuse me, I
almost said top ten. Uh. I think I'm gonna go
with the top three, So you.
Speaker 6 (03:54):
Got Bell, and after that.
Speaker 5 (03:58):
I'll parlay parlaym with one person. I want to keep
it simple.
Speaker 6 (04:03):
One driver.
Speaker 5 (04:03):
Yeah, I think I'm going to parlay him with Denny. Okay,
I think I'm gonna go Denny and Chris Bell to
finish top three. You're just gonna go Logano with the
w or wow, I'm going all out, So Joey Logano's
plus seven fifty. I liked the I like the boldness and.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
Worked for me a decade ago when I was in
the September when I was at the September Race in
loud and when Matt Kenzith won because Kevin Harvick at
the last lap ran out of gas.
Speaker 5 (04:30):
Yes, which is literally very interesting because it's the three
to zero one. It's not it's not the uh three,
they do three hundred and one laps. They added that
extra one lap many years ago. Yeah, the magic mile,
and it does. It has a chance to swing the
race one way or another. And obviously you were telling
the story. Matt Kenzith wins on that that happened.
Speaker 6 (04:51):
I picked Matt Kenth to win that too.
Speaker 5 (04:53):
That's crazy. That happens in NASCAR all the time. A
couple more fun facts before we switch topics here. Kyle
Busch also has finished in the top three in each
of his last two NASCAR Series playoff races at New Hampshire.
Just something to think about. He obviously has a good
track record there. Kyle Busch, his odds are plus twenty
eight hundred to win the race, so he's kind of
(05:15):
a long shot, but to finish in the top three
plus eight hundred, So do with that what you may.
And then one more thing. Ryan Blaney has also finished
in the top five and five of his last NASCAR
Series playoff races. Ryan Blaney also very hot right now.
If you wanted to throw a flyer out. He is
the second favorite odds to win the race and he's
(05:36):
plus one point eighty to finish top three. So that's
your NASCAR discussion this Sunday.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
But yeah, this.
Speaker 5 (05:41):
Upcoming Sunday two pm. You can find it on WHAT Network.
Speaker 6 (05:44):
On USA Network. Per about that.
Speaker 5 (05:47):
Yeah exciting. If you can snag a ticket, go to
the Magic Mile bet.
Speaker 3 (05:51):
This is for entertainment purposes. Only always gamble responsibly and
never waged you more than you can afford to loot.
Our advice is not a guarantee of success. If you
or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is
available called the National Problem Gambling Helpline at one eight

Speaker 1 (06:09):
You're listening to bet this a production of the Pulse
podcast Network.
Speaker 5 (06:14):
This weekend, We've got some exciting football stuff going on.
I'm going to be going to the Granite Game, the
U n H versus Dartmouth college football game. I'm going
to be making some content there.
Speaker 6 (06:24):
That's Dartmouth's first game of the season.
Speaker 5 (06:26):
Right, yep, they're opening up their season. That's uh, I
don't want to say my home team, but that's the closest,
like terms of direction team.
Speaker 6 (06:34):
Too where it's it's a lot closer than it is
in Durham, Right.
Speaker 5 (06:38):
And I like IVY football. IVY League football is uh,
you know, like I like the history of like the
IVY League teams like Harvard was a national champion at one.
Speaker 6 (06:47):
Time, many moons ago Yale was.
Speaker 5 (06:49):
National champion at one time. Obviously things are different now, yes,
but I just like, I like the history. There's still
D one athletes and D one football players and a
lot of Ivy League athletes have made it to the NFL.
Speaker 6 (07:02):
You know, it's magic.
Speaker 5 (07:03):
Ryan Fitzpatrick obviously being the you know, number one person
that comes to mind when you think of that. But
so I like Ivy League football in u and H. Also,
I've been to UNH, been through UNH, ben to Durham
millions of times.
Speaker 6 (07:16):
Yeah, so you've been to UNH football games.
Speaker 5 (07:18):
I've actually never seen a UAG football game live, but
I've been on campus and I went. I mean since
I was in high school. I went for job fair
not job fairs, but like college fairs and things like that.
And then I had friends that went there. So it's
un H is also very close and home to me,
so I'm excited to go. And then also Jay Dog
(07:40):
has an exciting game this weekend. He's going to Cleveland
to see the Packers take on the Browns for what
we're calling Jay Dog Bowl eleven.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
Yes, the eleventh time that these two teams have hooked
up in my lifetime. That goes back to nineteen eighty
three and in fact, they did in nineteen eighty three
a Packers win. And last time I saw this happened
was on TV. It was the Christmas time of twenty
twenty one between Baker Mayfield and Aaron Rodgers. It's a
(08:10):
good matchup.
Speaker 6 (08:10):
That was a long time.
Speaker 1 (08:11):
It wasn't that long ago, but if you think about
an NFL circles, it feels like it was like centuries ago. Yes,
a lot of change.
Speaker 5 (08:18):
Those two players have exchanged a lot of teams, They've
gone through.
Speaker 1 (08:22):
A lot of teams. There's been a lot that's happened
between the time of twenty twenty one and twenty twenty
five in more ways than one, especially with Aaron Rodgers
and Baker Mayfield, those two guys specifically specifically, Yes.
Speaker 6 (08:33):
And I got invited. I'm get I'm invited to.
Speaker 5 (08:36):
A tailgate party. I'll let you know that goes, We'll
all we'll have all that. So again, make sure you
follow the socials. Yeah, Jay Dog, give them your Instagram
it's Jade Dog.
Speaker 1 (08:45):
Arsenal ars E n A U L T. And also,
as I mentioned that, this is the first time I've
been to an NFL game in Cleveland, I've been to
the brown Stadium. That was for Summer Slam last year.
That's not football, so this is. And the Browns are
gonna be wearing their Alpha Dog uniform celebrating forty years
of the Dog. So the new ones, yes.
Speaker 5 (09:06):
Which is yeah, I mean at least it'll be you'll
be able to say you were there for I'm a
Packer backer, have been so since nineteen ninety three, my
second favorite team obviously being the Browns.
Speaker 1 (09:16):
So but it's a I've got a seat in the
Boonies essentially. Yes, I'm going to that and then we'll
have all kinds of stuff there and looking forward to
uh the eighty five degree eighty three degree weather, by
the way, And when the schedule had come out, I
was fearing that, Remember, yeah, it was going to be
in December.
Speaker 5 (09:32):
You had you had gone out to Cleveland and the
last time you were out there for the Calves and
the Guardians. Yeah, one of the workers told you she
heard December was the talk and you were dreading it.
Speaker 6 (09:44):
I was for a lot of reasons.
Speaker 1 (09:45):
Yes, I think.
Speaker 5 (09:46):
It's time to get into the action though. Just twenty
five college football again, make sure you follow the socials.
Bet this underscore on TikTok, bet this, p on X
Radio Wave Underscore, CJ on Instagram, and j Dog Arsenal
on Instagram. Go follow of those and keep up to
date with the content we're going to be putting out.
So now let's get into the action. Your top twenty
(10:07):
five for college football After this past week, it is
week three officially, or I think we're going into Week
four for college football. USC is in twenty fifth. Notre
Dame falls all the way back to twenty four. They're
zero to two and they have to take on Purdue,
a rivalry there.
Speaker 6 (10:24):
This week.
Speaker 5 (10:24):
Missouri at twenty three, Mizzoo oz Hauburn at twenty two,
Michigan at twenty one, Vanderbilt at twenty, Indiana at nineteen.
Georgia Tech jumps up into the rankings into eighteen. I
love their quarterback this year, Haines King one of my favorites.
Texas Tech at seventeen, Utah at sixteen. They'll be taking
on each other. That's one of the big matchups of
(10:45):
the week. Tennessee at fifteen, Alabama at fourteen, Ole miss
at thirteen, Iowa State at twelve, Oklahoma at eleven, Texas
A and m at ten Illinois at nine, Texas at eight,
Florida State at seven, ore Agon at six, Georgia in fifth,
Miami jumps up to fourth, LSU stays at third, Penn
(11:07):
State at second, and Ohio State the the.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
Ohio State University, the reigning defending undisputed national champions, still
at the top. And you got some top twenty five
games this weekend.
Speaker 5 (11:18):
Yeah, so I chose some of the games that stood
out to me this weekend. Texas Tech at Utah. I eluded.
That's a top twenty five matchup. Seventeen verse sixteen in Utah.
Sometimes that that is noon, that's going to be like
the first game.
Speaker 6 (11:31):
Of all said, so that's well, that's noon in Utah. Yes,
that's what.
Speaker 1 (11:34):
That's two hours before that, so it's going to be
what ten am? Yes, morning football. How about that?
Speaker 5 (11:41):
We have football Auburn at Oklahoma. That's going to be
another top twenty five matchup. Oklahoma is eleventh and Auburn
is back in twenty second. So not an Auburn's climbing
up the ranks. Oklahoma has already kind of been there.
They beat Michigan last week and they look good too.
A couple of other games that stood out Miami. They're
(12:02):
in fourth. They're taking on Florida. Florida started the year ranked.
They looked okay in Week one. They had a bad
game against LSU last week. But if they're gonna have
a good season at all, I think they have to
play good against Miami. And this is upset territory. This
is two Florida teams going against each other. If Miami's
gonna lose a game, it could be you know, this week,
(12:23):
I do want to let you know. Miami is minus
three forty on the money line, Florida plus two to seventy,
and it's minus eight and a half on the spread.
So Florida stands a better chance than USF is what
the spread's telling me. But Miami still favorites there. Illinois
taking on Indiana number nine at number nineteen.
Speaker 6 (12:40):
Bigup.
Speaker 5 (12:41):
That's a big ten matchup two ranked teams. That's probably
your game of the day. If Illinois performs good, they
should win, but they're underdogs on the road in Indiana,
even though Indiana ten spots behind them on the ranking.
Michigan State at USCS that's late.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
Night one for late one because this is what is
at eleven or eleven.
Speaker 5 (13:03):
Eleven pm on the West coast, it's eleven pm Eastern.
Speaker 6 (13:06):
But yeah it's eleven pm here, Yes, it's eight pm there.
Speaker 5 (13:09):
Yes, it's essentially a PAC twelve after dark, but now it's.
Speaker 6 (13:13):
Big ten after dark.
Speaker 5 (13:15):
Yeah, because USC is in the big.
Speaker 6 (13:16):
Michigan State has got to hate this.
Speaker 5 (13:18):
Yeah. USC is minus nine hundred on the money line,
pretty much guaranteeing their winn and I'm not surprised Michigan
State is traveling four hours to go play a game
or more. Yeah, it's going to be brutal, So.
Speaker 6 (13:30):
I are going to the colisseume those.
Speaker 5 (13:32):
I probably take USC in that one, and USC is ranked.
Nebraska hosting Michigan. Michigan coming off a loss, and Nebraska's
got Dylan Ryola, even though they're not looking amazing this year,
they're not ranked Nebraska getting one and a half points
at home, they're plus one and a half on the spread.
I'm probably leaning Nebraska in that game that.
Speaker 6 (13:51):
Way, I would love that.
Speaker 5 (13:52):
That might be my upster. And then one more game
I want to mention Purdue at Notre Dame. Notre Dame
is minus thirty two hundred on the money line Indiana,
but Notre Dame is zero to two and if they
can't like they they could potentially skid. If you want
to throw a flyer down, I'd throw it down on
Purdue just to you know, get a ton of plus money.
That's going to do it for college football. We're going
to transition to NFL. Let me get my schedule out.
Speaker 6 (14:15):
We got the top ten, the I do have.
Speaker 5 (14:17):
The rank, so we're going to do the power rankings
and then Jade Dog is going to make his picks.
So from ten to one doing the power ranking. San
Francisco forty nine Ers are in tent. The Tampa Bay
Buccaneers are in ninth.
Speaker 6 (14:28):
YEP.
Speaker 5 (14:29):
The Chiefs are in eighth.
Speaker 6 (14:30):
I don't see how that's possible.
Speaker 5 (14:32):
They went back a spot they were ranked higher up
in the top ten. The Rams are in seventh, the
Chargers are in sixth, the Lions are in fifth, the
the Ravens are in fourth, the Eagles are in third,
the Bills in first, and the Green Bay Packers or
the Bills in second.
Speaker 1 (14:49):
The Green Bay Packers are in first.
Speaker 5 (14:51):
For your top ten NFL Power rank before the week,
and Jade Dog, yeah, let's get right into it and
start making some picks. Who do you got Jay Dog
Bowl eleven. That's our first game.
Speaker 1 (15:01):
I've got the Green Bay Packers and take them. What's
the money line?
Speaker 5 (15:05):
Minus four twenty for eighty five?
Speaker 6 (15:08):
Okay, take the money line. This is going to be Is.
Speaker 5 (15:10):
This your lock of the week. By the way, you'll update,
I am zero to two for lock of the week.
The spread did not hold usf did not hold up
and cover the spread.
Speaker 6 (15:19):
Oh they didn't.
Speaker 5 (15:20):
They got absolutely shull up.
Speaker 6 (15:22):
I did you.
Speaker 5 (15:23):
Jay Dog got the first lock.
Speaker 1 (15:25):
Of the week.
Speaker 2 (15:26):
Let's go.
Speaker 5 (15:27):
So Ja Dogg is one and one for the lock
of the week. He took the Pats money line last week.
Don't forget we're going to be giving another lock.
Speaker 1 (15:34):
Is this your lock?
Speaker 6 (15:35):
My lock right here? I'm gonna be there to see it.
Speaker 5 (15:37):
So Jade dog is locking down the Green Bay Packers
money line. It's minus four eighty five put down good
A good amount of money to win something back. But
it's a it's a good but it's a good bet
to take. I'd take that as well. So that's Jade
Dogg's lock of the week. Next game, Jets at Bucks.
Speaker 6 (15:53):
Bucks your the retro uniform?
Speaker 1 (15:56):
Yes, I like that cream?
Speaker 6 (15:57):
Well, the creams will be white.
Speaker 1 (15:59):
Yeah, it's gonna be white, not orange.
Speaker 6 (16:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (16:01):
The Rams at the Eagles.
Speaker 6 (16:02):
Who you take in I'm going to take the Eagles.
Speaker 5 (16:04):
I appreciate that. I am also going to take the Eagles.
The Falcons at the Panthers, Felks, I'm going to take
the Falcons. And this is my lock of the week,
the Falcons at the Panthers. They are minus two to
oh five on the money line. Take that for your
lock of the week from me CJ. Next game, Houston
Texans at Jaguars. Texans heard that we are going down
(16:25):
to Seattle or up to Seattle, New Orleans at Sea. Yeah,
actually I'm changing my lock. I lied. We're going Seahawks
over the Saints. That's my lock. That is minus three
ninety five.
Speaker 6 (16:37):
Got a bad game, and I don't want to say
bad games.
Speaker 5 (16:40):
But some bad teams going against good teams.
Speaker 6 (16:42):
Not marquee matchups.
Speaker 5 (16:43):
Broncos at Chargers might be game of the day.
Speaker 6 (16:46):
You take bolts.
Speaker 5 (16:47):
You're going to take the bolts. And I kind of went,
this is a four o'clock game. We jumped around on accident.
Cowboys at the Bears. You take Oh, you're not betting
on that.
Speaker 1 (16:56):
Those two as you know those are part of my
filthy four, So you can do whatever you want.
Speaker 5 (17:00):
I'll take the I'll take the I'll take the Bears.
I guess I'm not betting on the Cowboys, and I
think the Cowboys defense is bad. Cardinals at Niners, Niners
heard that Niners. The Chiefs at the Giants. This is
your actually, hold up, We're not going to do that
one yet. Colts at Titans.
Speaker 6 (17:19):
I'm gonna take the Colts.
Speaker 5 (17:21):
On the road. The Steelers at the Patriots. Steelers, Steelers,
they're the favorites in that one. Money line is minus
one twenty five. The Raiders at the Commanders, Commanders, No,
Jayden Daniels, does that change your opinion? No, Mariota has
been announced the starter.
Speaker 6 (17:39):
Yeah, former Raider quarterback. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (17:41):
And then Bengals at Vikings.
Speaker 6 (17:43):
Bengals heard that two turf toe injury quarterbacks.
Speaker 5 (17:46):
I know, Carson Wentz starting for the Vikings and Jake
Browning for the Bengals. Chiefs at Giants, Chiefs of course.
And then Monday night Lions and Ravens in Baltimore. Lions
heard that Jade Dog's taking the Lions. That might be
the upset of the weak to take the right as
you know, is plus one to eighty five on the
money line, look for the upset and that does it
for football bet.

Speaker 1 (18:26):
You're listening to bet This a production of the Pulse
podcast network.
Speaker 5 (18:31):
We got baseball as the season winds down.
Speaker 1 (18:35):
An ultimate weekend here in baseball.
Speaker 5 (18:37):
Ultimate very very important thing coming up, and Jay Dog,
why don't you tell us about some games that we
can hear on local networks here.
Speaker 1 (18:45):
The Pulse of New Hampshire has Boston Red Sox Baseball
as I've had.
Speaker 6 (18:48):
Since the beginning of the season.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
We'll do so at the end of the season and
we're winding down the season and they're taking on the
Tampa Bay Ray's Arrival and it's the second game of
the three game series on Saturday six oh five. Pregame
seven off five pitch and then on Sunday six thirty
five pre games seven thirty five first pitch because the weather,
I guess, and also they do. It's two reasons, the weather,
(19:10):
and also they do not want to get in the
way of the Tampa Bay Bucks home opener, which is
right down the street this year at Steinbrenner Field, because
the Bucks play at Raymond James Stadium and Isa, you
saw the pictures in the video if you had saw
on our social media, it's right across the street.
Speaker 5 (19:25):
Yeah, Jay Dog went down there recently.
Speaker 1 (19:28):
And saw the Guardians and Rays the whole series. Yes,
three out of four Guards took it. They are the
hottest team in baseball. No one wants to play them. Yes.
Speaker 5 (19:36):
The power rankings also reflect that. Okay, so I think
it's a perfect time to jump into.
Speaker 6 (19:40):
We start at number ten.
Speaker 5 (19:41):
Well, we're actually going to start a little further back.
We're going to start at thirty. Your Rockies are still
the worst team in baseball?
Speaker 1 (19:48):
Bet against the Rockies? Do they still Are they going
to be on pace for the worst or no?
Speaker 5 (19:53):
I don't have to double check. Are they still have
the I think there's a chance. Yeah, the next team
we're going to discuss not in the top ten yet,
the Guardians. Yes, they're in fifteenth, but they've moved up
from eighteen.
Speaker 6 (20:05):
They're going to be moving way up after this weekend.
Speaker 5 (20:08):
Yes, and Jay Dog has some high hopes for the team.
As we break down more of the power rankings, the
Red Sox have fallen back actually from ninth to eleventh.
Speaker 6 (20:19):
So they're out of the top ten.
Speaker 1 (20:20):
They are out of the top.
Speaker 5 (20:21):
Ten, but we are going to mention them obviously because
I'm a Socks fan and we have lots of bet
heads out there that I know are Socks fans.
Speaker 1 (20:28):
Six oh five pre game Saturday at Tampa Bay was
the seven oh five first pitch.
Speaker 6 (20:32):
That's by the way.
Speaker 1 (20:33):
There'll be the Devil Rays that night and then sun
on Saturday and then Sunday. Red Sox at Tampa Bay
raised six thirty five pre games, seven thirty five first pitch.
Speaker 5 (20:42):
Yes, not your ESPN night game though, No, you know
what that is. Yes, it's Seattle at Houston. Yeah, which
is a very important matchup right now. So let's get
into the top ten power rankings. We're bouncing around a little.
The Padres are in tenth, The Astros are in ninth,
right in front of them, Mariners, your Sunday night game,
big match up. The Mariners are in eighth, the Yankees
(21:04):
are in seventh. The Tigers have fallen from fifth to sixth.
Oh yeah, the Cubs have fallen from.
Speaker 1 (21:10):
Fourth to three in the postseason though, Yes, the Cubbies are.
Speaker 5 (21:13):
The Dodgers have jumped all the way back up into
the top four there and fourth. The Blue Jays still

in the lightning round, but normally we would talk w NBA.
The season's dying winding down. I almost said dying down.
Speaker 1 (28:18):
But the season, the regular season is over. Now you're
in the best of three, and you know we all
now you're in the best of five.

got knocked out.
Speaker 6 (28:44):
You took the Valks to go all the way you
thought it was gonna.
Speaker 5 (28:47):
I was hoping for the Cinderella story.
Speaker 1 (28:48):
Veronica Burton and company were going to shock the world,
and sure enough, you're the one that got zapped. Yeah,

And uh speaking of zapped, it's again the lightning round.
We're gonna break down delay the weather delay, we're going
to talk uh mls. We're gonna get out of the way,
and then anything else that we have before the show's
over or the episode. The addition, we're gonna, you know,
fill the time with what we need. So Ryder Cup, Yeah,
(29:16):
we got Ryder Cup on the horizon, so we're going
to cover that.
Speaker 1 (29:19):
Wres Palooza WWE Wressell Palooza. ESPN is now in the
Premium Live Event game. Yes, never would have thought. I said,
Hell has officially frozen over.
Speaker 5 (29:29):
So Dog, let's do MLS real quick.
Speaker 6 (29:31):
Let's go.
Speaker 5 (29:32):
Let's get the betting out of the way, and then
we can talk the talk and walk the walk.
Speaker 1 (29:35):
Yeah, all right.
Speaker 5 (29:36):
We have inter Miami hosting DC United.
Speaker 1 (29:38):
Who you taking?
Speaker 6 (29:39):
I'm taking inter Miami.
Speaker 1 (29:40):
Yes?
Speaker 6 (29:41):
Is that Saturday or Sunday?
Speaker 5 (29:42):
That is a Saturday. It's a seven thirty PM. They
got the h I think.
Speaker 6 (29:47):
The they watch that. Actually, if I'm at a bar
in Cleveland.
Speaker 5 (29:50):
I think most of the games are Saturday. We have
two Sunday games and all matches well, yes, thank you,
matches and they're all seven thirty or later.
Speaker 1 (29:57):
Okay, here we go, Miami.
Speaker 5 (29:59):
Jay Dog took the first one. Next one is Orlando
City hosting Nashville.
Speaker 6 (30:04):
Orlando City.
Speaker 5 (30:06):
Orlando City there plus money at plus one oh five.
The Favorite Columbus Crew hosting Toronto FC.
Speaker 6 (30:12):
I'm gonna take the Columbus Crew.
Speaker 1 (30:13):
I heard that.
Speaker 5 (30:16):
CF Montreal excuse me, versus New York Red Bulls. Montreal
plus one ninety New York is plus one twenty five.
I'll take Montreal Montreal.
Speaker 1 (30:26):

Speaker 5 (30:28):
The next match we have Minnesota hosting Chicago Fire.
Speaker 6 (30:31):
I will take the Chicago Fire.
Speaker 1 (30:33):
Heard that Chicago Fire.
Speaker 5 (30:35):
They're on the road at plus two ten. The next
match we have Sporting KC versus Vancouver white Caps. Sporting
CAC case, FC Dallas versus Colorado Rapids in Dallas.
Speaker 6 (30:50):
I'll take FC Dallas.
Speaker 5 (30:52):
Yeah, I would probably take Dallas too. The Dynamo hosting
the Timbers.
Speaker 6 (30:57):
I'll take the Dynamo Houston right.
Speaker 5 (31:00):
Yes, and you you've been riding with the Timbers kind
of lately, but not this time. Not on the road.
It's different when people have to travel out LA hosting Cincinnati.
Speaker 1 (31:10):
Who's LA Galaxy and they're taking on.
Speaker 5 (31:14):
Who the FC Cincinnati. I'll take the Galaxy Galaxy at home,
Jade Dog. The next one, San Jose. The Earthquakes hosting
Saint Louis City s C Lewis City on the road
at plus money. I would probably take the Earthquakes there.
Speaker 1 (31:30):
I like.
Speaker 5 (31:31):
I like Portland, Seattle and San Jose when they're on
the West coast, I think like anytime anyone else travel
out to them, it makes a big difference. Austin FC
hosting Seattle who you taking Seattle Seattle on the jay
Doog wants the West Coast teams on the road. And
then our final match, that Seattle Game or Seattle match
by the way, that's a Sunday at seven pm. And
(31:53):
then the final match of the weekend the Real Salt
Lake on the road at LA f C.
Speaker 6 (31:58):
I'll take la FC.
Speaker 5 (32:00):
Heard that la FC at home. That's your Sunday and
Saturday matches of MLS. Will go over them again real
quick since we've got extra time. Inter Miami hosting DC United.
Jade Dog took Inner Miami. We got Orlando or Orlando City.
We're taking Columbus Crew, Montreal, Minnesota United, Sporting cac FC,
(32:22):
Dallas Houston Dynamo, LA Galaxy. Jade Dog's taking Saint Louis SC.
I would take San Jose Seattle Sounders, and we're taking
la FC. Those are our MLS matches for the weekend
in our Lightning Round, and that pretty much does it
for the Lightning Round Lightning rund. Yeah, we do want
(32:43):
to break down some other stuff before we take off
for the week. The Ryder Cup is next week. It's
gonna it's gonna be on Friday. Usually our editions of
Bet This come out on Fridays on the Pulse podcast network,
and then we're on the air on Satura.
Speaker 1 (33:00):
So not giv to be the case next week because
you're gonna be awfully busy on that Friday. So we're
just to give the heads up. We are going to
have Bet This come out on Thursday, which means we're
gonna have Thursday.
Speaker 6 (33:09):
Night football for week four.
Speaker 1 (33:10):
Beginning, we're gonna have the Ryder Cup, which is going
to start that Friday. We're gonna have the last weekend
of Major League Baseball lots going on then. We are
also going to have WNBA Playoffs lots going on then
because that's in the second round and a best of
five instead of a best of three like it was
in the first round. We're also going to have MLS yes,
and also Top twenty five college football yes.
Speaker 5 (33:32):
So we're gonna have a ton to cover next week,
but we want to give you a little preview of
the Ryder Cup while we have a chance. If you're
unfamiliar with what it is. There's no bets going on
right now from us. Well, again, cover that next week,
but the Ryder Cup you can watch it next week.
It's from the twenty six to twenty eight. It's at
Bethpage Black Course in New York. Amazing course, amazing golf there.
(33:55):
You can catch it on NBC. It'll also be on
the Golf Channel, USA Network and streaming on Peacock, and you.
Speaker 1 (34:01):
Can get it just pretty much anywhere, whether it's network television, slash,
over the air, on cable, and on streaming.
Speaker 5 (34:08):
Also a little announcement that happened last night. The Masters
is going to be on Amazon Prime. They announced that
not last night, but on Thursday night football.
Speaker 1 (34:16):
Excuse me.
Speaker 5 (34:17):
They announced that exclusively only or no, I think it's
going to also be available. I don't know if it's
going to be exclusive, but it is going to be
on Amazon bab Yes, you've.
Speaker 6 (34:28):
Got ESPN, Yes, and now you've got Amazon Prime.
Speaker 1 (34:31):
Yes. I'm thinking ESPN might have lost some coverage.
Speaker 5 (34:33):
Yes, okay, But just for those who are unfamiliar with
the Ryder Cup, let's get back to that. It's a
three day match play. It's foursome's four balls and singles.
It's a different format. It's all over the place, twenty
eight total matches, each worth one point, and it's the
first team to fourteen and a half points aka first
team to they can't it'll be fourteen.
Speaker 1 (34:54):
Verse fourteen would be a tie.
Speaker 5 (34:56):
So first team to fifteen points wins sent right, the
defending team gets to keep the trophy if there is
a tie. So right now, Europe is the defender.
Speaker 6 (35:05):
Europe America Yes, yeah, USA.
Speaker 5 (35:08):
So Team USA the captain is Keegan Bradley and the
captain for Europe is Luke Donald. Your auto qualifiers for
Team USA were Scotti, Scheffler, xanderschoffle jj Spawn, Russell, Henley,
Harris English and Bryson Deshambeau.
Speaker 6 (35:23):
How do you not pick against them?
Speaker 5 (35:25):
And then the captain picks where Justin Thomas, Colin, Morrikawa,
Ben Griffin, Cameron Young, Patrick Cantley, and Sam Burns. Team
USA sounds stacked, It does, but okay, let's get let's
Team Europe is also stacked. So these are Rory McElroy
is an auto qualifier for Team Europe, Robert McIntyre, Tommy Fleetwood,
(35:45):
Justin Rose, Ramis Hoguard and Tyler Hatton. And then the
captain picks Shane Lowry, Victor Hovlin, one of my favorites,
Matt Fitzpatrick, John Rohm Sepstraka and Ludwig Abberg some of
the best golfers in the world. So you can catch
that next week. We'll be covering it on bet This
