With a strong background in chemistry and biochemistry, Dr. Lewis bridges her scientific training with the profound insights of Vedanta, energy medicine, and Nassim Haramein’s Unified Field Theory. Her unique perspective shows how modern science and ancient wisdom meet to reveal the true nature of reality.

🌌 In this enlightening conversation, we discuss:

  • What enlightenment really is & how it mirrors lucid dreaming
  • Kundalini rising and Dr. Lewis’s own weightless, light-filled experience
  • Non-duality: why reality is more like a dream than we realize
  • Nassim Haramein’s Unified Field Theory and how it explains consciousness
  • The hidden energy of space and its implications for humanity
  • How fear blocks light, while love expands our vibration
  • The evolution from Homo Sapiens to Homo Spiritus
  • Why the heart is the true portal to Source and higher awareness

✨ Dr. Lewis also shares practices you can use to connect with your heart, raise your vibration, and dissolve fear into love.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
The next day, it was like everything was bouncing. The
floors in the house were bouncing, the trees were breathing outside,
the air was breathing. Everything was moving. I would say
to my friends, I feel like I'm in an ocean,
but there's no water, There's just waves. I could feel
waves of energy out here. I could feel waves of
energy inside my body and I was like, what is this?
What is happening? And I was I felt like I

(01:03):
was floating. Everywhere I went, I felt like I was
floating and everything was alive. So I didn't know it
at the time that I can tell you now, it's
really our state of consciousness and what does that mean.
It's a state of understanding who we are and what
reality is. So eventually that went away, that feeling went
away because I didn't understand enough yet. Okay, So our

(01:24):
physical body, the way that we feel inside deep, with
inside and outside. So any pain, anything you have going
on in your physical body is the result of what
you believe about yourself and your relationship to reality.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
What if I told you that everything you know is
just the beginning. Beyond the veil of the ordinary lies
a realm of hidden knowledge, ancient wisdom, and untapped potentially
a place where consciousness expands, reality bends, any impossibleity becomes possible.

(02:00):

appreciate the support. Let's start the show. Welcome back to
Beyond the Frequency three sixty nine. I'm your host, Caesar Forgan,
and today's guest is doctor kat Lewis, bile chemist turned
consciousness explore with the deep background in science and a

(02:45):
passion for energy medicine. She bridges the gap between the
physical body and the unseen world. So let's dive into
the mind, the heart, and everything in between with doctor
cat Lewis. Doctor, how are you?

Speaker 2 (02:57):
I'm good? Thank you. I love that of the heart,
the mind, and everything else in between.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
Yeah, yeah, take it if you need, if you need
to use that, take it it's yours. I love it.
I told you offline that I am in gratitude and
I appreciate you gifting me your time to sit here
with myself and my audience to spread these gems, this
amazing conversation that we're about to have today. So again,
thank you.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Yes, and thank you. It's a lot of fun having
these conversations.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
Isn't it. I always let me ask you this though,
do you feel like when you have these conversations it's
kind of therapeutic in some in some fashion?

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Absolutely? Absolutely?

Speaker 1 (03:36):
How do you how do you find how do you
find it being therapeutic for for you?

Speaker 2 (03:41):
Well, what I see is it allows us to integrate
the information, right we get we get to share our
experience of it, of this reality, and other people are
sharing back with us, and so we get to see
it from a different perspective, and that just enhances everything.
That adds to everything we already we've experienced already, right,

(04:04):
so just we just keep growing together and by speaking
about it, you get more clarity.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Absolutely, I well said, I completely agree with that, you know,
because it's always fun to talk and sit down with
like minor folks and we may not, like I don't
know everything that you that you know, and you don't
know everything that I know, but when we talk, we
bring something to the table, and somewhere between that conversation
is the truth. You know, it's you know, and that's

(04:31):
the beautiful part about it. You're not going into a
crowd where you don't know if people are going to
accept what you're going to say, Like you already know
you're on this platform. I'm interested, I'm excited. So be
the authentic you. Yeah, be the authentic you, and and
just and just Let's let's do this, right, let's do it.
Wel So, well, let me let me give you the

(04:51):
opportunity doctor to should I call you doctor Lewis? All right,
let's do that. Let's take the formalities out of all
of this. Okay, yes, and so kat let me give
you the opportunity to introduce yourself to my audience so
they can get to know you a little bit better.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Okay, hi everyone, Let's see where do I begin. Well,
my background is in science, so I have a PhD
in chemistry and biochemistry, and I spent twenty years in
the life science biotech industry, and eventually I discovered functional
medicine towards the end of that career. And functional medicine
is really root cause medicine. And I was always fascinated

(05:29):
with the body. That's why my PhDs in chemistry biochemistry.
So once I had my first biochemistry class, I just
couldn't believe, like all the reactions that are going on,
how DNA replicates and makes proteins, and how all of
that is so intelligent. It's I mean, it's so precise,
and if there's one thing that goes wrong, you can

(05:49):
I mean, or I guess what it is is how
many times it actually goes right was just extraordinary. So
I couldn't believe the intelligence of the human body. So anyway,
then I left my biotech career and went into functional medicine.
And functional medicine is really root cause medicine, and so
that was getting to the root of what is causing

(06:10):
all these health issues. And the root is, I mean,
the number one root is that we don't know who
we are. Because who we are as light is you
can't have When you understand yourself as that light, you
can't have any disease. Disease is really us decohering from
that light. But anyway, so I discovered functional medicine. So
I left my biotech career and went into functional medicine,

(06:33):
and almost simultaneously, I was also I was starting to
awaken to this idea that there's just one thing here
and we're all a part of it. So the way
it was introduced to me was someone said to me,
you know this concept, this idea that there's oneself and
that we're all part of that oneself. And so that's
kind of like how the Eastern spiritual traditions put it right,

(06:58):
they call it the self, whereas here in the West
we'd call it God. Okay, So anyway, I heard this
idea and that intrigued me, and I was like, really,
how does that work? And I wanted to know more,
and so I started investigating. And you know that desire
for us our question is then answered, and the answer
comes in through your experiences. Right, So you might get

(07:20):
get a question right, you might get an answer right
away when you have a question. You might get a
download right away that answers the question, or it might
come through an experience with someone, or it might come
through you know, a book that someone hands you or
a book that you find interesting. So somewhere along the way,
that question will be answered. And I didn't even really
know I was asking these questions, but I was like,

(07:43):
when I look back now, I see that I was,
but I wasn't aware that, oh, this question is going
to be my journey of life. So anyway, I heard
this concept and I started investigating it, and so I
was that led me to the science, the Vedic science
of consciousness, which is called Vedanta, and Vedanta is what

(08:04):
my teacher, my Bevedanta teacher would tell me is he said,
it's really the knowledge that ends the search for knowledge,
and because it describes who we are as consciousness. And
so the way that I like to put that is,
you know, when you're in a dream and you don't
know your dreaming, you're not aware that there's a more
fundamental reality outside of the dream reality. Right, So if

(08:29):
you don't, if you're not aware of that, you're in
a perpetual dream, you don't know who you truly are. Well,
our dream reality and this reality are really the same thing. Yeah,
and the fundamental reality is us as consciousness, as spirit
and yeah, so I started studying vedanta and what I

(08:51):
you know, and that's a process awakening to that understanding
that you are not separate from what you see in
the material world separation. So we experience I'm the subject
over here, experience an object out here. Even empty space
you could say, is an object. Right, So we take
ourselves to be the body, and we think everything else

(09:12):
is out there away from us because we experience empty space.
But in truth, what's really happening is there's just one
thing here and everything I see that's outside the physical
body is really inside of me. I'm a body of
consciousness or a field of awareness, and all of this
is appearing inside of me. And so, you know, that

(09:35):
was hard for me to get my mind around. But
what it requires, because it is a process, what it
requires is exposing your mind to these teachings all the time.
Just it's a constant reconditioning. Because we were taught that
we were the body. We were taught that empty space
is empty. We were taught certain things when we came

(09:57):
into this world. But the true truth is that it's
a non dual reality. Everything I see outside of me
is actually inside of me. So in order to experience that,
you have to recondition the mind. You have to remove
the beliefs that are causing you to think that are
causing you to believe that isn't true. And so that's

(10:19):
that is a process. But there was one experience in
twenty eighteen that I had, so I was I was
introduced to this around like twenty fourteen, and I was hooked.
I was studying this every single day, every moment, Like
you know, my friends thought I was crazy, but I
just loved it. I couldn't get enough of it. And
so in twenty eighteen, I had a Kundalini Rising experience

(10:42):
where and I didn't even know. I knew about Kundalini
Rising experiences, but until you have one, you really don't
understand what people are talking about.

Speaker 1 (10:51):
Can you just for those that don't know, can you
explain what that is?

Speaker 2 (10:55):
Okay? So it's it's really I mean, we are we
are at stood set of these little vibrating units of
vibrating units of energy, and when all of those come
into coherence, when they're all in harmony with each other,
then you feel like light. The whole body just like
explodes into light. You still look the same, but you

(11:18):
feel like light. Like imagine every particle of your being
feeling like the sun, Like there's no you would feel
extremely light. You would be extremely joyful. So what happened
with me is I was sitting home. I was about ready.
It was one night in December and of December twenty eighteen,

(11:40):
three weeks before I went to a Joe de spense
of retreat, and then a couple months before that, I
was also at a Kunduli the yoga retreat. So I
had been doing I'd been studying the nature of reality Vedanta.
I had been practicing Kundalini yoga, and then I went
to Joe Dispensea's retreat, so there was a lot of
intense meditations. Okay, So then I came home and then

(12:03):
three weeks later, just out of blue, one night, I
was going to sit down next to my daughter to
read a book, and all of a sudden, I felt weightless,
So my whole body became weightless. I looked around the
room and I was like, what is happening here? Because
you don't normally feel that, right, So it was bizarre.

(12:23):
And then as I stood up, because I thought, did
I get dizzy? But you don't get dizzy sitting down,
You get dizzy standing up, right, So it happened when
I was sitting down, and as I looked out into
the room, everything was moving. Everything like all the room
objects in the room, the desk, the chair, the walls,
and even space was like light suspended in space. It

(12:45):
was lifted, it was lighter, and it was moving and
I was weightless.

Speaker 1 (12:51):
Was it like I got like a breathing type of movement?

Speaker 2 (12:55):
Yeah, there was. It was a live It was a
live It's a live yeah, so the un.

Speaker 1 (13:00):
Is connected to it.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
Yeah, I felt totally at one with it. So I
felt that was the weight and miss feelings. So then
I stood up and my first thought was, am I
having a stroke. I don't know why I thought that,
but because because I felt this being wide open. This
felt very open, but there was no pain. There was
absolutely no pain. So anyway, I stood up and my
first thought was, am I having a stroke? And then

(13:23):
then I looked out in the room and I started
feeling this rising up sensation like I was leaving my
body expanding up, and I was like, oh my god,
am I dying? I thought I was dying, and because
I never felt that sensation before. And so I stood
there and I was looking out and I was watching
all this, you know, the material objects to room, the walls,

(13:44):
everything was kind of light suspended in space, so I said.
I used to tell my friends it was like, you know,
when you were a kid. I don't know if they
still do movies like this or not, but when you
were in a movie theater, the projector light is shining
through the film, right, And if you were in the theater,
or if you looked up above your head, you could
see that stream of light as it's being shined onto
the screen, you can see the image that was on

(14:06):
the film suspended in space before it actually hits.

Speaker 1 (14:10):
Wow, I've never experienced anything like that. I think now
that they have it behind everybody yelse. But okay, anytime
I get an opportunity like that, I'm going to look
because now I'm curious.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
Yeah, So that is was exactly how her room looked.
It just looked like all you know, all the So
it's basically all these pixels are these all these units
of energy are making are like the pixels of what
we see. And so so our state of consciousness. So
what I realized I didn't know in the moment, but
what I realized over time was our state of consciousness

(14:45):
determines how we experience the reality. So if you've ever
done mushrooms or you know the psychedelics, you can you'll
see what I mean. Right, So you are ingesting a drug,
and that's that's changing your state of being. Right, You're
ingesting a plant, medicine or a medicine I'll say, and

(15:06):
that changes your state of being and then you experience
reality differently. Right, So, psychedelics, what I've been told about psychedelics.
And I'm not an expert in this, but is that
really What they're doing is they're damping down the signals
from the central nervous system, and they're allowing us to
access information or signals at a deeper level in our

(15:29):
nervous system. And so if you think about it, so
this space, I'm getting too far off the track here.
Maybe I should finish that later.

Speaker 1 (15:38):
No, no, no, you're now, you are wherever, it's whatever,
you're go for it.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Okay. So this space is what's creating our physical bodies.
This is the new science by Nisimharmi at the International
Space Federation. He's been working on this for over thirty years.
And prior to this, if you really were to ask
a physicist what is matter and what is energy, they
couldn't really tell you. They might say that they can

(16:07):
tell you, but they couldn't really tell you. But now
what he's showing is that space is creating matter. So
Einstein used to say that matter bends space time. But
what na sim Hareme is saying is that space time
bends and it spins, and that's these little tiny units

(16:31):
called plank sphirical units, and that is what creates and
then when those come together, that is what creates matter.
So so yeah, so it's contributing to our understanding of
what reality is. And so it starts to allow us
to not think that you know this realm because a

(16:54):
lot of people think the mundane, They think this is mundane,
They that this isn't the spiritual world. But this is spirit.
What we're experiencing is spirit. And so when you get
into these states like I experienced, you can see it.
You can and or like if you take plant medicines.
But what I think is happening to humanity is we

(17:15):
are starting to really understand what reality is. And therefore
that will then raise our vibration because when you understand
what reality is, you are you don't fear it anymore,
and you you really get in touch with who you
truly are. You're not this story and these belief systems
that we've adopted from our society, we've adopted a heavy set,

(17:40):
a very limited set of beliefs that have caused us
to not experience what reality actually is. And so we're
heading into this new time because of this science that
will help us understand what reality actually is and that
God isn't something out there, it's actually right here, right
in front of you. It's making your body and you

(18:02):
are it, you know.

Speaker 1 (18:04):
So I love that that it's so well it's so
well well said, and you're right, this is something you're like,
you're repeating something that I've been saying for a while
on my show and to other folks, where I say
that we're so programmed to look at the universe everything's
outside of us, But what about the unverse? You know?

(18:26):
What about the universe inside of us? You know? So
you're just you're you're saying it probably even better than
I have and I and I love everything, every single
part part of it. I wanted to I want to
ask you something here so to to give some of
my audience a little bit of a baseline regarding your
belief system. Okay, are you religious or are you spiritual?

(18:50):
Or are they one and the same? Where do you
fall into that?

Speaker 2 (18:53):
So I grew up Catholic. I did all that meant
to me was going to church every Sunday. And I
I kind of laughed now because I never paid attention
in church. I had a hard time paying attention in church.
I mean, they were just like sitting up there and
I'd really try, but like it was like blah blah blah.
I just didn't get it. I mean there was the
course times I did, but you know, my family wasn't.

(19:15):
My mom didn't you know, preach any religious dogma. She
was just we had, you know, a picture. My mom's
the eldest of eight. Every single one of her brothers
and sisters has Mary and Jesus in the house and
they pray the Rosary every morning. So they're very religious
that way. But there was no preaching of Catholic dogma

(19:36):
or anything like that. So I grew up Catholic, but
then I left when I went into when I went
into college, I basically, you know, pushed it all away
and just said, we don't really even know if Jesus
actually lived. We have no idea. It's just humans wanting
to believe in something. And so I kind of pushed
it away. But what I did know is that whenever

(19:57):
I walked into a church, my hair would stand up
on my arms, And whenever I knelt down to close
my eyes and pray or you know, say something to
a higher being, I always knew that there was a
higher being that I was saying something to right, but
I didn't believe that God was some man in the sky,
and then I kind of, you know, I completely left

(20:18):
religion and spirituality. And then it wasn't until my mom
passed away in two thousand and nine that's I started
kind of wakening to it again. And then it wasn't
until really in two thousand and thirteen twenty fourteen, when
I was introduced this idea of the oneself appearing as
many that I went back into it and then I
was hooked. So that's where I'm coming from. So I

(20:39):
wouldn't say I'm religious. I would say I'm spirit. But
we all I have or I am spirit. I mean
everything that we see is Spirit's That's really the message
I want people to understand is that God is not
somewhere out there. It's right here, right now. It's in
you and creating you, and we just need to open

(21:01):
our awareness to that. And as you start being just
open to it at and you actually start understanding what's
here and what's within you, then you start to feel it.
It becomes alive. So back to my point is your
state of being determines how much you experience it. So
that night that I had that experience. What happened after

(21:25):
I felt myself as weightless, I started feeling this rising
up sensation and I could see that everything in the
room was just an illusion that I was part of it.
It was like a dream, and it was dissolving. It
was disappearing right before me. And it was like you
know when you if you've ever been in the desert,
and you walk up to a mirage, a mirage, so
it looks like a lake right ahead of you, and

(21:47):
as you start approaching it, it just disintegrates right right,
just like a dream, right when you're waking up from
a dream, slowly you can see that the dream just disintegrates.
That's exactly what I was seeing that it was just disintegrating.
And I knew knew that I was going to be
awake on the other side. I just knew it. I
never made it to the other side, but I knew
I was going to be awake on the other side.

(22:07):
So anyway, I'm thinking, am I having a stroke? And
I didn't want to pass out in front of my daughter.
So I walked down the hall where my boyfriend at
the time was and so I went into the room
and I looked at him and I said, I don't
know what's happening. Maybe should call nine one one because
I really wasn't true what was happening.

Speaker 1 (22:23):
So, so way, maybe before you continue. So you were sitting,
you were feeling this illusion happening, and you got up
to walk down to go see where your boyfriend was.
While you're walking, were you still in this illusion?

Speaker 2 (22:37):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (22:38):
You know.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
My hand went through a wall actually because I felt
because I felt so weightless, I felt like I was like,
do I need to hold on to something because I
wasn't used to feeling that way, right, So I put
my hand out to touch the wall, and my hand
went through the wall, and I was like, my god,
this is disappearing, like I'm leaving, like I thought that
was my thought, Yes, appearing I'm leaving.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
Yeah, yeah, that's okay. So this is which which anybody
in any kind of like logical mindset would start assuming
I'm I'm dying, because this isn't this is a normal,
normal thing. So do you I mean, you were kind
of having a somewhat some would say, some kind of
outer body experience. Would you would you would you categorize

(23:21):
as that or not?

Speaker 2 (23:23):
Well? What I I mean? Yes, but what it. What
it really is is that we are not the body.
We are a field of consciousness and the world is
appearing in us, just like a dream. So what I was, so,
what was really happening is I was waking up to
this dream and seeing that I was one with everything.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
Gotcha? Gotcha? So so you you became like an awareness.

Speaker 2 (23:49):
I became, Yes, I became aware that this is actually
a dream. So it's really interesting because when we wake
up in a dream at night, we call that lucid dream.
Right now, most people when they wake up in a
dream at night, and they do you do? Do you
wake up in your dreams?

Speaker 1 (24:06):
I have?

Speaker 2 (24:06):
Yes. Do you make things happen when you do?

Speaker 1 (24:09):
I do?

Speaker 2 (24:10):
Yeah. See, Okay, So the reason it's easier in the
dream is because there is a delay here. But if
you had the confidence that you had in that dream here,
then you probably could make things happen here quickly too.

Speaker 1 (24:26):
Beautifully. This is going to be a clip right here.
That's that's beautifully said. I completely believe that one hundred
and ten thousand percent. Yeah, And I've this. I've thought
about this numerous times because we're talking about dreams here.
You know, when you're in your dream and you're you're

(24:48):
unconsciously aware of what's going on, but you're in your dream.
You feel that's this is it. You're in that situation,
that reality, and like you said earlier, you are oblivious
to the fact that you even went to sleep. So
so that is that is the reality. You would you
would argue with somebody in that dream, swearing up and down,

(25:09):
this is real, this is it, and then you wake up, Yes, now,
what now? And now? And now you're having the same
argument with this frequency and just says no, this is real.
So I thought about that a few weeks back, and
that was like, if you sit and just think about that,
you then have to ask the question what is real?

(25:30):
And that's a hard question for you to answer your yourself.
Any comments on on that, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (25:36):
So there actually is a whole science to this process
and that's veyed onto So it is the science of consciousness,
and it is a process and it's very it's spelled out.
And this is where I think you know, this is
you know some of the information that I like to
share because this is important. I think that the ways
people are very confused right now. So if you can

(25:57):
understand that yet, Okay, the journey is from separation, consciousness
or ignorance not knowing. Ignorance just means not knowing. It's
not an insult, right. So when we don't know that
this is a dream and that everything that's appearing outside
of us is actually inside of us, then we're in
a state of ignorance or not knowing. Okay, So that

(26:19):
journey of removing the belief systems that are inhibiting us
from experiencing the truth is a process, right, And so
it's a process of going from that not knowing to knowing.
So you end up in a state where you completely

(26:40):
understand that everything you are experiencing is inside of you.
You don't identify with the physical body anymore. You identify
as a state of consciousness or consciousness of awareness, right,
so you know you are spirit and everything is appearing
inside of you. So in Vedanta, that at clearly outline
and it describes exactly what it's necessary. So we have

(27:04):
to purify our minds. We have to be able to
deeply listen, we have to be able to discriminate between
what's real and what's not real. To your question, so
what's real? So what's real is us as pure consciousness
existence itself is the isness of everything like space, right,
So the sky, everything that ever happens is happening where

(27:29):
inside space inside the sky. Right, So we are that okay? So,
like think about your dream. When you have a dream,
you think you're the dream self. You think and you
think you're in this dream world, but really what are you?
You're the consciousness holding the dream.

Speaker 1 (27:49):
Yeah, and this is why in the dream you're able
to see different perspectives, you know, right, Yeah, You're able
to be aware of everything. It's just like you know,
I guess to kind of also ask some somewhat of
a similar question for some folks, is consciousness does there
reside in the brain or does it recide somewhere else?

(28:13):
Let's talk about that if you so.

Speaker 2 (28:15):
Okay, So think about the dream again, right, you think
you're the dream self, but all of that is occurring where.

Speaker 1 (28:22):
You're well in your in your mind and in your inside.

Speaker 2 (28:25):
You, inside you, but you are not the body right
So this so this is part of vedanta, right So
they okay, So they they described to you, I wish
could we I wish I had an image I could
put up.

Speaker 1 (28:39):
But the image I mean, if you want to if
you want to, if you want to pull some something up. Yeah,
you can share a screen. You should have a share
bun at the bottom there.

Speaker 2 (28:48):
So when you're in a dream and we wake and
you wake up in a dream, we call that lucid dreaming, right, So,
but when you're in this reality and you wake up,
that's called enlightened. Wow, okay, it's called it's called enlightenment, enlightenment.

Speaker 1 (29:01):
Enlightenment or lighten that's enlightenment.

Speaker 2 (29:04):
So what is enlightenment? And you'll hear different things out there,
but what I say it is and this is based
on Nata science. But you know, if if this is
really a duality, but we think it's sorry, if it
really is a unit, just one thing here, it's nondual.
If it really is just a nondual reality, but you

(29:26):
experience a duality, Enlightenment is knowing and experiencing it as
non dual. Yes, okay. So, and the reason I think
that they call it enlightenment is because the light, because
consciousness is light. So I wish that's where I wish

(29:49):
I could show you the double torus. If you if
you look up in a sim Haremy's work and you
look at the images of a double torus. What it
is basically like two doughnuts, and then in the center
the donuts is a white light. So think of the
mind of this universe as an ocean, a field of

(30:11):
So it's it's always the analogy of an ocean is
always used. Okay. So in vading science, they teach you,
in Vedanta, they teach you right away that this is
a non dual reality. Right, So it's one thing appearing
as many, and we are that one thing. Okay. So

(30:32):
like when you have a dream at night, you think
you're the dream self, but you're really the entire container
so to say. So when you use the word container,
it makes it sound as if it's a closed system.
But consciousness is not a closed system. But that entire
dream is occurring inside your consciousness. It's an occurring inside

(30:52):
of you. You. Now, I'll use consciousness and awareness synonymously,
So that entire your dream reality, including your dream body,
is occurring inside your mind, your field of consciousness, your
field of awareness. The same thing is true of this reality.
So enlightenment is understanding that and then experiencing that. So

(31:15):
that experience of me experiencing myself as the room that
is me coming into that type of understanding? Okay, So
I felt completely at one with the room. I could
tell that everything in the room was happening inside of me,
even the body that I was not the physical body,
I was all of it. It was all occurring inside

(31:37):
of me. So that is that is one level of
this unity consciousness. There's many many more of that type
of experience, like you can experience the whole universe.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
Yeah, And kat let me ask you to that point
that you just made here. So why is it that
in the dream I'm able to have different perspectives? It
can be the self in the dream, I can be
the you know, see myself in the third person, things
like things like that. I have different ways of seeing

(32:10):
myself in that dream. Why is it that it's not
the same in when we're awake? Why is it that
I only see just through my eyes and see this
perspective only.

Speaker 2 (32:20):
Mostly because you believe you are the body?

Speaker 1 (32:24):
There you go. I love that. I love that. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (32:28):
So as you start to understand that you're all of it,
you'll be able to move and look at reality through
anywhere you want.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
I love that. And and folks, as you're watching and
hearing this. I asked that question on your behalf because
for those of you that leave the body, do reno
all all all of your clear abilities, you're remote, viewing,
clear audience, all that stuff. You guys understand that there's
different ways to visualize and hear the reality that we're in.

(33:01):
So so I hope you guys took something away from
that question there, So please so you have something an
image to show us.

Speaker 2 (33:07):
Yeah, So this image is based on vata science as
well as what I know from physics, and it's essentially
showing you know, so just like the you know what
I've described, your dream occurs inside your consciousness when you
sleep at night, this is showing that the world us,
including the physical body, is appearing inside this field of consciousness,

(33:31):
and we are that field of consciousness. So when we
study physics, what we're studying is how our mind, how
we as consciousness, are creating the physical reality. That's what
physics is.

Speaker 1 (33:44):
That's what I never knew that I was. Physics was
never explained to me like that.

Speaker 2 (33:49):
They don't know that. Some of them don't know, some
some do, some don't, right.

Speaker 1 (33:55):
Because we're talking to you.

Speaker 2 (33:56):
Because they believe that the physical world is if they
don't understand who they are as consciousness, if they don't
bring their attention inward, they start to they have a
hard time. This is why physics hasn't been solved. Right,
So Einstein has been trying to to unify. Einstein was
trying to I mean literally supposedly until the day he died.

(34:17):
He was working on this, trying to unify the two
fields of physics, right, the physics of the large stuff
and the physics of the small stuff, so the sub
atomic world and then the larger scale everything that we
experience right as matter. So he wasn't able to do that.
And now nasim Here May has has has done this.
Now n sim Here May is not didn't go through

(34:40):
the normal process of becoming a physicist, right, so he's
not in the academic world. He's self taught. He's an
autodidact physicist. And you know, I think it's autodidact means
you're self taught, right, and so yeah, So what's really
remarkable about that is, in my mind it was necessary
because had he gone through the traditional model, he would

(35:03):
have been thwarted because they they basically leave out important information.
They're not teaching true physics, right, So they're leaving things out.
And so what he did is he started asking questions. Right,
he didn't have he didn't have to. He wasn't shaped
by the teachers in academia, right, and so he could

(35:24):
understand things differently and he was able to really investigate
this without anyone telling him node that's wrong. Right. So
and then now he's solved this. He's unified the two
fields of physics. Now why should we trust in his work? Well, one,
it outputs so many of what we already measure, right, So,

(35:46):
the gravitational constant, the massive electron, massive proton, he's unified
all the forces. Right. So he's unified electromagnetism with gravity,
with strong force and weak force. All of that is
really the dynamics of how space, the seemingly empty space,
which is actually filled with energy, is creating the material world. Yes,

(36:09):
so it's really like an ocean of energy. So it's
not empty. We experience it as empty, but it's really
this ocean of energy. And as you start to raise
your understanding of reality, that raises your vibration. And what
that does is it allows you to experience more of
what's actually here. So your nervous system relaxes, and so

(36:32):
then you get to experience this higher vibration. The amount
of energy in this space in one sugar cube volumeless
space is like ten to the ninety three grams per
centimeter cube. That's just a fraction of that energy, according
to physicists at International Space Federation, could fuel our globe indefinitely. Okay,

(36:57):
so that's just a fraction of that energy. Now, how
many sugar cube volumes are you made of? Right? The
physical body isn't made out of a lot, right, Like
how many volumes of sugar cubes or how many sugarcubes
make up your physical body? So that means you have
access to enormous amounts of energy, and so as we

(37:18):
bring our attention inward, we begin to experience that. So
what does that feel like? It feels like light. You
get lighter, higher vibration is higher or light Like think
of light. Light is a very high frequency, right, the
light with the light of the sun, it's very high frequency. Right.
So that's the feeling that I felt of weightlessness. That's

(37:38):
what I That's what I was doing, is I was
expanding into more of myself, right, I felt that expansion
up now scary because I didn't. I never felt that before,
and so I was like, I'm leaving my body. But
really what I was doing was expanding into more of me,
because I'm I'm the one who is dreaming the dream, right,

(37:59):
So that rising up sensation was me expanding into more
of me.

Speaker 1 (38:03):
So and that you had this experience because you had
come from a retreat prior to that, well, it was.

Speaker 2 (38:12):
A number of different things, and you know, and I
can't really say that it was because of all of
those things, because I've heard of people having similar, not
quite exactly the same, but similar experiences that were not
doing any of this. Like if you look on TikTok,
lots of people are sharing their experiences, a lot of
people are having I've never heard anyone quite like what
I had. What I felt literally like light. I've had

(38:33):
other experiences where I felt this blissful, loving, angelic energy,
like my whole body just felt like that, but it
wasn't the same feeling of that night where I felt
just like light. So this field of energy that we
existed back to that the image I display it in
the image as this white light, and I have it

(38:55):
says it's called it's the unified field. Now, how that
white light then produces the material world is what we
would call quantum. The quantum world, and then the material
world we call space time. Right, But all of this
is occurring inside our consciousness, just like when we have
a dream at night.

Speaker 1 (39:17):
So, so, so I got to ask you is I mean,
this might be a dumb question, but you know, if
I like you sing there, am I real? Or am
I a figment of your imagination? And vice versa? Are
you a figment of my imagination?

Speaker 2 (39:33):
Yeah? It doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Right, But just
like all the objects in your dream, where are they
now that you're not focused into your dream?

Speaker 1 (39:44):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (39:44):
Right, got, Okay, So it's an illusion that's wild. It
is wild.

Speaker 1 (39:50):
There's there's people. There's people out there right now that
if you're driving, pull over all right, take deep breath,
take a break, you know, if you need you pause,
this pauses, and just kind of just sit with this
for a second, really sit with there for a second
and just process this. So kay, we're not saying that

(40:10):
people's lives aren't important, they have no value. It's not real.
We're not saying that, right, We're just saying that exactly.
We want to give people an under and understanding that
what is happening.

Speaker 2 (40:25):
Right, So when I say it's not real, or when
you hear that and you know it is real, just
like a dream is real, right right? Okay, so it's
real in that it exists, you experience it, right, But
it's where is it when you're not focused into it? Right?
Where did all that? Where did all that? Where did

(40:45):
the dream body go? Where did the dream objects go?
They're gone? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (40:50):
Where they? Yeah? Where? Yeah? Where are they?

Speaker 2 (40:52):
It's just energy creating that. So like even with your imagination,
if you imagine right now, So what's happening is we're
learning what reality actually is. We're starting to become aware
of what we're really in and when that happens, the
world becomes magical. Right my gosh, yeah, we think it's mundane. Right,

(41:13):
so people think, oh it's mundane, Well, the material world
is the spiritual world. It's a dream happening inside spirit.
So and once you recognize that, that's the important part.
Once you recognize that and stay aware of it and
start being present with you know, especially your inner world,

(41:33):
going deep, taking heart, your attention deep within your heart,
everything starts to become alive, you start to feel how
alive it is. So after I had we're bouncing all
over the place here, But after I had.

Speaker 1 (41:45):
That experience, we're good.

Speaker 2 (41:47):
So that night, when I felt weightless and I walked
down the hall and my hand went through the wall,
and I was like, oh my gosh, I'm leaving, I
felt like I was leaving, and so I walked in
and luckily he was a healer. So what was interesting
about this too, is he was supposed to leave. He
was not supposed to be there, and I'm so great
my boyfriend at the time.

Speaker 1 (42:05):
Okay, so.

Speaker 2 (42:07):
I'm so grateful that he stayed because he was not
supposed to be there. And had I truly believe that
had he not been there, I would have called nine
one one it would have been a completely different experience.
But what happened was his intuition was telling him to stay,
and so he decided not to fly. He was supposed
to leave that day, That's what I left out. But

(42:27):
he was supposed to not be there that night, and
his intuition kept telling him to stay, and he even
called a friend of ours saying, I keep being told
to stay, and his friend said, just stay and so
I was so grateful he did because so I walked in,
I said, maybe he should call nine one one. We
sit down on the bed together. I'm trying to find
words to describe how one feeling, but I'd never felt

(42:48):
anything like that before, so I couldn't describe it. And
as I'm sitting there talking to him, my heart starts
racing like this going, and I thought, oh my god,
this really is a stroke. And so but I didn't panic.
I could feel, I could I could feel that. It
was just you know, Taki cardi A and I just
but I and I said to him, the heart's beating fast.

(43:08):
And he put his hand over the heart, and he
walked to the side and he put his hand in
front of me and went on my head, and he
just he was standing there doing I don't know what
he was doing. And then I was just looking up
at the sky and looking up at God and saying,
I'm not going, I'm staying. And I just kept saying
I'm staying, I'm staying. But I was feeling myself rise up,
and I was clenching on his clenching his hand, and

(43:29):
I just said I'm staying. So anyway, I felt like
I was pulling myself back into the body. And then
I eventually started to have to feel like I was
going to throw up, and I thought, oh my god,
this really is a stroke. Well, what that was was
the energy rising up. So some people, if they've done
ayahuasca or some other plant medicines, they'll see that it'll
they feel nauseous and like they have to throw up,

(43:52):
and so that's what it was, the energy was rising up.
But I didn't know this. I thought it was a stroke.
So we walked to the bathroom. I threw up, but
then I was still here and I was sitting on
the floor going Okay, let's let's go into the living room.
And as we walked down through the walk, all of
a sudden, I felt this rush of liked liquid I
just I described it as liquid electric energy. Those were

(44:12):
the words I used. And it shot out from my
like center, my heart center, and then it filled my
entire body and I felt like light. I felt like
a light being. I was like jumping up and down.
My arms were flying everywhere, my legs were flying everywhere,
and I was like, oh my god, is this how
we're supposed to feel? And it was like uncontained joy

(44:34):
like uninhibited. I couldn't control how happy I was. I
was like, oh wow, and like my arms and my
legs could flip everywhere. So it was like taking raggedy
and all and just shaking her.

Speaker 1 (44:47):
So you were like in this, in this bliss moment moment. Yeah,
what what were you doing when you were sitting down
before this took it took into effect? What were you doing?
What were you were watching TV with ther domum?

Speaker 2 (44:59):
I was just going to down next to her and
read a book, That's what I.

Speaker 1 (45:02):
Was going to Okay, So were you doing anything prior
to that?

Speaker 2 (45:06):
So this is half spontaneous, completely spontaneous.

Speaker 1 (45:10):
Okay, So after this happened and you went through all
this and you're in blissful and you're jumping around your
joyous like today, do you still sit with that? Is
that a part of you?

Speaker 2 (45:22):
Yeah? Okay, so this is the journey now, right, So okay,
So then what happened was the rest of that night.
So first of all, I started inhaling, taking these infinitely
long inhells because it felt like the air was just
going right through me, and so it was just like
I wasn't even there and I was just like breathing
in this air, and I could literally feel it go
all the way down into my toes, like pristine clean air,

(45:45):
life force energy like flowing all the way into my toes.
And I'm still jumping up and down. I was saying
to my daughter, what's this like? Because I could do
like I could my legs could go right in front
of my face.

Speaker 1 (45:56):
There was you were jumping your physically.

Speaker 2 (45:58):
I was jumping up and down just like like going
to your daughter.

Speaker 1 (46:02):
And your boyfriend were saying, well.

Speaker 2 (46:03):
Well, he had seen already some really interesting So I
turned to him and I was like, is this ever
supposed to feel? And he was like so calm, just
lighting candles, turned the fireplace on like so it didn't
even phase him. And my daughter I was like, Naughdia,
watch this. But it was like too much for her
little head, so she like goes sure. She was just

(46:24):
shocked and she went and went to bed. So anyway,
the rest of that night, my brain was just buzzing,
just energy was moving front to back. And he told
me right before this happened, when he was had his
hand over my heart and over my crown. I looked
up at him at one point and he said, you're
getting an upgrade, and I was like, yes, I have

(46:45):
no idea what that means. Yes, I had no idea
what that meant until after it happened. And then I
couldn't believe. I go, how did you know? That? Is
crazy that he even knew so. Anyway, so the rest
of the night I couldn't sleep because my brain was
just buzzing. And then the next I felt weightless for
months after that. The next day it was like everything

(47:06):
was bouncing. The floors and the house were bouncing, the
trees were breathing outside, the air was breathing. Everything was moving.
I would say to my friends, I feel like I'm
in an ocean, but there's no water, There's just waves.
I could feel waves of energy out here. I could
feel waves of energy inside my body, and I was like,
what is this? What is happening? And I would I
felt like I was floating. Everywhere I went. I felt

(47:29):
like I was floating and everything was alive. So I
didn't know it at the time, but I can tell
you now it's really our state of consciousness and what
does that mean. It's a state of understanding who we
are and what reality is. So eventually that went away,
that feeling went away because I didn't understand enough yet. Okay.

(47:50):
So our physical body, the way that we feel inside
deep with inside and outside. So any pain, anything you
have going on in your physical body is the result
of what you believe about yourself and your relationship to reality.
So as we start to awaken that we are not
just this body, we're a field of awareness, and that

(48:10):
everything that we see in front of us is one
with us, is in us, then you expand.

Speaker 1 (48:18):
So everything just to just to process that. So everything
I'm in my office, everything right now in my office.

Speaker 2 (48:24):
Is a part of me, is within you.

Speaker 1 (48:27):
It's within me. That's right, that's right.

Speaker 2 (48:29):
It's like the dream dreams and one with you. Therefore
one and one with.

Speaker 1 (48:35):
Means it's yeah, it's all. It's all here. Once once
I we all of us understand that, we can then
see it for what it actually is, how you Okay,
but that takes time, Okay, following it.

Speaker 2 (48:50):
Takes time takes time.

Speaker 1 (48:52):
What would what would you suggest or advise to somebody that,
let's say, gets to that point to where to what
you were experiencing and they're they're feeling, you know, they're
seeing the room moving their fame, maybe a little lightheaded,
maybe feel like vomiting and things like that. We will
be your advice to them on what to do in
that moment.

Speaker 2 (49:09):
That's a tricky one because you know, someone literally could
be having you know, a stroke or a heart attack. Right,
So it's a tricky one to answer because I don't want.

Speaker 1 (49:21):
To say maybe you don't right.

Speaker 2 (49:23):
Yeah, I don't want to say don't go to the hospital,
right because you might really need to.

Speaker 1 (49:28):
What if? What if? What if? It's more like listen
to your body and listen to your.

Speaker 2 (49:33):
I definitely, I definitely believe that to be true. This
is the thing is it can be very yeah, because
like you know, what happened to me, My friend of
mine had something very similar happened to her right around
the same time, and she panicked, right, So I didn't panic.

(49:56):
I was I was like what is this? I was
like what is this? But I wasn't panicking, right, So
you know, you're it just it really it's hard to tell.
So what you can do is ask you tell yourself,
say to your you know, your greater self that you
want the experience, but you want it to be as

(50:17):
smooth as possible, controlled, yeah, like I don't want to
be thinking that. I don't want to be afraid that
I'm that I'm you know, and and the thing is
with me, there was no pain. But see my friend
also she had no pain either, but she panicked, she
really panicked, whereas I didn't panic, but there was there

(50:37):
was no pain. Now, if there's pain, definitely go to hospital.
If you feel if you're in alignment with with western
medicine and think it will help you. I mean, if
you're having a hard stacking a stroke, you should definitely
go to hospital.

Speaker 1 (50:49):
Yeah, yeah, I mean, yeah, obviously, folks. You know, let's
just you know, some people take it to you know,
to the t to the ordinary. Then if if you don't,
if something doesn't feel right, do what do what you
need to do that's best for you. If your heart's
you know, going a little fast and you're like, oh,
this isn't right and it doesn't feel like any kind
of spiritual awakening, go to the hospital. Right. We're just

(51:11):
kind of having a conversation here. Take what you will
from a league, what's not for for you for some
for something else. So kat okay, I want to ask
you to jump jump here regarding your your handle on TikTok.
You know, homo spiritus. So this suggests that we're evolving

(51:31):
into something beyond homo homo sapiens, I would assume. So
what is what does that tagline mean to you? Why
do you choose that?

Speaker 2 (51:40):
Because that's that's how it felt. I felt like a spirit, right,
So I didn't feel physical anymore. I felt like a spirit.

Speaker 1 (51:48):
So no, homo sapien homospiritist.

Speaker 2 (51:51):
It's just my no.

Speaker 1 (51:53):
I I love that.

Speaker 2 (51:55):
So, I mean Hugh Man needs light in mind. So man, yeah, Man,
actually means can be mined. So, I mean, we're really
just discovering who we are as humans, what we're capable of.
This technology, our physical body is the most extraordinary technology

(52:16):
out there. So we are interfacing with this field. This
field is creating us in every single moment, and we
can bring our awareness down into that, we can start
experiencing that. Right. So I was talking earlier about how
that the field is really so everything that we see
as matter is coming out of the field. Right. So

(52:39):
if you can bring your attention within your into your
heart and then any every single part of your physical
body and start just putting your attention on that field,
just trust your imagination. Trust that when you intend, so
trust when you intend to put your attention on it,
you can feel it and you will. But this is
the problem. Some people don't trust what they're feeling. They

(53:00):
think they're making it up, right, So, but over time
that you'll start to be more more and more confident,
because really think about it. In there, any given moment,
your body is producing chemistry that is a result of
what you're thinking and feeling in the moment. Right, if
you start thinking angry thoughts, you're going to start secreting
adrenaline and cortisos, right, So we're constantly affecting the physical body.

(53:24):
So when we think of hunger, when we're hungry, we
start secreting, you know, digestive enzymes. So we're constantly changing
the physical the chemistry. So when you are thinking of
being light, you are creating chemistry that is in alignment
with that, right, And.

Speaker 1 (53:42):
You said that, and yeah, you can measure beautiful.

Speaker 2 (53:45):
We can measure these things, you know. So anyway, then
when you put your attention on that light and let
it shine, allow it to shine, you start experiencing yourself
as those qualities, right, So you start feeling more blissful,
you start feeling more vital, right because of that light
and the image and that light it's like bliss it's

(54:08):
white light. So it's really us not knowing it's there
that causes disease and aging.

Speaker 1 (54:15):
Makes sense, makes sense. Yeah, I love how the way
you word that. You know it makes me incorrect me
if I'm wrong, if I'm understanding this incorrectly. But you
have a thought, it creates a feeling, and that feeling
creates an action.

Speaker 2 (54:30):
Exactly interesting. But what so even before the thought is
and sometimes you can there might be one and the same,
like it's it's really belief, right, So now we take
ourselves to be the physical body, right, So I'm going
to have thoughts in accordance with that belief right. So, right,

(54:52):
so we were born into a world where they didn't
understand that the seemingly empty space is really the mind
of God, right, and that it's crazy in the physical body,
and it's it's it's seems empty. So we're separate, right,
So we're separate from God. God is somewhere out there
out there, right, So how do we behave? Just look
around to look around in the world. That's how people

(55:12):
behave when they don't know who they are.

Speaker 1 (55:15):
Because if we because if if everybody, like really one
hundred percent believe that we are part of this source,
we will have a different way of carrying ourselves. I've
used I've used this analogy before where you're on the coastline,
you know, next to an ocean, and you have oka

(55:35):
glass cup, and you take that cup and you grab
some of that ocean you put it in the cup.
Are you still the ocean? Are you something separate now?
You know? And a lot of people say, well, I'm
just the water in the in the cup. But you
came from the source, You came from the ocean. But
some people have a hard understanding to say it's still

(55:56):
the same salty water from the ocean, from there, from there,
from the sea. Lot of we just separate that.

Speaker 2 (56:03):
So an analogy that's often used is the wave on
the ocean. Right, So each one of us we act
as a wave. We think we're individualized, right, But as
we relax into the space around us, we merge back
into the ocean. Right. So we we have never been separate.

(56:25):
We thought we were separate, right, So we've all been
kind of acting like individual waves, not realizing that the
oceans beneath us. Yeah, so often this this uh, the
field of consciousness, the unified field is referred to as
an ocean. And in fact, when Nissen Hairme solved these equations,
he hired another physicist who has an expert in fluid dynamics. Wow,

(56:51):
because this it really is like an ocean. So there's
so we experience as empty space, but it's really these
tiny units of energy vibrating.

Speaker 1 (57:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (57:01):
Okay, so ya, I'll share it with an image sure
that you can show and they overlay each other. So
just go to YouTube and type in unified field, dairy solve,
n sim hair May and Foster Gamble and you'll see
this short video. It's like nine minutes that explains much
of this. Right. So, this ocean of energy is what

(57:23):
we are in and where it starts creating a vortex,
Like when you pull the water in your bathtub. You
pull the plug in your bathtub and the water starts
going down, right, So that water that's creating the vortex,
it looks separate than the water at the other end
of the bathtub, right, right, but it's really the same water. Right.

(57:46):
So our bodies matter, the material world that we see,
is just space, this energy creating a vortex spinning.

Speaker 1 (57:54):
I love that example. I just I just saw it.
I just as soon as you said that. Yeah, yeah, beautiful.

Speaker 2 (58:00):
So do you see if we're not separate. We think
we're separate, but we're not. We're made out of the
same substance. It's really just one mind here appearing as many.

Speaker 1 (58:10):
Right, Just like, why why is everything then? This is
all part of me? Why is everything different? Why why
do I have a monitor and cameras and lights and laptops?
Is that even a question? That?

Speaker 2 (58:21):
Yeah? I mean because that's the world we've built, right,
So we're in a dream where we didn't we didn't
know that we're in the mind of the universe. So
once we start to like really understand this, our experience
is going to be very different. Yeah, we won't need
internet to communicate because we'll be able to extract information
from the field at will, right, we d and we'll

(58:44):
be will be more telepathic. We already have telepathic capabilities,
we're just not using them. Right. So, as what happens
is as you start to expand out, your feeling of
yourself starts to expand out. You move into like a
sensing and feeling. That's the that's we should actually start
doing that now, just move into the heart and start

(59:06):
using your ability to sense and feel. When you sense
and feel, you're sensing and feeling energy and that energy
contains information. So this is how psychics are. Like you know,
they'll just like intend on tuning into someone and they
can read that person's energy. They're sensing and feeling that energy,
so as.

Speaker 1 (59:24):
Well, they're just tuning in what's already there exactly nothing
special in the sense because like you said, we can
all do it.

Speaker 2 (59:32):
We can all do it. We just don't believe we can.
We're not used to doing it because we're so used
to you know, we're thinking from the mind that we're
not using these inner senses. We all have them, and
so we're starting to develop them. And you can see,
you know, by the telepathy tapes. Have you have you
watched the telepathy tape that right, So these kids are

(59:52):
really helpful. Yeah, yeah, So these kids are really helping
us because they're showing us what we're capable of. Right now.
In order to do that, we have to love our
reality because the expansion is when we expand. What we're
doing is releasing resistance to who we actually are. Right,

(01:00:14):
So the closer you feel that you are to the
field by releasing resistance in the body, and like expressing love,
you expand Love is expansion.

Speaker 1 (01:00:26):
So you're saying, do everything that you say and everything
that you do, do it with your heart.

Speaker 2 (01:00:33):
Yet with love, do it with your heart. Try to
perceive and feel and sense from the heart, because that
is our true self, that is the unified field, that
is the mind of God shining through us. So the
more we pay attention to it, the more it will
fill us. You'll start feeling this peace energy just fill

(01:00:56):
the entire body and shine out in all directions. Because
we're not linear. So here we we think very linearly,
like one consecutive moment after another, but who we are
as consciousness is not linear. It's like a sphere of light.
So as you bring your attention into your heart and
you start to sense and feel in all directions, what

(01:01:18):
you're doing is you're expanding your awareness into more of
you and you start thinking less linearly, so you can
have some pretty trippy experiences. You can experience that Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:01:33):
Let's let's let's help out some people here that they
hear about you know, they hear you talking about look
into your heart and feel it. Help those people out, like,
how does someone do that? Okay? Can you? Is there
a technique that you that you use that you can
share with folks.

Speaker 2 (01:01:51):
Yeah, So you want to think about sensing and feeling. Right,
So if you go shopping the store and you reach
out and touch the fabric, right, you're taking your hand
and you're reaching out and you want to feel the
quality of the fabric, right, Well, think that you're doing that,
that you're doing it into that volume of space in
the center of the chest. Okay, but you're not using

(01:02:13):
your hand. You're going to use your inner senses. Okay,
So just close your eyes and you know you can
feel like you're dropping into the heart and just lay
down in that space. It's the space. It's slightly right
of center, so it's not the physical heart. It's a
volume of space just slightly right at the center of
your chest the sternom slightly right of the stern and

(01:02:35):
this is called the spiritual heart. And this is your
portal to the in flight field. So this is where
the mind of the one, the unified field is creating you.
This is the seed of your soul the center of you.
So your soul would be that if you could see
the double torus, the soul would be that center point,

(01:02:58):
the white light in the center of the two doughnuts,
expressing as you into the field, into the space time reality. Okay.
So if you look at the old Egyptian sun symbol,
the ancient Egyptian sun symbol, it's just a circle with
a dot in the center. So that's like a two
dimensional image of this three dimensional double trus dynamic. Right.

(01:03:22):
So just that dazzling white light is right here in
the center of your chest, and so just sense and
feel it. What would that white light feel like? Right,
So just try to sense and feel it and just
feel yourself relax into it. Now, that is the mind
of the universe. It's an intelligence. So it's what we
would call christ consciousness. Okay. So as you bring your

(01:03:46):
awareness there and you allow it to spread throughout you,
it will start changing you. It will start you will
start thinking differently, you will start perceiving differently. Those thoughts
and those perceptions will be more in alignment with the
truth of reality. It just takes practice.

Speaker 1 (01:04:05):
Beautiful it is. And I originally when we were when
you were just starting with that. I got I got goosebumps.
I got goose bumps because I was I was gaining there. Right,
It's a little bit different trying to you know, with
the cameras and lights and everything stuff. Folks, find a
meditation track or or frequency or hurts and and look

(01:04:28):
into your heart, like Kat says, you know, find that
I like that visual where you said there there's like
a white light right in the center. It's such a
beautiful thing, you know, and to visualize all of all
of that. And Kat, do you do you do like
any mentorship?

Speaker 2 (01:04:47):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:04:48):
Do you teach these things?

Speaker 2 (01:04:49):
Yeah? Every Sunday I have a group. So right now
I have a Sunday morning group. We do breath work
and then we talk about this stuff, and then we
do a meditation guided meditation so that you can start
experiencing this. So I've been I do them three months
at a time, and we just we're on the fourth
week of this session, but I'm starting another one September seven,

(01:05:10):
and so it's about two and a half three hours
long that we that we do this because that is
the process of awakening, is to keep exposing your mind
to this information. And I Also, I make it very
interactive because it's I think it's important for each one
of us to speak it out right, to share, to
listen to others who are having experiences, because one of

(01:05:31):
the biggest things we need to remove is doubt. We
need to gain more understanding and remove the doubt that
blocks us from experiencing this because it's really our beliefs
that determine how we will experience reality. Right Fear, Yeah,
so yeah, that's so that's what I do.

Speaker 1 (01:05:50):
I love that. And folks, remove fear, get rid of fear,
you know. Yeah, and you're going to say this too,
but you know fear. Fear is something that you just
don't understand, right.

Speaker 2 (01:06:00):
Yes, exactly, So that's what will happen. When you start
bringing your attention into your heart and letting it shine,
you will see that fear will go away. And what
you will see also, at least what I saw is
if fear came in, I could see that I wasn't
letting the light shine. So I was very I became
very aware that the negative thoughts or thoughts of judgment

(01:06:23):
or criticizing myself or others, or being like you know,
being inhibited, not wanting to So if I was working
on something and then I always doubts about what I
was working on would come in, I would realize I
totally lost awareness of the heart. But if I let
the heart energy shine, then I could, you know, I could,
I could do what I wanted to do. There would
be no the doubts, the negative beliefs wouldn't come in

(01:06:46):
because I was I was totally aware of this light.
So that so, I mean the biggest thing in raising
your vibration is to stop judging, stop judging yourself, and
stop judging others, and just keep letting this light shine.
We're in for a whole new new type of experience
with this, with.

Speaker 1 (01:07:02):
This well well said, you know, and and folks, I've
said this be before. You can't experience you can't have
unconditional love with a judgment, just one. If you have
just one judgment, there's no conditional love. And you can't
have ultimate freedom with a with a with a limitation.

(01:07:23):
You know, under understand, understand this. This is you know,
and we've said this before. We're not humans trying to
have a spiritual experience. Is the other way around. We're
spiritual beings having a human experience and then we go
back to source, you go back we you know, we're
we're here to experience what we are not, you know,

(01:07:44):
so just to enjoy, to run, just to experience, Yeah,
go ahead, I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (01:07:49):
Yeah, just to just to have an experience. Right. So
it's like, I mean, people often ask that question, like
why would the infinite source that's always, that's always whole,
in complete and want to have an experience? And my
my answer is why not?

Speaker 1 (01:08:01):
Why not? So they're looking they're looking for like a
more divine response. It's not that hard. It's why not
you if you're an omnipotent being and you have the
free will to do whatever the hell that you want,
if you want to have this human if you want
to experience what it's like to not be what you are, meaning,

(01:08:23):
to suffer, to cry, to be angry, to to feel
what it feels like to die, you know, like, why not?

Speaker 2 (01:08:32):
Right?

Speaker 1 (01:08:33):
Then, once you learn that understanding, you start to understand
the totality of what you actually are exactly. Yeah, you
can't be an infinite being with with just understanding one lane.

Speaker 2 (01:08:46):
Right exactly. I mean, it's it's edification for the soul.
These experiences are edification console and I think one of
the biggest things is we need to learn to lighten up,
like literally lighten up because it because we take everybody's
so dramatic, even about spirituality. It's like they're so dramatic
about the spirit you know, yeah, I mean, yeah, it's

(01:09:09):
just lighten up because that's who we are. Like when
you experience yourself as that white light, you aren't. You're
just jumping around like uninhibited, uncontained joy. I mean, so
that's what we are. We need to go back to that.
Think about when you were a little kid, rite that experience.
And one thing I wanted to comment on before we
go about what you said about judgment and criticizing is

(01:09:32):
forgiveness is really important because what we you know, the
Paul Sellig books. I really love Paul Selliggs. He's a
channel and he channeled these twelve books and what these
guides say through him, and this is very high frequency
knowledge that's coming through him is what you do, Dann's
you and what you bless blesses you. So literally, if

(01:09:53):
you can think of the double torus, that light shining
through when we are in any sort of judgment, criticism
of us or ourselves or others, we are not letting
that light shine through. So that and that light is life.
It's what's fueling that double toroid dynamic. And so that is,

(01:10:14):
in my opinion, the fountain of youth. So and it's
it's literally what life is. That dynamic of that light,
that the vine plane manifesting into the material plane is life.
And so when we block that, we're blocking life from ourselves.
So forgiveness is really like releasing you know, this projected

(01:10:36):
idea that we have on someone, because really this is
just a dream. We're all just acting in a play.
The truth of every single one of us is that
white light is that source. Right, So the way we're
going to lift ourselves and others is to see it
no matter what they're doing, just choose to keep seeing
that light in them and that will that lifts our

(01:10:59):
vibeation and it literally will it will lift everybody else's too.

Speaker 1 (01:11:03):
That's beautiful and it's you know, I mean that reminds
me with the Dogon tribe down in South Malaysia. They
they refer to this state of being as sleepy time.
That's literally what they call it. They call it sleepy
time in this realm, this realm. Yeah, this this consciousness,

(01:11:26):
this this issue. You know. They they like it's what
you're saying. They understand that we're asleep in a sense. Yes, yeah,
it's it's a dream state. It's just which one you
prefer to be? Who's that my dog?

Speaker 2 (01:11:37):
It's getting close to dinner, so well, he always he
always asks like an hour before.

Speaker 1 (01:11:44):
He's got I peggable timing. Well, I mean, well, I'll
tell you what. Here's what we're going to do is
we're going to head into into the wrapping part of
the episode. Because Kat, we're going to do another episode.

Speaker 2 (01:11:54):
Okay, there's there's share because those images.

Speaker 1 (01:11:58):
Yeah yeah, yeah, and yeah, I'll figure out why what
happened on my end too though, But because there's a
lot more that we need to talk to to talk
about here. So I'm going to ask my questions to you,
and remember, Kat, there is no right or wrong answer,
just yours, okay, and then we'll kind of wrap things
up with some with some final comments and things like that. Okay,
all right, So my first, my first question to you, Kat,

(01:12:19):
is beyond all the knowledge and experiences that you've gained
thus far, what still leaves you in awe or makes
you question everything?

Speaker 2 (01:12:28):
Well, I would love to have that experience where I
could experience the totality what it would be like to
experience myself as the.

Speaker 1 (01:12:37):
Mind as I can't get any better than that. That's
that's on my bucket list to you know, And I
want to have that experience while I'm still having this experience,
right right, Yeah, just just just a second in chronological
timeline for us is enough.

Speaker 2 (01:12:55):
Yeah, And it's possible, it's complete, it's possible. I actually
am just reading a book about someone who experienced this.
This is Yeah, that would be Brahman consciousness. That's called
Braman consciousness, where you experience what the absolute experiences, or
what the mind of the mind of God experience.

Speaker 1 (01:13:14):
I love that we're going to We're getting there. We're
on the way. Yeah, we're on the way. Absolutely. My
next question to you, Kat is to your understanding, what
is the purpose, the ultimate purpose of life?

Speaker 2 (01:13:28):
To realize who we are? Is gone?

Speaker 1 (01:13:30):
Well said? I agree in your understanding, Kat. What is God?

Speaker 2 (01:13:38):
It's everything you see? It's all that is everything that
you see, everything you can think of, all the thoughts,
all the emotions, all the material objects, everything, it's all
of that. There is nothing that isn't it's everything. It's
the feeling of the field. It's yeah, it's the feeling.
I guess, the feeling of the field. It's our true

(01:14:00):
nature like that, it's our true nature. It's what we are.
We are. Yeah, love, that's our vibration.

Speaker 1 (01:14:06):
I love it. I love it. And my last question
to you is if you could go back to talk
to little Cat, young teenage cat trying to figure things out,
trying to figure out who she is, what would you
say to her today?

Speaker 2 (01:14:21):
I would say, follow your excitement, do what you love,
because that is the Creator coming through you. That the
Creator wants you to do that.

Speaker 1 (01:14:29):
Yeah, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. And Kat, how can people
follow you reach out to you if you want to
go ahead and promote and plut and plug in some
sure handles. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:14:40):
So I'm on YouTube as doctor Cat Lewis. I'm pretty
much on every platform as doctor Cat Lewis except for
TikTok TikTok. I'm on there as Homo Spiritus. But I
also actually do have a doctor Cat Lewis official on TikTok,
the two separate channels, and my website is Doctorkatlewis dot
com and also if you have any yeah, you have

(01:15:02):
any questions, it's info at doctor kat Lewis dot com
and Kat spelled with a K, and.

Speaker 1 (01:15:07):
I'll have that folks under the descriptions. You guys can
just scroll once you're done with the episode and if you
want to reach out to doctor and Kat one. Is
there any last message advice you like to kind of
share with the audience.

Speaker 2 (01:15:20):
I just think as much as you can, just try
to dip in every single day into your heart. Try
to just practice like walking around only being aware of
your heart and letting your heart lead, let the mind
follow the heart like that is one of the things
you know that the toughest things for us to do,
but it's it will bring us everything that way you

(01:15:42):
desire and more.

Speaker 1 (01:15:43):
Love it. I love it. I feel your energy, I
feel your vibe. It's it's and and folks, if you're
listening and watching and you feel that same vibe that
I'm feeling about this episode and the things that Kat
has said, comment below. What did you take away from
this episode? Was there anything that resonate with you that
triggered a remembrance? Do you agree do you disagree with

(01:16:06):
anything that was said? Today. Let's there's no right or
wrong comment. But what I always remind folks is please
be respectful to myself and the and the guests. We're
just here having a conversation, sharing our thoughts, sharing our
experiences with you and those that choose to stay tuned
and listen. But by all means, let's have a conversation.

(01:16:27):
Let's talk. Yeah, let's figure it out.

Speaker 2 (01:16:29):
That's good to ask questions.

Speaker 1 (01:16:30):
Yeah, absolutely right, Kat, This was amazing. Again, thank you,
thank you, thank you, thank you. This was such an
enlightening conversation, a little bit different than the ones that
I've had before, but still on the same topic and
with my guests. You know, I feel I feel like
a good energy from you, and I absorb it, I

(01:16:52):
honor it. I'm gonna take it with me. I'm gonna
take a lot of a lot of the notes and
thoughts that you've provided from this episode and reflect on
it and meditate and sit on it and just you know,
figure out how I can continue to expand myself and
get to know myself even even better. And I hope
all of you do the same in your life, in
your in your day to day cap Again, thank you.

(01:17:15):
We're going to have another episode so you and I
will stay in touch. Yeah, I'd love you and yeah absolutely,
yeah we are friends. You are you are part of
Beyond the Frequency three six nine family now absolutely and folks.
As a reminder, I have a website Beyond the Frequency
three sixty nine dot com. You can learn more about

(01:17:36):
me and the show and folks. I have a new book.
So I have a book. You guys will see it
right here below Ksars Chronicle the Onnaki in Us. It
is created for young minds, but it doesn't matter what
age you are. You will enjoy the story. As a recap,
it's a young Ksar Onnaki being telling his story and

(01:17:56):
his family and how they came to Earth and they created.
So if you are interested in getting turning some heads
and asking questions, please grab a copy of the book
eight ninety nine on ebook and thirteen ninety nine on
paperback on Amazon. Link is below. And again, guys, reach
out to doctor Kat. She is a great person to

(01:18:19):
talk to if you guys have a question. She might
not have all the answers, but she'll give you something
that will blow your mind. I guarantee it. I guarantee it.
