Clayton Howard, a former male escort and frequent participant in Diddy’s private sex parties known as “freak-offs,” has filed a lawsuit accusing both Sean “Diddy” Combs and Cassie Ventura of sex trafficking, coercion, and abuse. According to his claims, he was recruited to perform sex acts under the guise of high-end parties, only to find himself drugged, manipulated, and transported across state lines for increasingly degrading and violent encounters. He alleges that Diddy exercised complete control over the events, orchestrating who did what and with whom, often while recording the acts without consent. Howard describes a world of intimidation, where refusal meant exile, and participation meant surrendering autonomy and dignity.

What makes his allegations even more explosive is his assertion that Cassie wasn’t just a victim of Diddy’s abuse—but an active participant in his exploitation. He accuses her of knowingly infecting him with an STD, coercing him into sexual acts, demanding he masturbate for hours while she filmed him, and ultimately pressuring him into an abortion. Howard paints a picture of Cassie as someone who embraced the power dynamic created by Diddy, allegedly using it to dominate and humiliate others in turn. His lawsuit portrays the entire environment as a sadistic, hierarchical structure of abuse where both Diddy and Cassie held power and used it to break down and control those beneath them.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of The
Diddy Diaries. In this episode, we're picking up where he
left off with the lawsuit file by Clayton Howard against
Ditty and Cassandra Ventura. Mister Howard cooperates with the US
Attorney for the Southern District of New York. In mid

(00:20):
December twenty twenty three, agents from the Department of Homeland
Security Investigation contacted mister Howard regarding his encounter with mister
Colmes and miss Ventura, requesting that he come in for
an interview. Having no experience in law at the time,
mister Howard contacted his local criminal attorney, who was also
not an expert in federal criminal law. In response to

(00:43):
the US Attorney's office provided counsel to advise and represent
mister Howard during the interview for legal purposes. Mister Howard
spent the next year and a half as a cooperating
government witness for the Southern District of New York. Mister
Howard provided airline payment receipts, boarding passes, dates, and photos
of hotels to the government. More importantly, mister Howard provided

(01:07):
corroboration of illegal activities. Mister Howard could corroborate a decade
of a legal activity beginning in two thousand and nine
and concluding in late twenty nineteen. During this time period,
mister Howard witnessed assaults against Miss Ventura, drug use and
a llegal activity. Mister Howard was additionally drugged by both

(01:28):
Miss Ventura and mister Colmbs on two separate occasions. Mister
Howard was the mail provider who impregnated Miss Ventura after
an encounter in October of twenty thirteen. As the interview
process progressed, mister Howard was asked for details as he
recalled them. Prosecutor Maureen Comy assisted mister Howard in a
method of recollection by instructing him during an interview to

(01:51):
write down his memories as he recalled them due to
the length of time that had elapsed since the conclusion
of the relationship. Mister Howard could then use these notes
and present them to prosecutors who would fact check the
dates and locations for evidence that supported his allegations. The
US Attorney was able to establish mister Howard's credibility after

(02:13):
investigating his claims. The US Attorney verified encounters at the
Grammercy Park Hotel Mandarin Hotel in Miami, the One Residences Miami,
the SLS Miami, The London and YC, The Essex House
Hotel and YC, The Intercontinental Hotel NYC in Miami, the
Trump Hotel YC, and the Downtown Beverly Hills Hotel, Los Angeles.

(02:38):
Mister Howard verified the sexual assault allegation within this complaint
when he provided supporting travel fair receipts for his departure
and arrival flights to Los Angeles on the morning he
was assaulted. As the investigation continued, the US attorney became
aware of criminality in the actions of miss Ventura. Because
miss Ventura was not the target of the investigation, mister

(03:00):
Howard's allegations against her were not acted upon. Attorneys provided
by the U S Attorney worked to dissuade mister Howard
from filing civil action against mister Colmes and miss Ventura.
The attorneys argued that allegations against miss Ventura would expose
her to criminal liability and therefore might damage her credibility
as a witness and her public image. Mister Howard, as

(03:23):
a client, directly instructed attorney Tyrone Blackburn to file his
action against the defendants before the expiration of the statute
made available to adult survivors of sexual assault in New York.
Mister Blackburn began, as directed by first contacting attorney Douglas Wigdor,
seeking to quietly settle litigation with Miss Ventura and offering

(03:46):
her the opportunity to avoid exposure to the allegations once
the lawsuit was made public after filing. Instead of mister
Wigdoor embracing this opportunity to protect his client's image from
allegations he knew were true, sought the assistance of US
attorney to dissway tyrone Blackburn from filing until after the
criminal trial of Seawan Colmes. This decision, although it protected

(04:10):
Miss Ventura's credibility before the trial, compromised mister Howard's legal
action within the state of New York. YO. Just to interject,
real quick, this is damning as fuck. This is bad news,
and this could be the reason why Marine Comi ended
up getting fired, or at least one of the reasons.
All right back to the document. Filing after the trial

(04:31):
would mean mister Howard would lose his right to action
in the State of New York under the applicable statute
being used at the time, a calculated and coordinated effort
has been made to protect miss Ventura from criminal liability
that can be established. In protecting miss Ventura, the civil
rights of mister Howard and other potential victims of Miss
Ventura who may exist and are entitled to civil action

(04:54):
against her as their offender, have been compromised. Miss Ventura
claims to have been forced, but despite her alleged trauma,
she willingly and intentionally victimized, manipulated, and harmed others. Mister
Howard is entitled to justice under the same laws that
provided justice to Miss Ventura. Mister Colms and Miss Ventura
should be held accountable for their actions jointly based on

(05:17):
mister Howard's verified encounters and personal experiences, and should not
be minimized due to the alleged victimhood of Miss Ventura.
