Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the program. It
should come as no shock to anybody out there that
Puff Daddy was very connected on Wall Street and he
had a lot of very, very powerful and rich friends.
And it seems like every time we have one of
these diddlers, one of these alleged molesters, it's the same story.
(00:21):
They're protected by very powerful people, they're connected to very
powerful people, and they're able to do whatever they want
without any kind of scrutiny. And then when the hinges
and doors get blown right off, everybody's in a race
to tell you how they didn't have a relationship with
this man, or that they were on to him, or
(00:42):
that they had no idea. But the reality is this,
if you were at any of Puffy's freakofs, you knew
what the deal was. You knew what was going on,
And while you might not have been involved in the
actual abuse or whatever, if you were taking part in
these parties, you were propagating the crime enterprise. And it's
(01:02):
no different than the people that were paling around with
Old egg Dick himself. Jeffrey Epstein. Today's article is from
the New York Post and the headline secrets of Diddy's
billionaire boys club rapper wooed Wall Street elite who praised
him as genius before this sex trafficking probe. This article
was authored by Lydia moynihan. And it's not that they're
(01:26):
upset that dude with sex trafficking. They're upset that he
got caught same thing with Epstein. How many people continue
to associate with this man after his arrest, I'll tell
you a whole lot of And it's crazy how many
similarities there are here. Now. Of course, we're nowhere near
the point where I'm gonna sit here and tell you
that Puffy was running a trafficking ring like Epstein. But
(01:49):
there are a lot of similarities, and we're gonna have
to wait to see how all these cards fall before
we know one way or the other. Just how deep
this rabbit hole goes down into the warm and Sean
did he? Combs aggressively marketed it himself to the ultra
rich as he turned his edgy rap glamour into a
billion dollar fortune. Billionaires told The Post he would cold
(02:12):
email with business proposals, while other Wall streeters acclaimed him
as a genius, and one CEO of The New York
Stock Exchange called him an inspiration on par with the
Founding Fathers. Imagine talking about Puffy even in the best
of times, in the same conversation that you're talking about
the Founding Fathers. Holy hyperbole, Batman. But after federal investigators
(02:35):
raided his Los Angeles and Miami holmes as part of
what law enforcement sources have told The New York Post
is a sex trafficking investigation led by the SDNY, his
career as an entrepreneur and investor is in jeopardy. Did
He has denied wrongdoing and called a probe a witch hunt.
Everybody likes to call things witch hunts, but you see,
(02:57):
for me, once the court documents start the way we're
seeing them, it's very difficult to call it a witch hunt. Now,
does that mean everything in these lawsuits is correct and true?
It doesn't. We have to let it play out. But
there's nobody that's gonna tell me that with all of
this smoke that there's no fire. It's the same thing
that we saw with Epstein. Started out a couple people
(03:20):
coming forward, a couple people talking about what happened to them,
and then the dam broke. Same thing happened with Nygard
and you're gonna see it here. We're already seeing it.
We've added several of the lawsuits to the catalog, and
even with those pages and pages that we've added, there
are still several more lawsuits that are active already. And
if you think things aren't happening behind the scenes, probably
(03:42):
a grand jury and paneled and probably some sealed indictments,
then I don't know what to tell you, because that's
how this works. And we're only getting just a little
snippet of what's really going on behind the scene. And
if they've already went to the extraordinary length of raiding
his houses, then you know that they're cooking with some
nitro did He was first declared a billionaire by hip
(04:05):
hop wealth expert Zach O'Malley Greenberg in twenty twenty two,
but had coveted the status for years, telling Forbes in
nineteen ninety nine, I wanted to be very, very rich.
Along the way. He required a rollerdex littered with bold
faced names. He partnered with billionaire investor Ron Berkele, another
Epstein guy, another Bill Clinton guy. But yeah, there's no
(04:28):
nexus here. Let's keep trotting out Bill Clinton like he's
this great man. He was mentored by Hedge vun guru
Ray Dalyio had his fashion line sold in Macy's and
Dillard's went into business with alcohol Giant. Diagio opened the
New York Stock Exchange with s Day. Lauder Heir William Lauder,
Struck deals with Zach Pohsen and Liz Claiborne fifty percent
(04:51):
owned his own TV channel, Revolt, launched a water range
with Mark Wahlberg, and teamed up with salesforce Mark Bennioff
to line such a black business marketplace. In twenty twenty three,
he sent then owner of the Dallas Mavericks, Mark Cuban,
an email asking to design the uniforms for the NBA team.
Cuban told The Post they had never met, so the
(05:13):
cold email was a bold move for Diddy. It was
a slam dunk to associate his new clothing brand, Sean
John with a pro sports team. While Diddy took credit
for the design, it was actually Ditty's top designer who
created it and did he signed off? Cuban said, Oh,
isn't that funny? Mark Cuban, mister bigmouth himself. Huh isn't
(05:33):
he up? There popping off all the time on Twitter
and shit like he doesn't live on top of an
ivory tower with the rest of these disgusting billionaires. I'm
so tired of being preached to by people that are
paling around with Puffy and paling around with Jeffrey Epstein.
Here's an idea. Shut your face for five minutes. We
(05:54):
were an up and coming team at the time when
pro sports teams didn't do anything with entertainment industry people.
Cuban had said. We never even met, We never did
any follow up or anything beyond that, Cuban said. For Diddy,
who had gone to Howard University to study business, a
single deal with an NBA team gave him credibility that
he leveraged for even more deal making. But it was
(06:16):
the two way street did He also used his own cash,
the promise of entry into a world of celebrity to
attract investments for his projects. And what else have we learned?
According to the accusers, that's what he used to draw
them into his web of abuse. Now still just allegations,
but when you have the FEDS rating your home on
(06:38):
the back of allegations, usually not a good look. The
same year as his Mavericks deal. Did he got Burkele,
a serial investor worth an estimated two point nine billion
according to Forbes, to inject one hundred million into his
fashion range Sean John, And that's another angle that's going
to have to be looked at. Did he was involved
(06:58):
in a lot of fashion with a lot of mo
Were any of these models abused where they brought over
and trafficked on false pretenses? Now, again, I don't have
any evidence that that occurred, but it's something that has
to be looked at. When you're looking at a RICO
investigation and you're looking at something as sprawling as this,
every nook and cranny has to be investigated. It was
(07:20):
to become Ditty's longest standing Wall Street relationship. After it
was done, they partied with Michael Jackson, while Sean John
became a fixture in Macy's and dillard stores. The next year,
the rapper teamed up with s day Lauder to create
multiple fragrances, including one that was named Unforgivable. And there's
another Epstein name, the Lotters. Did they help Jeffrey Epstein
(07:44):
get one of those fake passports that he had. There's
a lot of talk that they did, so this is
a very tangled web here of folks and a lot
of the same names. Like I said previously when this
all first started, are gonna pop up. That move gave
him instant social staff. It let him rub shoulders lucratively
with a New York social dynasty, and in turn gave
(08:06):
him there are decades old brand of fresh contemporary glamour
associated not just with rap music, but his celebrity packed
white parties in the Hamptons. And when they say white parties,
not white people parties, obviously they're talking about everybody comes
dressed in white, and Puffy was famous for these white
parties up in the Hamptons. The company was thrilled with
(08:28):
the partnership, and chief operating Officer William Lauders said Diddy
was a man who has built a phenomenal reputation as
a taste maker in music, in fashion, and in business. Yeah,
what about the name he's making for himself as an abuser?
According to these suits, you're gonna address that, mister lawder,
or you're just gonna ignore it like you did the
(08:50):
Jeffrey Epstein ties. The latter and Macy deals were celebrated
with Ditty ringing the New York Stock Exchanges opening bell
in two thousand and three, a sign of his power
and influence. Analysts said Diddy was one of the first
celebrities to essentially license his name to brands, and companies
were able to draw on that to reach a more
(09:11):
diverse group of customers. In two thousand and seven, he
was approached by the alcohol giant Diageo to become a
brand spokesperson for its Sarah vodka, but he countered by
proposing he become brand manager and chief marketing officer in
return for a fifty percent profit share, and even had
the business cards made up for his new role before
(09:33):
the deal was done. And he's just somebody that always
gets his way, right, one of these dudes that always
gets his way because he has so much money, so
much power. Nobody tells him no. So if you think
that any of these girls, especially underage girls, had the
power to just walk away from him, you're insane. The
(09:53):
vodka brand agreed he missed no opportunity to promote it,
with the deal paying him nearly one billion dollars over
the the next fifteen years and turning Sharak into a
hugely successful brand. The savvy negotiations led many in Hollywood
to respect Diddy's acumen. He was a master entrepreneur. One
music business insider who said that the rapper was widely
(10:14):
respected in Hollywood as a businessman, told The Post he
was super intelligent, hard working guy and a genius at brands.
He turned Sharak into a billion dollar business When he
rang the nys Bell in twenty sixteen as a representative
for Sarak, Then NYSEC president Tom Farley said Diddy was
(10:34):
an inspiration to him and similar to the Founding Fathers
since they were both hustlers. What an absolute clown? I mean,
does Tom Farley want to reevaluate that statement now maybe
and go back and change it the Founding Fathers? Really,
that was the best you could come up with. You
couldn't come up with some kind of entrepreneur. The comment
(11:00):
were written up by Ditty's own news website, Revolt, which
often reported favorably on its co founder. He's had to
sell piece of that now too. He's no longer the
owner of Revolt after these allegations came out, but the
Diageo relationship ended in Ranker in twenty twenty three, with
Ditty accusing the multinational of racism. The case was settled
(11:22):
in January, with Diageo now sole owner of Sarak and
Di Leon Tequila. In twenty fifteen, Diddy again teamed up
with Burkel and also with boy band heart throb turned
movie star Mark Wahlberg to buy now defunct water company Aquahydrate.
Once again, Diddy promoted it energetically, appearing on both coasts
(11:42):
with Wallberg and Burkell's another guy that needs to be
looked at. Ron Burkele is with all these people who
are accused of diddling girls and little girls, I have
some questions, at least on paper. Berkele had the longest
relationship with Ditty of any of his business partners. He
has not commented on the allegations against Diddy. Oh, he's
(12:02):
not going to He's just going to keep quiet and
shut up. Earlier this year, Berkele, a one time close
friend of former President Bill Clinton, was linked to another
alleged sex trafficker, not alleged, an actual sex trafficker, an
abuser of women, and a complete and utter scumbag, when
he was listed in an unsealed court filing naming people
(12:23):
associated with Epstein. There is no suggestion that Berkele engaged
in wrongdoing. Oh, none at all. No, he just happens
to be a fellow traveler with every diddler and molester
that we talk about. Okay, I guess it's just all
a coincidence. Diddy has also forged a relationship with Dalio, who,
as well as a founding Bridgewater, the world's largest hedge fund,
(12:46):
has a personal net worth of fifteen point four billion
according to Forbes, and has become a sought after guru
for his principle of radical transparency. In twenty seventeen, out
of Forbes gathering of the one hundred greatest living business minds,
did he approach Bridgewater founder Ray Dahalio and started peppering
him with business questions? Did he was a frequent attender
(13:08):
at business events. His celebrity writer included his own drink
brands and a young Thai coconut. Oh, a young Thai coconut. Huh,
Surprised it wasn't a young Thai girl. Dahalio tweeted in
twenty nineteen that Diddy asked me to mentor him and
posted a slickly produced video of a recent mentor session
of ours. I wonder what Ray Daalio has to say now,
(13:30):
and you know what I always talk about the gross
ass financial sector. This is what I'm talking about. These
dudes don't care whoever's going to make them dough, whoever
they feel like is going to enrich them more. That's
who they're rolling with. They don't care if they're molesting people,
trafficking people, whatever. He's a real hero, Daalio said, and
he wants to be a role model and help others.
(13:52):
The greatest joy I'm having now is helping other people
be successful, particularly helping people who can help a lot
of people. Sean Combs, also known as Ditty, is one
such person. Daally Oh posted boosting Didty to one point
three million followers looking for financial wisdom. In twenty twenty one,
Diddy teamed up with tech mogul Mark Bennioff, CEO of Salesforce,
(14:13):
who Forbes estimates to be worth ten point five billion,
to launch shop Circulate, a marketplace for black owned businesses.
That same year, he launched a similar online marketplace and
Power Global Building. Blackwell starts with investing in black owned
businesses and giving entrepreneurs access to the consumers needed to
build sustainable companies that can thrive. Combs said he told
(14:37):
Billboard magazine last year that he wants to collaborate with
Byron Allen, the TV mogul, and billionaire Hollywood director Tyler
Perry to create a black owned media conglomerate, although neither
struck any deals with them. After Ditty was accused by
his ex Cassie of rape, sex trafficking, and domestic violence
last November and settled the suit without admitting her claims,
(14:58):
brands began distancing themselves. Macy's, which still carried his fashion line,
said they would stop selling his products, and eighteen companies
selling products on in Power are reported to have left
the platform in recent months. So this is what I
was talking about when I was talking about the tangled web,
and you're going to continue to see it. There's going
(15:18):
to be a lot of these financial sector types that
pop up in this Ditty story. Now, does that mean
that they were molesting anybody or they were trafficking, Well,
we don't know yet, but we do know that there's
a ton of overlap. And my guess is, as this
story continues to evolve and it continues to grow, we're
going to see even more of that. The question is
will any of these people actually be caught up in
(15:41):
the allegations? All right, folks, that's going to do it
for this one. All of the information that goes with
this episode can be found in the description box. What's
up everyone, and welcome back to the program. So when
I told you that the floodgates were going to open
with Ditty, I meant it. And those floodgates have absolutely
been blown open now and we're hearing that over fifty
(16:04):
people have gotten together to file suit against Ditty in what,
in my opinion, is going to become much more common.
All the people who say that they've been abused by Ditty,
they're going to be coming out of the woodwork, like
we've talked about from the beginning, looking for restitution, looking
for you know, a couple of bucks, whatever it might be.
And a lot of times when you have a situation
(16:26):
like this and there are multiple accusers, you'll see them
consolidate their case into one and basically make it a
class action suit. And it looks like that's what's going
to happen here. So to get things started today, why
don't we just read the post from Tony busby the
lawyer who is overseeing this. The Buzzby Law Firm has
(16:47):
been associated by the Able Law Group to act as
lead counsel to pursue claims on behalf of more than
fifty individuals who suffered sexual assault and abuse at the
hands of Sean Ditty Combs and his co This group
of brave individuals include both men and women. Many were
miners when the abuse occurred. Now, remember what I told
(17:08):
you about miners coming forward and underage people being abused.
It was only a matter of time. We already have
a lawsuit from a girl who claims that she was
seventeen when she was abused by Harvepierre and Diddy. So
now you're going to have more coming out. And unfortunately,
I'm sure we've only scratched the tip of the iceberg
(17:29):
when we're talking about unnamed people who say that they
were abused by Diddy. When you're somebody that's allegedly this
prolific who's been active for decades, there's going to be
a lot of victims that you've abused throughout the years.
Some of these brave individuals reported the incidents to the police,
others did not. Each individual's story is gut wrenching and heartbreaking.
(17:53):
The acts complained of occurred at hotels, private homes, and
also at the infamous P Diddy Freakov parties. The violations
against this group of individuals are mind boggling and can
only be described as debauchery and depravity exacted by powerful
people against miners and the weak. I expect the group
seeking redress will grow as this case progresses. I expect
(18:15):
many other individuals will be implicated. We expect to have
a press conference early next week where some of these
stories can be told as the nation learns more and
grapples with the potential scope of this scandal. Our firm
has always been at the forefront of the most important
cases in the United States. We're proud to represent this
group of brave souls and pray for justice on their behalf.
(18:38):
So that's a pretty ominous warning from Tony Busby. And
if what he's saying is true, then that mountain that
Diddy was climbing as he attempts to beat these charges
basically just quadrupled in size. Because the second you start
talking about miners, forget it. There's no defense for that right.
There is no consensual sex defense. There is nothing you
(18:59):
can say or do and I told you from the
very beginning that I expect a superseded indictment, And the
more we learn about what went on here, or allegedly
went on, the more convinced I am that we're going
to see that superseded indictment at some point. But with
this new information from Tony Busby, I'm very interested to
see what he has because we all know that what
(19:20):
Diddy was up to allegedly is a lot more than
what we know as far as what the Affid David
told us, They're only going to give you enough in
the Affid David that a judge is going to sign
off on the warrants. Right, They're not going to give
you everything they have as far as the investigation goes.
We've seen that time and time again. And once the
Feds smell blood in the water, it becomes feeding time
(19:42):
for the sharks. And with all of these allegations and
the new allegations that have been popping up, you know,
the Feds are in a feeding frenzy right now when
it comes to building this case. All right, let's move
on to our second article, and this article is from
the Daily Mail and the headline male sex worker hands
over alleged Diddy freakof tape to prosecutors after meeting Feds
(20:05):
in NYC. This article was authored by Sabrina Pente. Well
that's not good for Diddy, huh. How much more evidence
needs to be turned over? And not only that, but
how much evidence has been seized. We know that there's
been a ton of tapes allegedly taken into the possession
of the federal government. So the question now is what's
(20:26):
on those tapes? Now. I know there's a lot of
people out there expecting those tapes to have all sorts
of compromise on them, but I'm not too sure. Was
it just Diddy being a voyeur and diddling himself as
he watched sex workers do what they were doing. That's
certainly going to be a defense. Or was it something
much more nefarious and something much more dastardly? And that's
(20:50):
what the government's telling us was going on here. And
when we hear all of the accounts from the people
who were there, the people who took part, and the
people who say they were abused, the evidence is obviously
pointing at Diddy being guilty. A sex worker who took
part in one of Sean Didty Comb's infamous freak off
sessions has reportedly handed over a tape of the encounter.
(21:13):
The freak offs would allegedly see Diddy fifty four ply
women with drugs before coercing them into marathon sexual performances
with male prostitutes, according to prosecutors, and it's the coercion
and applying them with drugs that's going to see Ditty
in big trouble. It's not consensual sex that's the problem, right,
It's the applying people with drugs, coercing them into these
(21:34):
long freak off sessions, and all of the logistics that
went in to setting all of this up. According to TMZ,
an unnamed mal sex worker told federal investigators that the
disgraced hip hop mogul had gotten in touch with him
to engage in one of his freak offs involving himself,
Diddy and a woman. The man also recounted what types
(21:55):
of drugs the rapper allegedly used during these sex sessions,
as well as details at the encounter he claims was videotaped.
As reported by TMZ, the threesome took place in May
of last year, when the male escort flew from Miami
to Atlanta to meet with Ditty and the unnamed woman.
And just to be clear, I'm sure that Diddy did
have consensual dalliances when it comes to sex workers and
(22:18):
women and the rest of it. But you can't coerce nobody.
You can't be spiking people's drinks, you can't give them drugs.
Everybody has to be consenting if something like this is
going to go down. And if people aren't consenting, well,
my friend, you're a fucking predator. He allegedly ended up
having sex with her while did He filmed their encounter,
which the man had a copy of and turned it
(22:38):
over to agents who interviewed him. It comes as images
of Ditty's wild parties from the early two thousands resurfaced
following his arrest last week in New York City, which
showed a rapper eating food off of a naked woman. Well,
in the context of what's going on, that sounds weird
to sell, right, But these rich people, this is the
kind of shit they do. They call it art. Look
(23:00):
at that. Marina Abremovich broad Absolute Psychopaths gets out there,
does all these weird ass quote unquote artistic types of demonstrations.
But really it's nothing more than some debauchery. So same
kind of shit here, you know, at some party, hire
some poor girl. Come up here, lay on the table.
We'll put food on you, and then all these degenerates
(23:22):
will google over you as they take their food and
eat it. First of all, no, thank you. Second of all,
why do I want to eat food that's been on
a human body? I like my food directly out of
the package or directly out of the pan, not off
of a human body. The musician was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering,
and transportation to engage in prostitution. The charge, which details
(23:46):
allegations dating back to two thousand and eight, accuses him
of abusing, threatening, and coursing women for years to fulfill
his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.
A thousand bottles of baby oil were discovered during searches
of his properties, it's claimed. And the funny shit is
his lawyer tried to say that it's because of Costco
(24:06):
just so happens to be located next to his properties.
And you know, American shop in bulk Now, I don't
think there is one single American in the history of
the world that's one out and bought one thousand bottles
of baby oil besides Diddy. And furthermore, Costco has already
come out and shit all over Agnafilo's statement, saying that
(24:27):
Diddy got this stuff at Costco. And remember everything that
the prosecution can use as far as what Diddy or
his team says leading up to trial, they'll try and
get that admitted as evidence and use it to send
Diddy away for the rest of his life. So Agnafillo
better be careful with what he's saying. And prosecutors allege
women who participated in the freak Offs were so worn
(24:48):
out by the marathon sex sessions they needed IV drips
after And that's so crazy for me to think about.
I mean, I do a lot of like backcountry expeditions,
a lot of tricks where I'm hiking for twenty five
thirty miles a day with a twenty five pound bag
on my back, and I don't need any ivs after
that's done. So can you imagine what was going on
(25:10):
in these bedrooms, the sort of exertion that was happening
with these people as they were all drugged out going
on three day marathon benders like their John Holmes, And
I mean how could that even be fun? At some point,
don't you just get bored of it? Like, all right,
we've done this for the last thirty seven hours. Maybe
we should do something else. But I guess when you're diddy,
you're out here looking for the pimples on the booty instead.
(25:33):
He is pleaded not guilty to the charges. Following his arrest,
he was denied bell by a judge after he used
both his and his mother's homes in Miami worth fifty
million as collateral. It's also alleged that the rapper would
coerce and manipulate victims into taking part in days long
sexual performances, which he dubbed freakofs And that's gonna be
(25:54):
the big trouble for him, right. Once you start coercing
people into doing things you want them to do against
their will, especially when we're talking about a sexual nature,
you're looking at all kinds of trouble. These allegations were
central to prosecutors bringing sex trafficking charges against the producer,
with observers noting that authorities are increasingly expanding the law
(26:15):
to suit their cases against powerful defendants. A step up
in federal sex trafficking charges was passed by Congress in
two thousand as an intentional step to take down prostitution
rings and pimps, but the evolving nature of the charge
has seen it more recently used to snare individuals like
Keith Rayniery. Well, yeah, that's what happens. They've been using
(26:36):
RICO to go after people who sell drugs and people
who were involved in the rackets forever. They shouldn't use
it to go after these criminal organizations that are engaging
in modern day slavery. I would say that that's the
perfect time to use RICO. And once again, I'd be
remiss not to mention the fact that Jeffrey Epstein and
Glenn Maxwell both didn't have to face RICO charges. Ask yourself,
(26:58):
why why would Maxwell Jeffrey Epstein the most prolific human
trafficking ring we have probably ever seen. How come they
didn't face RICO charges, especially considering the nature of their organization,
international in scope, et cetera, et cetera. Well, pretty simple, folks,
assets who are working for or with the government, they
(27:20):
don't get hit with RICO. You know who gets hit
with RICO, People like Diddy, That's who gets it with RICO.
People like Keith ray Neery, people like R Kelly. You
might have a lot of money, but that money only
goes so far, and Ditty's finding that out right now. Notably,
Diddy has hired the same attorney, Mark Agnafilo, who has
previously challenged the government's expanding use of federal sex trafficking
(27:43):
charges in ray Neary's twenty nineteen trial that led to
one hundred and twenty years sentence. If convicted, Diddy could
spend the rest of his life behind bars. Yo, I
would not be hiring Mark Agnofilo. Sorry, dude's a decent
lawyer and all, but Nope, with Ditty's money, I'd be
going to get Andrew Brettler. I'd be going to get
Alan Jackson, somebody that I know is going to handle business.
(28:06):
Agnafilo's out here talking about he bought a thousand bottles
of baby oil at Costco. Really broke. Here's an idea.
Just shut up, don't say anything because the prosecutors they're
paying attention, and the more you say, the more they're
going to have to use against you when the trial comes.
But as far as this evidence being produced, I would
(28:27):
expect that there's going to be more of this as
things continue to evolve. Because this is a situation that's
vast in scope, that means there's a lot of people involved,
and the more people you have involved, well, the more
tongues get to wagon. So like usual, we'll keep an
eye on things and when we have some new information,
we'll get it added to the catalog. All of the
(28:48):
information that goes with this episode can be found in
the description box.
