Speaker 1 (00:00):
Are you ready?
Speaker 2 (00:01):
Yeah, okay, let's do an Ill Martinas Live a program
about current events, our culture, our values, our politics, and
our future.
Speaker 1 (00:11):
And now Bill Martinez.
Speaker 3 (00:15):
Hey, good morning, Happy New Year to you. Six minutes
after the top of the hour. Right now, we've got
doctor John Lott, the author of gun control missed.
Speaker 4 (00:23):
Hey John, good morning to you. How are you doing.
Speaker 5 (00:25):
Great, Good morning to you, Happy new year.
Speaker 4 (00:28):
Yeah, always good to connect with you.
Speaker 3 (00:29):
Well, here we're talking about and we've talked about this before,
and that is the whole truth and nothing but about
the illegal immigrant crime rate and the cost. This new
data reveals the truth and what we suspected all along, right, Yeah.
Speaker 6 (00:48):
Well, I mean this probably gives at least a view,
though it's a I'm sure it's an underestimate of the
problem because New York State is not exactly assisting ICE
and identify buying whether people are illegal aliens in their
prison population or not. But well, ICE recently put out
detainers for seven th one and thirteen illegals that were
(01:13):
either in jails or prisons in New York State, and
if you look it up, you find that they have
slightly over fifty thousand incarcerated individuals in the state there,
So this is about fourteen percent of the total incarcerated population.
Speaker 5 (01:30):
And you can compare that.
Speaker 6 (01:32):
To the estimates of the number of illegals in New
York State. Generally, the highest estimate is from Pew, which
puts it at it's about four point one percent. So
you know, there are fourteen at least fourteen percent of
the prison population and jail population are illegals and only
(01:56):
four percent of the state wide general population. So that's
almost three and a half times more overrepresented in the
incarcerated population compared to their share of the general population.
Speaker 7 (02:10):
And there are.
Speaker 6 (02:11):
Multiple reasons for believing that it's an underestimate, not just
that New York's not assisting ICE and identifying whether these
individuals are illegal or not, but also the fact that
ICE will sit around at courthouses and if you have
an illegal that gets brought in, either charged or convicted,
(02:36):
they'll take often take the person into custody and deport
them before they even get into prison. And so they're
going to be underrepresented in prison. And now New York
makes it much more difficult than other states like Texas
or Florida, for example, and so maybe not a huge
(03:00):
number are deported at that stage. But there was a
two month period of time this summer where according to
CBS News, ICE was able to go and pick up
and deport about four hundred and six people, four hundred
and sixty people illegals who were being arrested and charged
(03:24):
at that time. And so that's that's four hundred and
sixty for just two months. You know, if you added
those on to the you know, seven and thirteen, even
for that two months, it would have been a noticeable
increase in the number of incarcerated people.
Speaker 4 (03:44):
John, why is this acceptable?
Speaker 6 (03:48):
You know, the thing is the people who are there.
First of all, they released another seven thousand, almost seven
thousand criminal illegals who had been convicted in serving time
in prison in jails in New York State, people who
had been convicted of murder, of child rape, of other
(04:10):
sexual assaults, of robbery. You know, why you want to
go and hide these individuals from deportation when you're releasing
a murderer or releasing a child rapist is something that's
hard to figure out. I mean, I understand why states
(04:30):
like New York and California and Illinois and other Democratic
states want to have more illegals in their population because
they go and get more congressional seats to go and
get more money from the federal government based on how
many people that they have there. But you know, if
(04:50):
you really believe their claim that there are not that
many criminal illegals in their places, you know, so you
lose a tiny bit of the population by deporting child
rapists and murderers.
Speaker 5 (05:06):
But you know, they won't even won't even.
Speaker 6 (05:09):
Help with regard to people who are violent criminals.
Speaker 3 (05:14):
And of course they're not going to listen to the
people in the communities who are complaining about this right.
They just continue to ignore their their complaints, which are
very reasonable, these complaints that they're making in these local
communities because these people are being released, and where are
they going. They're going They're not They're not going to
the Hamptons.
Speaker 5 (05:35):
Oh yeah, no, that's exactly right.
Speaker 6 (05:37):
Criminals tend to commit crimes against people who are very
similar to them, and and one imagines that that's yet
another reason why they're underrepresented in the incarcerated population, because
they're likely committing crimes disproportionately against other illegal aliens. And
(05:58):
if that's the case, one can make the argument that
it's unlikely that criminal that illegal aliens who have crimes
committed against them, they wouit maybe more reticent than others
to go to the police to go and report crimes.
Speaker 5 (06:12):
That have been committed against them. And so you know,
it's just.
Speaker 6 (06:18):
You know, they even if you believe them that they
care about illegals and they want them to be happy,
that doesn't explain why they don't deport people.
Speaker 8 (06:29):
Who are murderers and rapists.
Speaker 3 (06:32):
Well, the other factor here, John to consider is that
in these local communities like in Colorado where you had
TDA running so rampant, I mean, they had the fear
of God in all these people that they weren't about
to report them because if they did, then they were
getting their fingers cut off in hands or whatever.
Speaker 9 (06:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (06:51):
Yeah, yeah, they do them right.
Speaker 6 (06:53):
Right, It's more than just them have to worry about
the police, Yes, but you have you have the fact
that they have to worry about retaliation there. And it's
a really serious problem. So you have a lot of
very violent gangs that are involved.
Speaker 3 (07:11):
And so for the sake of representation, these state politicians,
because they want the numbers inflated in such a way
because it gives them some sort of advantage, but like everything,
there's a cost to that, right, and it's being felt
by the local communities.
Speaker 6 (07:27):
Right Well, look, I mean we may for illegals generally
in place like California, you may be talking about at
least five congressional seats that are there.
Speaker 5 (07:38):
I don't know what the numbers are for.
Speaker 6 (07:40):
The other states, but you know you're going to lose
at least probably a couple in New York and Illinois
and Maryland and New Jersey and other places like that. Massachusetts,
you know that you're talking about real numbers in terms
of the number of congressional seats that they risk losing
(08:01):
if they were to lose all their illegal aliens. So
you know, those that's a real impact, and I can
understand why they want to prevent that from losing that,
but it's still you can imagine how much different the
congressional debate would be right now in terms of passing
(08:22):
legislation if you know, if you had you know, maybe
at least ten or more seats that were went to
heavily democratic states.
Speaker 5 (08:32):
I mean, that's one thing.
Speaker 6 (08:33):
If they if they are sanctuary places, they attract illegal
aliens to those places because they think that they're less
likely to get deported.
Speaker 3 (08:45):
Well, our government is rewarding them for that behavior.
Speaker 5 (08:48):
John, Yeah, Well.
Speaker 6 (08:50):
I mean you just look at what's coming out of
Minnesota these days, with all the fraud and everything that's
been going on. It's like, you know, they want to
pay them huge amounts of money so to attract them
to live in the state there.
Speaker 4 (09:05):
Yeah, well, we got to go to a quick break.

Nutrition for Patriots, Welcome back to.
Speaker 4 (14:17):
America, Bill Martinez here with doctor John Lott.
Speaker 3 (14:19):
He's the president of the Crime Prevention Research Center, also
author of the great book You Must Read Gun Control
miss It lies all these myths, the things that the
mainstream media has been lying to you about and politicians
because you have to look and be discerning enough to
as why they take these particular positions. And as John
(14:39):
pointed out, it's still about power and control, right John.
Speaker 6 (14:43):
Yeah, No, Unfortunately, there's a lot of that that goes around.
Politicians want to have money, they want to be able
to have control over votes, and this helps them do that.
Speaker 3 (14:57):
John, What did you make of what happened in Whisky
Johnsen speaking of these activist judges who resigned her position
be connected, right exactly.
Speaker 4 (15:09):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (15:09):
Well, I mean she's pacing five years in prison. We'll
see how much of a sentence she actually ends up getting.
But she's a felon and you can't have a felon
be a judge. And you know, so it was just
a question of time whether she voluntarily resigned or you know,
(15:31):
she was put in prison and wasn't able to serve
in her job anymore. There, But I mean it was Look,
this was a jury decision in a very heavily democratic
liberal area Milwaukee, and yet even a jury from very
(15:53):
liberal Milwaukee area that votes heavily democratic, they were able
to have a unanimous verdict very quickly.
Speaker 5 (16:02):
That she was guilty. She had.
Speaker 6 (16:06):
Loyal staff members of her, which gave devastating testimony about
how she was consciously going out of her way to
protect this illegal from trying to protect him from being deported. Fortunately,
one can just say that she told them to leave
(16:27):
the building through another exit, and they didn't follow her instructions.
They went to the wrong place, and the Ice agents
saw him at that point, and you know, then they
had a foot chase that went outside the building the courthouse,
and they were eventually able to catch him. But you know,
(16:48):
if it wasn't for that mistake on his part not
following her directions, he would have had he would have escaped.
Speaker 1 (16:58):
Probably.
Speaker 3 (16:59):
Well, it begs the question how many others did she
circumvent the law? Not only her, but others other activist
judges you know, throughout the country who share the same worldview.
Speaker 6 (17:13):
Yeah, no, it's a real concern, and you know, one
can only guess how many more are like that. She
set it up so that if he had escaped, he'd
have to face another hearing, and she was setting it
(17:34):
up so he could do it by zoom, so he
wouldn't have to come into the courthouse there and avoid
the Ice agents that may be waiting for him, because
he could do zoom from any place. You know, it's
really shocking the extent to which they're willing to go
(17:54):
in order to try to avoid anything. And this guy,
he was there in court for a violent crime. You know,
he had beaten up this woman that was there. And
you know, why what goes through the mind of someone
a judge where you have somebody who has been charged
(18:18):
with a violent crime, why you want to go and
protect them from being deported again. I mean, this is
what we were talking about earlier. But it's just it's
just mind boggling to me.
Speaker 5 (18:28):
Why they want to go.
Speaker 6 (18:32):
To such links to go and protect violent criminals and
have them on the street in the country.
Speaker 3 (18:42):
Well, and you would think, here's a woman judge and
a woman victim. Although there's not supposed to be prejudiced
in that, but you would think there'd be some sort
of leaning at least, right.
Speaker 6 (18:54):
Look, I mean, you hope that they treat all criminals
the same right, But you know it's the point is
the person was a violent criminal. U. The point is
is that she should have taken care of the case
that day. Instead she was trying to put it off
and get him out as soon as she could.
Speaker 13 (19:14):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (19:15):
You know, you have the victims. They showed up in court.
The victims showed up in court in this case. You know,
even if you had delayed and had it zoom at
a later date. You know, that's an inconvenience to make
the victim have to come in yet again to go
and handle the case that's there, you know too.
Speaker 5 (19:38):
It's just disappointing.
Speaker 7 (19:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (19:40):
Well, John, if you can allow me, I want to
do a little sidebar here regarding all the news out
of Venezuela. What what's your you know, what's your perspective
on what happened and what's happening with Madua?
Speaker 5 (19:56):
Well, I mean, the guy had.
Speaker 6 (20:00):
Criminal charges against him. We're allowed to go and arrest
people in foreign countries who have criminal charges against him.
The exception is usually if the person is the head
of a country. But we don't recognize in most countries,
(20:22):
you know, the EU and many other places around the
world do not recognize Maduro as the properly elected head
of Venezuela, so that wasn't a protection that he was given.
You know, the fact that they were able to go
Apparently the guy was living in a military base. So
(20:42):
you know the fact that our military could go and
snatch someone from inside a military base and do so
without any loss of life on the part of our
soldiers that were there or a loss of equipment is
pretty astounding.
Speaker 4 (21:02):
You know.
Speaker 6 (21:03):
I it's so you have to say, in terms of
their planning and training and everything that they went through.
Raising Kine, the head of the Joint Chiefs Staff, he
had a long discussion about all the training and planning
(21:25):
that they made on that, and it's you know, very impressive.
So but look, Maduro and his wife are going to
get convicted. I don't think there's much doubt about that.
I know his lawyers are going to go and try
to argue that we improperly arrested him, but I think
(21:48):
they're going to fail for the reasons I just went
through on that. And you know, the question becomes, there's
similar criminal charges against the person who's the vice president,
against other people that are there. Are they going to
play ball or are we going to have to go
in and arrest them too. I know there's a lot
(22:11):
in the media, uh saying things like, well, why didn't
we go and arrest all these individuals at one time?
You know, I mean it seems enough of an undertaking
to go and these other people were supposedly in other
military bases that were there. You know, a lot of
(22:34):
military assets had to be involved just going into this
one military base to go and take Maduro and his wife.
Speaker 4 (22:42):
You know, so you imagine the yeah, the chaos that
would have ensued.
Speaker 3 (22:48):
John, You know, if you went in and took everybody out,
I mean you've got to. You can't leave a vacuum there.
And even if the replacement of Maduro, this vice president
that is there, who is said to be worse, I mean,
she's she's a definitive communist and her actions in past,
but she's she wants to play ball. You know, she
(23:11):
saw what happened to her boss and she goes, okay,
well I can play nice.
Speaker 4 (23:15):
Well we'll see how that plays out.
Speaker 3 (23:17):
But anyway to kind of wrap things up on what
you were reporting on earlier, John, you know, the president
is on track in deporting and for us realizing the
lowest murder rate ever recorded among criminal illegal immigrants.
Speaker 6 (23:35):
You see, the lowest murder rate ever recorded in US history,
So I mean, right in twenty twenty four, the murder
rate was about five per hundred thousand people. Fraction less
than that. The lowest murder rate we've ever recorded in
US history was four point five per hundred thousand. Looking
(23:58):
at the data through October of this last year, or
until the beginning of October, showed about a nineteen point
five percent drop in the murder rate. Now, assuming that
that continues anywhere near the rate that is falling, you're
(24:19):
gonna be talking about a murder rate that's about four
or slightly less than four per one hundred thousand. You know,
that's like one ninth lower than the lowest previous record
of four point five.
Speaker 5 (24:33):
So that's quite an accomplishment.
Speaker 6 (24:35):
And doing things like deporting criminal illegal aliens, Doing things
like making it risky for the criminal aliens that you
haven't caught to go and commit crime because if they
commit crime, that there's a higher chance that the police
will have them on their radar and arrest them. Helps
(24:56):
restrain the amount of crime that they're committing. Things like
having the FBI having twice the number of arrests so
far through like October this year compared to all of
last year. You know, if you want to reduce crime,
you have to make it riskier for criminals to commit
(25:17):
crime and higher rest rates, higher conviction rates. What they've
done in Washington, d C. And Memphis in terms of
making it riskier for criminals to commit crime, We've seen
huge drops and crimes. Who went for eighteen days in
a row without a murder in Washington, d C. After
they federalized the law enforcement there. So you know, all
(25:41):
those things add up. You know, you had a very
high murder rate in d C beforehand, You had a
high murder rate in Memphis, probably the highest in the
country for any major city. You know, you have a
big drop and murder rates and places that have the
high so you're going to have some impact on the
(26:03):
total murder rate for the country.
Speaker 3 (26:05):
Well, exactly, Well, we got to leave it there, doctor
John Lott, As always, we appreciate the reporting and insight.
He's the president of the Crime Prevention Research Center. He
served as a Senior Advisor for Research and Statistics in
the US Department of Justice. In twenty twenty one author

Hey, good morning, Happy New Year.
Speaker 3 (30:12):
Bill Martinez here with doctor Wilfrid Riley, the professor of
political science at Kentucky State University, the author of Taboo,
Ten Facts you Can't Talk About and Lies. My liberal
teacher taught me, well, we talk about these things because
we're in search of the truth, no matter where it leads,
because that's what it comes down to, the truth, the
whole truth, and nothing but doctor Wilfrid Riley, how you
(30:33):
doing doing pretty well?
Speaker 1 (30:35):
Doing pretty well? I'm gonna chass you orientation today, So
going through basic stuff. You know, you don't sexually harass anyone,
that kind of thing, So learning.
Speaker 3 (30:45):
That sometimes you have to go back to first principles, right.
Speaker 1 (30:50):
Yeah, I mean, well, we do this every year. I
think every institution in the state of Kentucky is required too.
So I mean, like it's pretty I've been one of
our fairly senior executives in the past. I was ore ombutsmen,
so we actually like I'm required to sign a contract
saying and I'm not going to fight duels and that
kind of thing. I'm not going to take my sword
or my two pistols, you know, and go to challenge
(31:11):
anybody or anything like that. So it's just the same
kind of repetitious stuff.
Speaker 3 (31:16):
What's the resound on campus regarding the latest in Venezuela.
Speaker 1 (31:23):
I mean most of the students Kentucky, Appalachian, African American,
I mean, most people are just the attitudes like, yeah,
USA is the big dog. It's not that it's not
a well thought out, you know, reaction to American geo
political posturing. I do think most people in the Heartland
are pretty positive about the whole situation. The Iraq War.
(31:45):
Obviously in both those groups Atos Black and Heartland Caucasian.
I mean, a lot of people lost relatives and that
war declined in popularity over I mean the decade or
the fifteen years we were there. This I think a
lot of people think of as a better fought campaign
and that the conflict was over by dinner time, you know,
I mean we or I guess my breakfast, like, we
(32:06):
went there, we took Maduro, we bombed Chavez's tomb, just
as a statement of how we felt about communism, and
then we left. So there wasn't there were we didn't
have There weren't casualties, there weren't captives. There there was
none of that kind of thing. So in general a
positive reaction.
Speaker 3 (32:22):
Well, I think the old axiom is that when you
remove the troublemaker, peace seems to settle in.
Speaker 4 (32:27):
Right.
Speaker 1 (32:29):
Yeah, I mean, so it's all the question of what
you want to do with these kind of missions. I mean,
so the USA in the past has done. I mean,
we've gone into Granada, we've gone into Panama, We've since
the mon Road doctrine, there's been an understanding that the
USA is sometimes going to be active in the New
World regulating the behavior of these neighboring countries. And when
(32:54):
it comes to Venezuela, I mean, Rubio has said, you know,
we are almost certainly going to indict du here in
the United States for narco trafficking. We've had this back
and forth of them for the past couple of months,
and I can't imagine that there haven't been communiques passed
through back channels. Well, what we're kind of saying is
you have to stop sending these narco boats to the USA.
(33:15):
You know where we've blown up a couple of them,
and I mean the Venezuelans have boasted, if you read
the Latin press, that a couple of them have gotten through.
But I mean these are these fast clippers with maybe
thirty tons of high grade marijuana or of fentanyl or
of cocaine, usually a mixture of drugs. So there's been this,
this back and forth and finally we just went in
and grabbed Baduro. And I mean, I think that's a
(33:36):
good way to do it. You can debate international law,
international law, but I mean, the you know, the basic
thing of you know, you're selling a lot of drugs
while you're the president of the country, and we're going
to take you and we're going to haul you in
front of either you know, at the international Court or
one of our courts and tell you to stop doing that.
That seems like a pretty solid solution as versus actually
(33:58):
going to war, right less.
Speaker 3 (34:01):
Well yeah, well, well, fortunately, you know, there's a question
of his legitimacy as president. If there was validity to
his position, then then we are encroaching on some international
law issues.
Speaker 1 (34:15):
As you say, yeah, I mean all this this is
all complex stuff. I mean, so First of all, I
don't think international law exists. I mean, so again we've
gotten into complex issues of morality, and that probably the
most debated question in theology and philosophy is our morals
ultimate Most people would say in a religious sense yes,
(34:36):
in a political or philosophical sense no, and this goes
back to Socrates and Plato. But at a level above
that or below that, I guess you could say there
are certain rules that come from the human logical and
empathic sense that almost no one would violate. The profess
on cannibalism, incests, so on, and we call those things,
you know mallam in say, you know, mallem definiti is prohibitive,
(34:59):
like that stuff you know going to do. Then there's
just malum prohibitum dejure. I mean, like things that we
just say are illegal international law. And even there there's
a question of is there a regulator to enforce the law,
blah blah blah. But international law is almost invariably an
example of something of things that are illegal just because
(35:19):
we say they are. One where there's no agency to
enforce the law. I think that that's very important. If
the US is China get into a full on sabers
clashing war. There's no one really to tell us to stop.
There are peer nations like the UK and Russia that
might take us to the table, but there's no one
that could that could prevent this. So I mean when
(35:41):
when people say, well, you're violating the UN Council of
this or that if you you arrest this guy. First
of all, I mean Vance Rubio. So many people have
argued coherently the president of the best lawyers in the
world that were not. But even if we were to
lose by one or two percent in the Hague or something,
and it were to be argued that we were that
(36:02):
nothing happens. So it's a little hard to take this seriously.
I mean, it's illegal to sell drugs, you know, so Venezuela, China, rush.
I mean, none of these countries can claim that they
are followers, that they are arbiters of international law. The
people that care about international law, blow by blow, point
(36:23):
by point, not in general, don't torture people. But you're
in violation of Section twenty two to six' one of
the Revised Geneva. Conventions tend to be sort of centrist
lawyers On, twitter And i'm not sure beyond, that there's
a great deal of, Concern BUT i think this is
a reasonable solution to the situation other than a full
(36:44):
scale shooting Warm.
Speaker 3 (36:45):
Well AND i think you pointed out, correctly is that
in the absence of any kind of moral measurement or,
standard then is he with a bigger pistola?
Speaker 4 (36:56):
Wins, Right, YEAH.
Speaker 1 (36:58):
I mean THAT'S i think it was A Pablo escobar that, said,
uh plateau, plomo silver or lead was the rule in
the absence of the global. HEGEMON i, mean so you
had these dueling drug cartels in the absence in his
country even of a coherent national. Government but, yeah in
the international, space what you have is anarchy in political science,
(37:19):
terms because you don't have a, controlling functional world. Government
AND i think that they're on kind of the center
left when you look at The Ben dreyfuss and so on, online the.
ARMANDOMELESKIS i think that there's an extreme desire for a
sort of functional world. Government but WHAT i don't think
(37:39):
a lot of Liberal americans realize is that would be
terrible for us because we would then be the equivalent
of The Elon musk in the tax framework and so.
On for that we would be the wealthy big brother
that would be responsible for funding the, world policing the,
world but they would no longer be able to do
(38:00):
the things we want to do like we can. Now
so it's a bit a moral to put it this.
Way but the current system works pretty well for, Us
like we have a great deal of power and we
use it pretty, well but we're also able to actually
pursue our. Interests SO i, mean In, VENEZUELA i assume
we're gonna take a lot of the. Oil oh, god,
yeah they've been pumping drugs into our. Society we just
(38:20):
want a quick clash with, Them so we're gonna we're
gonna take back some of them dereks that used to
belong To. Exxonmobile AND i think that's that's a logical
reason to, fight right.
Speaker 3 (38:29):
Exactly and the thing, is it's gonna take some, TIME
i mean and billions of dollars to retrofit and bring
up to standard what needs to happen there with their oil.
Industry so this isn't something that's going to happen. Overnight
but yet there will be some very positive. Things but
what WHAT i appreciate was the, instantaneous uh just uh
(38:52):
ethereal YOU a response by The venezuelans here In america
of the, joy uh you know was Just I'M i
mean it was there's cut elation here THAT i think
it's quite the indictment on anybody that thinks communism or
socialism could be a positive.
Speaker 4 (39:08):
Alternative, well, YEAH i.
Speaker 1 (39:11):
MEAN i was In Latin america with The American Field
service and some of these similar groups in nineteen ninety,
eight nineteen ninety. NINE i mean it's kind of junior
Varsity Peace. Corps they send groups of kits down there
and you repair the roads and so. On AND i
Mean venezuela at this time was stereotyped as kind of
the cocky rich. COUNTRY i, Mean venezuela had an average
(39:31):
INCOME i think of eleven thousand dollars per capita per
head in the. NINETIES i, MEAN i Think mississippi at
this time was like eighteen, thousand, Right SO i mean
they were a well off. Nation and the other DAY
i looked Up venezuela's per capita income and it was
seven thousand dollars per. Person so that's what communism. Does
like as the rest of the region has gotten dramatically,
wealthier As brazil has gotten of all, places gotten up
(39:54):
to twenty thousand dollars per, Individual venezuela's just. Stultified they've
stayed in the same. Place they've built these glamorous tombs
to these dead communist. Dictators but meanwhile people are mean
are eating the zoo, animals like people literally went to
The National zoo In caracas and shot the peacock and
drug it out of the. CAVE i, mean that's that's
what communism. Does there's no there's no, food so we're gonna.
Speaker 3 (40:15):
Leave we're gonna leave them with that thought for just a,
moment got to go to break more from Doctor Wilfrid.
Speaker 4 (40:19):

Speaker 22 (44:17):
Eight, hey we're back with you right.
Speaker 3 (44:26):
Now about fourteen minutes before the top of the Arm
Bill martinez here with the professor From.
Speaker 4 (44:29):
Kentucky State, university Doctor Wilfrid.
Speaker 3 (44:32):
Riley Bernie sanders up until recently on his website said
more likely that you're going to find The american dream In.
Speaker 4 (44:40):
Caracas he's strut.
Speaker 1 (44:43):
That, finally these, guys, man DON'T i really don't understand
a lot of, this like failed Sixties american, left like you,
Know Ponytail gray in the back and gone forever on,
top still dreaming of this stuff like. Communism you almost
(45:03):
get it right. EVERYONE i personally encourage people to take
up religion or love instead of, This but like for
anyone that actually TOOK lsd OR dmt or something like,
that you kind of do get it. Right it's the
feeling of life without. Ego you see what you might
(45:25):
see meditating or just before, death like what if there
were a, better more perfect? World the problem is, though
unlike some of that other, stuff it's. Fate these are on.
Drugs like the whole idea of, communism and this stuff
that's downstreamed from that is the governmental equivalent of these
kind of. Trips like an entire sector of our society
(45:49):
is made up of people that believed in kind of
this beautiful, dream like hippie free, love better living through.
Chemistry the government's going to be. SOCIALISTS i shouldn't have to,
work and none of it, worked and they've just never
moved away from, it and it's becoming a. PROBLEM i,
(46:09):
Mean Bernie sanders is, well it was a. Problem it
was a huge problem for the country for sixty. Years
it's becoming less of one as they die. Off Actually
Bernie sanders is. Eighty but it's extremely bizarre to see
this man still cling to. THAT i, mean it's insane
to say that The american dream is primarily alive In.
Caracas this is a fellow who honeymooned In. Moscow SO
(46:32):
i don't know anything to say about that other than you,
know we're now moving PAST i, guess this illusion less.
Thing but maybe in maybe in five hundred, years WHEN
ai reaches a certain. Level when spaceflight reaches a certain,
level we really will have the semi socialist world Of Star.
Trek even, there they weren't, commis you. KNOW i, mean
(46:54):
it had to work ten hours a day on the.
Ship but maybe then if you can generate food out
of nothing and so, on like everyone will have a
baseline income of forty thousand. Dollars but right now it's never.
Worked it certainly didn't work In.
Speaker 3 (47:07):
Venezuela, well you, know but you think here it is
In New york With mondani In, Seattle, washington and that
you've got socialists, rising and you're, THINKING i, mean what
are they telling their constituents when now they're they're hearing
even from the mainstream. Media the mainstream media has to
participate in the reporting of.
Speaker 4 (47:27):
What's been going on In.
Speaker 3 (47:28):
Venezuela like you, SAID i, mean many people have found, themselves,
yes eating zoo, animals eating out of the trash trucks
that belong To MADURO i, mean and the inflation rate
over one thousand percent WILL i, mean.
Speaker 4 (47:41):
That's just a. Disaster.
Speaker 1 (47:42):
Disaster, yeah it's the problem with communism is the lack
of understanding of basic human. Nature humans aren't, bad but
humans are predatory animals at some. LEVEL i, mean we're
more than. That there's nothing wrong with being a predatory
animal properly. Handled the idea, that, YEAH i, MEAN i
(48:05):
think that's basically. Correct like you have to regulate the
desire to compete for incentive and, Reward but there's nothing
dishonorable about the desire to compete for incentive and, Reward
LIKE i like to be fairly compensated for my. Work
if everyone gets the same compensation for their work no
matter what they turn, in there's no incentive to work.
(48:26):
Hard BUT i mean we've both been through this in
one hundred different. Episodes so, yeah communism has not yet been. Successful,
MAMDANI i mean is an interesting. CASE i, mean he
did an entire presentation the other day where he did
what he described as walking through the capitalist slums Of New.
York jacobin and pamphlets on social media covered this pretty.
(48:49):
Extensively the problem in his case is That New, york
like a lot of struggling, cities is already semi. Socialist,
SO i, Mean New york is legendary for its rent,
control where these apartments will roll rent for nine hundred
dollars a month in a market where a free, use
free rental apartment is three or four thousand, dollars and
(49:09):
exactly his goal is to add more buildings to the
controlled rent limited market or non. MARKET i, guess, SO
i don't. Know, anyway we're going to see SOME i,
mean there's a basically out close that This babylon b
Ran an, Article, Mom donnie surpasses ten walls as you
all leading salesman for the. YEAR i think that's what
(49:31):
we're gonna. SEE i thin we're gonna see a lot
of people leaving Central New York.
Speaker 5 (49:34):
City, well you.
Speaker 3 (49:35):
Know here you, are you know you're you're educating the next,
generation which is such a such a. Privilege and but
how do you communicate with these kids in such a
way that their life matters and that they have precious?
MOMENTS i, mean if you calculate the amount of hours
(49:58):
that they will live if they live to be eighty years,
old is what are you going to do with that
time to be.
Speaker 4 (50:04):
The best version of?
Speaker 3 (50:06):
Yourself and is there any value to that to where
you resist those things that would WHICH i believe socialism and,
communism does it mediocritizes? You and to, me being mediocre
will IS i think that's the worst punishment next to
putting me in a box and stretching my claustrophobic.
Speaker 4 (50:27):
Limits you know that that would do to, me you.
Speaker 1 (50:30):
Know, YEAH i, mean, well one of the THINGS i
do tell young people THAT i think is worth. Remembering
and this actually gets into meditation and near death experiences
in some of. This, again but, like when you focus
on what you want to do in, life think about
what you will actually remember and value from your. Life
and WHEN i look back at my, LIFE i, mean you,
(50:52):
know kids are obviously still SOMETHING i want to. Do
i'm at the point WHERE i have to decide that pretty.
Quickly BUT i, Mean i'm getting married this, year you.
KNOW i mean, Like BUT i mean LIKE i think
about things with my, fiance with People i've been in
love relationships. WITH i think about things with my my,
mother my. PARENTS i think about things of my closest,
friends hunting, trips this kind of. THING i. MEAN i
(51:14):
think about extreme business, successes maybe finishing by. DISSERTATION i
don't really think about graduating from law, school BUT i
mean that sort of, stuff personal, triumphs maybe quitting, drinking
that kind of. THING i, mean but, like there are
specific moments that are individual, successes that are family. Moments
physical fitness maybe that would be the least important of.
(51:35):
Them but what are you going to value at the
end of life or when you think back on your,
life and it's gonna be it's not even necessarily going
to be money, stuff although that's going to be, there
but it's gonna be very little partying short of the real.
Glories it's going to be very little of the silly
STUFF i can't think. Of material goods aren't SOMETHING i
(51:58):
really see WHEN i, meditate for. Example so if you want,
to if you want to have a life that will
be memorable to you at its end or when you
really look back and think about, it focus on those
things children, again that are going to be high points
for you. Regularly that's WHAT i would. Say and, yeah
the mediocritization of land would be another. One that's something
(52:23):
that communism specifically tries to take. Away you're not going
to be living in your personal house down by the.
RIVER i, mean you're going to be living in one
of those vulga flats was the, term like those identical
looking buildings you see if you go To Eastern. Europe,
now parts Of Latin, america it's fifty of, them block by.
Block SO i, mean try to avoid things that put
(52:45):
you in an endless series of boring, days one just
like the. Other interestingly, enough by the, way addiction is
one of those when people talk about, partying LIKE i,
mean after a week or two of like heavy drinking or,
whatever you're just doing the same thing over and over
and over. Again SO i think that's something people often.
Forget like the college fraternity life or rave kid life
(53:06):
is pretty dull if you watch from the. Outside but,
anyway communism also very, dull and it doesn't work.
Speaker 4 (53:12):
Well some of those.
Speaker 3 (53:12):
Things AS i tell the, kids experience defines, preference and
hopefully you live through that experience in such a way
that you define a preference that is, enjoyable, memorable and
of value to yourself and to your family. Members you,
know as you continue down this journey of, life you,
(53:34):
know we.
Speaker 4 (53:34):
Have such a precious number of.
Speaker 3 (53:36):
Years of, COURSE i say that now having been around
for several, DECADES i cherish it a lot more THAN
i did WHEN i was in my. Twenties, Certainly, YEAH i.
Speaker 1 (53:46):
Had a great interview on The cut The bull podcast
with Doctor Charles murray and he was talking about. It
he's gotten more religious and he and his wife are
doing a lot of traveling and all this. Stuff AND i,
said you, know. Chocolate when we last, talked you were
mostly doing mad than writing your books and enjoyed some.
Whiskey what are you doing? Now and he's, LIKE i
Think i'm kind of cramming for the Final.
Speaker 4 (54:06):
Oh that's a good.
Speaker 1 (54:07):
POINT i got three four years. Left i'm eighty years.
OLD i thought it was a really good funny. Line, so,
yeah what's important to you is going to be different
at different points in your, life and what's important to
you at eighty probably is what should always have been
important to. You there's nothing wrong with publishing and killing
it in your field or even drinke its of. Beer
(54:28):
BUT i, mean like what he's doing, now taking the
life To tahiti or, whatever is probably going to be
much more a creator of good memories than some of
that other.
Speaker 3 (54:37):
Stuff so the bottom line in the last minute and
a half that we have together here regarding the implications
of what happened In, venezuela the Geopolitical you know you
mentioned that in the first part of our. Interview the geopolitical,
IMPACT i think is going to be hugely. Significant it
can't help but have an, impact certainly in The western
(54:58):
hemisphere in some some of these other you know countries
like you, Know, Colombian brazil and some of these others
that are you, know claiming you know That trump has
executed some sort of egregious foul, here, Right.
Speaker 1 (55:12):
YEAH i, MEAN i think some of them will follow
a little closer to the line when it comes to the.
RULES i, Mean trump and even The mexican president SHINEBAMB
i think we're both making some jokes today About columbia's
president making. COCAINE i, Mean trump said he's not gonna
be doing that very much, longer you, Know, SO i,
MEAN i think there really Is and you're seeing this
also with net And yahoo saying this about some of
(55:34):
The arab. Leaders if the big guys on the block
openly say, hey we don't want a bunch of, wars
but some of you guys should stop committing these, crimes
the media is going to scream and yell and paint
it as Though trump And Netan yahoo and The canadians
and The mexicans are the ones committing the. Crimes but
IF i were the president Of. Columbia you, KNOW i,
MIGHT i might kick the drug gangs. OUT i might
(55:55):
stop stirring the pot, literally and let's hope that's what
happens in the new world in The Western.
Speaker 3 (56:00):
Hemisphere he's a professor of political science At Kentucky State,
university author Of. Taboo Ten facts You Can't Talk About
lives my liberal teacher taught, Me Doctor Wilford, riley thank,
you will take.
Speaker 4 (56:10):
Care Happy New, year my.
Speaker 1 (56:11):
Friend happy near your.
Speaker 13 (56:12):

Speaker 11 (56:58):
Out eight hundred two four, FIVE i have one three six,
five eight hundred two four or five one three six,
five eight hundred two four or five one three six.
Five that's eight hundred two four five thirteen sixty.
Speaker 4 (57:12):
Five Getting america back on.
Speaker 1 (57:21):
Track Bill Martinez.
Speaker 4 (57:22):
Live, hey we're back with you six minutes after the
top of the. Hour Bill martinez here along With. Michael let's, Say,
michael good to see.
Speaker 8 (57:29):
Again how old the PRIVILEGE i would you? Build thank
you for the.
Speaker 3 (57:32):
Opportunity, well the honors are, ours and a lot happening
in our crazy. World, uh in terms of law, enforcement
the chaos that's taken, Place it's like.
Speaker 4 (57:43):
Where do we.
Speaker 3 (57:44):
Start but first of, All i'm going to talk about
our our Friend Dan. BONGINO i was a bit disheartened
to hear of His. UH i guess for some people
they're happy to have him return to the. Microphone BUT
i thought that and was hopeful for all the work
that he's doing on behalf of The american citizen.
Speaker 4 (58:02):
Ry but you, KNOW i can't blame him in some.
Speaker 3 (58:05):
REGARDS i, mean look at the political atmosphere With Donald.
Trump and this is not to Demean dan in.
Speaker 4 (58:14):
Any WAY i.
Speaker 3 (58:15):
THINK i, Mean i'm amazed every DAY i think of
What Donald trump goes through and the rest of these.
PEOPLE i, mean they're constantly being bombarded and. Attacked the
media is totally sold out for The. Democrats The democrats
are triggered at every positive.
Speaker 4 (58:29):
Thing That Donald trump.
Speaker 3 (58:30):
Does and you, know And dan went into in the
service for our country to do something that we all.
Speaker 4 (58:38):
Want and that's the. Truth, michael correct and nothing but,
right you.
Speaker 17 (58:42):
Exactly.
Speaker 9 (58:42):
Great one of the things you had to. Remember AND
i keep having to remind myself of. This besides Telling
dan and the rest of his, look he is taking
to the very talk you have a. President, now the
president can't run the country by. HIMSELF i, mean we're
probably the biggest employer in the, world talk about THE us.
Government there's no way you can manage all those people by.
Yourself so you bring in cabinet members who tell you
(59:06):
that they support your, platform your. Agenda some probably more
stronger than. Others some maybe you directly lie to, you
and they're trying to do it and they can't do
feed you hard to know exactly what people are. Thinking
but you have that, situation you then go for relow
cabin and you install. People let's just take THE. Fbi
you got thirty eight thousand, People, Bill so you get
(59:27):
in a new, director a new deputy. Director do you
really think you're going to know where all the rocks
are that you have to uncover and get rid?
Speaker 13 (59:37):
Of good?
Speaker 4 (59:39):
Luck good?
Speaker 9 (59:39):
Luck, yeah you have to realize. This sometimes we as.
Conservatives Now i'm not criticizing, us BUT i get to
take a crack on us. Anyway we have sometimes unrealistic.
Expectations you assume that you, know you step, OUT i step, In,
Boom it's all solved by five o'clock in the afternoon
till it doesn't work that. Way and the reason why
it doesn't work that way it is because you have
(01:00:00):
people that are so entrenched trying to destroy what we're.
Doing some things are harder to resolved than. Others you,
know we can make modifications here some THINGS i THINK
i could snap my, finger and it didn't work that. Way.
Bill you got a lot of other people on the other,
side a lot more fingers snapping back at, you and
it takes time to get through. It you have to
have some degree of patience, well even having. Patients majority
(01:00:23):
Of americas are not very good of that having. Patience,
Bill so they're criticizing. You why aren't you moving any?
Faster why don't you get things? Done you have to
take solace in the fact, that, look IF i do
identify the problem And i'm making, progress that's all that.
Speaker 8 (01:00:37):
Matters.
Speaker 9 (01:00:37):
Now if you get to the point to where you're
stymned and they won't let you make, progress then it's
probably time to move. On but if you're making some,
progress you have to temper. It from the standpoint you
realize that it didn't happen. Overnight giveness in.
Speaker 8 (01:00:52):
This, mess we're not trying to fix it.
Speaker 9 (01:00:53):
Overnight, Bill BUT i understand talking about With. Dan you,
know sometimes it's not just your. Decision there's family involvement as.
Well people get frustrated, that you, know you're not making
enough progress at all you wanted. To you're spending more
time away from the family than you. Like you look
at that balancing act and sometimes you, think you know,
What i've just had.
Speaker 8 (01:01:13):
Enough let somebody else try to do. It you have
to take it.
Speaker 9 (01:01:16):
Forward it may we have to pick up the pieces
and move. ON i, Mean dan was a great. FELLOW
i think he could have done a lot, more but you,
KNOW i respect what his, decision especially for his, family is.
Right we have to make sure that we stay on,
top continue to progress because we're in the midst of
the battle now. Built the last one is the enemy
to Think i'm. Winning i'm discouraging you. Enough you're packing
(01:01:38):
your marbles and you're going. Home i'm not Saying dan's doing.
That i'm just saying you don't want to give the
enemy any hope that their tactics are.
Speaker 8 (01:01:46):
Working.
Speaker 3 (01:01:47):
Right it's almost like In The, godfather remember when they
had gotten to that situation Where tom was the family.
Conciliary he was a family, attorney, right And michael had
to tell him we're going to war and we need
a wartime coinciliary.
Speaker 4 (01:02:01):
Here and of course that's.
Speaker 3 (01:02:03):
One thing when you're in the, mafia because you can't
snap your fingers and things can happen a little bit
faster when you're talking OUR us government and as you,
say thousands of people with different, agendas and some of
these are career people that have been there for. Decades
they know they know where the bodies. Are they know
how they how they got. There they've got all the
(01:02:23):
nuance all figured, out, Right and then you come in
as an, outsider and regardless of what your title, is,
hey they can wait you out because they, know, hey
there's going to be new management here in three.
Speaker 4 (01:02:36):
Years, right You're jake.
Speaker 9 (01:02:38):
Regular in, fact you let onto a key how government,
works you, KNOW i, mean that's the. System it's kind of, Like,
LOOK i don't have to have conversation with, It, BILL
i can just file and say, Sure i'm glad to
help you WHO i. Can of, Course i'm, busy you.
KNOW i have to get to it WHEN i get to,
it AND i never do get to, it realizing that
by the time that you, know you really start getting
upset with you that haven't got it, done you're.
Speaker 4 (01:02:58):
Gone that's.
Speaker 7 (01:02:59):
Right. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:03:00):
Yeah and, meanwhile you, know guys Like dan and, ourselves
you and, me the same.
Speaker 4 (01:03:04):
Way we're about making things.
Speaker 3 (01:03:06):
Happen you, Know that's how we're, measured not not through
the political the political, yardstick you. KNOW i, mean look
at What Donald trump's trying to, do and even look
what he would happened in his.
Speaker 4 (01:03:15):
First his first.
Speaker 3 (01:03:16):
ADMINISTRATION i, MEAN i think of what you, Know Vindamin
Lieutenant Colonel vineman put him, through which was an hr,
issue and it was all about impeachment and obstruction and everything.
Else and you, know it's so funny BECAUSE i laugh
every time in some of these hearings that happened On Capitol,
hill where you get these senators and congressmen, GOING i
reclaim my. TIME i reclaim my. TIME i Want Donald
(01:03:39):
trump to, say you know, WHAT i reclaim my. Time you,
know on behalf of The american. People all the obstruction
and all the stuff that you delayed here in this,
Process i'm going to reclaim my. Time so so, Yeah
i'm going to stay. HERE i should have been out
in four. Years but because of the time that you
stole from us and from The american, people you owe
me two. Years so we're not gonna have an other election,
(01:04:00):
until you, know twenty.
Speaker 4 (01:04:02):
THIRTY i love that.
Speaker 3 (01:04:03):
Idea could you imagine how triggered they'd.
Speaker 4 (01:04:06):
Be it'd be fun to watch that.
Speaker 8 (01:04:07):
Episode it would be fun just to see the.
Speaker 9 (01:04:09):
Triggering but you, know we talk about what With Dan
one of the things that we're LOOKING i think twenty twenty,
Six bill is going to be a decisive. Leader the
reason WHY i say, that let's talk about a little
bit about what's on the. Horizon you, Know tulsi had
come out with all the documentation then That President, obama
That barack could put everything together to subvert the, government
(01:04:30):
to overturn the, government to basically a. Treating in, fact
she presented that to the mainstream media and to the
end of The White house Into. Congress, Well White house
took doing, it that's for. Sure manistream media, said, oops
let's quickly pass that on this and we want to something.
Else congress did the same. Thing she said it over
to THE. Fbi they took a look at. It of,
(01:04:50):
course THE fbi can't do thing with it till The
department Of justice signs. Off So pam's got. It it's
been looking at, it he, said when nothing's. Happened little
did they, know we're also taking a look at that
from a military tribunal. STANDPOINT i expect that you will
see in the first couple of weeks In january some
indictments coming out all the way to the top from that.
Administration and here's WHAT i would like to send the.
Speaker 3 (01:05:13):
Message are you Saying obama And biden when you say
the top of the. Administration, yes, yeah, okay, good all.
Speaker 9 (01:05:19):
Right and you, know if this is WHAT i would
say to my Friend dan hold that thought about actually
walking out the, Door.
Speaker 8 (01:05:26):
Let's see what. Happens because, once if you get some
indictments of some major players in the.
Speaker 9 (01:05:31):
First few weeks Of january or twenty, SIX i think
it changes the dynamics AND i think the whole playing
field gets resituated, then because THEN i think people will
begin to understand talk about members Of, congress members of the,
judiciary others that, oops there actually.
Speaker 8 (01:05:47):
May be consequences to my.
Speaker 9 (01:05:49):
Actions MAYBE i better start either shipping up or shaping
out or getting out of here or do. Something AND
i think you'll see a difference in the. Attitude and
it just takes a little, patience BUT i understand if
you can't, wait you can't. Wait BUT i wish you
would hold in their list for the first couple months
of twenty six unless you what this year brings, us, Well.
Speaker 3 (01:06:07):
I'll tell you bring us a lot of, hope And
i've had. Hope you, Know i'm not looking at a
pipe dream. HERE i think What Donald trump has been
able to put in the motion and how things are
PROJECTED i think we are on the verge of An
american golden. Age we've got to go to quick. Break
we've gotten more From Michael letz after.
Speaker 15 (01:06:23):

And we're back with.
Speaker 3 (01:11:27):
You just about nineteen minutes after the tough The Artille
martinez here With Michael let's he's THE ceo of Invest.
Michael as we were talking, about you, know the wheels
on this government, bus it is not. EFFICIENT i, Mean
i'm sure That Dan, bongino just to kind of wrap this,
up could have a drink or two With Elon musk right.
(01:11:50):
Correct they could share some war stories. HERE i, mean
he's gone through the battles And god bless him on
behalf of The american people in conservatism and people who
are in pursuit of the, truth for going out there
and you, know going to the front line on our.
Speaker 9 (01:12:03):
Behalf, NO i agree the whole. HARDLY i wish He's
dan the. Best BUT i think he's going to maybe
the first few Weeks, jay he'll see the progress is being,
Made he'll decide he wants to save for another. Round
i'm sure, hopeful.
Speaker 3 (01:12:15):
Well, hopefully hopefully he's got that opportunity to do, that
that the door isn't absolutely closed behind. Him well that's
good because Because, dan you, Know i've talked To dan
several times. Before he's a quality individual and he's.
Speaker 4 (01:12:29):
The kind of guy we need in our government right.
Speaker 3 (01:12:32):
Now and it's the kind of guy That Donald trump
needs in the trenches with him right, now because you,
know going, FORWARD i mean with all, that's like you,
said we look at the, horizon we look at twenty twenty.
SIX i, mean things are taken off. Here AND i
Mean Donald trump in a very, short to the point,
SPEECH i, mean didn't put a lot of. FLUFF i
(01:12:52):
think it was probably one of the best speeches that he.
Gave AND i love that he gave you, know one
thousand and, seven one hundred and seventy six dollars to
our warriors out. THERE i, mean he, said, hey it's,
already you, know they're already in their, bank in their bank, account.
Speaker 4 (01:13:08):
RIGHT i love.
Speaker 9 (01:13:09):
It, well you know that was. Strategic and here's WHY
i say. Strategic donald, knows The president knows that twenty
twenty six is going to be the major battles that
are going to be, occurring and they're not going to
be occurring at the end of twenty, Six they're going
to be occurring at the. Beginning and so we can't
win these battles without our, patriots without our, words without
our military being behind. Us and so he's letting them, Know,
(01:13:31):
hey you're part of what's going to stay In, america
hanging in there with. Us and when we take a
look At, bill what's going on across the, country across the.
World we're in a definite war With Bomi. Jihadis you,
know The muslims have definitely tried to make a, play
not just In america but across the globe to take,
over to have. Dominance they have their eyemands have now suggested.
Speaker 1 (01:13:51):
To all their sleeper.
Speaker 9 (01:13:52):
Sales we've got over one thousands of up here in
this country and it's trying to show, activity which is
why you saw happening In. Sydney you saw that we
picked five of those terrorists IN la who are aim
pipe bombs. There we picked up one In. Houston you
saw the shooting At Brown. University that is part of
this whole terrorist. Network and with this is just the
tip of the. Iceberg so we get. Back we were
(01:14:14):
talking about just a minute, ago all hands on debt
because the major battles are coming to a. Conclusion they're
coming to the forefront here in twenty twenty, six and
we need everybody on deck if we're going to win this.
Speaker 3 (01:14:24):
War, well as a law enforcement, officer in putting that
mindset into play, here you're Telling americans get your head
on a.
Speaker 4 (01:14:32):
Swivel.
Speaker 9 (01:14:33):
Exactly there's no question my message is very clear To. America,
look regardless of your position on, firearms you better make
sure you own, one and you better make sure you
know how to use. It you better make sure you're
prepared to defend your, family your, children and your neighbors
and your. Friends that having been, said once you've gotten that,
position then you need to be make sure you're aware
(01:14:54):
of your, surroundings what's going. On and the day of
just sitting back silently built is. Over we can't do
that anymore if we're going to. Win when you see
issues going, on just like when you see people that
are here. ILLEGALLY i talked about some aliens who came
here under A biden and under An obama, program learned
how to manipulate the, system have already stolen eight billion
(01:15:17):
dollars some of, it if not, more and who are
determined we're going to Make america A Muslim.
Speaker 8 (01:15:21):
Califat it's time to say, no you're.
Speaker 9 (01:15:23):
Not we're not just going to sit back and let
you dominate and Tell america what you're going to do
and not have pushback and recourse because that just emboldens.
It they, think, well, gee nobody said anything negative about.
Speaker 8 (01:15:33):
IT i guess they're all in. Agreement we're going to
do this.
Speaker 3 (01:15:35):
Exactly, yeah when you got ninety percent of them living
on the doll we're thirty eight trillion dollars in, Debt,
michael and they're just stealing, money you.
Speaker 4 (01:15:46):
Know from.
Speaker 3 (01:15:46):
Us it's, like, oh thank you very much for the. Hospitality.
Speaker 9 (01:15:49):
Right you, see it was all. Packaged you, know you
had a president that Ran Barack. Obama of, course you
remember when he was, Campaigning, oh you, KNOW i believe
In american. Values i'm A, christian et, cetera et. Cetera,
yeah and he gets. Elected we find out he's not
even a citizen of this, country you. KNOW i, mean
he's A, Muslim he's part of The muslim. Brotherhood he
laid the, path whether it Was, somalians whether It's, afghans
(01:16:11):
or whether It's, haitians whoever it, was he laid the
path to bring them all in who are strong believers
In Islami. Jihadism, yes positioned them around the country to
help be the army necessary to overthrow the government at
the correct. Time he tried to leave that overthrow With
Donald trump was first. Elected the first time around didn't
pan out the way they wanted. To they have a given.
(01:16:32):
Up and now that you mustering all their forces to
try to bring this matter to a conclusion and to
try to Subvert, america bring her down and create the
kind of government that they would.
Speaker 4 (01:16:41):
Like to, see we're definitely at the.
Speaker 3 (01:16:43):
CROSSROADS i, mean there needs to be a sense of,
urgency like you, said and you talk About Barack, obama
but remember after nine to.
Speaker 4 (01:16:48):
Eleven it Was george.
Speaker 3 (01:16:50):
W they kind of helped set this up, right and
he kind of set the groundwork out of compassion, of you,
know let's not have a knee jerk.
Speaker 4 (01:16:58):
Reaction let's not.
Speaker 3 (01:16:59):
Repeat World War two and Put japanese and internment camps
and Put muslims in internment, camps all this, stuff and
it was an.
Speaker 4 (01:17:07):
Overreaction that was not measured after the.
Speaker 3 (01:17:11):
Fact and then of Course Barack obama then comes in
and he takes the ball and runs with. It and
then you got you, know Crazy joe coming in for four.
Years god only knows how much, disillusion you, know delusionment
he was. Under and the staff that was running with
the auto pen you, know the policies that really Put
(01:17:31):
america in.
Speaker 4 (01:17:32):
Danger, WELL i like.
Speaker 9 (01:17:34):
What you, Said, bill who was the. Policies let's get
one in. Particular you Had, afghanistan you had the, debacle the.
Withdrawal because we had that, DEBACLE i, mean that was
a policy decision the previous. Administration The trump administration said,
look we're no longer need to be the police.
Speaker 8 (01:17:51):
Force we're going to pull, back but we're going to
Keep Barbara. Mairba so we're going to keep.
Speaker 9 (01:17:54):
About five thousand and by the, way because we're doing,
that you touch a hair of any of our, soldiers our,
assets and that'll be the last thing you ever. Did,
NOW i remember that worked for the previous eighteen months
that we had any message our shoulders at that. Point
that was the, Plan but the policies of The biden administration.
Speaker 5 (01:18:12):
Were just so.
Speaker 8 (01:18:12):
OKAY i didn't know what to.
Speaker 9 (01:18:13):
Do screwed everything, up took the military out, first Left americans.
Behind caliban saw they were, weak and so they moved,
in took. Control and then what did The biden administration?
Do it handed over the list of where our assets
were so The taliban could go find them and kill. Them,
well they realized that was a pr. Nightmare so what
do they? Do, oh we better bring them all over
here To. America, well how are we going to vet
(01:18:34):
one une hundred and sixty seven, Thousand, oh don't worry about.
Speaker 8 (01:18:37):
THAT cia will vet them once they get.
Speaker 9 (01:18:39):
Here, well see you didn't vet them all when they got,
here so that was part of their. Plan that's another
one hundred and sixty seven Thousand muslims we're bringing. In
we're gonna strategically put them. Around where do you think
they hang, out they don't hang out with you AND I, Bill,
yeah birds of a feather walked together. Exactly and then
we've got and this was so frustrats me AND i
KNOW i catch criticism for, it but we've allowed it
(01:18:59):
to take our constitution and.
Speaker 8 (01:19:01):
Use it against. Us because have freedom of religion and we.
Speaker 9 (01:19:04):
All strongly support. That but, look, Uh, islam The, muslims
that is not a. Religion that is an. Ideology religion
does not, Say, bill if you don't believe WHAT i,
Do i'm going to kill.
Speaker 7 (01:19:15):
You that is not.
Speaker 9 (01:19:16):
Religion that is that's. Communists like, communists that is an.
Ideology we're not letting them take our own values and
twist them against. Us it's time to call it for
what it. Is you don't want to be, here you
want to subvert our. Government we're going to send you
home whether you want to go home or. Not you
don't belong in this.
Speaker 3 (01:19:32):
Country, Well, michael we have to identify the enemies of the.
State and WHEN i say the enemies of the, State
i'm talking about, constitutional freedom Loving. Americans that's What i'm talking. About,
okay these other, characters and you, know unfortunately they seem
to be residing in The Democratic, party not, exclusively because
we've got some rhinos and we got some crazy people you,
(01:19:53):
know that are parading like. Conservatives But i'm saying that's
the litmus. Test you, know are your freedom? Loving are
you constant? Loving are you one of?
Speaker 4 (01:20:01):
Us or you one of? Them it's a binary.
Speaker 9 (01:20:03):
CHOICE i love What President trump has says, said not
only because on this pigure, ISSUE i remember we talked about.
It first of, all you have to realize the president
doesn't have the right to grant you. Citizenship he can
bring over all these talking About biden And. Obama, dude
he can bring all these refugees, over give them Protect its,
tatus but he can't give them. Citizenship and when he
gives them, status they're over here on a. Visa that
(01:20:25):
visa expires at some point in. Time so what The
president says we're going to do is we're gonna go
back now to everybody that's over. Here first of, all
check to make sure your show allowed to be, here
visa hasn't. Inspired second of, all if you are here
and you have been able to become, naturalized.
Speaker 8 (01:20:39):
We're going to take a look at what your, activities
what you've been up.
Speaker 9 (01:20:41):
To if you've been dancing in the streets saying that To,
AMERICA i don't care whether they're naturalized at.
Speaker 8 (01:20:46):
All we're going to revoke. It we're going to send you.
Speaker 9 (01:20:48):
Home you don't belong in this country unless you want
to be a part of what this country stands. For
it's not the other way. Around you're not going to
come in and take over this. Country you either agree
with the fundamentals and the principles of this country is
find or find you know the place to.
Speaker 4 (01:21:01):

Morning welcome Back Bill martinez here along With Jeff, kemp
the FORMER NFL qb author and ministry.
Speaker 4 (01:25:25):
Leader Hey, jeff how you, doing.
Speaker 7 (01:25:27):
Buddy i'm, Well i'm good to.
Speaker 4 (01:25:29):
See.
Speaker 3 (01:25:29):
Hey it's football. Season we're getting down to the, playoffs
so we can talk a little bit of. FOOTBALL i
know sometimes people, go, well you're talking With, JEFF i MEAN.
Speaker 4 (01:25:37):
NFLQB i, mean you, know you don't talk much.
Speaker 3 (01:25:39):
FOOTBALL i, said, well because there's bigger, things you, know
to deal. With but maybe today we'll just take a
little detour and talk a little bit of, football especially
After sunday's final play to finally, decide you, know the
the series and how it'll play, out and the final
spot that was taken up you know by you, know
(01:26:00):
by The Pittsburgh.
Speaker 4 (01:26:01):
STEELERS i, mean what a game it.
Speaker 24 (01:26:03):
Was and it was crazy, because you, know maybe it
was kind of like. Life things were moving along kind of,
slow with the defenses, dominating not a lot of, scoring
and then the, boy that fourth quarter came and it
was one team, scorer then the other team, Scorers Sun pittsburgh.
Scorers Then Lamar jackson throws a wild touchdown and it
was score after, score and it comes down, to like
(01:26:25):
MOST nfl, games a last second field, goal and in
this case it's a, rookie you, know for The Baltimore,
ravens so they really trusted he has great, character he's
done great this. Season but all the pressure in the
playoffs is on this, kid and he misses a forty one.
Speaker 7 (01:26:42):
Yarder pushes it off to the.
Speaker 24 (01:26:44):
Right, ironically the kicker of The steelers should missed the
field goal.
Speaker 7 (01:26:48):
Earlier that was real.
Speaker 4 (01:26:50):
Problem next point was a point After, yeah it was an.
Speaker 24 (01:26:53):
Extra point that made it possible for this field goal
to win the game right and race the two point
deficit and win by. One but he, missed and the
fortunes of those two cities and teams switched on those
few yards that that field goal. Missed and you just
look at life and, say, WOW i Hope i'm not
(01:27:13):
the one who messes that. Up but you got to
Remember god is in, charge and you got to roll
with the punches and play the cards you're dealt.
Speaker 3 (01:27:20):
Well AND i, mean for, ME i just had a
lot of sympathy or, EMPATHY i should, say having not
been a, kicker but just realizing that at that. MOMENT i, mean,
here you've.
Speaker 4 (01:27:30):
Got thousands of.
Speaker 3 (01:27:31):
DOLLARS i, mean and you're, HEARING i mean throughout the,
day you're, hearing you, know certain accomplishments by some of these,
players and in terms of bonus money what they were
getting in some cases a million dollars because they happened
to reach some goals and and the season goals and.
Everything and here it is now you get down to
the final game and you're talking thousands of dollars to,
go you, know to the next, level to go into
(01:27:54):
into the.
Speaker 24 (01:27:54):
Playoffs, well it's not just the thousands of, dollars and
we know today it's actually. Millions the playoffs for a
team with, many many injuries and every guy's playing injured
at this. Point the amount that they've sacrificed and the
amount of battling that they've gone through to come together
as a team and overcome adversity and get into the
(01:28:15):
playoffs when it's all resting on one kick or one
throw or one, fumble one tackle and you miss.
Speaker 7 (01:28:21):
It that is a terrible.
Speaker 24 (01:28:24):
WAY i definitely want to know in that, Moment god
still loves me and, thinks, well even THOUGH i blew
it in this. Moment but players are good because they
carry the weight to their teammates on their.
Speaker 7 (01:28:35):
Shoulders they feel.
Speaker 24 (01:28:35):
RESPONSIBLE i, mean that kid hung his head And i'm
sure had. Tears at the end of the, day it's
a football. Game it's THE nfl. Playoffs it isn't life
and death where you, know but oh my, gosh they've
put so much into this bill and it means so
much to. Them i'm probably the best metaphors or military
ones that you understand when a, squadron a platoon depends
(01:28:58):
on one guy doing his and he can't do it
and lets others, down or he does do it and
they all, celebrate say thank you for the. Victory you,
know you laid your life down for. Us that's kind
of the nature of. It get into the playoffs or.
Not and from the playoffs, on you, know if you,
lose you're out. Right if you, win you keep. Going
and the real prize that matters to everyone is That Super.
(01:29:21):
Bowl so even a team that goes super far but
doesn't win The Super bowl feels like that season was a, failure.
Speaker 3 (01:29:27):
Right, Exactly, well as you, say the good news, is you,
know for both, kickers life goes. On it'll be a tough,
year no, Doubt And i'm sure that that last play
in particular will be played over and over.
Speaker 4 (01:29:42):
AGAIN i would be.
Speaker 3 (01:29:44):
One i'd probably find myself back on the, field you,
know one more, time just SAY i GOT i gotta do.
THIS i MEAN i you, Know and no doubt he'd
probably hit it nine out of nine out of ten.
Speaker 24 (01:29:54):
Times yeah he, Probably, yeah he probably would hit it
maybe fourteen out of fifteen. Times but in the, pressure
with the, wind that's when to do. It BUT i,
mean this brings me back to a fundamental principle of
life THAT i always. Share i've been sharing, this you,
know talks with students and kids and college people and
business people. Forever this world has a conditional performance based value,
(01:30:20):
system and it basically looks on you based on what
have you done for me lately and how have you?
Performed and then we compensate, people you, know with contracts
and salaries and fame and adulation and rewards And.
Speaker 7 (01:30:34):
Super bowl rings for.
Speaker 24 (01:30:36):
Performance that's all fine and, good but at the end
of the, day that is not your, Identity that is
not your.
Speaker 7 (01:30:43):
Worth god made you of infinite. Worth he's the.
Speaker 24 (01:30:46):
Creator, yes we're all, sinners who've fallen short and can't save.
Ourselves but he also gave us his, Son, jesus which proves.
Speaker 7 (01:30:53):
The highest price paid for. Us so your. Identity you
AND i have talked about this a.
Speaker 24 (01:30:58):
Lot if you've Received god's love Through, christ you're an
adopted son or.
Speaker 7 (01:31:02):
Daughter an heir to. Eternity you're a soul going to live.
Speaker 24 (01:31:06):
Forever missing a field goal doesn't define, you or winning
the Super bowl doesn't. It find you can get messed
up by pride and success as much as you can
get messed.
Speaker 7 (01:31:14):
Up by missing a field goal and. Humiliation.
Speaker 3 (01:31:17):
Yeah, yeah how quick do they forget that you won
The Super?
Speaker 9 (01:31:20):
Bowl?
Speaker 24 (01:31:20):
Jeff that they'll call you a Super bowl champion for
a long. Time but that won't save your. Marriage, no
that's not what helps your kids feel good when you
talk them into bed at.
Speaker 7 (01:31:30):
Night i'm your.
Speaker 24 (01:31:32):
Tombstone it's whether he was a good man with loving,
relationships not that he won a Super.
Speaker 7 (01:31:37):
Bowl that.
Speaker 4 (01:31:37):
Matters, yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:31:38):
Exactly, WELL i want to read this to you because
we are talking on the, epiphany, okay and this the,
epiphany as we, know is when The magi came to Visit,
jesus and it says The magi reveals that our search
for truth leads to. Worship our response to The father's
offer of salvation must be that of the Man. Agi
(01:32:00):
to offer gold is to Proclaim christ's, kingship like you're.
Saying to offer incense is to adore his, godhead and
to offer merr is to acknowledge his. Mortality creation responds as.
Well when The king Of heaven was, born the heavens
knew that he Was god because they immediately sent forth the.
Star the scene knew him because it allowed him to
(01:32:21):
walk upon, it and the earth knew him because it
trembled when he. Died the sun knew him because it
hid the rays of its. Light AND i wonder if
it's so much if it hid the rays of its,
light or just that the light Of jesus was so
overwhelming that it hid the light of the sun and
the moon and the.
Speaker 4 (01:32:42):
Stars what do you.
Speaker 24 (01:32:42):
Think, well when he was when he was, crucified there was,
earthquake trembling of the, earth the sky turned, dark AND
i think that was reflecting this is the worst moment in.
History and yet the epiphany where you, know or of
(01:33:03):
them following that star at his birth that was the
bright light Of god Saying i'm coming into this. World
the world can't come and fix itself by coming to.
ME i will come down to. It and When jesus,
returns there's gonna be incredible. Light you, know he's gonna
be on a white, horse he's gonna be. Gleaming AND
(01:33:24):
i think maybe the practical message for us is look
deeply At, Jesus, Christ, Father, god the gift of The Holy,
spirit and say that's the light that needs to illuminate my.
Life it's not my problems or. Circumstances it's THAT i
Have god's, LOVE i Have god's, GRACE i Have god's,
FORGIVENESS i Have god's acceptance and. Love this amazing creator
(01:33:47):
chose to be intimate with. Me that that's the, epiphany
that's the, excitement.
Speaker 3 (01:33:51):
Right and the fact that wise men still follow the
star and still look For jesus with a, Commitment jeff
and a. DILIGENCE i, mean these, kings these were people
that studied the stars in the heavens and they knew
something exceptional was, happening and they stayed true to that
star and then that trajectory and they followed. It and
(01:34:16):
and what's at the other end of, that but the
salvation of the, world Ah, Man.
Speaker 24 (01:34:23):
I'd encourage each of us to be wise like the
wise men and search for and seek this Newborn king
in the most natural place That god's given.
Speaker 7 (01:34:34):
Us now it's the word Of. God we have this amazing.
Speaker 24 (01:34:37):
Treasure there are More bibles in our house homes than
any other, book but many.
Speaker 7 (01:34:41):
Times it's not read.
Speaker 24 (01:34:42):
Often AND i think it might help us if we,
SAY i just want to read a little bit Of
god's word every day UNTIL i hunger to want to
read more of it and read it as a son
or a daughter, Saying, Father, god show me what you'd
like to show me in your love letter today exactly
that'll help us seek The, lord see how amazing is
see the story of his, salvation and gain all the
(01:35:04):
wisdom that living Like, jesus with the power of the
spirit and community teamwork That god will give.
Speaker 4 (01:35:10):
Us AND i.
Speaker 3 (01:35:11):
Like how you frame, That. Jeff It's god's love letter
to his. Creation and that's and that's what we want
to leave you, with is That god loves, you. Yep
and and you can read about it every day at no.
Speaker 24 (01:35:22):
Charge, right we need to read about it because we'll
forget we'll forget who we, Are we'll forget how loved we,
are and we might not even remember how loving and
beautiful and gracious and powerful and Sovereign he is unless
we read.
Speaker 7 (01:35:36):
It the world gives us wrong ideas About god and.
Speaker 24 (01:35:38):
Ourselves read The bible to get right ideas About god and.
Speaker 3 (01:35:41):

Speaker 25 (01:40:38):
ABSOLUTELY i follow research here At focus on The family
and seek to look at what provides human flourishing and
in terms of like What god tells us to do
and how does that work? Out and, yeah the research
shows us that conservative Ideas christian, ideas but conservative ideas as.
Well it's demonstra itself in the data that conservatives tend
(01:41:03):
to be happier and more contented with life than liberals.
Do AND i look at a whole bunch of different
ways that that is.
Speaker 3 (01:41:11):
True you, know it's interesting because there's been some celebrities
that have commented here Recently glenn that people who do
hold to a conservative worldview and viewpoint are more.
Speaker 4 (01:41:22):
Attractive.
Speaker 25 (01:41:24):
Yeah you know, what that's an interesting thing, that, like you,
know we were told to little, kids like if you're
happy on the, inside let it show on your, face
you know, Es and that is. True like just people
who have a better outlook on life and are not
bitter and are not suspect of everything and think that
(01:41:45):
the world is, ending you, know you have a hopefulness
and that hopefulness shows in your countenance and you can see.
That you can see that in. People so that's a great. Observation.
Speaker 3 (01:41:59):
Bill, well there's some you, know practical. EVIDENCE i, mean
look at what we went through in the last six
years between all the contention POLITICALLY covid and all. That
the cancel culture went absolutely nuts on. Steroids you. Know
it was as if the light Of america had been tamped,
(01:42:19):
down the rheostat had been dialed down a, bit and
we weren't as light and happy because we're just so.
Contentious BUT i think maybe we've gone through enough of
this and fought ourselves out of it in such a
way to, say you, Know i'm tired of going to you,
know family events and holiday dinners where there's so much
(01:42:40):
contention and people are throwing biscuits at one, another, right.
Speaker 25 (01:42:43):
Yeah, yeah, Yeah and that's the thing, is, like you,
know and we have to think about. This policy ideas have.
Consequences and you talked about the last couple of you,
know four years or, so we had a culture of
death in very many, ways and that impacts a. People
(01:43:04):
but then when you have a nation of hopefulness of you,
KNOW i don't want to say Make america great, again
but this, idea this aspirational idea of let's become everything
That god has blessed us to be and let us
pull as many people up into a better.
Speaker 7 (01:43:24):
Life you know.
Speaker 25 (01:43:25):
What that's a life giving kind of. Thing and we
need to understand. That we need to get. That and,
again that expresses itself in how we see, ourselves how
we see those who don't agree with. US i, mean
that's the other thing is like conservatives can tend to
really get along with people who they disagree. With left
(01:43:46):
can't do. That you are an, evil evil person if
you don't agree with, Me and, like, no that's, Insane
like we, disagree but you're An. American i'm An. American
can we talk rationally about these things we disagree.
Speaker 3 (01:44:01):
About it's, like, okay so we, disagree So i'm worthy
of being?
Speaker 4 (01:44:05):
Killed is that what you're?
Speaker 3 (01:44:06):
Saying is that what it comes down, To this is
what the culture has been manifesting here. Recently, yeah you,
say it's become this culture of death and this idea
of Make america great. Again it's. ASPIRATIONAL i, mean, hey it's.
CLEARLY i, mean the word Of god, says my people
perish for lack of a, vision you. Know and so
here politically right, now there's been a vision cast about
(01:44:28):
Making america great.
Speaker 4 (01:44:29):
Again people are rallying around.
Speaker 3 (01:44:31):
That so if it's not Make america great, again what's
your vision that's going to get in front of the
people that is better than that concept and that, idea you.
Know and this is what we love about this country
based on biblical, principles that it allows for this kind
of conversation and these kind of thoughts to provoke positive
(01:44:51):
activity and.
Speaker 4 (01:44:52):
Results.
Speaker 25 (01:44:53):
Yeah, Yeah and that is the research That i've been looking,
at is this translates into real measure of things that,
CONSERVATIVES i, mean the way scholars measure, happiness like conservatives
tend to be, happier and they tend to be happier
because they have higher levels of inter. Relatedness they, are you,
(01:45:15):
know young people are dating, more they're getting married, more
they're becoming parents. More and the research tells us just
conclusively that married people tend to be happier than single.
People and that's not because married people are, better but
because there's more reward in those. Relationships parents are happier
(01:45:40):
than non, Parents and we see that along the political,
divide marriage is becoming a partisan, issue if you will
that you look at demographics Among republican identified individuals and
some independence as, well And. Democrats democrats are not becoming,
parents And democrats are not. Marrying republicans are doing those,
(01:46:04):
things and it is reflecting itself in greater senses of
happiness and things like. That so we have to understand
that ideas have. Consequences the things that we, believe the
things that we hold dear about what it means to be,
human about, life about we as An american people and other,
(01:46:24):
countries and things like, that those things translate into good
and bad things of how they impact how we see
ourselves and how we see others and how we see.
Speaker 3 (01:46:34):
Life exactly, Well god's made it quite clear in his.
Word if we do What god, SAYS i, mean he
designed the family unit right, yep for a specific. Purpose
and there's a reason for, marriage you, know because you,
know the husband and wife balance themselves, out because that's
where the discussion, begins is between the husband and. Wife
(01:46:56):
and the husband might come up with some goofy idea
and the wife, says, well maybe you miss, this did
you consider this? Perspective, well then that kind of refines
it a little. Bit and, conversely you, know the woman
may come up a goofy, idea and if she's open
enough to listen to her, husband then there's some balance.
There and and when you are when you're speaking and
(01:47:17):
you're heard and people are listening to, you and what
better place to start than at the. Home and if
you're being acknowledged in the, home well that balances things.
Out you got you, know you got happy, Families the
kids are, happier they're more content because you, know we
decide to do It god's.
Speaker 17 (01:47:35):
Way.
Speaker 25 (01:47:35):
Huh, Yeah And, bill that is exactly the work THAT
i do, here focus on the, family and that we
do is looking at what it is That god says
what he instructs us to stay away from and to run.
Towards and then look at the social science, literature and
we find day in and day, out that the social
science literature well, done supports What god directs us to.
(01:47:59):
Do Because god has profound witnesses of. Wisdom he doesn't
just pick things out willy nilly THAT i want you
to do, this AND i don't want you to do
this because he's a killed. Joy, no he does these.
Things he says these things for our own well, being
and good social science that looks at the data honestly
(01:48:19):
supports the wisdom Of god like day in and day.
Out that's part of the wonder of the work that
we do here.
Speaker 3 (01:48:27):
Well And i've got to imagine right, Now, glenn in
light of what happened In, venezuela you talk about a
witness my, goodness and you talk about a culture of
death and a country whose lights had all been turned.
Out just what's happening right now politically.
Speaker 4 (01:48:42):
That has given.
Speaker 3 (01:48:43):
HOPE i, Mean i'm here In florida and down In
South florida they're in The venezuela.
Speaker 4 (01:48:48):
Community they are.
Speaker 3 (01:48:50):
Elated you talk about smiles on people's, fates a sense
of hope that has.
Speaker 4 (01:48:54):
Been renewed for these.
Speaker 3 (01:48:55):
People and the thing, is it's not only For, venezuela
but for other people around the world that have been
oppressed by dictatorships and by communists controlled.
Speaker 25 (01:49:05):
Countries, yeah and that's the. Thing you look at their.
Reaction these, people These venezuelans who have come to our,
country they know what they, left and they know what
their country was. About and ideas have, consequences and actions have,
consequences and we see the consequences of these, decisions and
we can debate the ins and outs of you, know
(01:49:28):
these kinds of, things but when you look At venezuelans,
THEMSELVES i, mean they are very clear that, yes this
is better for our, country and not just for our,
country but for the hemisphere that we live. In because,
exactly we can say, that, oh let's just watch out
For america And america can't be the police of the.
(01:49:48):
World but at the same, time we live in a
global community and different countries impact. Us and the other
thing is we have to send the message not just
To venezuela but to other countries in the world is
we will not be kicked around. Anymore we are going
to stand for our.
Speaker 3 (01:50:08):
Interests, yeah and you're not going to be able to
come in and kill our. KIDS i, mean look at
the DEATH i mean you talk about the culture of
death early on. HERE i mean the amount of people
that we've lost over the just the most recent decade
to fentanyl and cocaine and all these drugs that have
been imported into our. Country, yes there is a consumer
(01:50:29):
base for, it but we need to choke it off
to where it's not you, know flowing freely into the
country and killing you, know the pride and joy of our,
country these young.
Speaker 25 (01:50:39):
People, yeah, yeah our young people. Exactly And venezuela is a.
START i, mean it's it's not just That venezuela is
the only problem in this, area but that is a.
Start and we need to protect our borders in all
kinds of different ways of the people that are coming
in and the materials that are coming in as.
Speaker 3 (01:51:00):
Well we've got about forty seconds left, Here, glenn and
clearly there's a contrast here just, said as it is For,
christians for people of, faith and we should let that
contrast shine out right and be proud of it and
stand and keep standing because it's not just. Us it's
not just our. Family like you, said it has global.
(01:51:20):
Impact people are looking At america and seeing What america
is doing And america's families and how they're.
Speaker 4 (01:51:26):
Responding we got fifteen, seconds go ahead and wrap it.
Up i'll let you.
Speaker 13 (01:51:29):
Go.
Speaker 25 (01:51:29):
Bill it is loving to be. Protective it is loving
to be protective and to fight for that which enhances
human flourishing and human well. Being And god's ideas do,
that and so we should never never apologize for the
wisdom That god has.
Speaker 1 (01:51:45):
Pronounced what a.
Speaker 4 (01:51:47):
Blessing huh when you think about.
Speaker 1 (01:51:48):
