Speaker 1 (00:00):
When your old career gives you lemons throwing some ice,
mix in some vodka. Color a podcast from the Mac
of All Trade Studio in Fairport and driven by Victor
Chrysler dots Jee Rahm. It's Billified, the Bill Moran Podcast.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
Well, hello and welcome. Thanks for getting your pawn on.
Thank you for telling a friend. That's how we spread
the word about the pirate ship. Hopefully everybody had a
good Thanksgiving Soldiers here, this is really nice. Digs you
like to do digs? I do? All right? I wish it.
I wish I was in Syracuse. This fucking asshole. It's
(00:53):
fucking asshole. Man. Can we go to the carrier Dover? Wait,
isn't that far away? No? Is it you? It's not.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
Don't coming to the west side that come from Henrietta though.
Speaker 4 (01:03):
Yeah, it's still a half hour no matter what. Yeah,
it's actually like faster because there's less traffic. But it's
it's it's it's a longer drive, but it's faster, if
that makes sense any sense. Yeah, because I'm taking like
four ninety. Yeah, you get off the exit, it's all
straight driving. Whereas you get the Fairport all of a
sudden it's like, stop it going, And then if there's
a train run in night, yeah, okay, stop stop go stop.
(01:26):
Like it literally takes me less time on the expressway
than it does to get from my house to the
expressway and from the expressway to the old studio.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
My favorite was when the studio was in the village
of Fairport, watching the traffic back up. Sometimes sometimes I'd
be over there during the day and I'd go walk
and get like a cup of coffee or maybe a beer,
I don't know, and it would be as I've watched.
One day, the bridge went up for a boat, and
as soon as the bridge went down, a train came through.
(01:55):
I think it took people almost twenty minutes to get
through the village of Fairport. It's it's a five minute,
three minute ride. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (02:04):
My brother lived in fair hated it because at five
o'clock he come home, so is everybody else coming home?
Oh we got a boat here's Oh we got the
bridges out this year.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
This is what I always feel bad about, Like I like,
I like it here. Eventually I want to buy a
different space and put it down by the canal is
where I'm looking. But I always say to people I
feel like this, especially when they fix four ninety, will
(02:33):
be a faster trip than going into the village because
just like Danny said, you just get off at thirty
one and then just come straight up to this studio,
right right. But I always think Fairport is not an
easy place. It's not a it's like it's a destination.
It's not a Hey, i'm passing through Fairport. I'll swing
(02:53):
over for the line. You know what I mean.
Speaker 4 (02:54):
No, I mean it's kind of hidden. You have to
go find.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
It's kind of off the beaten pas, which.
Speaker 4 (02:58):
Is what makes Fairport.
Speaker 3 (02:59):
That's why the crime is so That's why everything in
Fairport to loss.
Speaker 2 (03:02):
That's why we like it.
Speaker 4 (03:03):
We keep Fairport a secret, that's right, Keep Fairport a secret.
Don't turn into Eastern Alexander.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
That secret no more. No, not a secret anymore? All right.
Yesterday I get a text from somebody dear Bill at
this table that told me that they wanted brand Sean
McDermott fire or brand.
Speaker 3 (03:21):
Oh you were you said the text.
Speaker 5 (03:23):
But I usually send him before the game, yeah, because
I don't want to be the you know, I want
to give my.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
Let me just say this, the Buffalo Bills man handled
the Pittsburgh Steelers yesterday on the road. On the road,
the Bills ran the same play over and over and over,
and even TJ Watts that I've never seen an opponent
run the same play over and over and we couldn't
stop it. It was the run game. It was unbelievable.
(03:51):
I know I can tell by your face. I'm looking
at your face right now. I see it. Oh, don't
even try you. You'd be so shitty a poker man.
You'd be the worst poker player because I know there's
a lot of a lot of flaws and won't get.
Speaker 4 (04:03):
To that in just a second.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
No, you don't have to, because you communicate so well
through your face.
Speaker 4 (04:10):
I might surprise you.
Speaker 2 (04:12):
Okay, okay, all right, that could very well be. That
was Joe Brady's best coaching he's done this year. I
will say, look, in the first half, I didn't think
they were going to score a touchdown. I didn't trust
the offense to put seven points on the board. I
really didn't. And then things turned. But they had two
backup tackles, and I go, that's really tough.
Speaker 3 (04:34):
Your right tackle didn't even play tack the NFL.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
No, do you see what I'm saying, and those guys,
I mean, I don't know what happened at halftime. Look,
they got lucky, the defense stepped up, they got some
some really good stuff. Uh. Keon Coleman, I don't know
whether you guys will agree with this statement or not
made a triumphant return. I feel like he did. I
feel like he did. I know the I know the touchdown,
(04:58):
but I was watching. I was watching, and I didn't
feel like I was trying to watch as much as
I could if the camera was picking him up. I
was keening on him because we've had your your buddy,
come on, Peter Montimernal, come on here and say that
he dogs it on plays he's not. And I felt
like he didn't really do that yesterday. He seemed like
(05:19):
he wasn't dogging it. I'm not saying that Peter's wrong
on the other time. I think in other times when
when the play didn't involve Keon, when it didn't involve him,
he seemed to be not really running at a Chris
browt like. In other words, he wasn't a great decoy.
He just wasn't doing the job well. And I think
Peter was right with that. I thought yesterday he did
(05:39):
a better job with that. Whether or not that's true.
Did you know that when they were handing off the ball,
Josh Allen was was was doing on was actually going
in and actually, what's the word I'm trying to say, stocking?
He was blocking. Oh, I didn't see that. That's what
(06:00):
someone told me today. They went to the game. That's
a Steeler that it's a Steelers fan went to the
game and said, when Allen handed the ball, ball off
to Cook or I mean he did some blocking.
Speaker 4 (06:12):
Okay, I didn't see that. Maybe, I mean what it
surprised you.
Speaker 2 (06:17):
Hey, look in the first quarter, let's put it that way.
I have the Bills been held to no points in
the first quarter at any game this season?
Speaker 3 (06:28):
They may have, I don't know.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
I don't either. I don't know, but it's not not common.
So at that point, I'm going any pass to Cook
to me, was the best decision you could make in
the passing game because nobody else was doing anything, and
I don't know, it felt like it really felt like
to me the Bills can no longer pass the ball.
I felt like going into that, especially in that first
(06:50):
quarter and after the pass.
Speaker 5 (06:52):
Game see weather is also a factor too. Nobody was
really doing anything yesterday, you know what I mean, No
one was throwing the ball, fire or anything.
Speaker 2 (07:00):
I mean, the wind was was was up there, So
I mean you gotta put that in factor two. M
uh well, then they seem to figure it out. I
don't know what happened in the second half. I mean
Josh did running, but he passed. He made a beautiful
double pump pass to Keon where he was looked like
he was going one direction, pulls it back and hits
(07:20):
Keon in perfect stride in the end zone. Thought yeah, well, no,
you got a whole notebook full of thoughts.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
Yesterday was a reprieve. Yeah, it was not a hey,
we're back. No I don't no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
no no last week or last night. Your Sunday's game
was we dodged a bullet here. Sunday's game was the
Dallas game from two years ago but watered down. Sunday's
(07:49):
game was your defense made, not not the Patrick Queen.
No call on Allen when he slid and he got hit.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
Oh that woke everybody up. Yeah, Chris Brown, didn't you
wake him up?
Speaker 4 (08:00):
No, that didn't wake them up. They ended up like
kicking a field goal. Moron, If you didn't the game,
you're calling that, he asked mcderbty. Didn't that wake you
guys up? Dude, Go go back to like you know,
writing on the internet. Okay, here are the facts. Here
are the facts. They ran all over Pittsburgh and just
Pittsburgh just made no adjustments. This wasn't about the Bills yesterday.
(08:21):
This is about the end of the.
Speaker 2 (08:23):
Mike Tomlin era in Pittsburgh.
Speaker 4 (08:25):
They've had three head coaches in my lifetime and in
your lifetime and in your lifetime. That is unheard of
in all of sports.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
But I think it's time to move on.
Speaker 4 (08:33):
He makes no and I'll say this if Bills fans
pay attention because the Pittsburgh Steelers, that's your future. If
you stick with Sean McDermott long enough and he can't
win a Super Bowl, Who's that's your future.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
Who's going to replace mc dermott.
Speaker 3 (08:45):
That's your future. I don't know who's gonna get hold on, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
Hold on, hold on, who's coming hold on?
Speaker 6 (08:50):
Hold on.
Speaker 4 (08:50):
I'm not saying he's got to get fired this year.
I'm saying if they don't like win a super Bowl.
That's your future. No adjustments, no wat. We got to
take all season to figure out the offense. We have
no receivers to throw to. They traded away their best
receiver this offseason for a dude who like who just
I don't think he had a target yesterday. And yet
(09:11):
the biggest play was welcome back Joey Bosa. Now that
he has his handworking. He strip sacked, he strip sacked
Aaron Rodgers and then and then Bedford scooping scored. You
needed a defensive touchdown this year.
Speaker 2 (09:23):
You finally got one.
Speaker 4 (09:25):
And then the following drive, Benford had the presence of
mind to put his feet down and get that pick.
And the Bills just controlled the clock and ran the ball.
They exploited a hole in Pittsburgh, and Pittsburgh could not
stop them.
Speaker 2 (09:36):
Though it was the most never adjusted. But here here's
the thing that I wonder about Danny is it does
seem like once there's a wind in their sales, they're
almost unstoppable, Like everything comes back to life when there's
wind in their sales. I don't know what that is. Like,
(09:57):
all of a sudden, the passing game looked way better
of the second half.
Speaker 4 (10:01):
No, it really didn't. Though it really didn't, Billy. Their
top receivers were their running backs, Cook and Johnson. He
also had a drop. Okay uh and then what was
the Kyrie I'm not gosh, Khalil had two drops.
Speaker 3 (10:17):
It was all about the run game.
Speaker 4 (10:18):
They just like they literally shut their passing game down
yesterday and just ran through Pittsburgh because they could.
Speaker 2 (10:25):
Right, But they but in the end, like I mean, Josh,
it looked like guys were dropping. But we we saw
knocks make a couple of catches. We saw the one
at Keon Coleman. I didn't think we were going to
see anything. I really didn't know. You were right, you
were right. They couldn't they got to the end of
the half.
Speaker 4 (10:41):
It's fourth and one.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (10:43):
And by the way, Tony Rome was getting worse. He's
he's awful, Billy. He's so he can't even guess anymore.
He's like doing no homework before the game, Like he's
literally dumbfounded. Right, And the officiating is getting worse too,
Like even the officials up in the ball booth are like.
Speaker 3 (10:57):
Dude, like I don't, I don't, I don't.
Speaker 4 (10:59):
Did you watch the Sunday night. It was atrocious. But
it's fourth and one, right, and everybody's like, hey, man,
Alec Anderson never or he never got spooked once. He
actually got spooked twice. And then the center Connor mcgovert.
So it's fourth and one. Hey, we're gonna draw him
off sides.
Speaker 2 (11:14):
They didn't.
Speaker 4 (11:15):
They go to run a play, They call a time out.
They realize, okay, that's what Pitts's gonna show us. Okay, Bills,
get the ball back. It's fourth and one again, and
then all of a sudden, your center, of all people,
the smartest guy in the offensive.
Speaker 3 (11:26):
Live jumps off sides. He jumps offside.
Speaker 4 (11:28):
So now we got to kick a field, go and
go through this whole charade, don't I mean? They were clueless.
They really were like dumbfouted it. Just they were able
to run on a Pittsburgh team that couldn't stop him
and couldn't adjust. And that's an indictment of Mike Tomlin
and Pittsburgh's entire defensive staff. Oh, by the way, people
forget Aaron Rodgers had a touchdown and Aaron Rodgers went
(11:49):
off after the game about John new Smith and everydy
criticized him for throwing John new Smith under the bus.
Aaron Rodgers is right, man, if you're going to if
you're going to film study or you're not going to film.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
Study, you should know one way or the other.
Speaker 4 (12:01):
If he calls a route.
Speaker 2 (12:02):
Yeah, with a trustman, you gotta go.
Speaker 4 (12:04):
And he didn't do it. So if everybody's killing Rodgers today,
Rogers was right on that. The fact is John nu
Smith if he catches that poll. Now it's a one
score game. Now the Steelers get to kick off. Now
the crowd's back.
Speaker 7 (12:14):
Into the game, and you don't know if the ball's
gonna return that kick, if they're gonna cough it up
or whatever. Now they could have done what they did anyway,
after stopping him on that fourth down and just running
out the clos I said to my wife, I go
be nice if they can just run the ball the
next ten minutes and go home.
Speaker 4 (12:27):
And they pretty much did for like eight and a
half minutes.
Speaker 2 (12:30):
I mean it was fantastic, it was. And uh so,
hats off to him.
Speaker 4 (12:34):
Now you got a team that's gonna be able to
throw the ball on you next week.
Speaker 2 (12:37):
I I you know where you s and your.
Speaker 4 (12:39):
Defense is getting better and they made Baltimore turn the
ball over five times on Thanksgiving night.
Speaker 2 (12:44):
Uh, when you ask who's like, who's the next head coach?
So to speak? Right, where are they coming from? I
don't think I saw who's the head coach of Chicago
right now?
Speaker 3 (12:54):
Oh, Ben Johnson?
Speaker 2 (12:55):
Yeah, I didn't. I don't think I saw Ben Johnson
having a nine to three record right now. I didn't.
I don't know that anybody did. I don't think anybody
saw them leading their division.
Speaker 4 (13:07):
Did you see that, like at this point last year
compared to this year, you know the funny stats where
they the division has been completely flipped upside down, completely flipped.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
So and so there's so much parody in the league.
But I do think that there's a lot of really bright,
offensive minded people out there that maybe I don't know
who they are. It's not my job. I don't know,
But who knows. You got a guy that's maybe has
six years aft.
Speaker 5 (13:30):
If that basically they blew as they because of coaching,
you know, they they're they're wasted.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
They wasted. His twenties is a coaching It feels that way. Well,
let's think about the thirteen.
Speaker 4 (13:43):
Got he only got him, He only could get him
so far, and they and I've said this and I
don't know. People say I'm full of it, but I'll
tell you this. I believe that Sean McDermott is the
guy who makes all the decisions at one Bill Strive,
including who to draft. And they went heavy on defense
this past April, and they usually do, and it hasn't worked.
And now, okay, now you're starting to see Maxwell Harriston
(14:04):
come into his own as a corner. TJ. Sanders had
a sighting yesterday and that's that's great, you know, But
and the defense is starting to get better. I mean,
they've only allowed I think a touchdown in six quarters,
which is pretty good. Meanwhile, so okay, let's see what
they do against a real quarterback and Joe Burrow. Let's
see what happens, because thats Sean McDermott's.
Speaker 3 (14:23):
Side of the ball.
Speaker 4 (14:23):
The ideal look of a team is get a head
coach who knows defense and then a superstar quarterback that well,
you have both sides of the ball covered. And instead
McDermott's like, sometimes he's good on defense and sometimes the
defense isn't good. And Allen's only is I mean, Alan's
good but I mean, if your receivers are trash, it
doesn't matter how good the quarterback is.
Speaker 2 (14:42):
Well, that goes.
Speaker 5 (14:42):
That just goes to tell you that someone's gonna take
the five, they don't make the and it's gonna be Bean. Yeah,
because you probably you wouldn't treat because he wouldn't treat
a second round for Wattle.
Speaker 2 (14:56):
He said no to that is on that team.
Speaker 4 (14:58):
The Dolphins won they first rounder this or next year,
the kids only, and he offered a first rounder next year.
So that's why, that's why they didn't pull the trigger
on that leading the AFC. I wrote a column in
the Times Wayne Counties that ran today and it said,
you laugh at the time I bring that up.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
No, I'm not laughing about that.
Speaker 3 (15:17):
I say they both got to go.
Speaker 2 (15:19):
You're not taking a breath. That that's why I'm laughing.
You're not taking a breath. I need you to slow down.
We have somebody waiting to be on at six forty five.
It is now six forty six.
Speaker 3 (15:28):
Oh, I'm sorry, that's okay. I don't realize you had
a guess.
Speaker 2 (15:29):
That's right, that's not really a guess. I was trying
to segue to that, but I can't get a word
at edge wise because you're just you run and you're
saying things that you're repeating from where the AFC East
leaders right now or a team that I hope wouldn't
have been it is the New England Patriots and from
their home game, uh for Monday night football? Is Kevin
(15:54):
Where is he Foxborough? And he's got his uh, he's
got his mask on it and he puts sname in
there as Kevin May.
Speaker 6 (16:01):
Shut up, Danny, Who's Evan May? It's Crake May. What's
some respect on it?
Speaker 2 (16:08):
You said Kevin May? Is what you said? You wrote it.
I didn't think Kevin, That's what I said with Kevin.
Speaker 6 (16:13):
I've I've been drinking.
Speaker 2 (16:15):
Oh well, shocking surpries. Do they tailgate through a table?
Do they tailgate like they do in uh Buffalo?
Speaker 6 (16:24):
I don't know. I've only been at Greg's caougat and
that was high end. There was like cabs and ship
I don't know. You never walked around the parking lot.
I was with Craig. I'm not gonna walk around when
there's cabaret.
Speaker 4 (16:35):
Okay, whatever is cabaret? They were doing a play here. No,
the football game brought you by.
Speaker 2 (16:48):
That was funny. So what how how are things up there?
THEREA is like a doll? See his face when you
went to a game? Mark?
Speaker 5 (16:54):
What was it like up in there? Up in the
it's a that's a great time. I love it up there,
you do. Yeah, And we went to the game. But
the tailgating doesn't doesn't compare it to what Buffalo has.
Speaker 2 (17:02):
Buffalo's but theyn't need it to.
Speaker 5 (17:03):
They don't need to go through They were you know,
they were champs for twenty fucking years. They don't need
to go through tables and freaking get drunk. You know,
That's what Buffalo did during all during the whole time.
Speaker 4 (17:13):
Losing seats are a lot more expensive of Foxborough, so
they don't have time for them.
Speaker 6 (17:16):
The worst part is I'm next to a Giants talgate
and it sucks because they're cool. But it's the Giants.
Speaker 2 (17:24):
Well okay, so I mean the chances Danny of them
losing tonight. No, Look, I say that after we saw
the Panthers, who are actually getting better as the season
goes on.
Speaker 4 (17:34):
The schizophrenic team I've ever seen?
Speaker 2 (17:35):
Are they not? Are they not?
Speaker 3 (17:37):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (17:38):
I was shocked that they beat the Rams yesterday.
Speaker 4 (17:41):
I wasn't shocked because it looked like a trap. But
still I didn't expect. I didn't expect. I mean, i'd
expect Carolina to dominate the football game they did, which
what they did apparently.
Speaker 2 (17:50):
Yeah, picked them off twice maybe yeah times.
Speaker 4 (17:53):
But uh as far as New England goes, I mean,
I don't want to Jackson, but I think the Giants
can win tonight.
Speaker 6 (18:00):
I fucking hate you, Dan.
Speaker 2 (18:05):
No, why do you say that, Kevin?
Speaker 6 (18:07):
I mean, now, because we're not gonna We're not gonna
lose tonight. We're not gonna lose tonight. Well, your home
in the stadium, they can't lose tonight.
Speaker 2 (18:15):
Well, and it's also a home game. I mean, look,
what does this say back to Mark where I sort
of highlight you as my person who goes after the
front office of the Buffalo Bills, Danny, what does it
say with rabel as the head coach of the New
England Patriots. Has he not done an amazing job to
show you that it comes down to coach.
Speaker 4 (18:35):
He's coach of the year.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
Oh yeah, he coached Tennessee too, though, Yeah, and he
did well.
Speaker 4 (18:40):
He went to the AFC Championship game with Ryan Tannehill
and he beat the Patriots on the way there.
Speaker 6 (18:46):
Jesus Kevin, Yeah, but that was that was the Macdones Patriots,
and we don't count that.
Speaker 4 (18:53):
No, he beat Brady in Foxborough. Brady's last game as
a Patriot was a loss to the Tennessee Titans.
Speaker 2 (19:00):
That's right.
Speaker 6 (19:00):
My mom was in the hospital. I don't remember my
almost in the hospital.
Speaker 2 (19:03):
Talk about the game where Manny made Bady his bitch.
Speaker 6 (19:09):
I don't know who giants. I'm all around giants people.
It's not good right now. Okay, Vic, If Victor Chevy
was here and I'm parked in their dealership, it's cool.
But whatever Rodman ship this is, it's gotta be Giants
territory because I don't like it.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
Real quick, Kevin, Did everything work out with stub Hub?
Speaker 6 (19:35):
Everything worked out fantastic stub Hub. It took a while.
I would not recommend stub Hub. The lowest price on me.
Speaker 2 (19:52):
The camera was on me. I did something anyway, I.
Speaker 6 (19:56):
Must have missed. Listen to my aw mabe.
Speaker 2 (20:00):
You'll never you'll never even you'll never even know.
Speaker 6 (20:04):
You'll tell me. So I ask you a question of
the crew though. Yeah, we were sitting in a parking
lot and a guy rolled by in a wheelchair. He
had like a brown Wegman's bag on his lap as
he was throwing into the garbage. I said, what's up
inst the cart? Is that racist?
Speaker 2 (20:28):
What's up inst? No?
Speaker 4 (20:30):
I don't think it's I don't think No, I don't
think that's racist at all.
Speaker 6 (20:33):
You have a problem on his lap in a wheelchair.
So you're saying he's got my back. I know, because
Mark's my boy.
Speaker 4 (20:39):
No, I don't think that's racist. I think it's it's somebodyist.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
Why would it be racist, there's nothing.
Speaker 6 (20:48):
Is in bad taste.
Speaker 4 (20:50):
Oh yeah, it's always a bad taste racist. There's a difference.
Speaker 6 (20:54):
It's awful. I mean it is.
Speaker 2 (20:58):
Don't do that. Don't don't blame me. Don't blame me
for that kind of ship at all.
Speaker 6 (21:03):
I have to play.
Speaker 2 (21:04):
Yeah you are.
Speaker 6 (21:05):
I have a Giants fan staring at me right now,
and she's not happy. I just wondering what I'm a
I'm on a podcast and they're awesome.
Speaker 2 (21:14):
No, you fucked up.
Speaker 6 (21:15):
No, I didn't sunk up, and I'm getting yelled at all.
Speaker 2 (21:18):
Right, Well we're gonna let you go enjoy the game. Well,
we'll see how it. I'll go, all right, goodbye? Should
I do? Should I do?
Speaker 6 (21:28):
Two more shouts before I win her? One more?
Speaker 2 (21:31):
I say too, yeah, do too.
Speaker 6 (21:34):
I fully agree with you. Mark. I love you, Mark.
Speaker 2 (21:37):
You're the man, You're my boy. You're the man. That's nice.
That's nice.
Speaker 6 (21:41):
And the giants, Oh, Mark, she likes the giants. You
like Josh Allen.
Speaker 2 (21:47):
All right, we'll see you later. Kevin Ship, hely Ship.
He likes me when he's drunk. Huh. He likes me
when he's drunk. I think he always likes you. He
also likes to do it because he's he thinks he's
getting under daiy skin a little bit. Don't don't even
I mean, not that you would know.
Speaker 4 (22:04):
Not that you have, just Kevin, but he Uh.
Speaker 2 (22:09):
I made dandy and I made eye contact when that
girl was the woman was laughing, but she started coughing
and I made up. Did you see her? What she
looked like?
Speaker 8 (22:21):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (22:21):
I think she was in the studio once before. I
don't know that you were here.
Speaker 4 (22:26):
Uh, I don't know.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
Yes you were. Yes, that's sweet, that sweet went yeah. Yes,
that's a good friend of us. Yes, yes, yes, yes,
it is all right.
Speaker 4 (22:38):
By the way, uh, with all the good stuff, the
Patriots that they're here, the quarterbacks they've beaten this year,
you're ready.
Speaker 3 (22:43):
Who's the best quarterback they've beaten?
Speaker 2 (22:44):
Clear it?
Speaker 3 (22:45):
Josh Allen, Okay, Patriots?
Speaker 4 (22:46):
Who else? Geno Smith, Spencer Rattler, Cam Wore, Dylan Gabriel,
Michael PENNOCKX Junior, Bryce Young, Andy Eddy Dalton Well, justin Field,
Joe Flacco to a tongue of ioloa, Aaron Rodgers, who
we saw yesterday has got nothing left in the tank
at Baker Mayfield, who starting to slip a little bit. So,
I mean, you gotta give them credit for beating the
competition they've had. Sure, but that'd be so. But I'll
tell you right now, the the AFC is a actually,
(23:09):
the NFL really is a crap shoot this year. Really,
everybody's bad. Everybody's bad.
Speaker 2 (23:15):
Well, even though they'll beat.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
The Rams, the best David Football, they lost to Carolina yesterday,
the most schizophrenic team of the National Football League, Bryce Young. So,
I mean it's up for if the Bills can get
their act together, they have just as much a chance
as anybody.
Speaker 2 (23:30):
I agree, I.
Speaker 4 (23:32):
Crap on them all the time.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
I know, I love it when you do, and I
love when you get.
Speaker 3 (23:37):
So caught up and you got well, my point was, nope, nope, let.
Speaker 4 (23:41):
Me finish this.
Speaker 2 (23:42):
Dandy gets so cool. This is Danny. This is my
favorite thing about Danny. Danny. Maybe one of the was
like I have said, I'm not a fan like Danny,
and Peter said, well, come on, I'm not a fan
like that. That is pure passion. You are what a
fanatic is for this team, have been since childhood.
Speaker 3 (24:02):
And I'm like, compared to most people.
Speaker 4 (24:03):
Okay, but you can walk through my house.
Speaker 3 (24:05):
And not know I'm a Bills fan.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
Right, But when you get going, that trade gets going on,
those thoughts keep coming.
Speaker 4 (24:11):
My thought was, you know, if you're gonna fire, if
you're gonna fire Brandon Bean, Sean mcdermot's gotta go with him.
They're a package deal because Sean McDermott's is the one
telling them what groceries to buy. Period. That's all.
Speaker 3 (24:22):
So that that's all I was saying, You're.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
Not gonna fire both. They're gonna fire someone this year.
Speaker 4 (24:25):
If it's gonna be it's gonna be An. It's gonna
probably be an assistant. It could be you're either a
coordinator or both coordinators.
Speaker 2 (24:31):
I say, being goes.
Speaker 4 (24:33):
If he goes, then who do you see? You asked me,
who would you replace McDermott with? Who would you replace
Brandon Bean with?
Speaker 2 (24:39):
It?
Speaker 4 (24:39):
If you stay within the organization, all you're doing is
repeating the same problem, right. The problem is Sean McDermott.
The problem is not Brandon Bean. Period.
Speaker 2 (24:47):
Well you don't know that whether he's doing that, he's
hand picking that. McDermott is, yeah, no, we don't know that.
We don't. I agree with you, but we don't know.
Speaker 4 (24:56):
Well, let's put it this way, all right. When he
came to town, he walks in and the general manager
at the time was Doug Whaley. Doug Wheey goes and
opens the door to introduce Sean McDermott. What's Sean McDermott do,
He introduces himself, like, in other words, I'm not waiting
for this guy to introduce me. I'm in charge, right,
And everybody's like, wow, that was interesting. They go to
(25:16):
the press conference, they introduce McDermott, he says what he's
gonna do. A month later he tells reportedly tells Russ Brandon,
I run this team, not you get out of the office,
get out of here.
Speaker 2 (25:26):
So I don't hate that.
Speaker 4 (25:27):
No no, no, no, no, no, stay with me. I'm going
I'm making a point. Then at the draft, Doug Whaley
is telling the owner, Terry Pagool, if you want Patrick Mahomes,
Garrett or Terry, this is your team. This isn't Sean
McDermott's team. This is your team. But he deferred to McDermott,
not his general manager. McDermott picked the draft in twenty seventeen,
(25:49):
picked all of them, not his general manager, who was
then showing the door that Monday. You don't all of
a sudden get to pick the draft and then hire
somebody else to go Okay, now it's your turn. He's
in control. But he hired his guy, right, That's my point.
In other words, Sean McDermott may not be the guy
standing at the podium answering the questions about the pick,
but he's But you know, Brada Beans that guy. But
(26:11):
Brada Bean's getting his directions from shot.
Speaker 5 (26:13):
Happened very often to the head coach brings the general
manager with them.
Speaker 4 (26:18):
Now it happens more often than not. It used to
be the GM. The GM was in charge and hired
the head coach.
Speaker 2 (26:24):
Everybody else, Yeah, I don't know who did the Ryan Poles,
who's from Canada.
Speaker 4 (26:29):
Here's the thing, Brian, Bryan Poles is in the guy
in Cher. He's there, he's a general manager. He's a
nice job is yeah.
Speaker 3 (26:35):
Well, particularly he.
Speaker 4 (26:38):
Did a great job getting Caleb Williams. But the knock
on Ryan Poles is that he really didn't do a
good job building a team around him. It was Ben
Johnson who came in and said, Okay, we're gonna fix
the offensive line. We're gonna do this. He ran that draft.
This past year, Bill Belichick ran the drafts in New England.
Andy Reid hired Brett Veach to be his general manager.
I mean it's you know, it's more common now than
(26:59):
you think.
Speaker 2 (27:03):
I went live tonight just to see if Kevin would
tune in, and he just real, fuck you. Oh. This
episode brought to you by our friends at bTB, Woodfire,
Pizza and Grill, and the mall at Grease Ridge. Our
friend Mac got stuck a little bit of work tonight.
He also has the slicing stack in Spencer Port, So
I don't know where he's going with that, but let
(27:23):
me just tell you a couple of things. The Prime
Rib Dinner happens. Oh okay, The Prime Rib Dinner happens
every the last Saturday of every month. You might want
to make reservations for it. Market on your calendar now
this month to me, I know today when we're taping,
this is December first, I'm already on December fifteenth in
(27:44):
my head. Like there's just so much shit going on.
So I would say, make those reservations right for the
last Saturday. And the food is fantastic. Mondays Steak dinner
night yep, right, so you get a dining only, dining only.
But why wouldn't you go there just even just to
watch the Monday night football game. If you're a Bills fan,
(28:04):
you certainly have curiosity, do you not? Of course? Okay?
And then uh, I don't want to ever miss the brunch.
Like talking about the brunch, the brunch is fantastic there.
And we got to do church brunch football. Yeah, there
you got a bunch of football. I don't know about church. Well,
it's it's Danny's CBF church brunch football. Church is BT
(28:27):
burch all right, But but you know, like the Trinity Father,
I'm saying it that the Trinity, I thought was not that.
That's the Catholic thing.
Speaker 4 (28:39):
It's stevevangelical too sort of.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
They talk about the Father Son and Holy Ghost.
Speaker 4 (28:45):
Yes, they do all the time. They just don't like,
you know, repeat it over and over again like the
Catholic Church does.
Speaker 3 (28:51):
Well anyway, go ahead.
Speaker 2 (28:53):
No, this is bt B. It's that's our that's our
holy Trinity. Say it again, church.
Speaker 3 (28:57):
Brunch, church brunch, football.
Speaker 2 (28:59):
It's the Trinity. And you can get two of those
at BTV. Maybe even church. I bet you if if
a church needed help, Matt who did a fan that
whole Thanksgiving thing they did again unbelievable, I think he
would probably allow the back room or the party room
to have a small service. I'm sure you allow it.
I say, I say, skip church.
Speaker 3 (29:22):
At aar.
Speaker 4 (29:23):
What's that it'd be weird having a church service at
a bar.
Speaker 2 (29:26):
Yes, well that's what I'm saying. In the back room,
small church.
Speaker 5 (29:32):
Yes, just have a no with church, you just have
you just just say a little prayer when you get there,
and then you just start drinking and do your brunch.
Speaker 2 (29:41):
In the football. That's it, all right, we will We'll
take a moment there's something that is making headlines today
and it still makes me scratch my head. And I
had to go back and do a little more research
on other people and I can't. I'm telling you this
is a female thing. I don't believe it's a mail thing.
(30:03):
Get mad at me if you want. We'll get to
it right after this got a home improvement conundrum. Time
to call in the superheroes. Mack of All Trades. Leaky
fawcett wall that mysteriously as a hole in it kitchen
looking like it's stuck in the nineties. Mac of All
Trades is here to save the day. No capes, just
expert repairs, remodeling and handyman services that get the job
(30:26):
done right. Call them today at five eighty five two
zero two ninety two eighteen. That's five eight five two
zero two ninety two eighteen, or visit them online at
Macofalltrades dot net because every home needs a hero. Mac
of All Trades.
Speaker 4 (31:00):
Just in love with Tennis.
Speaker 2 (31:07):
It's Chicks High. His name is Ella Langley.
Speaker 6 (31:12):
Comeback to Emily.
Speaker 2 (31:16):
You never heard of hers in the country number one
country song right now, I.
Speaker 4 (31:22):
Wasn't homage for backus fog she's from Texas, sock and.
Speaker 2 (31:29):
The way he's just stabbing round. Yes, Dan, what do
you know?
Speaker 4 (31:33):
At some point we should play country music bingo where
we like truck, Texas, whiskey, women, divorce dog, all the
all the stereotypical country music terms.
Speaker 2 (31:45):
Put them on a bingo board.
Speaker 4 (31:46):
Listen to five.
Speaker 3 (31:47):
Songs to see who gets a bingo first, because.
Speaker 4 (31:51):
They're all the same song over and over and people
just dig its.
Speaker 2 (31:56):
That's great.
Speaker 8 (31:57):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (31:58):
I kind of like this. I like the way she looks.
I like the way I'm.
Speaker 3 (32:02):
Sure like you can't put it. You can't put a
dog out there.
Speaker 2 (32:05):
You can do it, you can't put it. It's so true.
Not nowadays, Okay, maybe not, but I mean she has
banged and she looks good. I don't know. It's a
little different from me. This is called choosing Texas. And
the reason I was gonna play it was because Matt Reese,
(32:25):
who got tied up at work tonight and couldn't join us.
UH from bTB and Slicing Stack Uh said that I
wrote them the other day, go how about them cowboys?
How about them cowboys? I mean to be Kansas City,
and I know that's like pretty impressive.
Speaker 3 (32:41):
Jerry's starting to look more and more like a genius.
Speaker 2 (32:44):
Yeah, because who would have thought Danny, wait, I will
stop it.
Speaker 4 (32:48):
Did you say it this podcast?
Speaker 2 (32:50):
I don't remember. I'm going to go find the audio.
Speaker 3 (32:52):
Go find the audio. I said it. I wrote about it.
I said it's a brilliant move.
Speaker 2 (32:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (32:57):
What I didn't expect was David Prescott to actually have
the season he had this year.
Speaker 2 (33:00):
Matt said sort of the same thing. He said that
I don't hate this.
Speaker 4 (33:04):
Yeah, because you're gonna get You had two first round picks, right,
and you're able to get one to go get Quinn Williams.
Kenny Clark's been playing incredible this year, and the offense
is moving, the defense is getting better, And who would
have thought that Brian Schottenheimer, of all people, would have
a team that's like, you know, contending content. I mean,
they may actually win the division in the division that
(33:25):
had the Eagles, has the Eagles, the Super Bowl champs,
who have now lost two division games this year to
teams you're like, wait, really the Giants.
Speaker 6 (33:33):
And the Cowboys.
Speaker 2 (33:34):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (33:35):
Good for Jerry.
Speaker 2 (33:36):
Uh, somebody you can comment to us. We are live
tonight on on Facebook and YouTube and other places, And
somebody on YouTube wrote, because I put in the height title,
excuse me, the decline of dating. And there is an
article on Newsweek that we'll get into later on and
this person goes, the decline in dating haha, speak for yourself.
I'm out dating next weekend. I don't know what that means.
(34:00):
But here here's the thing that I I did tease something.
I think this is a more of a woman thing
than a man.
Speaker 4 (34:08):
Think Luigi Luigi, the guy who shoted you got it?
Speaker 2 (34:14):
The guy with the ibrow. Guy was United Health, the
CEO of US Healthcare. Oh, US Healthcare, Yeah, I think, well,
I don't know a US healthcare system. I don't remember
the name of it. He is in court, I think
to see more. When he was stopped in where was
he Altoona or somewhere Pennsylvania and McDonald's and some people said, hey,
(34:36):
I'm pretty sure that's the guy. And so reluctantly the
manager calls nine to one one and goes, we think
we got the guy who shot the CEO in New York.
And the only thing we can see he is eyebrows.
That's the thing they play the call back in court today.
That's what the guy said, but.
Speaker 3 (34:51):
It looks kind of like a muppet.
Speaker 2 (34:53):
Well, so I think they're trying to say that his
rights were violated because they didn't have a search warrant.
They went through his bag, they did some other I
don't know.
Speaker 4 (35:03):
There's this thing called probable cause. You don't need a
search warrant. With probable cause, I don't know. They Well,
if i'm if I'm trying, hang on, no, I hear you.
Speaker 2 (35:11):
I hear you. I hear what you're saying. But what
I'm gonna tell you is, I don't know because it's
in a it's in a court of law, and they're
his defense attorneys who I'm sure they're gonna try everything, Yes,
of course, but are not cheap are doing this, So
I don't know if it's if it's a tactic or not,
because I would have thought the same thing as you,
But I don't know the law. I realized. I just
don't know. Uh So that's the thing. Here's the part
(35:34):
that I don't get. And this is the thing, and
I'll ask you guys, I know there are many people
that somehow are seeing this guy as a hero.
Speaker 4 (35:42):
Yeah, it's kind of sick as well.
Speaker 2 (35:43):
Well, look, I understand that we that healthcare is abysmal
in this country. It is it. It's frustrating. People feel
like they're paying into something that's not giving them what
they need to stay alive.
Speaker 4 (35:58):
Right now, you have to to President Obama, right now,
you have to pay it to it.
Speaker 3 (36:04):
They went up, Oh, what a guy.
Speaker 2 (36:06):
And so the question becomes, how do you fight that.
My thing is Luigi killed somebody. Yes, we could say
that guy was the biggest asshole on the planet.
Speaker 4 (36:18):
Murder cold blood.
Speaker 2 (36:19):
But he killed somebody, cut a man's life short, a
man who I believe had children.
Speaker 4 (36:25):
Yes, at least wrote stuff on the bullets.
Speaker 2 (36:28):
So this is so to me. It's like, how I mean,
I see there are women, and it's mostly not all,
but it's mostly women. Some I saw men holding science
that says something like don't basically, don't kill him, don't
give him the death penalty. Okay, you can make an
argument for that. That's fine.
Speaker 4 (36:48):
That's a different argument.
Speaker 2 (36:48):
These others who are like freeom, let him go. He's innocent.
There's a woman in a Luigi, so it looks like
she's riding on Luis. You shoulders the Mario kart game
guy or whatever. The game. I go, this is fucking insane.
I go, he murdered somebody, do it? Does that not
(37:09):
count for anything?
Speaker 4 (37:10):
Right?
Speaker 2 (37:10):
Right?
Speaker 3 (37:10):
I agree with because he's good looking. Number one?
Speaker 4 (37:12):
Number two he looks Okay, he looks like he looks
some kid.
Speaker 3 (37:16):
George Some women think he's gorgeous.
Speaker 4 (37:18):
I've heard the word gorgeous thrown around to describe this dude.
I don't get it, but okay, fine, whatever the second
thing is because it's weird. Women are number one are
the biggest listeners and watchers of true crime podcasts and stories.
They are also the number one defenders of morons like
this guy.
Speaker 2 (37:33):
Okay, but I don't get it.
Speaker 4 (37:35):
It's like the biggest red sea gap I've ever seen.
Speaker 2 (37:38):
So somebody had a sign out there that said your
Premium has built my beach house, like pretending they were
the CEO, and I go, okay, maybe that's true. Maybe
some of these CEOs, the chief executive officers of these
companies are overpaid. I don't know. I didn't go. I
don't run a huge company, like, I don't know how
I can bet just about run this, you know what
(38:00):
I'm saying, Like that's it. But the guy murdered somebody,
and then they go, what is it that I searched?
I scoured the internet looking for the man that fell
in love with a woman who was behind bars and
married her while she was incarcerated. And I can't find
(38:22):
that person. I'm not saying they don't exist. I'm saying
I can't find them.
Speaker 4 (38:27):
Remember about I think you're not working together. There was
this dude. He was a black dude with blue eyes,
and he had like a tear tattooed on his eye,
and all these women thought he was the most gorgeous.
Speaker 2 (38:38):
He was a model.
Speaker 3 (38:39):
Yeah, yeah, they thought he was a gorgeous convict. They
all wanted a datum.
Speaker 4 (38:42):
Yes, yes, And then they had this love after lock
up show on Lifetime where these women.
Speaker 2 (38:47):
Yes, carry these dudes. Now, hang on, I always have
to go back to my favorite favorite case of all time,
the Menendez Brothers. That's right, I have to because these guys, Mark,
these guys got my right. Now, there is a place
where you can write to women who are in prison.
You know what, Mark, if you would, if you would
(39:09):
become the penpal for this podcast, it is called uh
I'm Caged Ladies dot com. Cage Ladies dot com and
there's a bunch of different women. I'll even show you
during a break dot com.
Speaker 3 (39:21):
You usually have to get a dot net or a
dot ai nowadays.
Speaker 2 (39:24):
But it's yeah, it's cage ladies dot com and you
can right them and they're posing some of them. Oh
you gotta see. Man, they got their titties out and
it's nothing. It is nothing. But I'll tell you what
if you got tex across your titties, right, you make
bad choice.
Speaker 3 (39:45):
Told my wife that, no, she doesn't have that.
Speaker 2 (39:48):
She doesn't. I said that to my wife. I go,
do you know? I go, you got to go to cross.
Speaker 4 (39:53):
I go, I don't understand why any woman would want
to get a tattoo across her boobs. Why is someone
with tattoos? Yes, she goes, well, it could be done
in a sophisticated way. I got a sophisticated way, right.
Speaker 2 (40:07):
This is like across and she's sticking them ount and
I go, wow, are you shocked? I mean, I go, wow,
No one saw this one. No girts. Huh. I don't
believe it is fake. I think you pick one of
them and you get an address and you can write them.
Would you do it?
Speaker 4 (40:25):
Do your cookie I really.
Speaker 2 (40:28):
Want you to do it. I'm gonna do it. And
you know what, we could even here's the thing, we
can make the address here. I mean, where did she
get this picture from? Who the fuck knows? Like, yeah, okay,
that's what my other question. But do they get to
pick their own profile picture and go on the website
cageladies dot com.
Speaker 4 (40:48):
Here's the best part.
Speaker 3 (40:49):
Men are creep.
Speaker 4 (40:49):
You'd expect the opposite. You'd expect men to be reached
out to women in prison because they're low hanging fruit.
Speaker 2 (40:55):
I got you, and men are desperate. I hear you.
But I think this shows us a stark difference between
men and women. Stark.
Speaker 4 (41:02):
And you're you're taking you're taking classes in psychology right
now and mental health.
Speaker 2 (41:06):
This is true. But here's where I see it. This
shows you that women are are all about emotions. Go ahead,
all about They're all about emotions. And so if I
see Luigi, who seems like this preppy, good looking guy
(41:27):
who did something as almost i'll call it as close
to Robinhood as we could get. Right with the violence,
right rob from the rich gift to the poor, killing anybody.
That's my point. He took it a little too far.
He went a little too far.
Speaker 4 (41:39):
Oh yeah, shut killed the guy.
Speaker 2 (41:42):
But hiding Danny stood out waited for him. But here's
the thing. The Menendez brothers. Lyle Menendez was married two times,
one in prison. I know two times. Now. I'm gonna
tell you about the first one, and then I'm going
to tell you about the second one, and I will
(42:03):
say to you that I was super surprised because I'm
thinking that this has to be somebody with a disorder
that why would you Why is it that you want
to say you're with somebody but not really be with somebody.
I can't go out, I have a boyfriend, I'm married.
Speaker 4 (42:25):
There some women who are I actually know a few
women who are emotionally unavailable. And I'm not saying they
would do this, but they're in their forties and they're
still single, never married, and they would date men who
were taken, Yeah, And they would specifically pursue men who
were taken or men whom they knew would not ask
(42:48):
them to marry them, Okay. And I could never figure
out why several I couldn't. I don't understand it, all right, So,
and so maybe there's some all thaying is there may
be something to this.
Speaker 2 (42:59):
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (43:00):
That's where That's where I think you're going with this.
Speaker 2 (43:02):
It's an emotional attachment. You see somebody who is attractive.
I don't know if they'd be that attractive on the outside,
but they're on the inside and they seem like good people.
If if somebody killed their father because he allegedly was
molesting them, there we go, right, Uh.
Speaker 4 (43:21):
Is there some type of like remember like Mary Kate Laturno. Yes, okay, that's.
Speaker 2 (43:24):
The only one I know where she like she was
impregnated though.
Speaker 4 (43:28):
She was I pregnant by a thirteen year old or
twelve year old I think he was in sixth grade
when when it happened.
Speaker 3 (43:33):
But the point was she saw him as a hero.
Speaker 4 (43:36):
She said that she saw this young boy as a hero.
And I'm wondering if there is some type of hero
complex that these women are looking at, because I remember
when this guy got killed, there were women who host
podcast going I felt so relieved when I heard this. Really,
I'm like, are you I wish I wish I saved it.
Someone has sent it to you. I'm like, because I
(43:57):
would have been a great topic. Here's about like his idiots.
But to believe this stuff, I.
Speaker 2 (44:01):
Get being upset over the premiums. I get feeling like
I have to die because I can't get the healthcare
that's required because I can't afford it, and even though
I'm paying into the system that's supposed to help me.
But I don't see killing somebody over No, I just
don't know. And that's that's the part I don't get.
But Lyle married a woman named Anna Ericsson on July second,
(44:23):
nineteen ninety six, the day he and his brother were
sentenced to life Pritzen that day without the possibility of parole.
Speaker 4 (44:34):
Hey, it's a big day.
Speaker 2 (44:35):
Yeah, we got a double header. She started. She started
writing to Lyle in nineteen ninety three during his first trial.
Speaker 3 (44:44):
Yeah, because there were two, weren't there.
Speaker 2 (44:45):
Yes, because there was a mistrial. You got it. And
then it ended in a mistrial. And then they moved
to so then that ends in a mistrial. She started
writing him. Then. Now this is the part that's weird,
Like now, Grant, it's nineteen ninety three. We don't have
this cellphone. We can't text each other, we can't do that.
But still she moved to California to be near him.
(45:11):
A year later, she became a reliable presence in the
retrial that in nineteen ninety five resulted in the convictions
in March nineteen.
Speaker 4 (45:22):
Yeah, because Lyle and Eric and OJ were in the
same prison awaiting trial. Yeah, And the joke was like
the guys would come to see OJ. They put their
hand on the glass to say, like the shake hands
with OJ, and they could see the Mendez brothers walking
back and forth in the background behind him. That it
was it was inezra Edelman's documentary made in America. But yeah,
so she so she was kind of like what, coaching
(45:43):
them along.
Speaker 2 (45:44):
I don't know what she was doing. So they obviously
had some time on the outside. But the whole attraction
was he was on trial for the murder of his
mother and father.
Speaker 4 (45:56):
You think it could be main character disease.
Speaker 2 (45:58):
I don't. I have don't even know what that. I
see what you're saying, but I don't know. He had
known her for ten years, first through letters and eventually
from in person visits. A prison spokesperson confirmed that they
did get married. The centre morning took place at Mule
Creek State Prison near Sacramento. Now tell me, tell me
(46:20):
if your beautiful sister Stephanie fell in love and said, Butch.
Speaker 4 (46:29):
My dad their dad.
Speaker 2 (46:31):
Butch, I'm getting married at the Mule Creek State Prison.
Speaker 3 (46:36):
Near Sacramento would be a double homicide.
Speaker 2 (46:41):
You know what I'm saying next to him. Yes, don't
you think? Come on? I don't. Uh. Okay, So he says,
our interactions tend to be very free of distractions, and
we probably have more intimate conversations than the most marriage
spouses do who are distracted by events. Yeah, because you
had nothing going on. I'm gonna tell you what, this
(47:04):
is a perfect situation for me.
Speaker 5 (47:07):
I fucking agree that. Okay, I get it. I could
just write to him. I don't have to fucking see him. No,
I don't have to go out with him. I don't
have bitch to me accuse me of ship that i'd.
Speaker 2 (47:17):
Even do, you know what to You could probably get
really filthy of these letters. You know, fantasy go, no ship.
You could let the fantasy fucking.
Speaker 3 (47:27):
Go penthouse for him. Here's a jailhouse for him.
Speaker 2 (47:30):
If you do this, we should either use the address
of the studio or po box. You don't want him
showing out. I gotta a po box, A po box.
Speaker 3 (47:39):
I have a not use anybody sad.
Speaker 2 (47:42):
Okay, do you mark there?
Speaker 4 (47:46):
Well? Do you remember when there were a couple instances
I think when you were with Wheeze, didn't somebody who
used to listen to the show drive up from when
he got.
Speaker 2 (47:55):
I wasn't I was there. I was there that day.
Speaker 4 (47:58):
Yeah, okay, the guy.
Speaker 2 (48:01):
The guy shows up and weez as a gun. So okay,
So hang on, I gotta tell the story. Guys, tell
the story. You jump in with me. Yeah, you gotta
go back and forth a little bit of the chimes
souh we's used to get calls from. It was Billy
the Convict went by. They called him Billy the convict
(48:22):
people he was in Attica and he would listen and
he would call in. He goes, man, I don't really
want to meet you. So Billy the convict gets a
release and he's supposed to go back to Long Island.
They got him a bus ticket and he's going back
to Long Now I'm surprised, and maybe things are different
(48:43):
now that you would have somebody that was in a
maximum security prison, which I believe Attica, is that you
would then put them on a bus by themselves. And
expect them to show up at the next destination.
Speaker 4 (48:56):
Well, well, I think it's because like, you're a free person,
I know, but you.
Speaker 2 (49:01):
Don't have a parole. I don't know.
Speaker 3 (49:03):
Okayay house though.
Speaker 2 (49:05):
That's that's where he was going. He was going to
a halfway house in Long Island. He decided to reroute
himself and he shows up at the radio. He comes
in and I think he put his hair up in
his hat. Maybe I'm conflating things, but I thought he
had long black hair. He put it up in I thought,
in his hat. And there was a woman that always
(49:26):
back in that day, there was always fucking food showing
up because people knew that if they dropped off in
a labor Hey, Brian, you gotta go to m bla
blah blah blah blah. It was like, right, So this
woman's walking in with food and she's struggling with the door,
and I think I came in behind them because I
can see this in my mind. It was silver platters,
(49:47):
a lot of fruit, some bagels on these platters and
cream cheese and things. And Billy said to her, Hey,
can I help you? And so now he's in the
elevator going up to the radio station with the woman
who's walking in and he's helping her. So no one's
gonna stop this guy at the desk and go what
(50:08):
are you here for? He went in and stood in
the lobby held the thing. They called him back and
he goes back, and all of a sudden he's just
bopping around and I think at one time Weez goes,
he goes they I'm Billy to convict man, and everybody
fucking shit, right Mark am I?
Speaker 8 (50:23):
Right?
Speaker 2 (50:24):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (50:24):
Okay, welling to see Tobby's reactions.
Speaker 2 (50:26):
So well the reaction it gets better. So Billy is
hanging around, hanging around, like the lady laughed. Yeah, he's
just hanging around. So now Wee's is out route. We
got to get this guy out of the studio. What
am I going to do? And he's going, dude, you're
gonna be in so much trouble because they're expecting you
by a certain time at the halfway house in Long Island.
(50:48):
I'd be surprised if Billy the convict isn't dead right
now that just for some reason that yell me, I
don't know why. So this this dude, they can't get
a out, They can't get him. So one of the
sales managers happens to have at the time, because this
is the early nineties, a discman, and they give him
(51:11):
a discman and some CDs to get him to leave,
and that's how they got him to leave. So after
he leaves, everybody's like, oh my god. And he was
a big dude, right, he was like six four sixty
five tall, dark hair, long, dark hair. As I think
he might have been murdered was a robbery robbery.
Speaker 4 (51:32):
He wouldn't be let out armed robbery.
Speaker 2 (51:34):
And oh no, that's true. We wouldn't twenty five years yeah.
Speaker 4 (51:37):
Probably unless it was like a second degree You're right,
I had.
Speaker 2 (51:40):
To be armed robbery though, right, yeah, I'm thinking attic
is heavy for robbery. But anyway, so I don't even
know how long he was there. I don't know so
and I don't know enough about the prison world. So
this so he leaves and we's like, ah, don't worry
about him. Everybone's like, oh my god, what would happen?
You know, we don't know, like what happened if this
(52:02):
guy lost his shit, if he just got so excited
and he was big and you know, you know, how
little like Tommy was, and Cindy was on the show
at the time, and we goes, bro I got my gun,
I would have gone like this, And he pulls his
gun out and points it right at Tommy and then
puts it away, and all you hear on the earth
(52:23):
he like, we'd like what, bro I got the safety on?
I mean Tommy who was held up at gun point
and when he worked in the grocery store and knocked
that guy, he pissed himself. The guy took him upstairs.
Tommy wet his pants. You don't know she's talked about this.
That's why I have no problem saying he was like
I think they elevated him to manager of the Pigley
(52:46):
Wiggley or something down there, and they took him upstairs.
They used to have the room upstairs in the middle
of the old grocery store so they could see everything.
It was two way glass and they could check to
see who was stealing and stuff. Boy, we've come a
long way in the grocery world, right right, So now
tom the guy knew where the safe was, took Tommy
up there. Tommy pissed himself and then the guy hit
(53:08):
him over the like pistol whipped them and knocked him out.
Speaker 3 (53:11):
Oh that I know. I thought he pissed himself with
we's he did.
Speaker 2 (53:15):
Himself. But he was that part I knew.
Speaker 4 (53:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (53:19):
Well, I mean we wanted people talk about trauma and triggers,
talk about a fucking trauma and trigger there it is, yes,
so yes, so we've had the gun. And that was
Billy the convict, That Billy con.
Speaker 4 (53:29):
There was also the time where you like, after we
lost John the prison consultant, we decided, hey, let's make
some prison pen pals.
Speaker 3 (53:35):
Let's find a new prison consultant.
Speaker 4 (53:36):
So we wrote to two people, a woman's prison in
a dude's prison, and we got a guy named John Lennon.
I'm like, oh, John Lennon. I told our Jerry intern,
his name is John Lennon. It's a classic rock stage.
We got to write to this guy's name is Johnny Lennon.
And he wrote us back, and then he started responding
to us on Facebook and think somebody caught out at
the jail. And then we never heard from him again.
And the woman she responded to us. We wrote back
(53:57):
to both of them. We never heard from him again.
Speaker 2 (53:59):
I think you gotta do it. I'm gonna do it.
I think you gotta do it. By the way, Eric
Menendez has been married the entire time he's been in
prison to the same woman. Her name is Tammy Menendez.
She is now sixty two years old, okay older than him.
She was married and when she saw him on TV
(54:21):
in nineteen ninety three, he was twenty two and she
felt a special place in her heart for him. She
was married, and then she found out that her husband
had sexually molested a daughter she had from a previous relationship,
and he admitted it, and he turned himself in and
(54:42):
two days later committed suicide. And she started writing to Eric,
and Eric would cover her over. Sorry, I'm spitting, he
would go, I can't wrap my head around his. And
they've been married the entire fucking time. And she says
in one interview that it's really hard because we can't
have conjugal visits. Oh wow, she goes a kiss when
(55:04):
you come in and a kiss when you leave. Yeah,
conjugal visits can be tough without it.
Speaker 4 (55:09):
The lack of could be a hero complex too, like
you love to change men. No, dude, I just have
part of it. I mean, there's so many This is
so rich. There are so many different like like avenues
you could take this.
Speaker 2 (55:21):
I would love to do an interview with women like
I would, And I wouldn't even want to be mean
because let me just say this, let me go back,
because we can all probably profile in our mind the
type of woman that's going for a guy who's in prison.
I think, Mark hit the nail on the head. This
is the perfect woman for me, right, I don't have
(55:41):
to put up with any other shit, right, and get
all the excuses. That's the only thing that can make
sense to me. But that's where I go. It's different
for men and women. Men are a little more physical, like, right,
what's your love language? Suck my d right? Okay, it
would be most guys. But these women have a feel
emotional connection to the guys in prison. And one of
(56:02):
the women, the second wife of Eric and I think
they went from zero five to twenty twenty four, was
a journalist.
Speaker 3 (56:09):
Yeah, she probably went.
Speaker 2 (56:10):
And she knew him for a number of years.
Speaker 3 (56:12):
She went in and got to know him a little
bit and then okay.
Speaker 4 (56:14):
Yeah, and and by the way that I'm not saying
it's not it's not uncommon, but it's it's it's comment,
it's happened before. It's just weird, right, yeah.
Speaker 2 (56:22):
Because look, in the counseling world, you're not allowed to
bang your clients. Yeah, well no, I know. But my
point is, like I see, I can see where that
happens with some people because well, because I'm giving you,
or someone's giving you. If you go in there, they're
undivided attention for an hour, and when you're sitting on
(56:44):
one side of the desk as the client, you feel like,
I got a great connection. I trust this person implicitly
with everything, or you don't.
Speaker 4 (56:52):
Even have to like go that far. I mean, like
my wife and I were out this weekend, right, and
these guys to the bar and we're hitting on the
chick behind the bar like they known her their whole life.
And it's like because why, like, well, she's she's got
to be polite. They got the waitresses too, so they
act like you're the only person in the world when
(57:14):
really they're just doing their job. And it's the same
thing with like a psychologist or a therapists.
Speaker 2 (57:20):
Cross across the line though, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, because
you know, and and it's and the bartenders, well I
think that.
Speaker 4 (57:27):
Not that cross the line. But bartenders, there's no line
to cross. You can or you can't.
Speaker 2 (57:31):
I think there's also uh ethics there. I think there's
true you can you can cross the line. There is
ethics in that.
Speaker 4 (57:40):
Yeah, you're dealing here, You're dealing with like medical stuff,
fued mental health.
Speaker 3 (57:46):
Man, this topic is great, it's so rich.
Speaker 2 (57:49):
But I would love to talk to these women. What
goes on inside your head? That that's the deal. But anyway,
there's gotta fight.
Speaker 3 (57:54):
We gotta find somebody.
Speaker 2 (57:55):
Well, yeah, there has to be somebody that's dated when what.
Speaker 4 (58:00):
There's to be a podcast about something like this, a
niche podcast or of women who have talked have married
or dated men in.
Speaker 3 (58:08):
Prison because there's a television show there.
Speaker 2 (58:10):
Was, So there's gotta be But see now, sometimes it
goes when he gets released. Right, we're just waiting found
that day. Baby, are you are your pants? Are you
gonna die? And wondering what's gonna happen? All right, we'll
take a moment. Uh college football? Is there too much
money in college football? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (58:31):
Because it's all bullshit? Okay, I mean Notre Dame being
freaking being ranked over Miami.
Speaker 3 (58:38):
I was hoping you'd bring this up. I have some
thoughts on.
Speaker 2 (58:41):
This, but I love his take too. I like what
he's saying. I don't.
Speaker 4 (58:45):
Yeah, we will get to all that, hopefully.
Speaker 3 (58:47):
I won't talk too much this time.
Speaker 4 (58:48):
It's not talking too much.
Speaker 2 (58:50):
You don't take a breath, that's all, you know.
Speaker 3 (58:53):
I think I'm trained to like, I'm not gonna.
Speaker 4 (58:55):
Get ordered that way.
Speaker 2 (58:56):
Yes, yes, which is stupid, it's terrible. It's not a conversation.
Speaker 4 (59:00):
I apologize.
Speaker 2 (59:01):
There one reason to apologize. I know it's you and me.
I could care well.
Speaker 4 (59:05):
Mark was here too, and I wanted to make sure that,
like I you know, but yeah.
Speaker 2 (59:08):
It's right. Something's in my eye. We'll get to all
that right after this. Hello, my friends. Does it feel

(01:04:17):
this college football have too much, money And mark, said
clearly Because Notre dame is ranked ahead Of. Miami AND
i remember hearing somebody defend that.
Speaker 5 (01:04:27):
Because Notre dame is. Money Having Notre dame in the
in the playoffs is. Money that's for your money.
Speaker 2 (01:04:37):
Goes, well you would get more. Eyes well that's what they.
Speaker 4 (01:04:41):
Say i'm a minam The hurricanes. Fan i'm A michigan
Wolver reens. Fan college football is a beauty. Pageant that's
what it. Is and the later in the season you go.
Voters it's all based on. Votes it's a popularity. Contest
so what happens, is, uh most writers have short memories
and they just focus we all we all get. Prisoners
(01:05:01):
we'll become prisoners in the, moment and they forget That
miami not only Beat Notre, dame but beat them pretty
handily earlier this. Season TEXAS a AND m Beat Notre
dame pretty handily earlier this, Season TEXAS a AND m
just loses a game and all of a, sudden, no
the sky is falling because everything's about now in college
football it's a beauty, pageant And mark is, right it's
it's also a television. Show and so what do they
want to. Do they want to put this Sing they
(01:05:21):
don't necessarily want to put the sixteen best. Teams they
want to put the sixt team most watched teams if
they can't in the tournament because, eyeballs because it's all
about the.
Speaker 5 (01:05:30):
Money but But Notre dame gets a soft, schedule so
the two.
Speaker 2 (01:05:35):
Well they're not even part of a, conference, right they're not,
well they're kind of they kind of do THE cc
they do and.
Speaker 4 (01:05:40):
They don't like Most, see here's the thing that people
understand about Not. Dame Notre dame doesn't play those One
DOUBLE a schools like everybody else. Does every every every
team except FOR i Believe Ohio state And michigan And
Notre dame play two cupcakes a.
Speaker 3 (01:05:54):
Year alabama was known for.
Speaker 2 (01:05:56):
IT i Think notame plays all.
Speaker 4 (01:05:58):
Cupcakes but here's the thing that there's a, Difference like
you don't get like two, freebies Right like in other,
words it would be like Playing Saint John fisher And.
Brockport they're IN d. Three they're really good AT d,
three but they're NOT d one and Those Notre dame
doesn't play anybody like. That everybody else.
Speaker 2 (01:06:12):
Does marig's college. Football at one POINT i thought maybe
they weren't what was Uh division One DOUBLE a right
because their basketball WAS d one right?
Speaker 3 (01:06:22):
Right you, Know, yeah it's like playing. It it's playing
a NON d one.
Speaker 2 (01:06:25):
School names lost to the two hardest teams they have
the they have a cupcake.
Speaker 5 (01:06:31):
Schedule then they last to the hardest, teams but they're
still in the top. Ten now makes it makes sense to.
Speaker 2 (01:06:37):
Me, well here's the one that that really here's the
one that actually really gets. Good Lane kiffen Left Ole
miss after l S u could not come to a contractual.
Agreement l S u fires what's his?
Speaker 4 (01:06:55):
Name they, fired, Uh Brian Brian kelly from who was?
It Notre.
Speaker 2 (01:06:59):
Dame he was At Notre, dame but then he's AT.
Lsu they was a dispute about his. Contract they fired
him without cause and allow him to receive the fifty
four million dollars he's owed per his contract. Stipulations so
they let him walk out the door for fifty four
(01:07:20):
million dollars and they Hire Lane kiffin at a ninety
one million dollar, contract which would break down TO i
believe about thirteen million per, season making him the second
highest paid coach in college. Football, however BECAUSE i Think
(01:07:41):
kirby smarts above.
Speaker 4 (01:07:43):
Him, yes, Now, georgia.
Speaker 2 (01:07:44):
Some of this. Stuff he gets a four million dollar
bump in salary over what they were paying him At Old,
miss AND i think this year she's if he goes
With Old, miss he would get one hundred and fifty
thousand for playing in a first round game and up
(01:08:04):
to a million dollars.
Speaker 3 (01:08:07):
Every every round they would. Advance they made the, playoffs.
Speaker 2 (01:08:09):
So similar contract now because he's STILL i think he
finishes this season out with Ole. Miss, no he's. Done
oh he's. Done he's.
Speaker 4 (01:08:15):
Done he's done right. Now, okay conflict of, interest.
Speaker 2 (01:08:18):
That's WHAT i. Figured. Yeah uh and, man.
Speaker 4 (01:08:20):
That was part of the. Argument he wanted to stay
in coaching the bowl. Game Ole miss said, no that's
what they were supposedly arguing. About, well what they don't
realize is that his kid was playing high school football
In oxford and he didn't want his kid to get
the get the backlash and they hate until after his final,
game and then he decided to. GO i think he
really wanted to coach these. Kids he wanted to have
it both. Ways he. Can't you. Can't so either you're
(01:08:42):
gonna go TO, lsu your, rival, yeah or you're gonna
stay In. Oxford and he decided to go to L,
Su so we had to. Go it's that. Simple.
Speaker 2 (01:08:48):
Yeah, well and Ell, miss to.
Speaker 4 (01:08:50):
Their, credit like offered him everything THAT lsu.
Speaker 2 (01:08:52):
WANTED lsu they, Did, yeah even the.
Speaker 3 (01:08:56):
Money, YEAH lsu is just a better.
Speaker 2 (01:08:58):
Program because he, said, okay because he can get a
four million dollar monus FOR lsu winning THE sec and
the national title game in the same. Season that would
be four, million a million for THE sec, crowd and
three million for being the best team in the. Country
so All i'm going, is that is an enormous amount of.
Money THE lsu is shelling out for a football program
(01:09:22):
that you let a guy leave for fifty four million.
Dollars that is fucking outrageous to. Me AND i, Right
and you.
Speaker 3 (01:09:29):
Know who else got involved in THE lsu head coaching.
Speaker 4 (01:09:31):
Search the. Governor, oh, Sure Louisiana State. University you know
who's putting he's the highest paid state employee as of, Today.
Speaker 2 (01:09:39):
Yeah, Lane Liana's. YEAH i was watching the press. Conference

but the thing is, like, no, wonder, yes we should
be allowing these kids to make some fucking. Money the
schools certainly. Are the kids are, now, Yes But i'm
saying over the, YEARS i used to, argue, no you're

lottery they worked their ways up through life to get
to where they are desires to.
Speaker 3 (01:10:24):
Go, COACH i get, it earned that money where these kids.
Speaker 4 (01:10:26):
Just show up on campus and every year they're holding
the school hostage.
Speaker 2 (01:10:30):
Thirteen million dollars and we're paying the other guy fifty
four to fucking walk away for. Football.
Speaker 4 (01:10:36):
YEAH i, know it's, ridiculous it's. Crazy but guess what
if someone's worth paying, YOU.
Speaker 2 (01:10:41):
I, Know god BLESS i stumbled upon sixty minutes yesterday
after the. Game they have there's a science program that
that started In georgia here and they're trying to get
around the. Country we have maybe one hundred and twelve
students in this elite science. Program, Okay china has like

isolate the protein and they are finding and if it,
works it could be a huge. Breakthrough they go To
paris for The World competition in this science. THING i
think there's TWO us teams and there's like a bunch From.
China they come in the top. TEN i think they play.
Seventh they didn't win. It they didn't win. It they
won best website or something. Back but you know WHAT i.
(01:11:45):
Mean BUT i, GO i, go we're not paying those
kids thirteen million dollars a, year but won't Pay Lane
kiffin thirteen million dollars a. Year, yeah because it's not getting.
Eyes who's watching somebody come up with a fucking thing
for lime? Disease you fucking. Nerd thanks, now move.
Speaker 3 (01:12:00):

against myself BECAUSE i think that that football team AT
lsu makes a lot of other things possible on, campus
makes every sport.
Speaker 4 (01:12:37):
POSSIBLE i think it makes every sport.
Speaker 3 (01:12:39):
Possible drives the.
Speaker 2 (01:12:40):
Bus but you wouldn't have whatever it, is water. Polo let's,
say no one's going to watch water. Pole, no but
you could have a competitive team and get kids to
come and be part of, it because you've got.
Speaker 3 (01:12:54):
To create all those women's sports you.
Speaker 2 (01:12:55):

you have texture one eleven on your. Walls texture one
eleven used to be. Outdoor you would put it an.
OUTDOOR i used it In. Huck are you talking about
(01:19:17):
the wall that it looks like? Paneling but it's one
continuous piece and it's you can use it inside or.
Outside it's called texture one. Eleven and it's like really
absorbed BECAUSE i had painted it black and you couldn't
see anything in a, room so THEN i painted it.
White BUT i like the texture one. Eleven the way it.
(01:19:37):
Looked it looked more rustic to me than regular Pad
Danny show one hundred and fifty. Dollars he's looking at fucking.
Paneling it's the. TEXTURE i think it's texture one. Eleven
that's ALL i can tell. YOU i don't. Know that's.

Speaker 2 (01:20:28):
One, YEAH i think it's called textra one eleven.
Speaker 3 (01:20:30):
Grandparents type of. Paneling well in their, basement.
Speaker 2 (01:20:33):
The old, paneling and that was just like it was
just press would pressed compressed. Board really all it. Was
this was like really good. Ship you could put it
on the outside of your. House you'd want a weather proof,
it but well you used. IT i used it in
the bedroom once BECAUSE i wanted that rustic look to,
it AND i painted it black and you could fucking see.
ANYTHING i, mean it just. Sucked right. IN i thought
(01:20:55):
a black room would be. Cool actually nothing be very.
NO i was just. Kidding we don't even need to go,
there all. Right SO i saw this article From newsweek
and it's about, dating and it says it's about millennial.
MEN i what is a millennial.
Speaker 4 (01:21:10):
Eighty three to born in eighty three to like two
thousand or something like, that.
Speaker 2 (01:21:14):
Or would it be right after GEN? X GEN x
ended SEVENTY x.
Speaker 3 (01:21:17):
Genics is technically like sixty five to seventy.
Speaker 2 (01:21:20):
Seven, oh it doesn't end to seventy.
Speaker 3 (01:21:22):
Nine, Yeah i'm in The.
Speaker 4 (01:21:23):
I'm in the xenial category of seventy seven to eighty,
three and then they're eighty four and on is is?
Speaker 3 (01:21:30):
Millennial?
Speaker 2 (01:21:31):
Okay so straight millennial, men according to this, article are
failing to make enough effort on dating, apps contributing to
what some describe as a broader dating. Crisis now it's
not blah blah blah blah blah blah dating. Crisis in other,
(01:21:51):
words they're not updating their their profiles, enough they're not
updating their. Pictures are they're putting somebody else's on? It quite,
possible or they just set it and forget it because they're.
Guys they're fucking. Guys what do you? Want so this,
is according To, fields a relationship app geared toward the open. Minded,
(01:22:12):
okay a relationship app geared toward the open. Minded hold
that in your head for a. Second fields reports in
The state Of, Dating volume, four they examine the dating
app habits over twenty five hundred Of fields. Members i've
never even heard of this, app analyzing how individuals engage
with dating. Platforms the, data put together with the help
(01:22:35):
of A Pulitzer prize winning, journalist by the, way suggests
a cultural shift and user, habits especially those of straight,
men may be compounding frustrations in the search for satisfying romantic.
Connection i'm gonna we'll distill this down in a. Second
nearly seven to ten of the straight millennial men surveys
say they have never or rarely updated their dating profiles
(01:22:57):
since first creating. Them field describes this reluctant reluctance as
an obstacle to, connection particularly in the modern dating landscape
defined by new. CHALLENGES i don't know what they. ARE
i see this every single day in my, work says this, Person.
Amberlee she's she has a matchmaking. Service amberlee co founder
(01:23:19):
co founder of OF Uh Select Date, Society Select, society
that's what she. Has many straight millennial men aren't updating
their profiles because they're emotionally disengaged from the process of,
dating not necessarily from the idea of. Partnership there have
been so many mixed messages sent about. Masculinity oh, yeah,
(01:23:41):
okay hang, ON i, SEE i, DO i? Do? OH
i need? IT i? DO i? Do you'd be right? There,
Okay no in a good? WAY i have, no don't,
know don't don't take my excitement as being no WAITING
uh mixed message about masculating by the meeting in recent
years that have left men feeling discouraged before they even.
(01:24:04):
BEGIN a, field which calls itself a platform for the,
curious provides an inclusive space for people exploring, polyamory, kink non,
monogamy don't get, that, asexuality and other. Identities the apps
report sought to better understand why so many users are
(01:24:25):
reporting dissatisfaction when it comes to, dating especially when many
believe they are making consistent efforts to find a good. Match,
AGAIN i think you go back to men and. Women
guys aren't thinking of updating and. Dating it's a dating.
Profile they want a. Partnership they want a. Relationship they
don't want to have to go through the fucking thing
on digital talking about. ME i want to know about.
(01:24:45):
You i'm trying to get inside of. You i've already
been POSSIBLY i don't know that through the. Charade have

KNOW i have absolutely no interest in meeting. Anybody my
life is believe, me it's a shit. Show it's a shit.
SHOW i can't even talk, about but a shit show
it is at. Times BUT i want to SEE i
(01:25:41):
want to be able to peruse who's on, there you
know WHAT i, mean without them Knowing i'm. PERUSING i
want to see who's there and what they're putting Up
AND i think that sounds voyeuristically cool to.
Speaker 4 (01:25:53):
Me, well you don't see that On facebook, Though, yeah
on dating.
Speaker 3 (01:25:57):
Apps, no like like what people?
Speaker 2 (01:25:59):
Want do you give a funk about? Faith what do you? Mean?
Speaker 4 (01:26:01):
No my point is, like like, single if you're a,
guy if you're on a dating, app you're looking at single.
Women so you don't see. That like you have a
lot of friends On, facebook, Imagine so wouldn't you see
all those people On facebook anyway doing like that, stuff
like like and posting about their lives and they're dating
and all this other.
Speaker 2 (01:26:18):
Stuff all these pictures like this all, women all middle aged, Women,
yeah right with their dog face their dog next to
them or something like. THAT i saw another thing that
said men sleep better when they're next to their. Partner,
yes a woman sleep, Better women sleep better when they're
next to their.
Speaker 4 (01:26:38):
Dog, Okay, okay that makes.

Speaker 4 (01:26:44):
Apparently.
Speaker 2 (01:26:45):

Ahead i'm?
Speaker 2 (01:28:35):
Sorry SHOULD i do speed? Dating do they still offer?
Speaker 8 (01:28:37):
It?
Speaker 2 (01:28:37):
YEAH i guess they. Do WHERE i don't. Know, YEAH
i look AT i gotta look at, it just only
if we can mike you. Up do you think they
let Us we have to get. Permission, no, actually you
don't have to get permission for. IT i think it
would be if we could slide on the inside of your.
Jacket oh do you know how great. That i'm gonna.
Look we gotta look up speed, dating because that would
be great if you could do. THAT i would do
(01:28:59):
speed really just for the. Show, yeah just to do a. Bet,
see here's my whole. Thing BECAUSE i DON'T i don't
understand the mixed message of, masculinity and YET i do
and YET i DO i get the idea that there's
too much sometimes aggression in. THIS i would always refine
(01:29:19):
myself to thinking and the reason this podcast started was
part of that, thing to be quite, Honest BUT i
didn't do anything so BUT i would, say like you
act Like James, bond you know WHAT i? Mean keep
yourself together and poised and good and public and if
you find a dirty horse somewhere and go, ahead have.
Speaker 5 (01:29:41):
Fun speed dating host events are Right host twenty two In,
rochester ages twenty one to thirty nine and forty five
to fifty. NINE i, mean it's like down the street
from my.
Speaker 2 (01:29:55):
House well we're in all, right, yeah bring your host twenty, three,
buddy you're in hose.
Speaker 4 (01:30:00):
It hose twenty.
Speaker 2 (01:30:01):
Two it's the uh that is that what they're calling.
It why Can't here's the thing THAT i would always
say to. Everybody why can't you just be you and do?
Shit it's not is?
Speaker 4 (01:30:12):
All you get our messages all day from your phone
before THE. Tv you'd find the message, down the message finds. You,
okay the algorithm Mess.
Speaker 2 (01:30:20):
I'll give you. That but my thing, is here's the
one part THAT i think would solve many many many people's,
problems and it's not easy to. Do but once you,
do and if you can figure it, OUT i think
it answers a lot of. Things you got to start
living for, you not, internally not.
Speaker 4 (01:30:36):
Externally you can't have you can't outside for. Validation break.
Speaker 2 (01:30:39):
Inside and and if you like wearing a certain thing
and you feel comfortable doing, that go ahead and fucking
put it.
Speaker 4 (01:30:45):
On.
Speaker 2 (01:30:45):
Baby if you'd rather be dressed up than dressed, down
whatever that. Is but do the stuff that makes you feel.
Good go to the, gym not so much to get
your to get that sculpted body, right BECAUSE i wish
this is. WEIRD i was showing. Somebody somebody asked me
about my, kids AND i, said, oh and they, said
(01:31:06):
do you have a Picture AND i said, yes AND
i show a picture Of, jordan and you, Know jordan's like,
big bulky muscle, guy like, wow AND i go, Yeah
and THEN i, said, oh my, gosh look at. This
this is when he was in high. School and they
and they're like, wow his muscles were somewhat, smaller AND i,
go yeah they. Were but it's, gravity, right that's. Gravity
(01:31:28):
that's why we're big on this. Planet ever see an
alien with muscles et never fucking. Nobody there's no muscle
tone in that body at. All beer belly, none beer. Belly,
yeah that's. It they got a big, mind but that was.
It SO i just think if you start living that
way and just be authentically, you and if someone doesn't
like you for, whatever it, is, Okay SO i don't like.
(01:31:48):
It maybe we say certain. THINGS i, MEAN i certainly
dropped the broad word in my. Class and REMEMBER i
tell you that, Story LIKE i think the mortgage wins aren't.
Talented yeah that's my, opinion say it. Right yeah one
of them may bang. YOU i don't, know, not probably.
Speaker 3 (01:32:04):
Not, yeah didn't the other?
Speaker 2 (01:32:06):
One oh? Yeah ok yeah that's WHY i, said what?
INTERESTING i, said? What, no thank, you BUT i, go
you've got to start what? Happened this is where LIKE
i try to do this with With jameson especially all the,
time is stop trying to get everybody else his. Approval
just do what makes you feel, right don't don't worry about.
Speaker 3 (01:32:27):
It in your, tribe will find do your.
Speaker 2 (01:32:29):
Thing do your. Thing that's. It just do your. Thing
and it's way easier said than, done BECAUSE i will
tell you it's has taken.
Speaker 6 (01:32:36):
Me i'm.
Speaker 2 (01:32:36):
Old, now as As marcus pointed, out we both get
hit on the fifty five older dating site when neither
one of us are there. Yet BUT i would, say
you gotta do it for. You otherwise it means nothing
real authenticity there.
Speaker 4 (01:32:53):
Is you'll lose yourself and years later you're, like who AM? I?
Speaker 2 (01:32:56):
Well right exactly that?
Speaker 3 (01:32:59):
Now, yeah, yeah you don't want. That you gotta be
true to.
Speaker 2 (01:33:03):
You that's the only Thing i'm. Saying AND i think
even on these dating, sites.
Speaker 4 (01:33:06):
And it may be hard because you may be an acquired,
taste but at the end of the, day you'll find
the right. Taste you.
Speaker 2 (01:33:10):
Will there's somebody for. Everybody, yeah WELL i believe there's multiple. People,
YES i do. TOO i just did one thing and
my birthday's gonna suck this? Year why why is? It?
Oh last year you had that lighted. Side, yeah best birthday,
ever made so much fun with the SIDE i, Go
there's no fucking WAY i would be carried on that. Side.
Yeah when you get acknowledged By Keith urban, twice, now,
(01:33:31):
okay all right? Yourself oh that's, FINE i don't. Care, See,
okay why when is your birthday this? Year twenty, Second. February,
no next, Year i'm. Sorry, yeah twenty twenty, Six february twenty.
Second should we send you a singing telegram or? Something,
well send them Markeat, oh that would be. Awesome we
(01:33:51):
get the mortgane twice and they show up in my,
work that would even be. BAD i don't, Know, danny
you did? Dating did you meet good people when you're
on the dating? App?
Speaker 3 (01:34:02):
Uh they're good.
Speaker 2 (01:34:03):
People, yeah they're good. People but you do A christian one?
Though did they ever misrepresent themselves all the?
Speaker 3 (01:34:10):
Time ow in?
Speaker 4 (01:34:15):
Looks?
Speaker 2 (01:34:16):
Really they would touch up the.
Speaker 4 (01:34:17):
Photographs you're You're, Sally, okay you don't look like so
it'd be a good sport about.
Speaker 3 (01:34:24):
EVERYTHING a lot of them just wanted to hook. Up
there were.
Speaker 4 (01:34:29):
People who like there was one WOMAN i dated who
had a training order on her ex boyfriend show up
on a.
Speaker 2 (01:34:36):
Date.
Speaker 4 (01:34:37):
Uh, there it's just uh, yeah they's Just my wife
was not part of a dating.
Speaker 3 (01:34:42):
App she was just somebody THAT i knew through playing
in a.
Speaker 2 (01:34:44):
Band that that's always the, best, right right? Exactly you
know these girls taking their pictures and making them look like. Cartoons,
YES i thought you about the time That matt was
talking to a girl and she came into the bar
and he and she came up to. Him he didn't
even know it was. Her danny's trying to pawner off on.
Speaker 4 (01:35:03):
ME i think the biggest secret is you need to
find somebody who's enough without you and you're enough without.
Speaker 3 (01:35:11):
Them, well it's the only way to. Work and the
other thing is, this if they need, you it's not gonna.
Work if you need, them it's not gonna.
Speaker 2 (01:35:16):
Work here's the other. Thing what do they say about
variety spice of? Life, Okay so if you're gonna date
and just, date, GO i have a great. Time if
you're looking for a real, Partnership i'm not sure that
the dating app is where you want to. Be AND
i feel like sometimes there's this desperation from people that
they'll cling on to anything that comes, by and that's a.
(01:35:38):
Mistake that's a.
Speaker 4 (01:35:39):
Mistake there's this other THING i heard about that was
a thing back in like twenty, sixteen twenty. SEVENTEEN i
don't know if it's still a. Thing it's called. Grouping
so a group of girls and a group of guys
go out and oh, yeah and then they just figure
out they just pair. Off. Yeah i'm, like isn't that just?
Speaker 2 (01:35:52):
Life? Wait wait, no, no wait wait wait wait wait
wait wait wait wait what if you're the last one
picked for the? Team, right it's always? Me, yeah you're the.
LEFTOVER i was always the one that had to hang
out with the fact ugly. Girl that, is that's what, Happens,
Mark can you go hey out there so we can
talk to her hot? Friends that's WHAT i. Was and
(01:36:13):
in the MOVIE i had to WATCH A Beautiful. Mind
for anybody ever SEE A Beautiful? Mind, yeah, yeah, yeah,
Okay SO i had to watch that for a, class
AND i gotta do a whole presentation this week on.
It AND i thought What John nash says in the,
movie which is what's his, Name russell crow thank. You
(01:36:35):
Russell crowe says in the movie where, like there's this
hot blonde and she's got four friends and they're, like he,
goes if we all go for the, blonde then the
other girls are not going to want to talk to
us at. All but if we all go for the
other girls and we leave the, blonde she's gonna be
(01:36:57):
wondering what it is and one of us will probably
end up with the. Bland but either way we'll all
get laid. Like that's pretty smart. Thinking that's pretty smart
thinking if you're just thinking about one thing and one
thing only on your. Mind i've, Been i've. Been i've
gone out with. Someone i've been going out with you
know right now? Now, YEAH i mean i've been nothing.
(01:37:18):
Serious but you, know why? Not what AM i gonna? Do?
NO i? Agree, no you should be Out you should
be out.
Speaker 6 (01:37:28):

Myself i'm put myself out. There why? Not you?
Speaker 8 (01:37:31):
