Speaker 1 (00:00):
Excuse me, Mama said, excuse me. Mama said, excuse me.
Mama said, on the day of Pentecost, there were seventy souls.
And I'm just imagining in my mind that the two
boys might have knocked on seventy houses to get enough

(00:23):
empty vessels to get the oil to begin the floor.
And I had the Bible say that after they had
gathered enough empty vessels, Mama said, come on in and
shut the door.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Now, y'all are city folks.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Y'all don't understand what it means for mama to say
shut the door. My mama didn't put up with you
leaving no doors open. And Mama said, you ain't living
in no barn. Shut the door. Slap your name and
say shut the door. How at your child and say,

(01:04):
shut the dof. This is a job for the Lord.
We're gonna be shut up in here together. We've been
shut up for weeks. We've been shut up for months.
We've been shut up in every city, We've been shut
up in every neighborhood. But God said, shut the dof.

(01:29):
Shut the door. Something is about to happen. Shutting the door.
God is about to move. Shut the door. God is
about to hear, I said, shutting the door. So we

(01:51):
are socially.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
Distanced, so we are confined to our houses, and it's uncomfortable.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
But the Holy girls said, it's the sign that something
is about to flow. I want somebody to take thirty
seconds and praise God for the floor. Shut, shut the door,

(02:30):
shut the door, shutting door, shut the door, shut the doll,
the news, shut the doll, the paper. Then shut the doll,
your neighbors, shut the doll, your flesh, shut the doll,
your pride, and then.

Speaker 4 (02:46):
You shut the door.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Your wheel.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
Shut shut shut.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:56):
Shut the door.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
God wants to be alone.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
Shut the door.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
This is the private moment between you and God.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Shut the door, yard, God.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
Don't need no outside witness. Shut the don, the don.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
And so honey.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
When the door was shut, when the phone stopped ringing,
when people stopped coming over, when the door was shut
and there was no way out, when the door was shut,
that's when God began to move. Look at how he moved.

(03:40):
They brought the empty vessels to the pot of oil.
She already had. She knew it was a pot of oil.
A pot of oil is measurable, It is finite, see
how much oil is it? It is a pot of oil.

(04:02):
What is a pot of oil against all of these
empty vessels? So she took a pot of oil. How
much was it? It was a pot of oil, and she
picked it up, and when the pot began to pour,
the oil began to flow. It was a pot till

(04:25):
she poured it done double shots. See you think you
know what you got, but but you don't know what
you got till you pull it. As long as you
save it, you don't know what you got. You got
it's in the process of pouring. You think you know
what you can do. You don't know what you can

(04:45):
do until you have to pour it out. It's when
you're poor your multiply. It's when you're poor you got increase.
It's when you're poor that you go from finite to
infinite to somewhere between being straight up vertical and being
turned over horizontal. As the oil begin to flow, it

(05:07):
begins to multiply, and as long as a hand an
empty vessel, the oil continue to flow.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
So the oil is not flowing.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
In proportion to its container, It is flowing in proportion
to the emptiness of what's in front of it.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
Shod didn't hear what I said.

Speaker 4 (05:29):
Good God, Almighty, you gotta come.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
That. The more you put in front of him, the
more he'll begin to flow. The more you have a need,
the more he'll have an answer. The more you knock,
the more the door shall be open. The more you seek,
the more you shall find. The more you ask, the

(05:57):
more it shall be giving. God is not limited by
the containers we put him in. God is not limited
to the churches we built. God is not limited to
the size of our sanctuary. He said, let me show
you how big I am.

Speaker 4 (06:14):
I'll shut the door on your church.

Speaker 1 (06:21):
And it's funny. With the door shut. He flows more
with the door shut than he did when the doors
were open. Can I get a witness somewhere? And the
oil began to flow. Look at somebody's telling me, it's
just begining.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
The floor. It's just beginning.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
The floor is flowing in my living room, is flowing
in my kitchen, is flowing in my house, is flowing
in my car. Any time you shut the door, God said, ay,
we'll flow. They shut the door in the broom, and
God began to flow. They shut the door on Jairi's

(07:06):
daughter and Jesus woke up the dead. They shut the
door on Jesus in the tomb, and he got up
out of the grave, went out of your shut the door.
Somebody said, when you open it up. I said, I
don't know. Something is flowing with the door shut, and

(07:29):
as long as it's flowing, I'm gonna keep.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
The door shut.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
This ain't the time to open the door, because something
is flowing right now. I'm feeling in my hands. So
I'm feeling in my feuture. I'm feeling in my hand clapp,
I'm feeling in my preacher. I'm feeling in my soul.
I'm feeling in my spirits. I feel it in my heart,

(07:56):
I'm feeling in my.

Speaker 4 (07:57):
Tashit good, God abide. Some of that is flowing.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
Somebody holler, let it.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
Flow, and the bill see it. The boar that came empty.
The more the oil began to flow, take somebody and say,
come empty. The secret to your next miracle is come empty.
The secret to your breakthrough is come empty. The secret

(08:27):
to your increase is come empty. That's why Jesus blessed
the widow's might. The Bible saying all the rich people
gave an offer, but the widow gave all she had,
and when God saw her empty, he said, she's more
blessed than anybody else, because there's something about empty that

(08:50):
God enjoys. Come empty, come empty, come into, come into,
come in, to come into, come in, to come empty him.
And the more you come empty, the more the oil flood.

(09:15):
And they say Mama was standing there and she was
pouring out the hall, and she said, bring me another vessel.
And when they ran out of empty, when they ran
out of empty, the oil stayed. You know what's wrong
with the church today. We have run out of empty.

(09:42):
You don't come if the right person ain't preaching, you
don't come. If you can't get a good parking space,
you don't come. If the quirt's singing your song, you
don't come till that's going to be a concert. You
don't come to you're gonna be on TV. And you've
been missing the point. It ain't about who's preaching, It

(10:04):
ain't about who's sing, It ain't about who's leading to wasship.
Back in the old days, we didn't know who was preaching,
and we didn't care who was singing. And the folks
who were singing couldn't sing and it didn't even matter
because we didn't come to hear folks sing. We didn't
come to hear flesh preach. We came laying on the altar,

(10:25):
and we came empty. If you come empty, God will
feel your if you come empty. If you come empty,
get rid of your gimmicks, get rid of your tricks,
get rid of your fleshing lights, get rid of your
cute outfits, and come empty. Stop with your slogans, stop

(10:50):
with your sayings, and lay out before God and say,
I can't leave till you feel me. I can't let
you go to your bless my soul and soul. The
Holy Ghost told me to tell you to come empty,

(11:11):
because if you come empty.

Speaker 2 (11:13):
He will flow. He will flow.

Speaker 1 (11:18):
If you will come empty, lift your hands up right
where you are and open up your mouth before God,
because I shod God. God is looking for somebody who
can come empty. He looking for somebody who can come empty.
I don't know what to do without you. I don't
know where to go without you. I don't know what

(11:42):
to say without you. I don't know what to think
without you. I come as a fool. I come to
the text as a fool. I come to your word
knowing nothing. I have to come to the word empty
to see something. I have to come to the altar

(12:02):
thirsty for you to be water. I have to come
hungry for you to be bred. And if you stop
trying to act so full of yourself, yes shah, and
just lift your hands and over your mouth and be
empty before him, They're an oil that's gonna flow on
you right now, yes shah, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, right

(12:26):
there in your living room, right there by the bed,
right there by the couch. If you just if you
just admit, I'm empty, I'm tired, run out, I'm dry,
I'm thirsty, I'm buried. Fill my cup. Lord, I need
I need more of you, I need more. I need
I need, I need, I need, I need I need
I need you. I need you. I need you, I

(12:48):
need you. I can't do this without you. I'm empty.
If you come empty, God will feel you. And when
they ran out of vessels that were in empty, the
oil stayed. And Elijah told her one thing. He said,
pay off all of your debtors and live off the rest.

(13:14):
And I said the rest. You mean I'm gonna have
something left? You mean that if I come empty, I'll
come into overflow. You mean, if I come empty, my
cup will run over, and all my bills will be paid,

(13:35):
and all my knees will be met, and all my
questions will be answered. That if I come empty, if
I come to the text as a fool, I'll leave
with revelation. If I come to the text not knowing
so much and not being so important, if I come
and open up my Bible like a fool, I'll come

(13:55):
into overflow. It would have been enough if you paid
off my bills. I was only asking to break even.
But God said, I'm not gonna let you break even.
I'm gonna bring you in the overflow. I don't know
who I'm preaching to right now, I don't know what
you're going through. But whatever you got is too much.

(14:16):
You need to give it. Whatever you hold it on
till you need to sew it, whatever you think you know,
you need to give it away. Because Hologo said, if
you come empty, I'll bring you into overflow.
