Philip Schneider, Deep Underground Bases, Alien Encounters, Black Budget Secrets, and the Mystery of His Death

This presentation features Philip Schneider, a former geological engineer and explosives expert who became widely known in the 1990s for his claims about Deep Underground Military Bases, secret government programs, alien encounters, and black budget operations. Schneider said he worked on classified projects that included the construction of DUMBs, especially the site near Dulce, New Mexico where he reported a deadly confrontation between humans and extraterrestrials. He described surviving the incident with severe injuries then speaking publicly about what he believed to be government cover-ups and extraterrestrial involvement. His claims were never verified yet they attracted a strong following within UFO and conspiracy communities. In 1996 Schneider was found dead under mysterious circumstances after this presentation.
