(01:17):
building that show into a podcast. Last radio show and
I come up fairly often and make commentary and it
is at see nine o'clock till twelve o'clock at night
Eastern Standard time, so that's six to nine Pacific standard time,
so it catch me on Twitter. On the political Theater,
I generally make a lot of commentary and I've been
busy the last few days talking about what's going on
(01:41):
in Charlotte, North Carolina. I won't talk about that tonight.
We have some other very pressing issues to talk about today.
But you can also if you want to go back

as well. Now, I had some stuff lined up that
I wanted to do and to talk about where I've
been the last four weeks because I've been off air,
but I want to I want to talk about something
that's pressing in the news today, and that is the
shooting of Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk is the head of
Turning Point USA. Let's bring up the graphic on Turning
(02:24):
Point USA. It's got a website, and I want to
encourage you guys to go to the website TURNINGPOINTUSA dot
com and here's the front page. Join us the largest
conservative movement and Charlie Kirk started, i would say, about
ten years ago, speaking out on college's campus. It was
a lonely tour for him, but it was brave and
he spoke and sinkly on conservative voices and challenged the
(02:47):
liberal ideology on campuses. He got called all kinds of names,
all kinds of names are the left. His presentations were protested,
he was vilified, but over time, the conservative movement embraced him.
Over time, many of the things that we're talking about
entered into into the culture and cultural debate and discussion,
(03:10):
and a lot of the things he actually was talking
about were fairly moderate, meaning the larger group of people
believed in what he thought about than did not. Yet
the left vilified him and vilified anything he said and
called him a hateful speaker. But today Charlie Kirk was shot.
Let's and uh, let's show the video of what happened.
This is on that I think it was the University
(03:32):
of Utah campus. And let's roll with that. Counting or
not counting.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
Gang miless, Oh my god, counting or not counting gang violence,
that's the right.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
Side the line.
Speaker 3 (04:21):
Did you talk about?
Speaker 1 (04:26):
And they disbanded and that's what was going on, and
this is a universe you taught and I saw a
much more closer version where you could actually see him
get shot. We're not going to go with that video,
but I want to talk about this. This was a
very large crowd. I saw a video and I would
say probably several thousand people there to listening to Charlie.
And it was he was very Uh, it was an
(04:46):
amenable crowd. They were happy to see him. They were
cheering and uh, everybody was happy. He was talking about
conservative issues that you know, they start out by throwing
hats into the crowd. It was a festive atmosphere. It
was an atmosp sphere that probably is a lot different
than the atmosphere when Charlie Kirk first started going to
college campuses. It was an atmosphere where people were swayed
(05:09):
by his opinions, swayed by his viewpoints, and his fame
grew and his following grew. He was a very important point,
a very important voice in the cournservative community. And later
on it was reported that he had passed away. And
let's let's pull up the statement from President Trump. So
(05:31):
the great and even legendary Charlie Kirk is dead. No
one understood or had the heart of the youth of
the United States of America better than Charlie. He was
loved and admired by all, especially me. And now he's
no longer with us. Milania and my sympathies go out
to his beautiful wife, Erica and his family. Charlie Kirk,
(05:54):
we love you, and you know and I want to
say we thank you. We thank you for being a
voice of a concer serve. We thank you for being
that counterpoint in a long dark period in our country
where the left dominated what was allowed to be said
and what you could say to your neighbor and friends.
And this is just outrageous that the violence that is
(06:15):
occurring on the left. I believe that I Detective is
going to be doing some shootings with transgender following my show.
I want to encourage you to watch Christoph Perno's show
following my show at kjre adb dot com. I have
addressed the violence from the transgender shooters, both the Nashville
and the most recent one. I'm losing track where that
one occurred at, but with the Catholic church right where
(06:38):
the two kids were killed in the Catholic church and
several other people were injured. So this violence on the left,
it seems to be justified. I have the Great Florien
Sunka coming on next week and we're going to talk
about how dumb and dumber in Chicago are using language
like we have to fight, we have to resist, we
have to take our country back. That's the kind of
(06:59):
language that the mayor is using. Simply when Trump is
saying that he's going to send federal assets down there
to keep the citizens safe, that is the kind of
language they're using. That kind of language leads to the
belief that they actually have to fight and resist, and
I think it leads to the kind of behavior that
we had today here, the shooting of Charlie Kirk. The
(07:21):
justification of violence simply because they say things you don't
agree with. That is what is going on on the left.
That is what I think motivated the shooting today. You know, I,
like I said, I pray for the family and I
hope they have a quick rebound from this tragic death.
But I don't want I don't want Charlie's voice to
(07:44):
be extinguished with his death. I think we all have
to speak up, and we all have to speak up
to the violence that is occurring by the left, and
I would hope that Pam Bondi in the Justice Department
pursue all those involved, including the low level of violence
committed by the left through these NGOs. Pursue them all.
(08:04):
Let's take them all down. They are undemocratic, They're using
violence to take over the country. It's not Trump that's
doing it. It's these guys are doing it. So that's it. Sorry.
We had to lead off my first show back after
four weeks where I was off, and I have to
tell you I was off with an injury. I got
some injuries from work and I was in actually severe pain.
(08:26):
In September, as it happens to be, is pain Awareness month,
and so I want to talk to all those folks
who are dealing with chronic pain. Brother, you know, sisters,
I know what you're dealing with now. Mat It was
three and a half weeks of intense pain, either moderate
to intense pain. It took me a long time to
get to the point where I could actually walk and
(08:46):
sit down again. And I'm glad to be able to
do the show here. I think the last show I
did was with Roman Gashkin. I was kind of hopping
around on my chair, kind of like Gavenewsom. But I
was in pain, That's why I was hopping around. I
have no idea what that guy's on when he aps around,
but I I just if we got the pain awareness graphic,
I'm really to throw it on the screen. And I
just want to tell people I've talked to other people
who are dealing with pain. A friend of mine who
(09:09):
was a copper in the Midwest five shooting, hit by
a car, just all busted up, had multiple surgeries and
for him it was a very lonely and depressing experience
because he was Although he's married, his wife had to work,
so he's by himself recovering after back surgery, in incredible pain.
And he said, played with his mind. And I have
to tell you, had I not had my beautiful wife
(09:30):
here to help me out, I can see where you
can get there. So if you are in pain, or
if you know somebody that's in pain, please do me
a favor. Reach out. If you're in pain, reach out
to a friend and talk. And if you know somebody's
in pain, reach out and talk to them, tell them
you're with them, go and visit them, you know, like
I said, I was really happy that I had my
(09:53):
beautiful wife. She was very attentive, Patty, But I feel
for anybody who's in constant pain. Well, I wanted to
get on you know, see all those four weeks there
was so much going on, and I was angry because
I was flat on my back and I couldn't do anything,
and so I just wanted to catch everybody up on
(10:14):
a lot of things that have been going on over
the last four weeks that we have addressed on the show.
And the very first one is Judge Dugan. Judge Dugan,
if you remember, I think, do we have a graphic
on that? I can't remember if I sent your graphic
on that. I'm not Amanda. I think we have a video.
Let's go with the video on Judge Dugan.
Speaker 4 (10:34):
And also breaking at this hour, the trial for a
Milwaukee judge accused of helping an undocumented immigrant evade ICE
agents will now move forward. A federal judge today denying
emotion from Judge Hanna Dugan's attorneys to dismiss the charges
against her, and his decision, US District Judge Len Aedelman stated, quote,
while the Supreme Court has granted Judge's immunity from civil liability.
(10:54):
No such rule has been established in the criminal context.
Federal prosecutors say Dugan helped at WATERFLOORA Ruez evade immigration
authorities at the Milwaukee County Courthouse on April eighteenth. Flores
Ruez left the building out of a side door, but
was eventually captured, and a statement Judge Dugan's legal team
says it's disappointed by the decision but looks forward to
(11:14):
the trial, which will show she did nothing wrong. Dugan
is due back in federal court next month.
Speaker 1 (11:26):
Yeah. I think Judge Dugan is toast, you know. I
think we discussed on the show when we talked about
Judge Dugan she's up there on Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Is that
judicial immunity didn't count because she was acting clearly outside
of the scope of her duties. I'm going to read
the just the discussion for the motion in which it
was denied. Here intermotion, the defendant I grewed that she
(11:49):
enjoys absolute judicial immunity for official acts alleged in the indictment.
Her acts were constant. We're not part of her duties,
So she doesn't enjoy any any any kind of immunity
because she was acting outside of her scope. I mentioned
that on the show. Let's see the prosecution violated the
(12:12):
Tenth Amendment and the constitutions of vertical separation of powers
by including on the authority of the state judge to
manage their own courtroom and proceeding. So what she's saying is,
you know, state's rights, and I got my little handy
dandy constitution here. So we've got the Tenth Amendment here.
The power power is not delegated to the United States
(12:35):
by the constitution. So those powers not delegated to the
federal government nor prohibited by the states. So it's empowered
to the federal government. It's not prohibited to the state.
Let's see, are reserved to the state respectively or to
the people. So what's not delegated to the state or
(12:57):
restricted from the state is delegated to the state authority. Right. Well,
here's the deal. Immigration policy and the following immigration law
is delegated to the federal government, and the judge has
to abide by that law. She don't, she doesn't get
to ignore it. So her her claim that this is
violation of the Tenth Amendment, the separation of federal and
(13:17):
state powers simply doesn't doesn't work out. In fact, the
order says that actually the judge needs you don't get
to use that as an affirmative defense and emotion. You
have to establish those facts at trial. You have to
establish that the behaviors that you engaged in in the courthouse.
In this case, I just want to remind you she
(13:39):
is she's just a district judge, she's just a local judge.
And on her docket was this illegal immigrant who was
there for spousive abuse. And the problem cause all her
job was determined did the problem cause exist for this guy.
To determine that this guy had committed domestic violence, that's
all she had to determine, that's all. That's what her
job was. That's all her job was related to this immigrant.
(14:02):
In fact, the prosecution was there, the witnesses were there,
including the victims, the defensive turnam was there. So generally,
when you go into a court and everybody's there, your
job as a job is just to run the case,
do the hearing, do the preliminary hearing, find out if
a crime occurred, and if the crime occurred, if the
suspect was likely to do it. That was her job.
(14:23):
Her job was not to suspend the proceedings, not to
go out and tell the federal authorities to go talk
to the lead judge, not to take the defendant, the
illegal defendant, into private quarters and walk them out a
back hallway. That was not her job. Her job was
simply to run the hearing. Those were the duties of
the court. And now she gets to try and make
(14:44):
the case. She gets to try and make the case
that what she did, which is all caught on it's
great because it's all caught on video and there's all
these great witnesses. There's the prosecution win there, there's all
these federal witnesses, there's there's the bailiffs there, and all
of them are going to lay out what her behavior was.
All she had to say, well, what is her normal behavior. Well,
she's just supposed to run the court. So what does
(15:05):
she do that day that was different? Well, she did
this and she acted this way. So Judge Dugan is toast.
She needs to be prosecuting. And I just want to
remind you she's a true believer. She ran the Catholic
Charities for that area for many years before she became
a judge. Catholic Charities receives a ton of money for
settling migrants in the country. They received billions on the
(15:27):
Buyer administration. So this isn't just you know, I have
a disagreement with defense. This is to me, it appears
is she's a true believer that we must settle all
migrants regardless of the circumstances, and the federal government needs
to just stay out of it. And I come to
that conclusion one based upon her actions, but also her
previous affiliations with the Catholic charities, and that's what they do.
(15:48):
They also provide legal services for migrants so they can
fight the federal government and stay in the country. So
that's that's who we're dealing with with Judge Dugan. So
she got shut down on judicial immunity, she got shut
down on a tenth amendument. Argue it. Now she gets
to make her affirmative defense in front of a jury.
Now the only good thing going for her is the
very liberal state up there at Wisconsin, and maybe some
(16:10):
of the jurors might might do a jury notification. That's
basically where the jury says, yeah, she's probably guilty, but
we don't we don't like the loss, or we're just
going to say she's innocent. That's a jury notification thing, right,
you know, you only really need a handful to get
a hung jury if all of them go along and
you can get you know, a jury notification. I actually
don't think that's going to happen. I think she's going
to actually get convicted. So that's ay. That's the update
(16:32):
number one. Now, the next update I want to do
is Steve Friend. Now, Steve Friend he wrote a book,
True Blue, and we interviewed Steve Friend on the show.
I'm briefing with the chief, and Steve Friend talked about
when he was working as an FBI agent in Miami.
Now he'd been a seasoned FBI agent. He's assigned to
(16:54):
child abuse cases and a child exploitation case of which
she loved, and he was taken off that to do
domestic terrorism stuff. And you know, we've had Jay Sixers
on here, we had obviously Steve Friend on here. I
got another guest coming on in two weeks. It's going
to talk about what was going on with Jay six
what was going on with the target of conservatives and
the FBI and and his oil experience. And I'll explain
(17:18):
a little about that later. I five have time at
the end of the show. But what is what is
becoming pretty clear here is our federal government, our FBI,
our Department of Justice violated a lot of policies and
procedures they would not normally violate because people were Jay
six ers, because they were conservative. And Steve front called
that out. And the big one he called out, which
(17:40):
I related to because I ran a detective bureau. We
did search warrants. He called out, you know they were
doing using tactical teams with people who didn't fit the
criteria for a tactical team. What that means is, you know,
when you can do a search war, you go through
this whole check off list of risk. You know, did
they have a gun arresh, have they been violent before?
You know, what are the what's their background? And if
their background doesn't showing you that, then you just, you know,
(18:03):
you basically do a low key search warrant. Yeah, you're
ready tactically, but you're not using a swat team. And
he saw that they were using swat teams for every
single j sixers and that just didn't compute for him.
He called it out, and he got pushed back and
he said he wasn't going to participate in one of
these these takedowns, and so he got sent home and
(18:24):
then he got called to a wall and they fired
him right and he got a security clearance taken away,
and him and nine other he went and talked to Congress.
Him and there were other things that he talked about
in front of Congress. But he was a whistleblower in
front of Congress. And here's what I came away when
I when I talked to Steve and I read his book.
This guy he's called it. He said, it's true that
true Blue is the name of the book. He's just
(18:45):
a straight conservative American. He's you know, he's not an
extreme conservative. He's like, yeah, kind of moderate probably on
some issues, probably a fiscal conservative like me. But he
does to be a little more conservative Christian guy, and
you know, probably would tolerate other people different because you know,
that's our society. But he's not going to tolerate what
he believes is a violation of the constitutional rights of
(19:05):
these individuals. And he spoke out and he was targeted.
He was targeted, and a bunch of other people were targeted.
Straight shooter fam the guy with kids just calling out
what is wrong and got targeted and booted out of
the FBI. Well, guess what those guys, those ten whistleblowers,
they settled their case with the US government. Here we go,
(19:29):
here's the ten whistleblowers who warned of political weaponization and
faced retaliation from Biden administration. Reached settlements, and we're going
to reach the settlement here. Do I have a video
for this one too? I cat to remember what I have? Yeah,
we do. Let's roll with the video.
Speaker 5 (19:44):
You went after people who looked at child born yes,
people who were sexually exploiting children, yes, And then you
were in the parking lot of a school board meeting
taking down the information of parents. What happened to the
cases that you were working to to protect our communities
from the worst predators that exist?
Speaker 1 (20:04):
I was told they were not to be resourced, and
then after I was suspended, they were handed off to
local law enforcement.
Speaker 5 (20:11):
Wow. So the FBI just decided it was more important
to have you in that parking lot of that school
board meeting than getting the worst of the worst away
from people that they could harm.
Speaker 1 (20:21):
That's correct. Yeah, I remember we talked about this. You know,
the FBI and the DOJ started investigating parents who were
complaining about what was going on in their school because
they were pushing a lot of trans ideology education in
these schools and a lot of drama, and he didn't
agree with it. And why are we following these parents this.
(20:43):
They're just exercising the right their freedom of speech there.
But they were seeing if you read Joe Biden's national
security strategy on homeland or domestic terrorism, they pretty much
laid to anybody who didn't agree with Joe Biden and
his leftist policies as enemies, including somebody who might not
be fully down with trans ideology. May not agree with abortion,
(21:06):
you know, the go along with that's what the state allows,
but I don't agree with it, may not agree with
some of the stuff that's being taught in school, and
then pushed back at at it. Don't think everybod you
got to use everybody's pronouns the way they want. They
just don't agree with the far left, and they were
being targeted under the Bide administration, and he was being
targered targeted under the Biden administration, and citizens were being
(21:27):
targeted under the Bide administration. And he pushed back, and
he got pushed out. Well, let me read read the
settlement because it's it's it's really good news for Steve.
It's really good news. I haven't talked to him since
that happened. I'd love to get them back on my show.
And but let me let me read the settlement. And
this is from Empower Oversight. So this is an organization
that took on the fight for all the whistleblowers. So
they helped fund their defense and they pushed for a settlement.
(21:50):
So these whistleblowers managed to beat that rig system, but
many many others remain. Foster Levitt wrote to grass Lee
somewhere the statement, So this is the organization here is
writing to Senator Grassly and they're talking about the settlements. Now,
each of the agreements differs slightly depending on each employees
(22:12):
particular situation, case and circumstances. Of the eight settlement agreements,
So there's eight settlement agreements. My understanding is there's actually ten.
I learned that later on. Now none require any resignation
as a condition of the agreement. So they're not required
to resign to get their pension or anything like that.
They don't have to agree to leave to get their pension,
(22:36):
and get their benefits, which is a good thing because
then you can argue the facts, because if you get
them to leave, you can ignore the facts. Right, That's
what an organization does. Just get them believe and we
don't have to deal with whether he was right or wrong. Right,
so they don't have to do that. They don't have
to resign. And let's see that's the other one here.
We go for involved or fertilitated voluntary retirement. So so
(23:01):
four of them involved, they were allowed to voluntarily retire
with their pensions and all that other stuff. So they
didn't have to go through any kind of hearing, they
didn't have to go any kind of process. It was
acknowledged they were whistleblowers, they were targeted, and if they
wanted to retire, they could retire. All included lump some
payments for damages. Awesome, lump sum payments for damage just awesome.
(23:25):
This is let me tell you you saw how young
Steve was. So he's in his thirties, he's got little kids.
Think about the courage it takes for him to stand
up and push back. Now me, I'm in my sixties.
You know, at the end of my career, I pushed
back I take my pension, it doesn't work out. In fact,
George Hill has been on a lot of the Kdrea
shows and he was a whistleblower as well, but he
(23:46):
was at the end of his career and he talked
about that, said, I was at the end of the career.
He said, the damage to me was minimal and compared
to the damage they did to these guys who were
in the prime of their career, and Steve Friend was
one of them. So now they're going to get a
lump sum. Lump sum settlement required full restoration of back
pay and benefits to be calculated according to the Back
Pay Act, which requires putting federal employees in the same
(24:10):
financial position they would have been had they not been
subjected to the unjustified, unwarranted personnel action. Think about that.
That's that is a win across the board. What that
means is they got to pay them all their back pay.
They have to give them their seniority benefits, they if
they if they had matching funds for format, they got
(24:31):
to pay that. A lot of this has to include interest.
I mean, this is awesome, awesome stuff. This requires the
employee receive interest on all back pay. Restored leave replace
thrift savings plan.
Speaker 3 (24:44):
You know.
Speaker 1 (24:44):
That's so they got So if you're able to put
in a thrift plan and you couldn't put it, then
you could you could put it in a thrift pan
and they got to do the match. Oh this is
all after the fact. This is awesome, including the agency
match and lost investment earning. So if you say, all right, hey,
in those five years, I would have put way one
hundred thousand, I would have got one hundred thousand in
the match. That's probably too much. Let's say fifty thousand.
(25:05):
I would have gotten fifty thousand a match, and it
would have likely earned you know, ten percent a year
that they got to pay that up back. So it's
just this is this is just getting better for these whistleblowers.
You know. So this can't probably deal with all the
pain they went through, all the anxiety, but you know what,
it makes it just a little bit better, right, And
(25:25):
these agreements also required that back pay and benefits be
calculated and paid within thirty days of the employee returning
to work and providing all necessary information. So hey, as
soon as they get back they got it. Then I
could say, because I tell you on the sheriff's farm.
Sometimes that that check gets keep pushing off, pushed off,
pushed off, and takes six months from the they finally
(25:45):
give you the check. This one they got to give
it to them in thirty days. And this is the
settlement agreement with the court. So this is awesome, right,
this is awesome. Three required the FBI to return the
employees to duty, including garrett O Boyle, Steve Friend our friend,
and Zachary Solco staff. Foster and Levitt praised the leadership
(26:11):
of Grassley so the center, Grassicy for transferring championing the
cause of the whistleblowers and the administration and in the
administration and Congress. So that's this is awesome stuff. Awesome
for Steve, he's getting his job back, hopefully, you know,
Cash Mattel and Dan Bongino would put these guys in
a meaningful place where they can continue to have an
(26:32):
impact on those who were operating a culture warrior, on
anybody who was conservative. And I'm gonna have Tom especialel
on in two weeks. He was an intel guy working
with the FBI, and he was targeted by the FBI
because he was conservative and he was a Trump supporter.
They tried to fire him, they tried to take his
(26:54):
his his clearance way security clearance way, which would leave
him unemployable and has chosen for ession. They tried to
get him kicked out of the National Guard. I mean,
they just pursued this guy relentlessly, and this guy fought back.
He represented himself, and he fought back, and he won
every step of the way, including he's suing the candidate,
(27:15):
the Democratic candidate for government, because he's a CIA agent.
She meant, she apparently made some defamatory comments regarding him,
and she's involved in a tight race with win some
series over there in Virginia. She was ahead of the
Republican candidate, but now the Republican candidate is catching up.
They're actually doing a press conference tonight with with Walter
(27:36):
Kirk and Thomas and this woman, the woman that the
candidate is trying to make sure that her deposition is suppressed,
that it can't be leaked to the public because it
would be damaging to her campaign, and of course there's
no there's no legislation that requires that, so it should
get released. And the other thing, this guy has been
pushing our current Congress to reopen January sixth, he spoked,
(28:00):
He spoke at length yesterday on a show and he
talked about that, and I'm going to bring that show
to you because it's important for us to get to
the truth on what actually happened on January sixth, because
I don't think we've gotten it. You know, we had
a couple of Ja Sixers on the show, and then
we have we had Steve Friend on the show, and
I've done my own exploration, and I just think something's
(28:20):
rotten in Denmark and we just don't got the whole
We don't have the whole story. I've been reaching out
to some of those Jay sixers who actually were in prison.
I'd like to hear about their experience. My understanding being
a correctional professional is that a lot of these guys
were targeted in custody and treated horribly in custody by
the Department of Justice. And I want to hear that
(28:42):
story because I know how it's supposed to work when
you're in a constodical environment. Because you know, I was
an executive at the La County Jail system. I know
what we can and can't do, and I want to
hear their stories. I want to hear if the Justice
Department yet again violated people's civil rights simply because they
were conser of it. I want to hear those stories,
and I want to hear I want I want the
(29:04):
j sixth Committee, the new reconcerted JAY six Committee, to
get to the bottom, to get to the scal all
the facts on this issue, so that we can hear
through that. We can't really move forward. I think as
a democracy unless we trust our government, and right now
there's a lot of people who simply don't trust our government.
And Trump has an obligation to shine a light on
all of this stuff and let the let the chips
(29:25):
fall where they may, prosecute where they have to prosecute.
But the most important thing is get the whole story out. So, hey,
kudos to uh you know, so I got our procyest.
She loves George Hill. I've talked about that, But kudos
to uh see friend. He fought a tough fight and
he's probably continuing to fight that tough fight. We need
(29:46):
to have people with half his kind of courage. It
serves Garrett Boyle, George, George Hill, and all the other whistleblowers.
I was. I really appreciate them coming on our Crekjor program.
And I'd like to think that Cadre did its part
in spreading the word about these whistleblowers so that some
of you out there listening to our show got another
point of view than what you heard in the mainstream
(30:07):
media that they were all just you know, how do
they say it. They're disgruntled employees, they're people who violated policy,
and now they're just claiming whistleblowers datus. Now that's not
what happened. That's not what was going on, and we
need to get to the whole truth. Okay, let's see.
So that's Steve Friend. Steve Friend is on ex if
(30:28):
you want to go there and say congratulations Steve. But
let's go to the next one, and this is Chicago
and guns. Got what is going on in Chicago? I
have no idea what is going on in Chicago? They
are crazy. Let's roll with the video.
Speaker 3 (30:41):
There are measures that the federal government can take right
now to help continue to drive down violence and crime
in our city. We need the federal government to stop
the endless flow of guns into our state and into
our city. Chicago police officers have taken more than twenty
four one thousand guns, illegal guns off the streets of
(31:03):
Chicago since I've taken office. Over twenty four thousand illegal
guns taken off the streets of Chicago since I've been
in office. They have worked hard every single day to
make our city safer, and they've made historic progress. However,
we will never be able to end gun violence in
(31:25):
Chicago as long as the President continues to allow tens
of thousands of guns to be trafficked into our state
and our city. The vast majority of guns do not
come from Chicago. They are not made in Cook County.
They are not bought in the state of Illinois. These
guns come from Red states. They are coming from Indiana,
(31:51):
they are coming from Mississippi, they are coming from Louisiana.
That is the harsh reality. Whether Republic looks like it
or not, occupying our city, We'll do nothing to solve
this problem, no matter how much work we do or
(32:11):
how hard we work, whether it's expanding our detectives, bureaus, intervention.
Speaker 1 (32:20):
That's is such a lie. Here's the thing, right, You know,
I don't know who lies more him or Gavenus. I mean,
I know I forgot to lead off my show with
a lie, with Gavenus and maybe I can I can
get one here in before the end of the show.
But here's here's everything. Here's the thing, here's the lie. However,
we will never be able to do anything about gun
violence as long as the President of the United States,
(32:41):
Donald Trump, allows for the traffic of guns into our state,
into our city from Red states. What a lie? What
a lie? And I knew it was a lie as
soon as I heard it, I go, what what? And
here's here's why I knew it was a lie. So
the the HF does this thing called gun tracing, so
the trace the gun in your state. And here's here's
(33:01):
here's the gun tracing for Illinois. And most of the
guns seized in Illinois are seized in Chicago. And this
is for I think it's two thousand and twenty three.
That's where he got it. And you can see nine
thousand of all the guns recovered in Illinois, nine thousand
(33:22):
originated from Illinois, you know. So that's that's the biggest source.
The next one is Indiana twenty seven hundred, and then
it's just hundreds, you know. And he hit The thing
is Louisiana is not even on those list. I don't think. No,
it's not even a list. So he's the Louisiana is
one of them. It's not even on the list. When
I looked at twenty twenty two, same thing, not even
on the list. So this guy is just lying. Now.
(33:44):
I looked at another gun tracing exercise in the city
of Chicago, so it was just focused on the city
of Chicago, and it was from two thousand and thirteen
to two thousand and seventeen, and it was done by
the University of Chicago, and the vast majority of the
guns were covered in igo, we're from the suburbs of Illinois.
In fact, they traced them to two gun shops. One
of these clothes now the other one's still open. But
(34:07):
the vast majority of the guns being seized in Chicago
are from Illinois, are from Chicago. This marriage just blatantly
lied to your face. Now I knew this, and I
posted I was on my back, like I said, I
was flat on my back in pain. I said, this
guy is lying. So in between you know, spasms of pain,
I typed out a Twitter thing and I got like
thirteen thousand views. That was it went all over the place.
(34:28):
I think that was I got a requested to be
on Fox News, but I was, like, I said, I
was in so much pain. I couldn't I couldn't do it.
But I put that out there and that got picked
up by a ton of folks. And then I saw
a couple of days later Will Caine on Fox News.
He picked up on that. He pulled the chart that
I just showed you, and he showed it and he said,
of course this Mayrit is lying and this is this
(34:50):
is what is driving me crazy about these democratic marrors.
If you can't win on the issues, if you can't
win on the values, just went on the propaganda and
lie when on the propaganda and the lies, which is
what this guy did. So I'm going to have Florin
sunk on next week. I'm going to talk about the
(35:10):
invasion of the federal government of Chicago. Of course I
don't see it as an invasion, but that's what they're
calling it. And we'll talk about what is going on
in Chicago, what Chicago wins really feel. I think that
it's going to be a really good show. I want
to ask you guys to go to the Chicago Contrarian
Chicagoturing dot Com. I checked out their website last night.
I hadn't really paid attention to what Florine was up
(35:33):
to for a couple of months, but partly because I
was sick, but also I'm trying to expand my guest
roll of dex to get more guests from around the country,
different areas and different perspectives. And I went back and
I looked at the Chicago Contrarian. They got almost an
article every day on the Contrarian, a lot of great writers.
There's a few articles I'm going to focus on and
(35:53):
including the invasion, the Trump's invasion of Chicago, and so
check it, check it out next week. But we got
the liar and the liar in Chicago, Brendan Johnson lying
through his teeth, dumb and dumber between him and Governor Pritzburgh.
Pritzker and they they've passed policies where they won't even
work with the federal government all. So if you go
(36:14):
to DEA, comes to help help Chicago, they don't want
to work with them. Fed's come to the FBI, comes
to help them with I don't know, terrorists whatever. They
won't work with Chicago. PD can't work with them. This
is lunacye what's going on in Chicago, And well, we'll
break that down next week. But he's a liar, and
we called that out. I called that out earlier this week.
I just wanted you guys to know about it in
case you missed it. In case you miss it. Now
(36:34):
the next one, I think, let's see what the next
one we got up here? I got it, you know,
I sent this a couple of weeks ago, and oh yeah,
we got to do Texas, Texas and Soros. You know
what's going on with Texas. I think we got a video.
Let's roll that first. Buckle up, folks. Trump is taking
on Act Blue. President Trump is set to.
Speaker 4 (36:54):
Issue a memorandum targeting Act Blue, the Democratic Party's main
fundraising platform.
Speaker 1 (36:59):
Here looking for is.
Speaker 6 (37:02):
The twenty twenty six midterm elections are more than a
year and a half away, but Democrats are already taking
aim at one of the GOP's biggest strongholds, Texas. Starting today,
they're rolling out a statewide campaign called Blue Texas, bankrolled
by a billionaire Democratic megadonnor George Soros. The Wall Street
(37:23):
Journal reports the multi million dollar effort will mobilize tens
of thousands of volunteers with party leaders hitting cities across
the state this summer to recruit candidates and drive up
turnout ahead of the midterms. On the ballot in Texas
one US Senate seat and all thirty eight House seats,
twenty five of which are currently held by Republicans. Last November,
(37:44):
Donald Trump carried Texas by about one and a half
million votes, beating Kamala Harris by nearly fourteen points. A
Democrat has not won Texas in a presidential race since
Jimmy Carter in nineteen seventy six. Texas holds forty electoral votes,
second only to California, and that number is expected to
grow after twenty thirty redistricting as the Texas population continues
(38:07):
to climb. Republicans are also expected to pour in cash,
and they've got a head start. The Federal Elections Commission says.
Senator Ted Cruz and his allies spent more than one
hundred five million dollars in his twenty twenty four re
election bid, the most of any Senate candidate that cycle.
Looking ahead to twenty twenty six, fellow Republican Senator John
(38:29):
Cornyn is up for reelection and already facing a primary
challenge from state Attorney General Ken Paxton. The winner will
face whomever Democrats nominate and what's likely to be one
of the state's most watched races. For more unbiased updates,
download the Straightio News app.
Speaker 1 (38:48):
Yeah, So to think about Texas, I knew this was
going on. I think I call it Texas Blue is
what is going on. And I just want to remind
you we had a guest on Joe Collins who ran
for the Texas House. Now, he had been a California
and he ran against maxiing Water out here and he
just didn't like the transgender policy in the state of California.
He had kids in school, so he moved. He had
(39:09):
some he had some roots in Texas. He moved to Texas.
Then he ran for their state house, and I decided
to bring him back. And it was Bactually, I think
it was don't don't don't California rise Texas is what
he wants. Don't bring any of those crazy policies here.
But you know, Soros clearly is trying to bring those
policies there. It's been an aggressive push. We had Jane
Jennifer Schumanski on a couple of times from the Combined
(39:31):
UH Law enforcementsy cleat SO combined the Law Enforcement Association
of Texas, and we've had around a couple of times,
and she did talk about how there's a lot of
money in Texas to try and turn Texas blue, and
they're fighting them in the straight legislature. And I just
I have to point out, although we've done a pretty
good job in California, even though we are blue already,
(39:52):
we've done a pretty good job of ridding our state
of Soros fundy DA's. We got rid of George Gascon,
we got rid of Pamela Price up in Oakland. We
got rid of Jesse Bodine in San Francisco. I'm figuring
there was another one. I want to say it was
in San wink when King count County. I don't remember
her name. They only have one left. And you know,
I've been checking her and she seems to be moderating
(40:14):
her opinions and moderating her viewpoints in the face of
California's rejection of these Soros funded das. And that's progressive
DA policies. Now, we still got a lot of fight
fights we have to fight here in California because our
legislature is taken over by these nutcases, and I think
they're taken over by Soros funded, Soros backed packs. But
(40:38):
the same things happen in Texas if you think about it.
So you need two hundred and seventy votes to win
the presidency if you already have fifty locked in, fifty
plus locked in in California, and forty locked in in Texas. Boy,
that's a really big hurdle for the Republicans to overcome
if they're Democrats. So I could see the logic in
targeting one big state and see if you can turn
(40:58):
that one big state. That's what it appears to be
that George Sorows and his his allies are doing in Texas.
And that and Joe Collins said, you know, Texas isn't
as red as you think. Is paraphrasing what he said.
He said, it's not as red as you think. There
are some Democrats here in the pretty strong and they're
well funded. And we just just based upon the news
(41:20):
report that is apparently true. Now just keep in mind
with Jennifer Schumansky said, you know, she's like I said,
she's in a law enforcem She advocates for law enforcement. Texas,
we have Soros fund of das in San Antonio, a
Soro's mound of DA in Houston, Soros funded DA in Austin,
and there's one more. Dallas also has one. So so
(41:41):
many of their major cities are under the auspices of
a progressor prosecutor funded by George Sorows. So it appears
to me, based upon what I'm saying, is they're in
a real fight in Texas, and Jennifer talked about that.
They're working at the state Legislative LETL They're working with
the Republican ag Patrick who's running for senator, to try
(42:02):
and change some of this to block these the worst
aspects of these progressive prosecutors out. They're trying to hold
them accountable by making sure that they report how many
cases were filed when those cases were prosecutles happen is
they just like they did in LA, they just sit
on cases and they don't file them. They let them
go stale, and they just they just they don't file
them at all, and these people don't get prosecuted. That's
(42:23):
their way of dealing with it. And that's the prosecutor
discretion thing that local prosecutors have. But an ag with
proper legislation can hold those folks accountable at least force
there to be transparency. For example, if Houston, if the
crime is going out the hook and the DA there
has not prosecuted, say ten thousand felonies, the ag that
(42:45):
Republicans can republish a report and say this is what
is going on in Houston. The reason crime is out
of control is not because of the cops, is because
your prosecutor is not prosecuting criminals. That's what they're trying
to do in Texas. But there's also something else going
on Texas, and this is redistricting. So this just indicates
that the fight fight is is off the hook in
(43:05):
Texas and we really need to give our brothers in
the lone Star state some help. Let's let's go with
the headline on redistricting. So Abbott science Texas redistricting map
into law, securing major GOP victory. I have headed the
twenty twenty six midterms, So what happened in Texas and
I not the whole story is not getting out on this.
The Texas registricting was sued by the Biden administration. They
(43:27):
said it was racist and so they were going to
have to redistrict anyways likely and they were fighting the
Biden administration. Then Trump came in. Trump came in and
they and he said, well, you know, hey, why don't
you redistrict? And they did. But they're not going to
redistrict the way Biden wanted to redistrict. They're going to
redistrict the way Texas wanted a redistrict. Right the Republicans
(43:48):
wanted a redistrict. And keep in mind there are blue
states in which Republicans represent or the vote is about
forty percent Republican, like Massachusetts, and there's not one Republican
House seat in California. I think we voted about forty
percent Republican and we only have seventeen percent of the
House seats. So the Democrats have been very successful. Same
(44:09):
thing is going on in Illinois at redistricting to gain advantage,
and Republicans in Texas are merely doing the same thing.
They're under fire in Texas, but it sounds like the
Republicans are up for a fight. They got a gunfight
going on right in the streets there, and they're saying,
now we're down for the fight. We're going to do
the fight. And that is what's going on in Texas,
(44:30):
and you know, I want to encourage you guys, So yeah,
look past in the narrative, look past what has been
spoken about, Look past what they're saying in the headlines.
So this is and listen to some of the contrary
points of view. You're only going to get different independent
views when you break away from the mainstream media and
(44:50):
go on some podcasts like listening to Briefing on the Chief.
I bet you most of the people who've listened to
the redistricting fight did not know that Texas had been
sued by the Biden administration and that we're they were
going to have to redistrict anyways. But now under Trump
they get the redistrict in a way that favors Republicans.
I'm assuming that most of you didn't know that states
like uh, Massachusetts have zero Republican representations even though they
(45:16):
vote nearly forty percent Republican in that state. So they've
gerrymandered Republicans out of existence in that state even though
a big chunk of their population is Republican. So this
is this is this is a game that the Democrats
have been playing. Here's the interesting thing about this whole
redistricting thing because Florida is now redistricting, massive, Missouri is
(45:37):
now redistricting. These Republican states are all saying, well, we're
going to redistrict all of our states now because they
look at the lay of the land, they look what
Democrats did, and they say, why are we allowing this
to happen. We're going to We're going to play the
game the way they're playing the game, and we're going
to redistrict. And of course the Democrats saying we are
defending the constitution because they're resisting that, but in reality,
(45:57):
the Republicans are merely doing with the Democrats have for decades.
In California, my Governor Gavin Newsom has decided that he
is going to registrict the state of California. But in
California we have an quasi independent redistricting campaign. It's pretty
much been taken over by Democrats, but to some degree.
(46:18):
And for them to redistrict here, meaning for them to
use their power to end a lot of republicacats here,
it has to go to the voters. I believe it
requires a two thirds vote. And so since he has
a majority in the Senate, a majority of now Super
Majordan and the Senate, Super Jordan House. It doesn't have
to go to an initiative to get it on the ballot.
(46:38):
It only has to be passed by the legislatures. And
that's exactly what they did. And so it's going to
be coming up for a vote here. I'm hoping that
it goes down in a fail because what he's trying
to do is redistrict and gain those five seats back
that Texas just gained through their redistricting. So I will
be fighting that. We'll bring that to you when that
issue comes up. But that's what's going on in Tech.
(47:00):
So so that's all the updates. But I you know,
I think I have some time here, so I want
to I want to do a Newsome lie because you know,
I was leading the shows out with those and I
wanted to do a new some lie And you know,
well I'm doing this, uh Amand is there a chance
you can check to see if there's any update on
the Charlie Kirk story. There is, We've throwed up here
and we'll talk about it. But so Gavin Newsom this week,
(47:21):
he said, you know, California is number one in the
starting of small business. Okay, so anybody that's done statistics
out there. What's the first thing you recognize about that statement. California,
the most populated state in the country, has is number
one in small business startups. What does that mean? It
really doesn't mean very much, because if you're number one
(47:43):
in population, you're likely to be number one in the
starting of small businesses. Right, So when you start looking
at the start of small businesses per capita, small business
per capita, California is not on the list. I mean
I checked it out. There were four relatively small states
(48:04):
that were started more businesses per capita in California. And
here's here's the issue. What is going on in Gavin Newsom?
With Gavin Newsom on his campaign site and on his
regular website, he see he's talking about all the positive
things that are going on in California, and a lot
of them are we're number one in this, we're number
one in that. And it's like, you know, if you
(48:24):
live in California, you understand, Hey, you know what, when
we have the most population, of course we're going to
be number one in a lot of things. Of course
we are. We might be I don't know if we're
number one. A number of college educated people. We might
be because we have the most populated state, but that
doesn't mean that anything he did let us there. And
as a matter of fact, there's a lot of small
(48:46):
businesses that are going out of business because the owner's
regulation put on them by local and state government. That
has been the discussion for the last fifteen years. We
have four docial social democratic socialists on the LA City
Council continue past regulation at regulation at regulation, abusive regulation
on small businesses and government. We have a city council
(49:07):
in Los Angeles that allows street vendors to sell their
wares in front of legitimate businesses who have tobay business taxes,
who have to follow all the rules. But these vendors
do not because these democratics socialists support them. So when
you talk to so when we split out the real facts,
when we look at the real facts, local government does
(49:29):
not support small businesses. State government does not support small
business businesses. But in California, because we have the largest population, yes,
we have the largest number of small business starts. It
makes sense to you. To me, that's a lie, that's
a misrepresentation and a lie. But that is our governor.
He's doing it on all kinds of stuff, you know.
(49:49):
So so when you when you follow Gavenus, I mean
you're following Gavenus because he's going up in the polls.
He's like at twenty eight percent. Now they're saying that
the latest polls show that he's challenging JD. Vans for
twenty teny eight. He can beat them. And you know,
we through the lies, we through the misrepresentations and get
to the truth with Gavin Newsom, because you know what,
(50:11):
he's proven to be a liar. He slept with his
best friend's wife when he was the mayor of San Francisco. Right,
He's lied about our oil prices in California, says it
was gouging by oil companies, and academics finally said, no,
that's not true. It's over regulation and taxation by the
state that is causing the high gas prices in California.
(50:34):
I mean, these are the lies that we're catching them in.
And there are so many lies that he tells on
a daily basis, just to be relevant and to be
competitive to be the president of the United States. So
you got to check this out, and you've got to
check him out and be on board with with what's
going on here. In California, say hey, that's that's my
show today. I think I might got a couple of
(50:55):
minutes here. I just want to tell you, you know,
please go back and look at some of the other
shows that I've done. I think they're relevant. Go back
and listen to the True Blue Show. You can find
it at kjsdb dot com. Briefing with the Chief, the
book review with Steve Frind. It was a great interview.
I really enjoyed that interview. You can go back to
the show about Judge Dugan where I talked about what
(51:19):
happened that day. To me, it was a very entertaining
that she it was like, you know, if there were
she had two another judge with her, so she just
needed a third judge and it would be the three
stooges trying to save an illegal immigrant and getting caught.
But I just go back and listen to that show.
I think the other thing that I want you guys
to we're getting back into the election season and I
(51:42):
want I want to encourage you to go to Rasmussen
Report because I just listened to them today. They're right
on YouTube. I know that's our confetitor here. We're on
Rumble but they're on YouTube, and he gives you the
straight scoop on what is actually going on based upon polling. Now,
he says it's not a done deal for the Republicans
in the midterm because you know, they're losing support with
the whole immigration stuff, They're losing support with the whole
(52:06):
Epstein stuff, and so they have to really turn the
corner on some of that stuff. They're still looking pretty good,
but they're losing some support, and so I would encourage
you to go and listen to him. I think the
other thing that I would encourage you to do is is,
like I said, go on to Spaces with Walter Kirk
Political Theater. They do a great job on X talking
(52:28):
about current issues and his show, like I said, is
it's nine o'clock at night till midnight Eastern Standard time,
so that's six to nine for Pacific Standard time. I
go on there generally three times a week. Generally I
pop up to give comments and so you can catch
me on that show as well. There's another one on
Spaces that I do, although it's it gets a little
(52:49):
like today, it was just a lot of people talking,
so you couldn't get a word in edgewise, but I
you know, because I see in my position and I
use my real name, they bring me up and ask
me questions, and that's medical stuff. She talks a lot,
a lot of what's going on in the Middle East
because she's Jewish, and she talks about the COVID stuff.
She talked about the RFK stuff. And I didn't even
get into the RFK stuff. I was watching that and
what they did to him, those senators did to him.
(53:11):
They were not asking legitimate questions. It was just throwing
hand grenades and bombs. And so I was very disappointed
in the Democratic Senate, the Democratic senators who are just
attacking RFK. And I was very happy because I felt
he's got a condition which makes his talking a little different,
and I think they take advantage of him and cutting
(53:31):
him off and not letting him speak. And RFK did
a pretty good job of defending himself. And you know,
I really I'm not sure what I think about everything
he says, but I want to give him a chance.
I think. The other thing I want to talk about
is I want to encourage you guys to go to
the Heterodox Academy. I did tweet on it again today
there was a professor and who kicks some kid out
of class because she challenged her on transgender education in
(53:55):
a child literature class. And that professor was fired. And
I encourage anybody in kademia to check out the Heterodoxacademy
dot com and join it and become a voice of
raising in our university system. Okay, that's it for the
show today. Catch me next week. Well, I talked with
the great Florian Suka, and thank you for joining me
for briefly. The chief audios guys, Amanda, you can take
(54:15):
it away
