Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hello, and welcome to the Bragmancia Podcast, where healing isn't
just a buzzword, It's a lifestyle. I'm your host, Charlotte E. Adams, wife, mom, daughter, attorney,
licensed therapist, heart centered hypno therapist, founder of Bromancia Counseling Group,
(00:26):
which is located in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where healing blooms
one soul, one story, one pedal at a time. And
I'm a fellow traveler on this wild, beautiful journey called life.
Every Wednesday, we get real about mental health, emotional wellness,
(00:49):
and the kind of growth that starts from within. Whether
you're deeply invested in personal development or just beginning to
explore what healing means to you, this space is for you.
Here we blend science and soul, therapy and truth telling
(01:11):
because healing should be intentional, rooted and yes, deeply transformational.
So take a deep breath, settle in and join me
each Wednesday as we glow up, grow deep, and gently
(01:32):
let go. Hello, Brogmancia family. This is Charlotte Adams, the
host of Brogmancia podcast, and I am truly grateful to
have this time with you all, and we're going to
(01:52):
jump into the Charlotte corner. And the message today is
trust your discernment. Stop looking for all your answers outside
of you. Your soul already knows practice. Learn to trust
(02:13):
your intuitive nudges, your inner voice, and the whispers of
your heart. Know that your truth, your divine speaks to
you through you, all right. So the title for today's
(02:40):
episode is and then it was too late, So welcome back,
beautiful people. As you know, I'm Charlotte Adams and you're
listening to the brog Nancia Podcast. US a space where
(03:01):
healing mes honesty and we dare to speak what's heavy
on the heart. Today's episode is and then it was
too late, And I want to start with a deep breath,
So take one with me in hell, Excel, because this
(03:26):
one might stir something in you. It definitely can stir
something in you. Let me start with this monologue, the
moment we missed. We all have a moment, a conversation.
(03:47):
We didn't have a boundary, we didn't set a truth.
We held back a person we kept loving with half
our soul because we were too afraid to let them
hold all of us. And then one day the window closed,
(04:10):
Time moved they left, We left life shifted, and just
like that, it was too late, not because we didn't care,
but because we assumed there would be more time real talk.
(04:38):
Why do we wait? Why do we do this to ourselves?
We wait to say I'm sorry, We wait to say
I love you, We wait to ask for help. We
wait until we're sick or exhausted or breaking before we
(04:58):
let people see what's really going on inside of us.
We live like the people we love will always be here.
We treat our dreams like they can sit on the
shelf indefinitely. We assume healing can wait until next week,
(05:23):
next month, or you know, when things calm down. But
healing doesn't wait for perfect conditions. Love doesn't wait for safety.
Truth doesn't wait for our courage to catch up, and
yet we do. Here's a gentle inquiry. So I want
(05:50):
to ask you something today, and I ask this with
so much care. What have you been putting off that
your soul knows needs to happen now. Maybe it's a conversation.
(06:12):
Maybe it's leaving, Maybe it's returning. Maybe it's forgiving yourself.
Maybe it's finally allowing someone to love the parts of
you you've always kept hidden. Don't wait for the ache
to become unbearable before you choose to heal. Don't wait
(06:38):
for one day to become never. Here's my healing invitation
to you bring nancies this week. I invite you to
write a letter, not to sin, not to post, but
to say what needs to be said before it's too late,
(07:03):
to your mother, to your younger self, to your father,
to the version of you that kept choosing silence when
she or he wanted to scream, say it, let the
truth breathe, And then ask yourself, what would change in
(07:28):
your life if you stopped waiting for the perfect moment
and gave yourself permission to be present in the messy, honest,
vulnerable now hm family, Sometimes the pain of too late
(07:54):
is it that we lost someone. It's that we lost
a piece of our self. In the waiting, we forgot
how to take up space. We forgot that we matter now.
We forgot that love, healing, and softness are not rewards.
(08:15):
We are allowed to receive them today. So maybe today
we stop running, we stop pretending, we stop postponing our healing,
Because what if now is the moment you've been waiting for?
(08:41):
Please like subscribe to bring Nancy a podcast and if
this episode touched something in you, I want you to
honor your heart. You are not alone and it's not
too late to come home to yourself. Thank you for
(09:04):
being here, thank you for choosing truth, and as always,
thank you for letting me walk this healing path with you.
And until next time, take care of your heart and
be gentle with the parts of you that are still
learning how to feel. Be well.
