Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hello and welcome to the Brogmancia Podcast, where healing isn't
just a buzzword, It's a lifestyle. I'm your host, Charlotte E. Adams, wife, mom, daughter, attorney,
licensed therapist, heart centered hypno therapist, founder of Brogmancia Counseling Group,

(00:26):
which is located in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where healing blooms
one soul, one story, one pedal at a time. And
I'm a fellow traveler on this wild, beautiful journey called life.
Every Wednesday, we get real about mental health, emotional wellness,

(00:49):
and the kind of growth that starts from within. Whether
you're deeply invested in personal development or just beginning to
explore what healing means to you, this space is for you.
Here we blend science and soul, therapy and truth telling

(01:11):
because healing should be intentional, rooted, and yes, deeply transformational.
So take a deep breath, settle in, and join me
each Wednesday as we glow up, grow deep, and gently

(01:32):
let go. Brug Mancia family, it is so good to
be with you all today. Happy October. We have made
it to October. So some good news and some updated
news and maybe for you all, possibly some sad news.

(01:55):
But October is going to be the end of the
season two for Bregmancia podcast. We're gonna take a break,
let you all enjoy the holidays that are about to
come up, Enjoy fall, enjoy all the things, get through
winter Valentine's and we will check back in May of

(02:17):
twenty twenty six for another six months of Brnancia podcast.
So yeah, I also want to remind you all don't
forget to get my books. They are on Amazon. Couple's
Healing Paths to Deep Sacred Union, which is a journal
to deepen intimacy, trust and sacred connection, beautifully tying the

(02:39):
pieces together. And introduction to counseling for youth and harnessing
your supernatural wellness. A guide to creating your own in
home secret healing garden. So yeah, lots of tools. Some
of you are, let's be honest, y'all haven't heard every
single podcast or you're heard, but you really didn't listen

(03:01):
to it. You were kind of busy when you were
listening to it. So go back during this time, during
this break and re listen to it. Get the books.
There's all kinds of tools that I'm you know, gifting
you all, so take advantage and use these resources, these
tools on your healing journey. Okay, now let's move on

(03:28):
to the Charlotte corner today. I just want to let
you know, since we're in all, just as trees let
go of their leaves in autumn, we are invited to
release what no longer nourishes us. Ask yourself, what am

(03:51):
I still caring that's ready to fall away? Letting go
isn't lost, It's preparation for renewal. All right, So the
title for today's podcast is the Three Things You're Scared

(04:13):
to Say, So again, welcome back to the Bregnancy Podcast.
I'm your host, Charlotte Adams, and today we're stepping into
a tender, wrong space. The words were scared to say
out loud. We all have them, the truths we whisper

(04:36):
in our hearts but never release into the air, the confessions,
the boundaries, the longings that stay trapped inside because we
fear what will happen if we let them out. This
episode is not about forcing yourself to speak before you're ready.
It's about shining light on those unspoken truths and discovering
the freedom that comes when silence no longer holds them hostage.

(05:03):
Things we don't say often way heavier than the things
we do. Silence can feel protective, but over time it
breeds the shame, resentment, or disconnection. The nervous system holds
unspoken truths like a pressure cooker. Eventually the weight leaks

(05:27):
out as anxiety, body tension, or even illness. I have
a question for you, bringmancis what words have lived inside
of you so long they feel like ghosts in your body.

(05:47):
I'm gonna frame this with care and remind you Bringmancia
family that the three things that we're going to address

(06:09):
may look different, but these are some archaeotypical examples. The
first one, this hurts me. Naming pain feels terrifying because
it risks conflict, rejection, or not being believed. Yet unspoken

(06:36):
pain festers. Naming it doesn't mean blaming, It means honoring
your truth. The next one, I need help. Asking for
help can feel like weakness in a world that glorifies independence,
but every soul needs support. Saying these words can be

(07:00):
the doorway to connection and relief. The third one, this
is who I really am, whether it's your dreams, identity, desires,
or boundaries. Revealing your authentic self can feel unsafe. Yet
every time you speak your truth, you invite deeper love, alignment,

(07:24):
and freedom. I invite you to pause and gently reflect
what three truths am I scared to say out loud?
Some practical ways to approach these truths could be to

(07:48):
write them first, Let the words exist on paper, practice
saying them in the mirror, or as a whisper, share
them with a trusted safe person. Safety is built slowly.
Voice grows like a muscle. The more you use it,

(08:10):
the stronger it becomes. I invite you, if it's safe
to close your eyes, place a hand on your heart,
take a deep breath in and exhale it out, and
let your exhale be longer than the in hell and
now whisper softly, just for you, one truth you've been

(08:33):
afraid to say. No one else needs to hear it,
just you. Whisper it again with compassion. Notice how it
feels in your body to let the words exist in
the air. Brogmancia family, The words you're scared to say

(08:58):
are not here to punish you. They are here to
free you. They are doorways into you being authentic, into
your connection, and into your healing. As you move through

(09:20):
your week, I invite you to ask yourself, what am
I ready to whisper? What am I ready to write?
What am I ready to speak? Thank you for sharing
this sacred space with me today. Please like us, subscribe

(09:42):
to us, share us to someone who may be needing
to hear this, And, as always, until next time, may
your silence transform into courage and may your voice lead
you closer to freedom
