mass and true faces. Halloween reminds us how easily we
wear masks, both playful and protective. This season reflect what
mask do I wear in daily life and what truth
is hidden beneath it. Sometimes the bravest act is showing

(04:15):
our real face. All right, So welcome back to the
Burtnancia Podcast. I'm your host, Charlotte Adams, and today we're
going to explore something I like to call forbidden pages.
These are the parts of your story, the ones you've

(04:35):
never written, never spoken, maybe never even admit it to yourself.
They live in the margins and the shadows and the
hidden corners of your heart. But here's the truth, what
we don't name still lives in us. The forbidden pages
hold power. They are waiting for the ink of honesty,
for the courage of your hand, for the breath of

(04:57):
your voice. This episode is an invitation and to peek
inside those pages, to open them carefully, and maybe even
to begin writing the words you've been scared to put
on paper. What are forbidden pages? Forbidden pages? Are the
untold stories, unexpressed emotions, and unprocessed truths. An example of

(05:21):
this is the grief that no one allowed you to name,
the dream you buried because it didn't fit others' expectations,
the anger or desire you were taught was wrong. A metaphor,
it's like having chapters of your life torn out of
your own book, yet you still carry their weight in
your body. Here's a question, Brickman said, family, if your

(05:44):
journal could speak, what story would it say? You're avoiding?
Why do we fear writing them? Well, it's fear of judgment.
If I write this doesn't make it more real. Fear
of permanence, what if someone finds it. Fear of identity shift.

(06:06):
If I met this truth, well I have to change
a trauma piece. Right. The nervous system associates forbidden truth
with danger, so silence feels safer. Here's some insight. But
silence does not erase. It only buries, and what is
buried grows roots. Writing releases what the body has been holding.

(06:35):
Journaling is not just expression. It's magic. It's a blessing.
Ink turns pain into form, and form form can be transformed.
The page does not judge you, the page receives you
share how writing a forbidden page can feel terrified at

(07:00):
first sharing your truth to yourself, but then allow this
to transform, because often it's going to become the key
to healing and clarity. Here's a reflection question. If no

(07:20):
one ever read it, what would I finally let myself write?
If it's safe. Close your eyes, take a slow, grounding
breath in and then out, and let the exhale be
longer than in hell. And imagine opening a blank page
in front of you. At the top right the words

(07:41):
the truth I've never spoken is Let your mind wonder
what comes up? A memory of fear, a dream. Now
imagine your hand beginning to write, no sense or no audience,
just you, your soul and the page. Breathe and whisper softly.
It is safe for me to begin. You don't have

(08:04):
to share these writings. Healing can happen in private. Write them,
you can rip them. You can lock your journal symbolically
creating sacred privacy, and share only when your body says yes.
Forbidden pages are not about shame. They are about reclaiming

(08:26):
your voice. Each page you write makes space for more
freedom in your body and spirit. What is one truth
that you are ready to write down, even if no
one ever sees it. Bregnancia family, The forbidden pages of

(08:49):
your life are not meant to stay hidden forever. They
are the chapters out hold your deepest lessons, your unspoken power,
and your most sacred truths. As you move forward, Lord,
I invite you to open a page, real or imagined,
and begin to write what you've been holding back, not
because anyone else needs to see it, but because you do.

(09:14):

trusting me to walk with you through this shadow and
into the light. Please go on our social media pages
like us, share us, subscribe to Broke Mancy and podcast,

(09:36):
