Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hello and welcome to the Brogmancia Podcast, where healing isn't
just a buzzword, It's a lifestyle. I'm your host, Charlotte E. Adams, wife, mom, daughter, attorney,
licensed therapist, heart centered hypno therapist, founder of Bromancia Counseling Group,

(00:26):
which is located in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where healing blooms
one soul, one story, one pedal at a time. And
I'm a fellow traveler on this wild, beautiful journey called life.
Every Wednesday, we get real about mental health, emotional wellness,

(00:49):
and the kind of growth that starts from within, whether
you're deeply invested in personal development or just beginning to
explore what healing means. Thanks to you, this space is
for you. Here we blend science and soul, therapy and

(01:09):
truth telling because healing should be intentional, rooted, and yes,
deeply transformational. So take a deep breath, settle in, and
join me each Wednesday as we glow up, grow deep,

(01:30):
and gently let go. Hello, Brigmancia family, Welcome back to
the Brigmancia Podcast. I am Charlotte Adams, just giving you
a reminder about my books Couple's Healing Path The deep
sacred union, beautifully tying the pieces together and harnessing your

(01:55):
supernatural wellness. All on Amazon. Go out, download it, upload it,
get it, put it in the cart, whatever you need
to do, it's there, so check it out. It will
definitely be an asset on your journey, your healing journey.

(02:18):
All right, so let's walk on over to the Charlotte Corner,
and today I want to title this honor the pause
most people are addicted to doing. The culture has taught

(02:39):
us that if we aren't producing, we are falling behind.
But the pause is medicine. The pause is where the
nervous system we calibrate, where the subconscious speaks, where spirit
finally has room to whisper. In therapy, silence is never empty.
It's a fertile field. So my healing invitation for you is,

(03:05):
the next time you feel that urge to rush, ask
yourself what am I running from? By refusing to pause?
Let yourself sit in the stillness, even if for ninety seconds,
and notice how quickly your heart remembers its own rhythm.

(03:30):
All right, So again, welcome back to the Brogmancia podcast.
I want to breathe here because this is our season
two finale. Wow. I will catch back up with you

(03:51):
all back in May, so you will be enjoying your
holidays and your winter and you know, all the stuff
Valentine's and we will check back in for another six
full months Subrogmancia podcasts and season three. So I just

(04:14):
want to thank you all for a beautiful season two
and of course I am your host, Charla Adams. And wow,
what a journey, What a journey this season has been.
We've walked through releasing unseen, weight, breaking silence, learning the
medicine of no, stepping into a line, yes, leaning into flow,

(04:37):
all the stuff six months worth, and now we arrive here.
The art of receiving this finale is about opening our hands,
our hearts, our bodies, and our spirits to let life
love us back. Because all of this healing, every no,

(04:58):
every yes, every st render was preparing us for this moment,
the moment of receiving. Many of us are skilled givers,
but uncomfortable receivers. Conditioning tells us love must be earned,
Blessings must be deserved, Abundance must be worked to exhaustion.

(05:25):
Trauma wires us to expect less, not blessings. Here's a question,
what story do you carry that makes receiving feel unsafe
or selfish? I'm not enough to deserve this unworthiness. If

(05:47):
I let good in, it will be taken away. Distrust.
It's safer if I meet my own needs instead of
depending on anyone else's control. Let me give you a metaphor.
It's like standing in the rain, but holding up an umbrella.

(06:09):
You can't feel the nourishment because you've blocked the flow.
Receiving is not passive, it's an active choice. To open.
Receiving allows the nervous system to soften, the body, to rest,
the soul to replenish. When we allow ourselves to receive love, rest, abundance, support,

(06:38):
we are saying no to life. I am not worthy
of being cared for. Another reflection question BERGMANCYR. Family, what
are you ready to let yourself receive without guilt? If

(07:00):
it's safe, Close your eyes, place one hand on your heart,
one hand on your lap, Take a deep breath in
and as you exhale, whisper I am open to receive.
Imagine beautiful golden light pouring down over you, soft and warm,
and with every in heal allow it to feel you,

(07:23):
feel your heart, your body, your spirit, and whisper again,
I am worthy of receiving. I allow life to love
me back. Stay here for a moment, just breathing, just opening,
just receiving. Receiving can look like saying yes to help

(07:50):
without guilt, letting joy land instead of brushing it off,
allowing abundance to arrive without shrinking. Receiving is a muscle.
It strengthens with practice. Brigmancis, where can you let life

(08:12):
love you today? Bragmancia, Family, As we close season two,
I want to truly let you know that you have

(08:33):
a beautiful ability to receive. May you remember you are
not just a giver. You are also worthy of being
poured into. May you allow yourself to be surprised by grace,
held by love, and nourished by abundance. May you open

(08:57):
your hands wide, your heart wise, your life wide, and
let life love you pack. Thank you, thank you, thank you,
thank you, Thank you for walking this journey with me
this season. Thank you for trusting me to speak into

(09:18):
your healing and your becoming. This is not the end,
only a pause, a sacred breath before we step into
what's next together and until next season, May you walk
in peace, in power, and in the joy of receiving

(09:45):
as always, continue to follow us on social media, like us,
subscribe to us, remember the books. There's so many tools
out there that we're just given to you, so pick
them up, try it out and let it help you
on your healing journey. And until next season, Brugmancies continue

(10:10):
to do the work
