Laura Tevaga
Brigham Young University–Hawaii Advancement Vice President

Advancement Vice President Laura Tevaga shares how to gain confidence in the presence of God. Drawing on President Nelson’s teachings, she reminds students that this confidence is available right now, not in some distant future. Through prayer, trust in God’s timing, recognition of His love, and noticing the angels He sends, she assures students they can grow into the people God wants them to become. Her invitation to students: don’t wait. Begin today by praying, serving, forgiving, and loving more fully so you can stand before God with confidence. “One of the greatest truths we can ever grasp is that God’s love is personal, infinite, and unwavering.” Laura Tevaga

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
