Great White guitarist Mark Kendall has revealed that he's battling
stage four kidney cancer. On his Facebook page, Kendall wrote,
just want everyone to know I was diagnosed with stage
four kidney cancer a few months ago. I wanted to
wait and go public until I knew a little more
about it. Just to give you an update. The tumor
has shrunk from thirteen centimeters to eight, so I'm going
in the right direction with my first scan. There isn't

(00:28):
a cure for cancer, but what I have is manageable.
I have the best doctors in the world, and one
of them invented immunotherapy, which is the treatment that I'm on.
I only have to do three radiation treatments, which is
a good thing. To be clear, I don't need any
financial help, but I'll take prayers and encouragement. I'm going
to fight this thing and be okay. People in my
support group were diagnosed with the exact issue up to

(00:49):
twenty years ago, so that's encouraging. Also encouraging for Great
White fans, Kendall says new Great White music is on
the Way with new vocalist Brent Carlisle. He says it
won't be an album, but the songs will be released
in a group of two or three at a time.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
