Metallica played its first show for their twenty twenty five
tour recently in Syracuse, New York. The tour and extension
of the band's M seven to two World track was
originally scheduled to kick off on April twelfth in Las
Vegas at the six New World Festival, but the event
was ultimately canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. But in Syracuse,
Metallica played a sixteen song set with plenty of plastics
as well selections for their most recent album, twenty twenty

three's seventy two Seasons. Unlike most of Metallica's upcoming and
previous tour stops, their performance was one night only. Typically,
the band performs two shows per city, with each evening
featuring a different sixteen song set. Compared to previous shows,
the songs performed in Syracuse where a combination of two
city set lists, with Creeping Death as an opening track
