the organizers of Lallapalooza, and he wrote, Ozzy Osbourne, He's

the initial sting of the rejection wore off, Cher decided
that her and Ozzy would simply beat the Lallapaluza organizers
at their own game, she said at the time on

metal version, only better, and the rest is history.
