there is a superpower within each of us that can
help team that mental beast. Mindful breathing it's not some

can do right now in your cow, during rush hour,
or even while waiting in line at the grocery store.
Trust me, this is one life hackworth mastering. So what's
the magic behind a simple breath? Well, think of it
like this. Your breath is the bridge between your mind
and body. When you're stressed, your breathing becomes shallow and rapid,
