from the Try movies, that wasone of the things that was like the
most disappointing to me was that Ididn't get to see more with the O

yeah, the generation, it wasstill just a little sad to not get
to see more with them, consideringespecially how the car you're part of the
O two as much as they arethe original. Oh, I like I
was excited for this one. That'ssaying as much I despise Davis. I

hate Davis with a passion, Butthat's saying me, that's saying he has
redeemable qualities. What got me isit especially is hot the hot headedness.
It's just where he jumps into itjust immediates. Okay, you gotta need
to calm down. Yeah, butthen there's points, especially throughout the film
towards it it's okay, this iswhy I love Davis, but I just
still hate James. I think theydid a really good job of playing into

the lovable idiot. Yeah, theyhe did fantastic the voice acting. You
could still tell where some people weren'tthere for the original one. Look,
God, you could feel the uhwhen you heard Armadillo mon basically basically just
doing a stitch impression the whole time. Yeah. I I think that was

probably the comedy that everybody was notwanting, especially wasn't needed, wasn't wanted
as I think they could have donebetter at least especially since the original voice
actor for him did pass away aboutlast year and they could I wish they
would lose okay instead of like weneed to grab somebody, okay then or
atch accent or something like that,said no, just bring somebody, just

give us the country accent. Yeah, the country accent was like it was
so identifiably Armadilloman, like you knewit was him from the voice. And
that's how it is with a lotof the you know, new movies that
are coming out. The nostalgia.A big part of it is having that
original cast back and they can't getthe original cast remember for whatever reason,

being able to have like the semblanceof what they were. I agree that's
saying you could tell like car hada different voice actor. I think she
was busy with other stuff because likeshe is very popular. But with an

I'm happy to see him, Palodroumon, I'm happy to see Selphie Mont and
all them. I would have willon to see them do another step up
from it, like an actual evolutionto those because because when it comes to
the actual Digitmon, they're all ultimatelevels. This is ultimate going. What

I was pleased very with idea,Like this was a lot darker right off
the bad, especially with the withLewis the new Kid. Yeah, I
was not. I'm just sitting therejust like I was looking at the colar
here and I was like, Iwas like, should I cover your eyes

on this? I think? Ithink it really like shows that they are
willing to like grow, intovolve thematurity of the stories with this core audience.
And that's like what I loved withDigimon, especially with Digitmon. Try
get an emotional attachment that these peoplethat we have grown up with for so
long. But and that's in myopinion, this is why Digitmon is better

than Pokemon. Yeah, because itgrows with you and we end up seeing
the like the actual maturity. Wesee these people grow up, We see
their problems, we relate with theseproblems, we see them in all of
their different like developmental stages and like. And also with it like even promotes
a healthy relationship between couples. Yeah, and that's what I prefer to over

Digimon with it. Do you wantto join in? Yeah, we're just
talking about like how Digimon actually promotesbetter relationships with it, especially for Digimon,
like compared to how like with Pokemon, it's more, yeah, the
power of friendship, but with Digimon, it's more of a healthier type of
commitment with Yeah, with Pokemon,it's more like they're your pets that you

just throw into battle. The Digimonit's like your best friend who you and
your name is. Okay, thisis a cartoonmy so one of our local
when my local podcasts have to doaround here, that's oh yeah, So
what was your what was your favoritepart of the movie. I don't know,

I'm not gonna lie. I tearedup a little bit when they started
playing themes on. I don't knowwhy. It just makes me nostaligiating.
For me, it was seeing theold digital like digit evolutions. That's what
got me like just to cry usingthe same animations not trying to redo them

and upscale them for the movie.I think really plays into the storm suit
of it does a nostalgia factor forit to sing a new has been like
you saw like the different evolutions haddifferent animations based on when they were like
when it was hand drawn. Nowwe're going back into like Adobe flash dis

got a pilodrum on way too soonin the movie. It's like, okay
that we need a good digit evolution. Let's like bring that like our big

glad to see a lot of theold care like a lot of the side

digit dessins that we got through likesecond part of O two, especially seeing
all like what what got me singingwillis I from the first digitmon movie that
that's just to see that he's actuallyCannon Now, yeah, I kind of
I have mixed feelings. But digimontry here, well they've had their story.

Yeah, so like a lot ofpeople didn't like try, I love
trying. I'm on the you didn'tcare for it. I really enjoyed a
lot of things about Try. Ihate May, and that's like the main
frum where my seats were like thewine, like especially like the whiny one.

She just got like a brand newdigimon, hardcore, a whiny one.
It's always me. It's always likeI can't believe this is going on.
Like the fact that I hated Mayso much. I thought I was
going to hate Lily, but Iactually really enjoyed him as a character,
the character development forma, especially thebackstory, Like I thought he was gonna

be a little bit more intertwined withthe especially like with Raymond versus Parentmon,
Like they'reing like the first major attack, that's like, okay, then we're
going a different route. But Ican only imagine it's going on around the
same time. I thought they weregonna play more into did you know,
did you guess the story that JenI talked about at the end of the

first series, Yeah, well wegot them with Try. Yeah, but
this was fantastic, Like Louis wasa fantastic character. Come on, oh
oh yeah, something else. Iwas looking at it that it's like they

took a good hit from Ghost Storiesand said let's run with that. People
are loving this, especially like hestarts melting the met like with his mother
and father. That that holds feelI'm just like, did he kill the
parents right at like when they firstmet? That's what it seemed like,

especially like when you when he firstshows up and the mothers the mother doesn't
even pay attention to it, doesn'teven acknowledge him. That's why I think

I was hoping we would have gottenmagnumon at least some sort of digg,
especially at the last moments, likeOkay, then all of us has failed.
We're getting our butts whooped. Let'sgo back to the dg Agen see
how they do. Yeah, butnow with it, they're like, altogether,

it was just a fantastic film andapparently like to go. A lot
of the people were talking about howit's apparently this is a new start to
like a try another try of filmsor another four films, which I'm really
hoping they do, especially if wego into like especially as we go into

the brand new like with O two, get their story of it. My
one another thing, I thought itwas a little too short. It did
feel like it was really short.It wasn't less than an hour and a
half. Yeah, even with therewere a bit of pacing issues that would
have benefited from them pushing it justa little bit longer like they you can

tell where the budget went into,especially for a lot of the fights yea.
And with it I think there Ithink, I guess. I think
there was a little bit more thatcould have been done for it. But
other than that, I have nocomplaints on it. It was top notch.
You got admit though, that Louise'sother eye looks so goofy. In

so it does look goofy, andI can understand why it's like a really
serious scene. It just looks it'sout of place, out of the moment
just a little bit. I thinkthey would have done better if they messed
up the eye a little bit more, if it would like it actually showed
that, like it just not belongthere, Like you can already tell it

just not belong. But it wasevery you can see that he's got the
scar, having that scar visible moreon the face when it's open and you
can see it, like, Iagree, I do agree with you.
I think it's just where they it'sjust actually his oversized eye where it did
morph into it into another eye.I think they could have done better with
