Die Staatsanwaltschaft Dresden hat einen 19-Jährigen angeklagt. Dem Mann werden unter anderem versuchte räuberische Erpressung und räuberischer Angriff auf Kraftfahrer vorgeworfen. Das teilte die Behörde am Donnerstag mit.
Der Beschuldigte soll am 14. Oktober 2024 in Berlin-Charlottenburg einen Passanten bedroht haben. Laut Anklage forderte er Bargeld und drohte, den Mann abzustechen. Als mehrere Besucher eine nahe gelegene McDonalds-Filiale verließen und zu der Situation hinzukamen, habe der Passant die Gelegenheit zur Flucht genutzt und sich in die McDonalds-Filiale gerettet.
Angeklagter soll sich als Polizist ausgegeben haben
Rund drei Monate später soll es in Dresden zu einem weiteren Vorfall gekommen sein: In der Nacht zum 7. Januar 2025 hätte der 19-Jährige in Dresden eine Autofahrerin zum Anhalten gezwungen.
Er soll sich als Polizist ausgegeben und verlangt haben, dass die Frau aussteigt, damit er eine Kontrolle durchführen könne. Als sie zögerte, soll er ihr mit einer angeblichen Waffe mit dem Tode gedroht haben. Die Fahrerin flüchtete, nahm aber den Zündschlüssel mit.
Der Mann stieg in ihr Auto ein. Da er den Wagen nicht starten konnte, floh er zu Fuß.
Noch am selben Tag nahm die Polizei den Beschuldigten fest. Seitdem sitzt er in Untersuchungshaft. Zu den Vorwürfen hat er sich bisher nicht geäußert.
Der Mann ist bereits vorbestraft.
Das Landgericht Dresden entscheidet nun über die Eröffnung des Hauptverfahrens. Ein Termin für die Verhandlung steht noch nicht fest.
