Samia Marie and this is channing with Samayah. This is
episode eight and the title of the show is called Healing.
It's pretty simply put. Now I will be talking about
healing in all its aspects and what it means, it's

(01:30):
important and why it's fundamental on our Walk with Christ. Now. Personally,
I believe healing journeys take time at patience, kind of
like working out. You're not going to reach your goals
with healing overnight, but over time, all the work that
you've put in is worthwhile. So to start off, healing

(01:51):
is very fundamental. Healing is an entire journey. It allows
you to be healthier, think clearer, and operate at a
higher frank spiritually. Then if you were to go on
carrying a bunch of baggage and not laying it at
the feet of the Father. I feel like healing now
is a very cliche thing with all the crystal junkies

(02:13):
and all that jazz. It's like, now, it's a trend,
But let me break it down when it comes to
what healing means now to heal, healing via its definition,
goes into restoration and it means to cause to be
sound or healthy now as we know or should know,

(02:34):
walking with the Father will restore you to being in
a healed state or a restored state if you let him. Now,
what comes with healing is a lot of releasing. Even
I had to go through this in my personal healing
journey as well of traumatic experiences and letting go of
toxic patterns that do not serve the most high or

(02:56):
myself and really being keen about forgiveness, which is a
topic in itself that I will cover well. Now. Healing
can be free on multiple playing fields. It can free
you most importantly from eternal damnation as told in Matthew five,
verses fourteen through fifteen. But it can free you mentally.

(03:17):
It can free you spiritually. I believe acknowledging the offense
and dealing with it in prayer, even fasting if needed,
going to the root of it can make you feel
lighter as well as well and give you a sense
of calm and peace. Now you'll have to do this often,
because the word says offenses will come. But forgiveness does

(03:39):
set you free and will give you a clear conscience
and to not harp on what people have done to you.
It gives you godly character and even the stronger sense
of awareness and possibly even self awareness, and allows you
to stay grounded and level headed. There's so many benefits
to forgiveness that even I've experienced. The most High is

(04:01):
so good in his doings, and it makes sense why
he has called us to forgive, especially if we would
like to be forgiven. It truly says us free now
when it comes to healing in a work and forgiveness
all aspects to healing in itself. It's about regulating the
nervous system and altering your brain, which is a part
of the nervous system. Through healthy methods. The nervous system

(04:25):
is responsible for controlling thought, feeling, and bodily function. Now essentially,
trauma can put you in different responses fight or flight
or one which really isn't talked about, flight or freeze,
which a lot of people actually struggle with. I myself
have struggled with this. Trauma can be stored in the

(04:46):
muscles and tissue and can mess with your sleep, which
is why people who've experienced traumatic experiences or events at
times may have trouble sleeping, and YadA YadA. Healing takes time.
It is not immediate, and delayed gratification is what you're
bargaining for. And that delayed gratification the process of dealing
with the trauma, the ups and the downs, even that

(05:09):
trauma coming up in your conscious and your spirit, when
you learn how to deal with it and when you
learn to take control of your thought patterns, when you
really lay it at the feet of the Lord as
instructed of us in Psalms twenty in Psalms fifty five
and twenty two, cast your cares upon the Lord. Cast

(05:31):
your cares upon him, and he shall sustain you. It
can strengthen you and sharpen you, and can give you
a clear sense of strength. Going through something and making
it a goal to not become like those who hurt you.
Turning it over to the Lord and forgiving is a
very strong and empowering thing. It takes strength to do that. Now,

(05:53):
as I said earlier, the nervous system is being reprogrammed
while you heal. Now, I'm sure you know what to
do when it comes to healing, But if you do not,
I would say go to the Most High as the
first thing you do, even while being in God. The
Most High knows all, and he knows all about you.
I practiced this myself. But going to the Father in

(06:14):
prayer and being gut level honest helps you to feel catharsis,
which is which if you look up the definition in
the Greek, it means to cleanse, or it means to
cleanse or in the notion of releasing, releasing those things
in prayer, meditating on the Word and applying biblical wisdom
and as your nervous system is healing, you're healing your

(06:37):
program patterns, generational negative patterns, toxic thought systems that don't
serve you nor your walk with the Father, even eating habits,
things that don't align with where the Most High may
be taking you. As you heal, you heal your entire
body as well, because the nervous system is if you
look into it, it's all throughout your body. But really

(06:59):
sitting in those emotions, sitting in those feelings and allowing
the Ruak or the Roya Kakgadesh, the Holy Spirit to
minister to you where you are and going to the
root of the issue or issues gets us to the
goal of reconciling with self and coming to a point
in our healing journeys where we understand that what we
went through is not our fault and we take that frustration,

(07:22):
that regret, and those feelings and turn it over to
the Lord. It just makes a world of difference and
you will feel that now. I've done some research on
this myself, the stages of healing, and again I can
relate to these stages with my own healing journey personally.
My healing journey came with a lot of having to

(07:42):
acknowledge where the pain came from, having to detach from
a mentality of blame to more so accountability with what
happened to me, even with what I've done, what I've
done to others in myself, just in my younger years,
peer pressure, what I was surrounded by, what I was
influenced by, and how that has affected me, even in

(08:03):
most recent years being more sheltered with my rout of schooling,
the things I had to sit with and the struggles
I had to acknowledge and lay at the feet of
the Lord, these things that come with the curses that
we're going through and been through after over four hundred years,
still seeing these curses play out in front of our eyes,
just all that we've experienced as a people, the generational effects,

(08:27):
and for the Lord to do his big one well
the most I always does, but in this generation with
some of us really rejecting the world and or the
indoctenations of it and it's hortems and coming back to source,
just really allowing our walks with God to speak for
generations to come. I know this is relevant in other

(08:49):
generations as well. Not everyone fit or fits the mold
of just walking in these in the curses. But I'm
speaking of this generation because we're in a time where
a lot of truth is being revealed. Things are shifting
for the favor of the Chilsen Seed, and the truth
is being told, and some people are waking up and
things will and things are getting better for us and

(09:12):
will continue to get better as time goes on. But
back to healing. So the six stages of healing now
for this one. Like I've stated, I've done some research
on this and just having an open mind when it
comes to researching, I believe everyone should do it, and
I've started doing that more often. Just don't take my

(09:34):
word for the topics that I share. I get most
of my information from the words. So I would suggest
to look in scripture. I would suggest to look in
scripture for that wisdom, that history, just everything that comes
with the Bible and going deeper with the Lord and
going deeper with the Father, just staying in tune with

(09:57):
the most high you know, and if you already are
just really staying with the Lord. Now it's hard, it's
very difficult. This walk is not for the week, but
it is so worth it. It's really, it's truly worth it.
And one thing I love about this walk is the

(10:20):
fact that you always have a friend, you always have
a confidant, You always have everything that you need in
the Father, and he makes he makes your path straight
as promised in the Bible, which can be found in
Proverbs chapter three, verse five through six. But letting the
Father heal you and really seeking the Father for healing

(10:43):
instead of going to the crystals, going to the meditation.
Even in my few years in this truth, I would
say about five years in this truth, I've seen a
lot of people fall falling off. I've seen a lot
of people fall out of the truth or remain look warm.

(11:08):
But like I've said it, I'm splitting this into two parts,
so before this gets edited, you guys will hear hear
it all on one part. But like I've said it,
I've heard I've seen many people falling away and turning
away from their walk with God, their walk with the

(11:31):
Most High in Christ. And it's pretty disheartening, you know,
It's it's really disheartening, whatever the reason may be. But
the healing, our healing is really found in the Lord.
And and I can I can understand because this walk
is really hard and even being young. It's hard when

(11:57):
you know you have when you feel like you have
to fit in, when you when you feel like you
want to do the things that the world is doing,
or the people that you see in school, or the
cool crowd, you know, whatever that may be, whatever that
may be, whomever that may be. And you see that

(12:17):
the you see what the attention that the world is getting.
You see what the world is getting, the blessings from
the enemy, and you're like, dang, this is what this
is really what I want. But it's not expedient. Yeah,
it's not expedient to are just daily walks with ourselves.

(12:41):
When we connect with the Source, when we connect with
the Creator, we really connect with ourselves. He's the Source,
he's the King of Kings, the Lord of lords, he's
the Ever, he's the Alpha and Omega. So he can
do way way more for you than with the universe
can do. The universe is a creative thing. It's like

(13:05):
even the Bible says worshiping the creature rather than the Creator.
And I know that with my podcast and with my page,
I attract a lot of believers, so I could be talking, well,
not a lot of I'm not at a place where
I'm attracting a lot of people, but I know that
I'm attracting with my page, I'm attracting believers. But sometimes

(13:31):
I just well, most of the time, because I have
talked about, you know, staying with the most high, you know,
pushing pushing forward and it's truth, you know, just to
give encouragement to those who are walking with the most high,
because you know, it's it's hard in these streets. It
could be hard out here, you know what I'm saying.
So really just letting the Lord lead you, you know

(13:54):
what I'm saying. But yeah, I am speaking to believers.
So in few in future episodes, I'll try to set
it up, set up my what I'm talking about to
really just be about, you know, as believers, like coming
together and sharing you know, topics and stuff. That's not

(14:17):
that's not giving evangelism, you know, because I used to evangelize,
like out on the streets and everything by myself. I
used to evangelize, So I'm pretty used to that. So
excuse me. The shows have been you know, evangelical a
lot of times, and I'm talking to believers or maybe

(14:39):
you know, one time I may have someone who is
all a believer, and they come across my page and
they hear you know, the and they hear the message
of coming to the most high, and even my episode
before this show, you know, a message my peers hearing

(15:01):
hearing some good advice, some sound advice from someone in
their age group, you know, or even someone who may
be older than me hearing some sound advice. So I
think it can be good for those I think it
can be good for everybody. I think the episodes can
be good for everybody. But yeah, and I know my

(15:23):
first few shows could have been pretty lackluster, but I'm
just starting out. But I do feel like I'm getting
better at this podcast thing. Thank you for staying with
me through it all. And even this could tie into
my self esteem. But I don't really listen to my

(15:43):
own shows, like I just hate hearing myself, Like I
get so nervous in everything when I hear myself on
here or on a recording, like, I get so nervous.
I feel like I'm so self critical when I hear myself.
So but there may be times where where I bite

(16:08):
the bullet and listen to old, old podcast shows just
to kind of have a reference for what I was
talking about. So I can talk to you all in
future episodes about certain topics. But I do not really
listen to my podcasting episodes because it's really it's really

(16:33):
nerve wracking. But yeah, but back on the topic of
healing and researching, I believe everybody's through the research. Even
I've seen a sister talk about this on Facebook. She
said in the day and age of information, ignorance is
a choice. And when I first seen that, I was like, yeah,

(16:59):
I'm in a agreement with this because we have so
we have people putting out information everywhere. Information is spreading
like wildfire, you know, just to talk about interesting stuff,
to really give good theme and story, and to really

(17:20):
share some good things on here. Which the more and
more I do this, the more and more, the more
better the shows will be. But yes, Now, the six
stages of healing. Number one is awareness and acknowledgment, acknowledging
where you are and how you've been hurt, and really

(17:42):
it's the first step to heal, and it really is
the first step to healing. It's keeping a forefront of
facing the reality of why you're healing in the first place. Now,
Number two, numeral dose is processing, processing through the pain
that you feel with, which means engaging with your feelings
consciously and actively. Even how people talk about your inner child, Now,

(18:06):
I believe in that one percent. I believe that one
hundred percent is the truth. Now, there may be some
people that question the reality of having it in a child,
but I believe it's dealing with what has happened to
you in your childhood years and allowing that to come
to surface so that you can do all the work,
all the inner work, even things that could have happened

(18:29):
to you in your teen in your teenage years, and
in your adult adult years as well, exploring unresolved issues
and really getting to the root of it all. Now.
Number three is acceptance, accepting your feelings for exactly where
and what they are. It's like what I've learned in
a program I was in radical acceptance, which means to

(18:50):
accept a situation, good or bad, in all of its aspects.
Basically to build peace or to try or to at
least try to bite of what has happened. Now, this
takes time to do, especially considering that we all been
through things that can be hard to accept. Kind of
like and it is what it is mantra just making

(19:12):
peace and being content with it all. But when it
comes to acceptance here it's the same. It also apply.
It also applies to how you feel, like I've stated,
even accepting who you are. It also applies to how
you feel even accepting who you are, too, because going
through these pains early or whenever can make it hard

(19:35):
to accept who you are as a person. Now it's
easier said than done, but over the course of some time,
when you apply this to your life, it makes things
easier and easier to process through. Now number four is released.
I believe that I mentioned releasing before, but letting go
of pent up feelings, maybe writing them down in a journal,

(19:58):
or talking to a therapist or a friend about something things,
giving it over to the Lord in prayer. These are
definite solutions when it comes to releasing and letting go. Now.
Number five is learning from the pain and new things,
really taking on the wisdom from the painful experience, and
really growing in wisdom and applying that to your life.

(20:19):
With traumatic and painful experiences, they don't have to kill
you with the most high at hand. These experiences can
move you into your purpose and give you wisdom that
is unshakable. Sometimes you need to go through something for
your learning in that area. On to number six, which
is the last point, is transformation, allowing the Holy Spirit

(20:39):
to transform you and heal you. Allowing these experiences to
grow you and shift your life for a better state
of being, and like I've said, gaining wisdom and excellence
from it, taking that leap of faith, and allowing your
old self to die with the toxic patterns that come
with being traumatized. All these things go into emotional healing. Now,

(21:00):
of course, I am no expert. I do not have
a degree in counseling or psychology, but I do have
my own experience with healing and have been on my
own healing journey for a while. Now. I have healed
a lot, but one thing I am still working on
personally is healing from toxic patterns and cycles and applying

(21:21):
the knowledge. Some of the knowledge I have now, I
have applied a lot of the knowledge into my life.
I have worked on application, but I'm still working on
certain things in my life, and I'm going to keep
that private because you know, with certain things, I do
love to share my testimony, But with certain things I've

(21:41):
come to a point in my podcasting journey where I'm like,
certain things aren't for the public to know, you know
what I'm saying. But if the Lord leads me to
sharing my testimony later, I will definitely do it. But personally,
I'm more of a private person unless I would like

(22:04):
to share my testimony in that area. But I am
doing so much better in the application in application than
I did before, but I do have some ways to go.
I'm almost there though. Another thing to add is that
a sister shout out to her yard animan she had

(22:26):
in her video talking about healing, which is interesting because
I was thinking of doing this. I was This healing
episode came right before she came out with her with
her healing video, so that's interesting. But she talked about

(22:50):
physical activity. Now physical activity she mentioned this as well,
but physical activity is good for the nerves. Now she
mentioned some of this as well, but healing. But physical
activity is good for the nervous system and overall health.
It also releases dopamine and endorphins, so that's another way
to fill your best. But yeah, that concludes today's show.

(23:13):
I gave some tips on healing and you know why
it's important and and everything. I had a great time
talking about this topic. Thank you for tuning in. Your
support is very appreciating. Again, my name is Samaia Marie
and this is chatting with Samaya. Peace and blessings. I

(23:34):
will never know. I will never sell my soul. There's
some little better. Yeah, that's my goal. I won't let
it off. No, too much is on the line. Ain't
got no time in the last time vaccines. I'm fine.
The most high on the man, always on mind. You

(23:57):
would be surprised to get World of the hat Who
will follow in that? Have you
